  • This study shows organizational designs to increase the coordination between infrastructure and rolling stock operation organizations after rail reform based on wheel/rail interface and train/track interaction. Information sharing, face-to-face meeting, liaison role, task force, manager responsible for coordination, and team organization could help to coordinate infrastructure construction plan and train operation plan. It is necessary for the organizations to begin to study the interaction between track and train in Korean environments to make the coordination more efficient.

  • This paper describes a novel navigation algorithm using a locomotion interface with two 6-DOF parallel robotic manipulators. The suggested novel navigation system can induce user's real walking and generate realistic visual feedback during navigation, using robotic manipulators. For realistic visual feedback, the virtual environment is designed with three components; 3D object modeler for buildings and terrains, scene manager and communication manager component. The walking velocity of the user is directly translated to VR actions for navigation. Finally, the functions of the RPC interface are utilized for each interaction mode. The suggested navigation system can allow a user to explore into various virtual terrains with real walking and realistic visual feedback.

분산시스템관리를 위한 관리 프로토콜에 관한연구 (A Study On Management Protocol For Distributed Systems Management)

  • As the size and complexity of network increase Distributed System Management (DSM) will be significant issue within information network in order to increase the high reliability and to improve the flexibility of network management. The OSI management model has several problems. The key problems are that it does not fully address the problem of how to develop communication protocol in support of DSM and how to classify the management connection criteria. In this paper to solve first problem described above this paper propose the connectionless CMIP to accomplish for effectively managing the distributed management managing systems to handle the dynamic informations. To work out second problem we introduce the connection criteria in the hierarchy of management system and finally evaluate the efficiency of a suggested protocol during cooperative negotiation among the managing system.

The Effects of Knowledge Assets on the Performances of Startup Firms: Moderating Effects of Promotion Focus

  • This study examined the effects of startup firm's knowledge assets on the effectiveness of their sales strategies, efficiency of sales activities, and management performance, after categorizing these assets into customer knowledge assets and technology knowledge assets. Furthermore, the moderating effects of promotion focus by CEOs and sales managers of startup firms were analyzed. For the analysis, dyadic questionnaire surveys were conducted targeting the CEOs and sales managers of startup firms established at the Gyeongnam Technopark and the KAIST Technology Business Incubation Center in Korea. Hypotheses were verified through structural equation modeling, and moderating effects were identified through ANOVA. CEO's customer knowledge asset strengthened their effectiveness of sales strategies, and sales manager's technology knowledge asset strengthened the efficiency of their sales activities. Also, CEO's effectiveness of sales strategies and sales manager's efficiency of sales activities have been found to enhance startup firm's management performance. Meanwhile, the moderating effect of promotion focus strengthened CEO's effectiveness of sales strategies through CEO's customer knowledge asset and interaction as CEO's promotion focus level increased, but promotion focus of sales managers did not have any significant interaction effect. This study provides implications by offering empirical evidence on startup firms with regard to knowledge assets.

직장상황 임산부의 의복스타일과 직업유형이 호의도와 업무수행능력 평가에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Maternity Apparel Style and Job Type on the likability and the occupational Competence of Pregnant Working Women)

  • The Purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of maternity apparel style and job type on the likability and the occupational competence of pregnant working women. This study was 3'S factorial design. Independent variables of this study were maternity apparel style(feminine style, neutral style, and masculine style) and job type(assitant manager of bank and salesperson). Dependent variables were the likability and the occupational competence of the stimuli. One hundred eighty college females participated in the study, in which half of the subject viewed the stimuli as a salesperson and the other half as an assistant manager of bank. The results showed that maternity apparel style influenced the perception of likability(F(2,174)=6.97, p<.001) and occupational competence(F(2,174): 16.25, p<.001) significantly. Also lob type influenced the occupational competence(F(1,174) : 3.94, p<.05) signifcantly. There was a significant interaction(F(2,174) : 2.53 p(.10) between maternity apparel style and job type. In future researches, diverse job distinction other than the classification of being professional or non-being professional can be arranged to study the influence of job type. Also it is recommended to explore the interaction between the appearance cues except clothing and job type.

  • 본 연구는 인터넷기반 실습 수업에서 교수자와 학습자가 어떠한 방식으로 교수-학습 상호작용 활동을 수행하는 방식과 웹기반 실습 수업의 교육적 효과에 관하여 연구하였다. 산업체 재직자의 정보화교육을 지원하는 "전자상거래 시스템 구축" 교육과정에서 교수자와 학습자는 어떤 방식으로 교수-학습 및 상호작용 활동을 수행하는지, 웹기반 실습교육의 효과는 무엇인지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 산업체 직장인 및 기타 25인에 대하여 1학기에 걸쳐서 이루어졌으며, 연구방법으로는 학습결과 프로파일 분석, 설문조사, 인터뷰 등을 사용하였다. 연구결과 학습자-교수자-운영자간 상호작용은 활발하게 이루어지지 않았으나 학습자의 관심, 이메일 사용, 게시판 질의 및 응답, 온라인 실습 등의 강의 방식이 학습자의 상호작용 및 교육효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 것으로 나타났다.

다중 참여자를 지원하는 3차원 가상환경에서 공동작업을 위한 어플리케이션 공유 시스템 설계 (Design of Application Sharing System for Collaborative Works in 3D Virtual Environment supporting Multi-Participants)

  • 공동작업을 위한 어플리케이션 공유는 분산되어 있는 개발도구와 어플리케이션을 공유하여 다수의 참여자가 환경적으로 제약받지 않고 공동 개발할 수 있도록 한다. 그러나 CVE(Collaborative Virtual Environment)에 기존의 어플리케이션 공유방식을 적용하기에는 기존 방식의 3차원이라는 공간적인 요소를 고려하지 않고 자유스런 상호작용을 방해한다는 문제점을 가지고 된다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하여 CVE(에서 효과적으로 어플리케이션을 공유하기 위한 3차원 가상환경에서 공동작업을 위한 어플리케이션 공유 시스템을 설계하였다. 설계된 시스템은 어플리케이션 공유 관리기와 그룹 관리자와 통신 관리자로 구성하였다. 시스템은 참여자 사이트로 이동하는 에이전트에 의해 가상 환경에서 참여자의 어플리케이션에 대한 3차원상의 이벤트를 감지할 수 있고 스케줄링에 의해 참여자간의 충돌을 해결할 수 있다. 다라서 설계한 가상환경 공동작업을 위한 어플리케이션 공유 시스템은 가상환경을 위한 ,CSCW응용 개발 시, 기존 윈도우 어플리케이션을 3차원 가상환경에서 쉽게 공동 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써 효율적인 공동 작업을 지원하고 기존 어플리케이션 소프트웨어의 재사용성을 높일 수 있다.

  • 현재 스마트폰의 급격한 보급과 IoT을 대상으로 활성화로 인해 소셜네트워크 서비스를 이용하여 악성코드를 유포하거나 지능화된 APT와 랜섬웨어 등과 같은 지능적인 침입이 진행되고 있고 이로 인한 피해도 이전의 침입보다는 많이 심각해지고 커지고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이런 지능적인 악성 코드로 이루어지는 침입행위를 탐지하기 위하여 지능적인 침입 상황 인식 추론 시스템을 제안하고, 제안한 시스템을 이용하여 지능적으로 진행되는 다양한 침입 행위를 조기에 탐지하고 대응하게 하였다. 제안 시스템은 이벤트 모니터와 이벤트 관리기, 상황 관리기, 대응 관리기, 데이터베이스로 구성되어 있으며 각 구성 요소들 사이에 긴밀한 상호 작용을 통해 기존에 인식하고 있는 침입 행위를 탐지하게 하고 새로운 침입 행위에 대해서는 학습을 통해 추론 엔진의 성능을 개선하는 기능을 통하여 탐지하게 하였다. 또한, 지능적인 침입 유형인 랜섬웨어를 탐지하는 시나리오 통하여 제안 시스템이 지능적인 침입을 탐지하고 대응함을 알 수 있었다.

병원 간호사의 동료간 돌봄-배려행위, 전문직 자아개념, 재직의도의 관계 (The Relation of Peer Group Caring Interaction, Professional Self-concept, and Nurses' Retention)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the relation of peer group caring interaction, Professional self-concept, and Nurses' Retention. The subjects of this study are 133 nurses who have worked for more than three months at five general hospitals with more than 300 beds in S city. As a result of the study, nurses' retenstion was higher than those of under 25 years of age between 30 and 35(F=3.313, p=.039).The professional self-concept of hospital nurses has been identified as an influence factor of intent to serve. Professional self-concepts have been shown to be better with higher peer-care and consideration(r=.397, P=.004). The peer group caring interaction behavior can occur not only between colleagues but also between managers. Therefore, it is necessary to proceed with the manager's group caring interaction as a follow-up study.
