차량 동특성에 대한 프레임의 유연성 효과 (Flexibility Effects of Frame for Vehicle Dynamic Characteristics)

  • Previous method of computer simulation to predict the dynamic response of a vehicle has been based on the assumption that vehicle structure is rigid. If the flexibility of the vehicle structure becomes too large to ignore, rigid body assumption will no longer give good estimation of the dynamic characteristics. Therefore, in order to predict more precise vehicle dynamic characteristics, flexible multi-body dynamic analysis of a vehicle is necessary. This paper investigates dynamic characteristics of vehicle systems with flexible frames numerically. Joint reaction forces, vertical accelerations, pitch accelerations are analyzed for the vehicle systems with various flexible frames using multi-body dynamic analysis code and finite element analysis code.

의류업체의 생산자동화: 기업상황과 생산성과와의 관계 (Automation in Apparel Manufacturing: The Relationship with Company Context and Manufacturing Performance)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine: 1) the differences in the automation level by company characteristics(i.e., product category, product type, firm size); 2) the effects of company context(i.e., environmental uncertainty, task uncertainty) on the automation level; and 3) the effect of the automation level on manufacturing performance(i.e., quality, flexibility, time, cost). Data were collected from a mail survey. Four hundred eighty two questionaries were mailed to apparel manufacturers nationwide, and 60 responses were analyzed. The results revealed that: 1) mens and womens wear manufacturers and large manufacturers(i.e., the number of employees, sales volume) showed higher automation level; 2) environmental complexity positively affected the automation level; and 3) the automation level had a positive effect only on quality performance.

  • The objective in this paper is to develope the e-Supply Chain Management System and applied for the Manufacturing. A Manufacturing that is consider to be world class recognize that its ability to complete in the marketplace depends on developing e-SCM System that is properly align with its mission of serving the customer. This paper investigated the relationship between e-SCM and performance in manufacturing. A stratified random sample was collected from the Federation of Korea Industries. Conclusively, e-SCM is important factor between source factors (environmental dynamic, Leadership) and manufacturing performance. e-SCM is significantly related to Quality, Flexibility, Delivery, and Cost.

  • Manufacturing companies must possess a new type of production system with characteristics of reconfigurability, reusability and scalability (Dove 1995), i.e. an agile manufacturing system. Such system will allow flexibility not only in producing a variety of part, but also in changing the system itself, which is a difference form flexible manufacturing systems. A fundamental early step in the reconfiguring process for agile manufacturing system is to develop a model that adequately describes the proposed systems, in order to be able to study and evaluate the impact of the reconfiguring decision on the system performance, before its construction. Therefore, in this paper, an Object & Knowledge-based Interval Timed Petri-Net (OKITPN) approach is proposed.

  • Cellular manufacturing(CM) is a philosophy and innovation to improve manufacturing productivity and flexibility. Cell formation(CF), the first and key problem faced in designing an effective CM system, is a process whereby parts with similar design features or Processing requirements are grouped into part families, and the corresponding machines into machine cells. Cell formation solutions often contain exceptional elements(EEs). EE create interactions between two manufacturing cells. A policy dealing with EEs considers minimizing the total costs of three important costs; (1)intercellular transfer (2)machine duplication and (3)subcontracting. This paper presents an effective cell formation method with fuzzy nonlinear mixed-integer programming simultaneously to form manufacturing cells and to minimize the total costs of eliminating exceptional elements.

공급사슬유연성이 경쟁우위전략에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Supply Chain Flexibility and Competitive Advantage Strategy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공급사슬유연성(운영유연성, 물류유연성)과 경쟁우위전략(저원가, 고품질, 납기신속성)간의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 공급사슬유연성(운영유연성, 물류유연성)과 경쟁우위전략(저원가, 고품질, 납기신속성) 간의 관계에 대한 모형을 구축하였다. 관련된 자료를 수집하기 위해 구미에 위치한 제조 기업에 종사하는 종업원들에게 500부의 설문지를 배포하였다. 수집된 자료들은 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 기술적 분석, 신뢰성 분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등의 통계적 기법을 활용하였다. 연구결과 운영유연성은 저원가, 고품질전략에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 물류유연성은 납기신속성 전략에 긍정적인 영향을 미치나, 운영 유연성은 납기신속성에, 물류유연성은 저원가, 고품질 전략에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 기업은 적용하는 공급사슬유연성과 경쟁우위전략과 적절한 조화를 통해 기업전략을 극대화 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

직장 유연성이 종업원의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Workplace Flexibility on Employees' Organizational Commitment)

  • 코로나19팬데믹을 기점으로 근무방식의 전면적인 변화와 직장 유연성에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 종업원들이 근무장소와 근무시간을 유연하게 사용할 수 있는 다양한 근무제도에 대한 연구가 많은 반면 보다 넒은 의미에서의 직장 유연성에 대한 연구는 중요성에 비해 부족한 편이다. 이러한 문제인식하에 본 연구는 정보통신 서비스 산업과 제조 산업의 외국계 기업과 국내 상위 50개 대기업에 근무하는 종업원 300명을 대상으로 직장 유연성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석해 보고자 했다. 직장 유연성을 양적 직장 유연성과 질적 직장 유연성으로 구분하여 연구 변수를 설정하였다. 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 양적 직장 유연성의 유형 중 근무 장소, 근무 연속성과 질적 직장 유연성을 의미하는 업무 자율성과 팀워크의 경우 조직몰입에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 양적 직장 유연성 유형 중 근무 시간의 경우 조직몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 질적 직장 유연성이 양적 직장 유연성에 비해 조직 몰입도 미치는 영향이 강하다는 것을 확인했다. 이러한 연구 결과는 학술적으로는 직장 유연성을 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면을 동시에 고려했다는 점이다. 실무적으로는 질적 직장 유연성 확보를 위해 업무 자율성과 팀워크를 제고할 수 있는 다양한 영역에서 종업원간의 열린 의사소통 및 협업을 촉진할 필요가 있을 것이다. 또한 서로 피드백을 주고받을 수 있는 커뮤니케이션을 촉진하는 조직 분위기 및 업무 환경 조성의 필요성을 제시했다.

Development of Direct Surface Forming Process

  • The backlight unit(BLU) is used as a light source of TFT liquid-crystalline-display (TFT-LCD) module. In this backlight unit, one of important components is the light guide, which is usually made of transparent polymers. Currently the screen-printing method is mainly used for the light guide as a manufacturing process. However, it has limitation to the flexibility of three-dimensional optical design. In the present paper a new alternative manufacturing method for the light guide with low-cost is proposed. This manufacturing method is named as direct surface forming (DSF), which is very similar to the well-known hot embossing except for partial contact between mold and substrate. The results of this new manufacturing method are presented in terms of processing condition, dimensional accuracy, productivity, etc.
