Numerous studies have been conducted to analyze the causal relationships of maritime accidents using natural language processing techniques. However, when multiple causes and effects are associated with a single accident, the effectiveness of extracting these causal relations diminishes. To address this challenge, we compiled a dataset using verdicts from maritime accident cases in this study, analyzed their causal relations, and applied labeling considering the association information of various causes and effects. In addition, to validate the efficacy of our proposed methodology, we fine-tuned the KoELECTRA Korean language model. The results of our validation process demonstrated the ability of our approach to successfully extract multiple causal relationships from maritime accident cases.

최근 항만물류산업의 고부가가치화에 관한 논의가 활발한 가운데, 항만물류산업의 e-비즈니스화에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 두드러진 연구의 성과는 아직까지 나와 있지 않은 실정이며, e-비즈니스화 자체에 대한 회의적인 견해도 적지않은 것이 현실이다. 게다가, e-비즈니스화의 활성화를 위한 기술적 측면에서의 여러 가지 방안들은 업계의 이용실적이 미비하여, 실효를 거두고 있지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제에 주목하여, 실증적인 차원에서 인지 모델링 기법을 바탕으로 항만물류산업의 f-비즈니스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 추출하고, 그 체계를 수립하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 이러한 과정을 통해, 항만물류산업의 성공적인 e-비즈니스 도입을 위해 선행되어야 할 사항들을 파악하고, 주요 핵심 사항들을 제안하고자 한다.

컨테이너 부산김해공항은 부산 경남 지역의 중요 항공 거점이며, 세계 5대 항만인 부산항과 근접해 있으면서도 그 규모나 역할에 맞지 않게 약소한 실정이다. 현재, 김해공항의 지속적인 취항 노선의 증가 및 이용 항공사가 증가하고 있지만, 포화 상태인 시설 및 군사공항을 겸하고 있어 높은 한계성에 직면하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산김해공항의 현 시점 및 개발 계획을 기초로 선용품물류를 중심으로 하여 부산국제공항의 발전을 예상하여, 국제공항의 시설 확충에 따른 물류비용 및 시간의 저감을 고려한다. 또한, 선용품물류를 기준으로 주요 항공노선의 우선순위를 검토하여 부산의 항만물류산업에 기여를 검토하고자 한다.

지속적인 유가 상승과 탄소배출 규제 강화는 기업들로 하여금 높은 경쟁력을 가지도록 요구한다. 따라서 고객 서비스 증대와 비용절감을 위해 효율적인 물류시스템을 구축하고 운영하는 것에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 경쟁력을 가지는 물류단지의 필요성이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 물류도시를 구축하기 위해서는 적절한 정책과 화물수송 공동화를 통한 물류시스템이 필요하다. 특히, 단지내 물류시스템의 체계구축을 통한 효율적인 운영은 저비용 친환경적인 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물류단지내 효율적 운송을 위한 물류네트워크를 운영 모델을 제시하고 특히 운송 다단화 단계를 통해 문제에 접근하고자 한다.

중국의 동북3성(헤이룽장성, 요녕성, 지린성)은 우리나라 신북방정책의 유라시아 복합 물류망 구축을 위한 횡단열차 건설 및 북한과의 무역이 가능한 지역으로, 지리적, 지정학적 및 지경학적 중요성이 크다. 운송학적 관점에서 동북3성은 황해권 국가인 한국-중국-북한 간 해상운송이 가능한 지역이며, 복합운송의 형태로 동북3성을 거쳐 유라시아 및 유럽까지 물품 운송이 가능하다. 본 연구는 신북방정책 연계 중국 동북3성과의 협력 및 우호관계 증진을 통한 물류 거점 지역 확보 필요성을 언급하고자 한다. 특히, 본 연구는 중국 동북3성과의 교역 현황 및 해상물동량을 분석하고, 해상운송 활성화 및 물류거점 확보를 위한 정책적 제언을 하고자 한다. 정책적 제언으로 물류 허브 구축을 위한 항만 공동운영, 항만 인프라 공동건설, 해운사 공동운영을 제안하고자 하며, 문화적 협력 및 콘텐츠 개발을 통한 인적교류 확대로 한국-중국 간의 해상운송여객사업 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Mongolia is an inland country contained between East and Central Asia. I t borders Russia to the north and China to the south, east and west. Mongolia uses as international port for transit Xindang/Qingdao by railway. For domestic transport, our options are varied, which include road, railway and air modes. 철도물류에 대한 관심은 친환경 녹색성장과 효율성증대에 대한 요구와 관련하여 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 필요성에도 불구하고 도로중심의 화물운송체계로 인해 국내 철도물류의 현황은 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 철도 현황을 파악하고 Entropy-SWOT 방법을 이용하여 국내 철도 물류 활성화를 위한 방안을 연구하고자 한다.

이 연구에서는 화주가 물류서비스를 구매할시, 어떠한 과정을 걸쳐서 구매의사 결정이 이루어지는지 또한 신규구매와 재구매와 같이 구매 상황이 다를 경우 어떠한 요인들이 작용하고 영향을 받는지 파악하고자 한다. 화주기업들에게 설문지를 배부하여 자료를 수집하여 회귀분석을 통하여 분석하고, 구조방정식을 사용하여 검증 하였다.

The relevance of the topic is determined by the existence of inconsistencies between economic and environmental aspects of innovative development of urban logistics infrastructure, as well as the conflict of public, state and private commercial interests in this issue. The purpose of the article is to determine the principles and effective tools for innovative development of urban logistics infrastructure, taking into account pandemic constraints. The influence of the environmental aspect on the dynamics of transport flows was analyzed in detail and characterized, the scheme of determining the optimal solution for the development of the city was proposed considering the compromise between economic and ecological interests of society, state and business entities. A scheme of innovative development of urban logistics infrastructure under pandemic constraints was also developed. Materials of the article are relevant for developers of city plans, managers of urban logistics infrastructure, employees of enterprises participating in transport and logistics markets, scientists, and doctoral students.

Mongolia is aiming at connect and expand global trade to third countries using Russia, China and East Asian ports. Also, trying to evolve infrastructure and super-frastructure in international maritime transportation. This paper presents maritime development trends in Mongolia and focuses on discussing the current situation of international maritime plan and points out some issues currently facing by the policy to develop promoting the country's maritime businesses. Finally, this paper presents some future directions for developing the maritime transportation in Mongolia.
