근로복지공단 사례관리자의 업무 효율 및 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Impacting the Work Efficiency and Stress of Case Managers with the Korea Worker's Compensation & Welfare Service)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to objectify the level of case management performance and the factors influencing performance, to improve the case management performance at the Korea Worker's Compensation & Welfare Service (KWCWS) on the basis of the recognition of the objective realities of case management by job coordinators at the KWCWS, to develop a model of case management fit for the KWCWS, and to provide a basis for establishing guidelines for standardized case management. Methods: A total of 156 questionnaires were distributed to job coordinators at the KWCWS's headquarters, six regional headquarters, and 55 branches. One hundred forty-one questionnaires were collected and 126 were analyzed statistically using SPSS 21.0. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to verify the validity and reliability of the main measurement items in the research model. Frequency analysis was conducted for general characteristics of survey subjects. Frequency analysis or descriptive statistics were conducted to identify the level of independent variables (case manager's individual variables, job variables, institutional and organizational variables). Dependent variables (case management performance) and the degree of correlation were analyzed through correlation analysis between research variables. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to examine the effect of independent variables on case management performance. Results: The results of the study showed that the level of overall performance in the five stages of case management was ordinary, with an average level of 3.45 on a 5-point scale. Levels of performance by step were institutional approach and intake (3.69), assessment (3.63), goal setting and intervention planning (3.46), implementation of intervention plan (3.32), and evaluation and termination (3.20), in that order. The explanatory power of case management performance (overall) by case managers with the KWCWS was case manager's institutional and organizational variables, job variables, and individual variables, in that order. At each stage of case management, the explanatory power of a case manager's institutional and organizational variables was found to be the greatest. The model changes at each stage of case management assume similar aspects statistically. In hierarchical regression analysis, it was institutional support that had a significant effect on case management performance (overall), and institutional support had the greatest effect. The results of multiple regression analysis in which all variables are input simultaneously showed that institutional support and expertise as well as self-efficacy had a positive effect. However, case management work experience, expertise (technology), and autonomy were found to have a negative effect during the stage of case management performance. Conclusions: As a result of the study, it was confirmed that raising the case manager's expertise and support from the institution and organization are important factors to improve the level of case management performance. The research also derived practical ways of reinforcement of case manager capacity, institutional and organizational support, operation of rehabilitation-case management teams, and occupational health-related aspects.

  • 본 연구는 경영컨설팅 성과에 중요한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 컨설팅 수진기업의 프로젝트 매니저 역량과 컨설턴트의 윤리적 태도, 컨설팅 프로젝트 성과와의 관계에 대해 그 중요성을 검증하고자 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 컨설팅 수진기업의 프로젝트 매니저가 지닌 역량이 컨설턴트의 윤리적 태도에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 검증하였으며, 컨설턴트의 윤리적 태도는 컨설팅 성과에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 검증하였다. 또한, 프로젝트 매니저의 역량과 컨설팅 성과와의 관계에 해당기업 최고경영자의 지원이 조절효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 CEO 의지와 지원수준에 따라 컨설팅 성과가 달라질 수 있다는 것과 프로젝트 매니저의 역량이 컨설팅 성과에 중요한 변수임을 확인할 수 있었다.

동적 환경에 적합한 SGML 인덱스 관리자의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of a SGML Index Manager for Dynamic Environment)

  • SGML문서는 정보 표현의 기본 단위인 엘리먼트로 구성되어져 있기 때문에 SGML 정보 검색은 기존의 정보 검색에서의 문서 단위 검색뿐만 아니라 엘리먼트 단위 검색이 이루어져야 한다. 또한, SGML 인덱스 구조는 동적 환경을 위해 문서의 부분 삭제와 부분 삽입을 지원해야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 동적 환경하에서 구조 질의에 적합한 SGML 인덱스 구조를 제안한다. 그리고, 제안된 인덱스 구조에 근거하여 내용 및 구조-기반 검색을 효율적으로 지원하는 인덱스 관리자를 설계하고, O2시스템을 기반으로 SGML 정보 검색 인덱스 관리자를 구현하며, 기존 인덱스 관리자와 성능 비교를 수행한다. 검색성능 비교 결과, 본 연구에서 제안한 방법이 기존의 K-ray 완전 트리를 사용한 방법보다 더 우수함을 나타낸다.

A Simplified Graphics System Based on Direct Rendering Manager System

  • In the field of computer graphics, rendering speed is one of the most important factors. Contemporary rendering is performed using 3D graphics systems with windowing system support. Since typical graphics systems, including OpenGL and the DirectX library, focus on the variety of graphics rendering features, the rendering process itself consists of many complicated operations. In contrast, early computer systems used direct manipulation of computer graphics hardware, and achieved simple and efficient graphics handling operations. We suggest an alternative method of accelerated 2D and 3D graphics output, based on directly accessing modern GPU hardware using the direct rendering manager (DRM) system. On the basis of this DRM support, we exchange the graphics instructions and graphics data directly, and achieve better performance than full 3D graphics systems. We present a prototype system for providing a set of simple 2D and 3D graphics primitives. Experimental results and their screen shots are included.

공공기관의 기록관리 학습동아리(CoP) 현황 및 활성화 방안 - 교육지원청을 중심으로 - (Status Analysis and Activation Plans for the CoPs of Records Management: focused on Education Support Offices)

  • "공공기록물관리에 관한 법률"에 따르면 모든 공공기관은 최소 1명 이상의 기록물관리 전문요원을 배치하여야 하지만 현재 교육지원청 및 군 관련 기관들은 다른 기관에 비해 배치 실적이 저조한 실정이다. 그 중 일부 교육지원청에서는 그러한 문제점을 타계하기 위해 '기록관리 학습동아리(CoP)'를 운영하고 있었다. 이에 대한 운영 실태를 파악하기 위해 정보공개를 통한 전국 교육지원청을 전수 조사, 동아리의 현황을 분석하였으며 동아리의 존재/부존재 기관을 나누어 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 기록관리 학습동아리가 실질적인 기록관리업무 수행과 개인의 능력 향상에 도움이 되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면 기록물관리 전문요원이 배치될 때까지 동아리가 한시적으로 기록관리업무를 일부 수행한다 할지라도 근본적으로는 기록물관리 전문요원을 충원하여 체계적인 기록관리가 이루어질 수 있도록 조치해야 한다는 의견이 수렴되었다. 또한 기록관리 학습동아리 운영상의 장애요인을 도출하고 이를 해결하기 위한 활성화방안을 제안하였다.

건강가정지원센터 중간관리자급 건강가정사의 직무현황과 역량분석 (An Analysis of the Job and Competency of the Healthy Family Supporter as a Middle Manager on the Healthy Family Support Center)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the contents and concept of program for healthy family and provide job opportunity and competency of healthy family supporter. For this research, participants are 51 healthy family supporters as a middle manager. Data were obtained through the survey using a questionnaire developed by the ministry of women and family and headquarter of healthy family support centers in 2007. The research process consists of two parts. One is to suggest their jobs and requirements, the other is to offer their core competency and area for improvement. First, the jobs of healthy family supporters as a middle manager are the generalization of team's work including the planning, management and coordination, training for the staff, and network of social resources. They recognized the planning and management of healthy family support center's goal and course as a strategic job. The requirements for the performance of their duties are having a bachelor's or a master's degree, career more than for 3 years, and a certificate of qualification of healthy family supporters, social worker and family counselor. Second, their competencies are the understanding of education of family life, theory of family counselling, the planning and valuation of program for healthy family, understanding for the variegated family, management of organization, networking with resources, ability of documentation, ability of persuasion and negotiation, management of time, sociality, communication skill, solving the problem, positiveness, cooperative spirit and so on.

경호비서의 역할에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Security and Secretary Service's Roles)

  • Security and Secretary Service is the man who maintains safe condition of boss', following him during all daily schedule and help the boss display his supreme business abilities, settling various affairs The purpose of this study is to examine the role of Security and Secretary Service. To understand the role of Security and Secretary Service, interviews with Security and Secretary Service's. synthesizing records inquire and interviews with present workers, was analyzed. As results of the study, the open coding of grounded theory was 85 categories, 22 lower categories, and 13 upper categories; 7 roles of Security and Secretary Service types out of 13 upper categories were attained. Based on this, from the axial coding a paradigm model related to categories was produced and selective coding the core category, story line development and type were analyzed. Therefore, Security and Secretary Service plays roles: Office manager, Training manager, Information manager, Customer relations manager, Facilitator, Health manager, and Safety manager. Compared with Office secretary, It is said that Health manager, and Safety manager are distinguishing roles. Through the coding process based on grounded theory. For this, based on the writer's theoretical sensitivity and constant comparative analysis, theses as well as writing in each field, data from serial publications and others, the statements of interview subjects were constantly compared and analyzed. Based on these analyses, this study suggests the following: First, the intimidate sample survey is need. Second, professional educational content during the training process of Security and Secretary Services should be strengthened. Third, to expect a more professional role of Security and Secretary Services. the systematic support will be required.

지식 경영 활동의 혁신 역량으로의 연계 : IT 서비스 산업 중심으로 (Linking Knowledge Management Activities to Innovation Capability : Focused on IT Service Industry)

  • Given the large investment and prevalence of knowledge management (KM) in organizations, it has become important to analyze the effects of KM activities on organizational performances. A theoretical framework is proposed to investigate the impact of KM activities on innovation capabilities in the IT service industry. This study considers KM activities as the major determinant that enhances absorptive capacity. KM activities enhance employees'ability to obtain external knowledge, resulting in increasing intellectual capital. Thus, this study proposes that absorptive capacity plays a mediating role between KM activities and innovation capability. Additionally, this study investigates the key antecedents of KM activities that promote employees' knowledge sharing. Based on prior studies on KM, this study posits KM team activities and top manager support as KM activities. The proposed research model was tested by using survey data collected from 556 employees in the IT service industry. PLS (partial least squares) was employed for the analysis of the data. The findings of this study showed that KM activities and absorptive capabilities play a significant role in enhancing service innovation and process innovation in the IT service industry. The results also shed light on the mediating role of absorptive capacity between KM activities and innovation capability. Moreover, both KM team activities and top manager support serve as the salient antecedents of promoting employees' knowledge sharing.

비표준 건강 기기를 위한 오픈 H/W 기반의 IEEE 11073 에이전트 및 매니저 개발 (Development of Open H/W-Based IEEE 11073 Agent and Manager for Non-Standard Health Devices)

  • With the evolution and development of many kinds of healthcare devices and techniques, u-health standards have emerged as a major issue. Yet, most legacy medical devices and systems are still being used without deployment of the standards. Therefore, it is required to support backward compatibility for u-health standard-compliant systems to communicate with legacy non-standard medical and healthcare devices. This paper proposes a new scheme to support backward compatibility of IEEE 11073 system by adding a codec module to IEEE 11073 agent. The codec converts data sent by non-standard health devices to IEEE 11073 MDER data. Plus, we implemented the proposed IEEE 11073 agent with an Intel Edison board which is one of popular open source H/W platforms. The IEEE 11073 manager of the proposed system can monitor and control legacy non-standard devices through the proposed agent system. In our experimental results, we examined the proposed system can support interoperability between u-health standard and non-standard devices and contribute to the growth and expansion of u-health services.

장수명 공동주택의 관리자 유지관리 지침(I) (The Maintenance Guideline of Long-Life Housing for the Manager(I))

  • The general housing causes various environmental problems on the squandering of the resources and the production of the construction wastes, as it was removed and rebuilt because of the short-life in 20-30 years after constructing. The short-life of the general housing makes the rebuilt-term short and takes a negative attitude in maintenance. In the other hand, the long-life housing is constantly dwelling house that considers the carbon reduction among the world issues, Support and Infill. The long-life housing promotes the durability of Support and maximize the variability of Infill through separation of Support & Infill. It's useful dwelling house in maintenance as well as various life-cycle and life style. As the maintenance guideline of dwelling house is used for long-life housing, there is not distinction considering who controls maintenance and there is not conception considering alteration, variability and convenience. Consequently, it is required to develop the proper maintenance guideline applied maintenance process for long-life housing. Therefore this study shows efficient maintenance guideline for manager in long-life housing.
