해상교통환경에서 선박간 근접사고(Near-miss)는 양 선박이 충돌 위험코스로 서로 근접하여 충돌에 임박한 상황으로 실제 충돌은 발생되지 않은 사고를 말한다. 본 연구에서는 통항 선박들간 근접사고 산출을 위해 선박 범퍼 영역모델을 활용한 근접사고 판별식과 선박 위치 클러스터링을 통해 해역의 근접사고 산출 모듈을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 근접사고 산출 모듈을 완도해역 통항선박 항적데이터에 적용하여 선종, 항행속력 및 조우방향 등 선박 항해 위험 요인을 평가하고자 한다.

목포항 인근해역은 해상교통량이 많고, 해양사고가 빈발하고 있다. 특히, 목포구에서 목포항까지의 수역에는 협수로 형성, 안개 발생 빈번, 항로 폭 협소, 천수 수역 존재, 양식장 어망 과다, 소형 어선, 여객선, 화물선 등에 의한 특정 시간대 항내 교통량이 집중하여 해양사고가 발생하였다. 따라서 목포항만 수역내 해상안전의 위해요소 및 해상교통환경을 파악하고, 그 문제점을 도출하기 위해 목포항 입출항 항로에 대한 해상교통조사를 실시하여 해상교통흐름을 조사$\cdot$분석하여 교통실태를 파악하고, 통항경로대의 해상교통특성을 도출하여 해상교통류 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 환경스트레스를 평가하고자 한다.

Fuzzy-CBR Collision Avoidance Support System is a system that finds a solution from past knowledge retrieved from the database and adapted to a new situation. Its algorithm has resulted to an adapting a solution for a new situation. However, ontology is needed in identifying concepts, relations and instances that are involved in a situation in order to improve and facilitate the efficient retrieval of similar cases from the CBR database. This paper proposes the way to apply ontology for identifying the concepts involved in a new environment and use them as inputs, for a ship collision avoidance support system., Similarity will be obtained through document articulation and using abstraction levels. A conceptual model of a maneuvering situation will be built using these ontologies.

Inland Container Depot is regarded as an important link in the multimodal transport, contributing to reduce transportation costs, reduce the time saved at the port, with the main function of clearing domestic goods, empty containers and refrigerated containers, super cargo. Inland Container Depot has just used in the South of Vietnam in recent years which are starting in the business. In this paper, i want to research on the potential of dry ports including the development and effective for economic of Vietnam.

Nowadays, container transport services play a substantial role in global cargo transportation by serving as an intermodal between the exporter and importer. Container shipping has become increasingly important over the past few decades due to its obvious advantages. However, Vietnam's container market has shown severely ongoing competition among numerous domestic and foreign shipping lines resulting in serious consequences occurring such as the freight rates substantially decreasing within the last ten years. In fact, Vietnam's sea lanes have become more defensive to cover the losses of shipping companies. Selection of criteria for competitive evaluation of container transport companies is necessary to help recognize the problems within the enterprise especially relating to its position in the market and from here, business management are able to put strategic plans in place and reasonable policy in order to be able to survive and grow.

최근 선원재해 감소를 위한 국내선사들의 많은 노력에도 불구하고 그 감소율은 둔감하고 있는 실정이며, 이에 관한 일과성 유사연구 사례는 있으나 선원정책의 인적요소를 중심으로 하는 본격적인 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 현재 승선중이거나 승선경험이 있는 선원을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하여 선원재해에 관한 의식현황을 분석하여 해상안전 및 선원재해에 관한 대비책을 제시하고자한다.

해상교통상황에서 수집된 선박 조우(Encounter) 데이터 변수는 선박 충돌 및 근접사고(Near-Collision) 위험도를 통계적인 방법에 의한 분석이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 선박 조우 데이터에서 추출되는 다수의 선박충돌위험도 평가 변수들을 요인분석(Factor Analysis)하여, 선박 조우데이터에서 충돌위험에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 결정하고자 한다. 각 요인 결정을 위해 선박조우데이터 변수 정규분포화 및 표준화를 수행한 후 주성분 분석(Principal Component Analysis)으로 요인을 결정하였다. 요인분석결과 선박 근접도 요인과 충돌회피변화요인으로 요약하였다.

목포항의 현행 항로는 달리도 등대 수역과 고하도 만곡부 지점이 대각도로 변침해야 하는 항로설계지침을 충족하지 못하고 있다. 또한 항로 주변에 천소가 존재하고 있으며, 제2항로의 신설로 인한 통항선박의 항법문제, 항로표지의 재배치 및 신설이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 목포항 접근수역에 대한 자연환경, 해양사고, 해상교통량 및 해상교통흐름 관측, 어업현황 등을 조사 분석하고, 전문가 및 이용자에 대한 설문조사 및 현 항로의 국내외 항로설계지침과의 적절성 등을 검토하여 개선안을 도출하고자 한다. 그리고 개선안에 대한 해상교통류시뮬레이션 및 선박조종시뮬레이션을 실시하여 타당성을 검증한다.
