한국 농수산물 수출업체의 무역보험상품 이용에 관한 실증분석 (An Empirical Study on the Use of Trade Insurance by Korea Agricultural and Marine Products Trading Companies)

  • Export and import of food, agriculture, forestry, fishery products are suffering from low growth rate due to the European financial crisis, global recession, and Japan's 2012 export expansion following the aftermath of 2011 earthquake. Upon the signing and enactment of Free Trade Agreement with the U.S. and the EU, agriculture and fishery product have become the center of attention. Agriculture and fishery was reported to be 80million dollars, 1.46% of total national export, in 2012. Starting from2000, South Korea's government began its effort to expand agriculture and fishery export and as a result, export has steadily increased despite decreased consumption led by global recession. K-Sure has started an insurance program with the purpose of promoting SME business's export. It protects SME business against risk arising from credit, emergency, bad debt, and domestic price increase. This study aims to evaluate the service quality of K-Sure's insurance program via surveying SME businesses in the agriculture and fishery industry. Also this study will identify key service factors for SME businesses and explore ways to expand SME exports of agriculture and fishery by analyzing consumer satisfaction index. Results indicated service product quality factor, service communication quality factor, and social quality factor was key to improving consumer satisfaction for SME businesses in agriculture and fishery industry. Service product quality factor had a negative effect on consumer satisfaction in term of variety and results indicated that service communication quality factor's responsiveness element had minimal impact on consumer satisfaction. Conversely, all elements for social quality factor had positive effects on consumer satisfaction. Thus, leading to the conclusion that improvements in service product quality factor and service communication quality factor will indeed increase consumer satisfaction.

  • In 1970, direct overseas investment in Korean fisheries started to sell the frozen marine products to Singapore with establishing local subsidiary. Direct overseas investment in China has carried out since Korea and China established diplomat relationship in 1992. the former day, The Korea invested indirectly in China via Hong Kong. It has reported that 253 local subsidiaries applied to China government permit at the end of 2004. The results will make a decision on whether to invest continuously. The results of actual proof analysis has announced that a successful investment of fishery company is mainly influenced in its own government policy. Many advantages of tax and administration for foreign company in China have been changed and vanished comparing to the beginning time of entering china. So. it is imperative for Korean government to take measures to changing policy of Chinese government. The early days, investment of fishery company is type of resources and abundant resources will affect succeeding investment. Nowadays, the type of the investment is the production oriented investment. And then many direct investment linked the production oriented investment have been conducted in many area in China. So. the production oriented investment will affect logistics and successful investment in China. And, The factor of Market potential in Market Factors in the middle of changing market oriented investment will conclude whether to invest. As the china exchange system changed from the fixed exchange system to the fluctuating exchange system. Risk of exchange rate will affect corporate's parent business. The local risk (regulation of import and export, remittance) will affect succeeding investment of corporate's parent.

소방대원들의 근골격계질환 예방을 위한 작업 자세 분석 (Analysis of Work Postures of Fire Fighters for Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders)

  • The aim of study was to reduce risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders, and prevent it according to evaluation and analysis of its symptoms survey, and work postures which doing much frequently. This study was conducted by 64 firefighters. It was surveyed physical burden levels, distribution of musculoskeletal symptoms, and analized work postures by using ergonomics tools, such as Rapid Entire Body Assesment(REBA), Rapid Upper Lim Assessment(RULA), NIOSH Lifting Equation(NLE). Physical burden levels, and distribution of musculoskeletal symptoms were surveyed according to frequency analysis, and the analysis of above tools were presented figures and scores. The all the results of REBA were that risk level was "High", action level was "Need soon" and the results of RULA were "The results are required detailed survey and immediate improvement" at Require rescue person handling, fire hose, hybraulic rescue equipment, universal axe work postures. The occurrence possibility of musculoskeletal disorders of fire fighters is quite high due to instability postures, excessive physical work and so on. Thus, making various efforts to prevent disorders, and improving working environment is necessary continuously.

해상 상태 및 선저여유수심을 고려한 연안 내 선박의 최적 항로 결정 (Determination of Optimal Ship Route in Coastal Sea Considering Sea State and Under Keel Clearance)

  • Ship route planning is to find a route to minimize voyage time and/or fuel consumption in a given sea state. Unlike previous studies, this study proposes an optimization method for the route planning to avoid the grounding risk near the coast. The route waypoints were searched using A* algorithm, and the route simplification was performed to remove redundant waypoints using Douglas-Peucker algorithm. The optimization was performed to minimize fuel consumption by setting the optimization design parameters to the engine rpm. The sea state factors such as wind, wave, and current are also considered for route planning. We propose the constraint to avoid ground risk by using under keel clearance obtained from electoronic navigational chart. The proposed method was applied to find the optimal route between Mokpo and Jeju. The result showed that the proposed method suggests the optimal route that minimizes fuel consumption.

동북 아시아 지역에서의 대기중 재료부식 시험에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Atmospheric Corrosion Tests of Materials in Northeast Asia)

  • The structure such as building and cultural properties was composed of various materials like wood, metal and stone that have been utilized and exposed to air, wind and rain far a long time. However, because of their special characteristics as structure, collecting of samples that may involve their destruction cannot be permitted, ever for material analysis. Therefore, h order to study the Influence of atmospheric pollution on structure, atmospheric corrosion tests were achieved by making use of materials(bronze. ancient copper, copper, steel and marble) in field exposure tests. Atmospheric exposure sites are selected from places which are characterized by urban, rural, Industrial and marine enoronments In Northeast Asia. According to the results of atmospheric corrosion tests: The corrosion rates of Industrial states In china were more serious than other sampling sites. In the correlation of meteorological factors. wet hours was defiled as Intogeacted hours under that atmospheric temperature is above $0^{\circ}C$ and relative humidity in above 80% that has a great influence on corrosion tests of materials in case of a short time. The relative humidity was above about 75% that resulted in great increase of corrosion rates. In the esimation of corrosion rates between materials, corrosion rates of steel was about thirty times and decuple larger than that of other materials excluding marble in unshelterd exposure and In sheltered exposure.

  • As the accidents of cargo and passenger carrying ships occur, the stress faced by the vessel users is increasing. The risk factors for accident deterioration in remote marine area are stronger than those in road accidents, and therefore the need for safety control is greatly emphasized. To overcome such issue, a lot of effort has been made in terms of conducting research and development of the passengers and freights location tracking system. However, the inner bulkhead structures are made of aluminum/steel which is a difficult material to transfer location information through. This study aims to measure the receiving rate of LoRaWAN signal inside the aluminum/steel bulkhead structures with variation in reception strength and distance. The test was taken place at platforms with 6T and 8T enclosures to reflect the same conditions found in fishery patrol boats. The receiving rate of through-the-wall communication at 10M distance turned out to be 86% in case of using two 6T enclosures, and 73% in case of using one 8T enclosure. The result showed that the receiving rate was more affected by the thickness rather than the number of enclosures.

아산항 계획 항로에서의 선박 통항의 안전성 평가 검토 (An Investigation for Evaluation of the Safety of the Ship's Transit in the Planned Channel of Asan Port)

  • This paper was a part of the risk management in planning a channel. It utilized Korea Marine Training & Research Institutes(KMTRI) which Houses a real-time, full-mission shiphandling simulator to examine the safety of the ship's transit in the planned channel of Asan port. 6 competent Captains participated in this study. The vessel modelled was a 60,000-ton ship. The two variables(factors) examined were environ-mental conditions such as flood-and-ebb current condition and day-and-night condition. The two variables were combined to produce four experimental conditions. To evaluate the safety of the environmental conditions, two categories of performance measures were analyzed. They were vessel's proximity to channel boundary and vessel controalbility. The findings regar-ding the effects of environmental conditions were as follows : - Closest Point of Approach(CPA) to channel boundary was enough for 60,000-ton ship to transit th-rough the channel with 99.999% confidence level. - Closest Point of Approach(CPA) to channel boundary further was under against-current condition than under with-current condition. -Vessel controlability was better under against-current condition than under with-current condition. -Vessel controlability was better under inbound transit than under outbound transit.

  • Computer dominated jobs and industrial automation have rapidly created work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs) and WMSDS are expanding to employee of other general industry. Specific risk factors associated with WMSDs include repetitive motion, heavy lifting, forceful exertion, contact stress, vibration awkward posture and rapid hand and wrist movement. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects of the neck muscle workload according to posture(joint angle) and load weight. Seven male students participated in this study. To analyze neck muscle workload was studied on electromyographic(EMG) activity for sternocleidomastoid and trapezius, was subjectively rated using a Borg's CR-10 scale. ANOVA showed that the CR-10 ratings and most EMG root-mean-square (RMS) value were statistically significant improvement according to posture(joint angle) and load weight. The results of this study indicate the joint angle and weight of neck muscle workload to provide safe working conditions. To reduce the large number and severity of WMSDs employees have been experiencing, we need to redesign the job in workplace to identify and control hazards that are reasonably likely to be causing or contributing to the WMSDs.

2014년 부산 연안 해역에서 계절적 환경특성에 따른 식물플랑크톤 군집의 변화양상 (Seasonal changes in phytoplankton community related with environmental factors in the Busan coastal region in 2014)

  • 본 연구는 2014년 동계, 춘계, 하계, 추계 부산 연안 해역에서 식물플랑크톤 군집구조와 그들의 성장에 미치는 환경요인을 파악하기 위해 25개의 정점에서 생물학적 요인과 무생물학적 요인을 조사하였다. 부산 연안 해역에서 식물플랑크톤의 현존량 및 군집조성은 강우에 의한 낙동강 방류수에 크게 의존되는 특성과 더불어, 염분 분포가 생물의 집적에 중요하게 작용하는 것으로 파악됐다. 염분은 영양염 DIN (R2=0.72, p<0.001) 및 DSi (R2=0.78, p<0.001)와 유의한 상관관계를 확인하였으나, DIP (R2=0.037, p>0.05)는 염분과 유의한 관계성은 없었다. 이는 2014년 하계 강우에 의한 연안역으로 담수의 유입은 질소와 규소기원의 영양염 공급을 초래하였고, 식물플랑크톤 중 규조류와 은편모조류의 증식에 중요하게 작용하였다. 계절적으로 식물플랑크톤의 현존량은 하계, 추계, 춘계, 동계 순으로 높게 나타났다. Chl. a 농도에 대한 기여율은 식물플랑크톤의 총 현존량과 높은 양의 상관관계(R2=0.84, p<0.001)를 보였고, 그중에서도 은편모조류(R2=0.76, p<0.001) 및 규조류(R2=0.50, p<0.001)의 기여율이 상대적으로 높게 나타난 것을 파악하였다. 결과적으로 부산 연안 해역은 낙동강 하구와 부산 도심 및 항만기원의 유기물 부하로, 식물플랑크톤의 증식이 빠르게 일어날 수 있는 환경변화를 파악하였다. 특히, 내측과 외측은 영양염 농도뿐만 아니라, 식물플랑크톤의 군집구조 및 현존량의 차이도 크게 나타났고, 이는 계절적으로 상이한 특성을 보였다.

국내식품의 중금속 오염과 위해성 분셕 (Contamination and Risk Analysis of Heavy Metals in Korean Foods)

  • 인체의 중금속 노출은 식품이 대부분을 차지하고 있어 세계 어느나라나 인체건강의 유지라는 측면에서 깊은 관심을 쏟고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내산 식품의 중금속 함량과 식이섭취량에 관련된 연구결과를 총정리하였으며 외국자료와 비교함으로써 중금속의 위해성을 평가하였다. 식품군별(해산어류, 연안패류, 담수어류, 곡류)로 비소, 카드뮴, 수은, 납의 4가지 금속원소의 함량에 대한 연차적 변화추세를 분석한 결과 1970년대보다는 1980년대, 그리고 1990년대로 올수록 중금속의 평균농도는 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 중금속의 국내기준과 비교하였을 때 평균치로는 기준을 초과하는 경우가 없었으나 최고치로는 기준을 초과하는 경우가 드물게 발견되었다. 한국인에 의한 중금속의 식이섭취량 데이터를 요약하면 1980년대보다는 1990년대에 감소하는 경향이 있었다. 중금속 중 As, Hg의 평균섭취량은 PTWI의 6∼8%, Cd, Pb은 50∼80%수준으로 모두 허용량을 밑돌고 있으나 특정식품을 많이 먹는 극단소비량으로 계산한다면 PTWI를 초과할 수 있으므로 심도있는 평가가 요구된다. 한국인에 의한 Cd, Hg, Pb의 식이섭취량은 여러 국가에 대한 GEMS/Food 데이터와 비교시 중위권에 속하는 것으로 나타났다. 식품 중에서 수산물은 Hg, Cd 및 As의 오염이, 일반식품은 Pb의 오염이 우려되고 있으므로 이들 중금속에 대한 법적기준을 설정하여 중금속에 의한 오염 진행상황을 감시해야 될 것이다. 나아가 모든 급원(음식물, 공기, 불, 직업적 노출)으로부터 중금속의 총 노출량을 평가하고 식생활에서의 위해요소를 확인함으로써 식량자원의 안전성을 확보할 수 있게 되기를 바란다.
