The systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is a systemic inflammatory disease caused by autoimmune mechanism, involving blood cells, the kidney, the central nervous system, and etc. The heart is one of the frequently involved organs but it is rare as an initial manifestation. Therefore, early suspicion and accurate diagnosis followed by aggressive immunosuppressive therapy including corticosteroid is mandatory for heart-involved patients. We experienced a case of pericardial effusion as an initial manifestation of childhood SLE, which showed immediate response to corticosteroid.

The 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China in 2019 led to large numbers of people being infected and developing atypical pneumonia (coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19). Typical imaging manifestations of patients infected with 2019-nCoV has been reported, but we encountered an atypical radiological manifestation on baseline computed tomography (CT) images in three patients from Wuhan, China infected with the 2019-nCoV. Surprisingly, the only similar CT finding was a solitary sub-centimeter ground-glass nodule adjacent to bronchovascular bundles, which could be easily overlooked. In addition, the follow-up images in these patients showed how COVID-19 pneumonia evolved from these small nodules. The radiologic manifestation of the three cases will expand contemporary understanding of COVID-19.

Hwamunsok(mat with flower design) is a special product of Kanghwa, which is made up of cyperus exaltatus. According to Allergy, cyperus exaltatus is one of the inhalant allergens and provokes respiratory symptoms and signs. There have been few reports about respiratory allergic disease or contact dermatitis occurring in farmers who cultivate the cyperus exaltatus or manufacture Hwamunsok with it. We studied the relationship between allergic symptoms and exposure to cyperus exaltatus. First, we questioned 141 voluntaries living in Kangwha on the symptoms of contact dermatitis, allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma. Secondly, open tests with cyperus exaltatus were done to permitted 73 voluntaries. Patch tests with the European standard series(23 antigens) were only done to exposure 49 subjects to cyperus exaltatus. The results were as follows : 1. As the manifestation rate of allergic symptoms by age, its of 60 years old over in male showed 333 per 1,000 persons. Its of 50 years old in female showed 412 per 1,000 persons. Those age groups in both genders exhibited the highest manifestation of allergic symptoms than all other age groups. Also, if age and sex were adjusted with the rural population of Kanghwagun('93 base population), the manifestation rate of allergic symptoms in male showed 283 per 1,000 persons. Its in female and totals of study populations showed which is each 206 and 234 per 1,000 persons. Specially, it showed that statistics significantly(p=0.002), exposured subjects by cultivation of cyperus exaltatus & manufacture of Hwamunsok have experienced symptoms of contact dermatitis more frequently than unexposured subjects. Secondly, it tested statistics significantly that the risk factor as manifestation of allergic symptoms was the exposure of cyperus exaltatus's allergen(p=0.024). The manifestation risk of allergic symptoms in exposure groups was 3.73 times higher than unexposured subjects. Thirdly, positive reactions in open tests with cyperus exaltatus were higher in exposured subjects than non-exposured subjects. After 72 and 96 hours, positive reactions in open tests were all 10 subjects(20.4%). Also, after 1 week, positive reactions were 8 subjects(16.4%). In conclusion there is a close relationship between contact dermatitis and exposure to cyperus exaltatus while cultivating it and manufacturing Hwamunsok. Therefore, various studies should be continued and a health education program undertaken on contact dermatitis with those who were be engaging in Hwamunsok's manufacture.

Duodenal injury following blunt abdominal trauma is a relatively unusual complication, and it may sometimes be difficult to distinguish a duodenal hematoma from duodenal perforation. According to recent reports, intramural hematomas typically resolve spontaneously with conservative treatment. Surgery, however, is occasionally necessary in some cases if the diagnosis is delayed, conservative therapy fails, or a high degree of suspicion of duodenal injury persists. We experienced a case of delayed manifestation of a duodenal intramural hematoma that was surgically treated.

Spontaneous pneumothorax is a rare manifestation of primary lung cancer and it is even more rare as an initial manifestation. Recently we have experienced three cases of lung cancer presenting initially as spontaneous pneumothorax. These three cases involved 2 men and one woman with an average age of 70 years [66 - 74years]. Lung cancer was discovered by explothoracotomy in two cases and by endoscopic biopsy in one case. In pathologic cell types, the one was alveolar cell carcinoma and the others were squamous cell carcinoma. We report these three cases of primary lung cancer presenting initially as spontaneous pneumothorax with review of the literatures.

Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune demyelinating disorder of the nervous system. The ocular manifestation includes optic neuritis, internuclear opthalmoplegia and nystagmus. Upbeat nystagmus is a rare manifestation of multiple sclerosis. We report a patient with relapsing multiple sclerosis who presented with upbeat nystagmus from a circumscribed lesion in the caudal medulla.

FRBR(Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records) provides a structured conceptual model for relating the data which are recorded in bibliographic records to identify information resources. FRBR has 4 bibliographic entities - the work, expression, manifestation, and item - in its conceptual model. In this paper, the difference in the 'work' conception between FRBR and international standard numbers is examined Consequently, the following points are observed: (1) The ISBN, ISSN, and ISMN identify manifestation level, as they refer to the physical expression of a work. The IARN, ISRC, and ISAN identify expression level, irrespective of its manifestation. The ISWC and ISTC identify work level - the unique artistic creation, whatever its expression or manifestation is. (2) ISWC and ISTC does not use the word 'work' in the same way as FRBR does. I think that the differences in meanings of the two usages 'work' come from the different positions to information resources.

Although mathematically gifted students have potential and creative productivity, they might not manifest group level creative synergy. To manifest group creativity among them, the manifestation process should be facilitated and the process losses should be minimized. The purpose of this study is looking for the method to facilitate the manifestation process of group creativity and minimize the process losses of it. To do this, a case study method was adopted. The products and process losses of the manifestation process of group creativity was analysed. In conclusion, the processes and products of group creativity were concretized and the process losses were analysed by social/motivational and cognitive factors. In addition, the justification and agreement were necessary for the manifestation process of group creativity among mathematically gifted students.

This study is to find a resource description methods applying RDA 2020 through comparing original RDA and RDA 2020, identifying the characteristics of RDA 2020, and describing practical resources focusing on manifestation applying the rules of RDA 2020. Several things should be considered for practical cataloging manifestation by RDA 2020. First, it is necessary to figure out which among the four recording methods are allowed by the elements of entities. Second, each library should develop its own application profile which specifies the elements be used for the resource description, supports the practical resource description, and makes effective resource description based on minimum description. Third, a template for encoding format could be created based on the application profile. This study will be able to provide practical help when cataloging librarians describe resources with applying RDA 2020.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate anti-cancer effects of various ginseng herbal acupuncture in mice and expression of cytokine mRNA. Methods: Anti-cancer effects of various ginseng herbal acupuncture were tested by measuring the increase of life span of mice suffering from peritoneal cancer induced by Sarcoma-180, and expression of mRNA manifestation using RT-PCR. The results are as follows: Results: 1. Increase of life span of mice suffering from peritoneal cancer induced by Sarcoma-180 was measured for anti-cancer effects. As a result, 115% increase was shown in the cultivated wild ginseng group, 11.1% increase in the red ginseng group, and no increase was detected in either white ginseng and fresh ginseng groups. 2. Measuring the expression of cytokine mRNA manifestation, expression of $interferon-{\gamma}$ was slightly increased in the cultivated wild ginseng group compared to the control group, but manifestation of interleukin-10 was slightly decreased. 3. For the red ginseng, white ginseng, and fresh ginseng experiment groups II, IL-2, IL-4, $INF-{\gamma}$, and IL -10 all showed increase suggesting possible error occurring during the test process. Conclusion: From the results obtained in this study, we can reason that the ginseng we use may not match the ginseng cited in the texts of the past. Anti-cancer effects of cultivated wild ginseng can be more potent than those of white and fresh ginseng.
