풍촌지역 석회석을 이용한 침강성탄산칼슘의 제조 (Manufacture of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate from Pungchon Limestone)

  • This research is focused on an improvement of additional value of high grade limestone. To obtain the basic data of precipitated calcium carbonate(PCC), studies of physical properties of limestone, calcination and hydration characteristics, the characteristics to manufacture quick lime, hydrated lime, ground calcium carbonate and precipitated calcium carbonate were performed. In the carbonation process, formation of rombohedral must be kept under $10^{\circ}C$ for reaction. Although the temperature of reaction of lime milk was limited under $30^{\circ}C$ for a colloidal PCC manufacture, over $50^{\circ}C$ for spindle type PCC. The recommended reaction conditions for colloidal PCC are $20^{\circ}C$ of reaction temperature, 4% of $Ca(OH)_2$ concentration, 1000rpm of stirring rate and 200ml/min of $CO_2$ gas flow rate.

  • 본 논문은 로프 파단으로 인한 추락, Sheave 마모로 인한 마찰력 저하, 엘리베이터의 과속 상승, 엘리베이터 도어 Zone의 이탈 및 정전시 로프 브레이크가 동작하여 승객보호 목적을 배가하는 안전장치에 관한 것으로 기존의 제품과 다른 방식을 도입하여 승객과 설비를 보호할 수 있는 설계방법을 제시하고 제작을 통해 최적형상에 접근하였다.

방직산업용 연삭숫돌 제작 및 성능평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Grinding Wheel Manufacture and Assessment for Application in Weaving Machine)

  • A weaving machine for texture industry uses a lot of needles and the nib of these needles is necessary to be kept with sharp edge. The re-grinding of the needle by a special purpose of the grinding wheel can be selected for achieving this aim. This study focused on the manufacture and performance assessment the special grinding wheel. A forming mold for the grinding wheel was designed and a sintering process for furnace process control was established. Manufactured wheels were tested for determining suitable grade of the wheel. The selection of optimal grinding conditions was achieved by a response surface method and a genetic algorithm.

  • The estimation of yield for semiconductor devices requires not only establishment of critical area but also a new parameter of process defect density that contains inspection mean defect density related cleanness of manufacure process line, minimum feature size and the total number of mask process. We estimate the repaired yield of memory devide, leads the semiconductor technique, repaired by redundancy scheme in relation with defect density distribution function, and we confirm the repaired yield for different devices as this model. This shows the possibility of the yield estimation as statistical analysis for the condition of device related cleanness of manufacture process line, design and manufacture process.

골판지 포장재의 생산공정에 대한 LCA 수행 및 친환경 공정개선 (Life Cycle Assessment and Improvement Assessment for Manufacturing Process of Corrugated Package)

  • 본 연구에서는 골판지포장재에 대하여 LCA를 수행하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 생산공정의 환경성 개선을 수행하였다. 연구범위는 원료취득단계에서부터 원단제조단계, 상자제조단계까지로 구분하여 각 단계 및 세부공정별로 LCA에 의한 환경영향을 평가하였다. 영향범주는 자원고갈, 지구온난화, 오존층고갈, 광화학산화물생성, 산성화, 부영양화, 생태독성, 인간독성의 8가지 범주로 구분하여 평가하였다. 평가결과, 전체 환경영향 중 원료취득단계에서 발생하는 영향이 약 92%로 가장 높게 차지하는 것으로 나타났으며 라이너지 제조공정에서 가장 큰 환경영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 원단제조단계와 상자제조단계의 공정에서 발생하는 환경영향은 원단제조단계의 주 공정인 single facer 및 D/W backer 공정에서 가장 높은 영향을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 환경영향이 나타나는 주요 원인은 전력, 중유 등의 에너지인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 포장재의 청정생산공정구축을 위하여 생산공정에 대한 진단을 수행하였다. 진단을 통하여 손모율 저감과 상자의 내압강도에 대한 개선효과를 평가하였으며, 개선 후 환경영향은 개선 전보다 약 3.8% 환경영향이 저감된 것으로 나타났다.

  • Manufacture of OLED device used thermal evaporation method. However thermal evaporation method has many defect as thermal damage of substrate, difficult of dopant rate control and low utilization of organic materials. so we suggest PLD(Pulsed Laser Deposition) method that solution of these problems. PLD method has many advantage as without thermal damage, easy indicate of deposition rate per one pulse and good utilization of organic materials. In this paper we apply the PLD method for manufacture of device so we present high efficiency device manufacture using PLD method that has good deposition uniformity, surface rough and deposition rate.

국내 뿌리산업의 현황과 진흥정책에 관한 연구 (A study on current status of domestic Ppuri industry and its promotion policy)

  • Recently, de-industrialization phenomenon has been intensified in global. It caused negative issues of manufacturing economy, so many countries are carrying out a policy to protect and promote their manufacture industry. Also in Korea, government is implementing a policy to promote their manufacture based technique and process. It was named "Ppuri industry". We studied how important Ppuri industry is in Korean manufacture economy and the relation of between the metal industry and Ppuri industry. Finally, we analyze the problem of korean promotion policy of Ppuri industry and suggest an alternative policy.

비대칭 형상제품의 단조공정에 관한 연구 (An Investigation on the Forging Process of an Irregular Shape Product)

  • A brake spider in an irregular shape, which is used as a part in the braking system of a vehicle like a big truck and a trailer, is subjected to a large torque and hence requires both strength and endurance over the brake heat. Manufacture of this product in practice is generally composed of hot forging processes and machining. At the present study, two or more processes were considered for the hot forging. With an initial circular billet, blocker and finisher processes were analyzed using the rigid-plastic finite element method and also in addition to the preforming process. Proper forging processes to manufacture an irregular product without forging defects, which are preforming, blocker and finisher, were discussed and commented upon.

  • The environment of automobile industry in the world is rapidly changing. It is changing of high oil price, technology, environment and construction of competition by newly rising an economic district. Automobile company is focusing on three issue because they want to reinforce competition of automobile industry in the world. That is innovation of production profit management through quality management and Lean. Chance of success is separated in R&D, providing distribution, manufacture, distribution, selling in automobile industry. Emphasis on development process, distribution process, manufacture process, circulation and selling process for strengthening the competitiveness and guarantee. In this thesis, we try to analysis the data set period of automobile production by using survival analysis. While using mean comparison of general statistics commit mistakes, survival analysis can used for including censored data in order to heighten analysis efficiency.

진공주형몰드 제작에 대한 최적조건 설정에 관한 연구 (Study on optimum conditions establishment by Mold fabrication of Vacuum Casting)

  • In this study, we analyzed about that after design form manufacture master pattern in Rapid Prototyping-RP through design program, processes to manufacture prototype using Vacuum Casting. In Rapid Prototyping-RP, there is an en-or by shrinkage of resin and, in Vacuum Casting, there is an error by shrinkage of silicon. To select condition which shrinkage become the minimum of each process, manufactured prototype after using Full Factorial Design of Design of Experiments, We could confirm shrinkage using reverse engineering and that result came into effect ANOVA 2-way. We applied errors of each process to master pattern, and then presented the method to improve flood control precision of prototype of Vacuum Casting.
