This research explores websites of comics museum provided by the Korean Manhwa Museum and the Kyoto International Manga Museum and is supposed to analyze the type of content and finding out features. Since both museums specialize in comics and provide diverse information related to comics and their museums, this research analyze them on the basis of three types of categories, which are public relations content, professional content, and exhibition/education content The result shows that both museums generally provide similar type of information and content even though there are small differences. Especially, they have common points in the way that both offer detailed information of museum facilities and about exhibition schedules and education programs. However, the goal they are aiming at shows a difference. Korea Manhwa Museum tries to have interactive communication with its site visitors using the bulletin board system and to update newly published comics and events frequently managing separate websites. Kyoto International Manga Museum seems to focus on promoting itself in order to have more museum visitors. It provides detailed information such as history of the museum building, the object of setting up the museum and so on. Also, it provides four different foreign language websites.

This paper presents methods to achieve and control accurate output voltage. PSR removed secondary output voltage sensing circuit, therefore standby power loss can be decreased. When sensing the auxiliary winding voltage, sensing must be done at accurate branch which has $V_O$ information. For this reason this paper presents the PSR sensing technique using sawtooth wave and peak detector. Circuit verification carried out with Spectre in Cadence corporation and Manga/Hynix $0.35{\mu}m$ 700V process.

GaN와 SiC 반도체는 band gap이 넓고 주파수 특성이 우수하여 미국, 유럽, 일본등 선진국에서는 기존의 GaAs나 InP에 이어 차세대 화합물 반도체 플랫폼(next generation compound semiconductor platform)으로서 연구개발 테마로 각광을 받고 있다. 미국의 경우 잘 알려진 국가 대형프로젝트인 WBGS-RF program (2003~2010, 7년)의 종료와 함께 새로운 NEXT program(2009~2014, 5년)을 지난 해 시작하였으며, 유럽은 KORRIGAN program (2005~2009, 5년)에서 연구개발된 기술에 대하여 후속인 MANGA program (2010~2014, 3.5년)을 통하여 GaN 반도체의 양산체제 구축을 위한 대형 연방 프로젝트를 시작하였다. 따라서 본 논문발표에서는 지난 10년 동안 그리고 향후 5년간 2014년까지 미국 국방성과 유럽연방 국방성에서 지원하고 있는 대형 국가 프로젝트인 GaN 전자소자 연구개발 프로그램과 연구개발 동향 분석을 통하여 대한민국이 나아가야 할 차세대 화합물 반도체 플랫폼인 GaN 전자소자의 연구개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Japanese "Manga" (Comics) and animation films are very popular among the audiences from many countries. Japan is creating various new cultural contents through comics and animation films, and it became one of the important economic growth driver. Japanese famous comic Naruto, which had been successfully concluded recently, have achieved great success and gained popularity globally. One of the reasons for the success of Naruto is the various characters in the comic. In, there are various characters with different personalities and characteristics. Characters are important factors that makes the story stands out and delivers the story. Furthermore, the characters in the story often reflect the author's psychology and mind. By analyzing the characters' behavior and personalities, the audience can follow the story more interestingly, and understand the author's message better. The objective of this study is to analyze the Naruto's main characters' personality and characteristics through enneagram. Furthermore, the report explains the success of by analyzing the different behaviors that results from different personalities, and the relationship between the characters.

This article aims at exploring the convergence and sharing of cultural tastes among Northeast Asian countries by analyzing TV drama "Boys over flower", based on the original Japanese manga and produced in Korea, China, Japan and Taiwan in the $21^{st}$ century. It explores the expectation and desire of the mass who have taken pleasure in watching it in each country as well. This article argues that the sharing of the sensitivities and tastes of young women, the main consumer of the drama, by the mass of the four countries, are an important cultural phenomenon in that it reveals the emergence of "girl" as an active cultural consumer, who had been the object of a restraint and strict protection of the bourgeois family structure.

In this study, we performed whole effluent toxicity(WET) test and compared the biological component analyses tests for some streams into which wastewater treatment plant effluents are discharged. The test procedures for the WET test and the biological component analysis were conducted according to U.S. EPA guidelines and the Ohio EPA wading method. The WET tests based on the test species of D. manga and S. capricornutum All treatment plants showed a S. capricornutum toxicity, and at 7 sites, except A and J, we could observe a D. magna toxicity. The highest toxicity was observed at site D and this were followed by E and F. The biological component analyses applied to the effluent discharged stream. We found that total species were low at sites C1, D1 and J1 and the low number of total individuals were observed at sites A1, C1, E1, H1, and J1 compared to the controls and other sites. The species richness was low at sites A1, B1, C1, D1, and J1. The species change was evident at site D(D1) and the tolerant species was predominant. The biological analyses and WET tests suggested that the effluents resulted in massive ecosystem impact.

The Vampire has relatively universal images in through the cultural and verbal usages. The comic Higajima and movie display the latest image of Japanese Vampire of asian mode of production. After the Meiji political reformation of 18th Century, Japanese had rapidly changed into European style in every places. However, the Higajima is denied the structural changes, it is insisted that the changing is only the skin deep and colour of hair but the structure of the society is same as feudal Japan. Asian mode of production is claimed by Karl Marx, according to him, it is before the historical developing model in Europe and it was controversial. The major character of modern Japanese history would be the change of hierarchy of king-shogun-samurai-peasant based on the regional ground. The feudal structure is changed by the Meiji reformation and Japan was rushed for the westernized country rather than the asian mode of production. However, Higajima argued that the changing is just the clothes of ruler but the democracy and individual citizenship was lost in that reformation. Vampire is cursed creature that cannot see the sun and it has not the functioned as a human organ. For human it is dead but this creature actively moves and stronger than human and much superior than human in every aspects. It is managed the feeding through the suck the human blood and power to seduction. Even it is not exist, it is quite symbolic phenomenon of cultural usage of superior entity of chain of feeding. The aim of this paper is display the symbolic code Vampire of Asian mode of production in Higajima and political struggling of Japan in actual. To search of the cultural meaning and possibility of the Korean solution of modernity.

Objectives: For suitable risk management of the domestic aquatic environment, it is necessary to conduct toxicity tests using species native to Korea. In the present study, we performed toxicity ring tests using endemic freshwater arthropoda Neocaridina denticulata and evaluated its validity and reproducibility as an international standard test species. Methods: To evaluate the sensitivity levels of N. denticulata to hazardous chemicals, toxicity values for several chemicals were compared with other standard test species. Intra- and inter-laboratory acute toxicity tests were performed both within a single laboratory and among four laboratories respectively using 3,4-Dichloroaniline, which is generally used as a reference test substance in fish toxicity tests. In addition, intra- and inter-laboratory coefficient of variations (CVs) were calculated to evaluate reproducibility based on the estimated toxicity values. Results: The sensitivity of N. denticulata to several chemicals was found to be similar with D. manga, indicating that the species is valid as a test species. The CVs of the intra- and inter-laboratory tests were 22.946% with four qualified runs and 8.828% among the four laboratories, respectively. Conclusions: N. denticulata serves in an important role in the food chain of Korean aquatic ecosystems and also inhabits several other Asian countries. Since the validity and reproducibility of the species were confirmed as a toxicity test species in this study, further efforts are needed to establish N. denticulata as the international standard test species for the appropriate risk assessment of aquatic ecosystems at home and abroad.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to consider ways to strengthen it through comparison and curriculum while recognizing the importance of global competencies in liberal arts education in universities. Methods: In order to explore ways to reinforce the sub-competence of global competencies, this study was conducted at a four-year university in Chungcheong-do for one year in 2019, such as 'Global Culture Talk', 'Global Travel', 'Global Nanta', and 'Making Global Friends'. Cases of comparison and application of educational programs were analyzed. The program was attended by the Department of Business Administration, Department of Aviation Service, Department of Design, Department of Manga Animation, Department of Broadcasting and Film, and foreign exchange students. The competency-centered curriculum not only has clear educational goals, but is also very advantageous in establishing a feedback system by measuring its performance. This study will assess the effectiveness of the education plan by diagnosing the change in competencies before and after the comparison and curriculum is operated. Results: The overall global competency has increased by 0.2 points compared to 2017. By subsector, it was found that the flexibility increased by 1.4 points. In the field of cross-cultural understanding, it rose 0.6 points, and in the field of global understanding, it rose 2.2 points, showing the largest increase in the sub-fields. Nevertheless, the field of global interest remains at a low level. This is considerably low compared to flexibility and ability to understand other cultures, and it is expected that measures for improvement should be continuously sought. Since the understanding of other cultures has already exceeded 60 points, it is expected that the global competency of the university will be strengthened if the level is consistently maintained and the emphasis is placed on enhancing flexibility and improving global understanding. Conclusion: The importance of strengthening global capabilities is steadily rising. Universities are also reorganizing the curriculum by analyzing the needs and satisfaction of education consumers to respond to this. The programs operated and analyzed in this study were also made as part of this effort. However, since there are various factors that affect global competency, it cannot be but admitted that it is not easy to gauge the change in competency with only a few programs and short-term efforts. However, if the efforts pursued by this study are accumulated and supplemented through feedback from a long-term perspective, it can be expected that there are not a lot of contributions to strengthening global competencies in liberal arts education.
