ebXML기반 e-비즈니스 프레임워크를 위한 범용 문서저장 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of a General-Purpose Document Repository System for the ebXML Based e-Biz Framework)

  • 본 논문에서는 글로벌 전자상거래를 위해 기존의 다양한 형식의 문서들을 XML 문서로의 변환을 지원하고, 프레임워크 변경 및 수정에 따른 유연성 을 제공하는 ebXML기반 e-비즈니스 프레임워크를 위한 범용 문서저장 관리기를 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한, 레거시 시스템 (Legacy Systems)들간의 상호연동을 위한 어댑터를 설계함으로써, 수작업으로 진행되던 문서변환 작업들을 자동화하였다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서 개발한 범용 문서저장 관리기를 통해 이질적인 프레임워크간의 상호 협력적 전자상거래를 지원하고, 이러한 환경하에서 운영되는 국내외 전자상거래 시스템을 통합하여 글로벌 e-business 솔루션으로 활용 가능하다.

대용량 데이터처리를 위한 XML기반의 RFID 미들웨어시스템 (RFID Middleware System based on XML for Processing Large-Scale Data)

  • 본 논문에서는 대용량 데이터 처리를 위한 XML 기반 RFID 미들웨어 시스템을 구현하였다. 개발된 RFID 미들웨어 시스템은 태그 데이터를 수집하는 리더 인터페이스, 태그 데이터를 의미있는 데이터로 가공하여 응용인터페이스에게로 전송하는 이벤트 매니저, 그리고 기존 응용과의 인터페이스를 위해 다양한 응용접근프로토콜을 지원하는 응용 인터페이스를 설계 구현하였다. 리더 인터페이스는 고정형 장비뿐만 아니라 핸드헬드 유형의 PDA형 리더도 지원하도록 어댑터 형태로 구현되었다. 구현된 미들웨어 시스템은 빠른 필터링 처리기능을 가지며, 응용프로그램 접근 프로토콜인 HTTP, XML, JMS, SOAP을 지원한다. 성능은 CPU 이용율 측면에서 성능을 입증하였다.

간호관리자의 변혁적${\cdot}$거래적 리더십과 간호사의 창의적 활동간의 관계 (Relationships of Nurse Manager's Transformational & Transactional Leaderships to Nurses' Creative Activity)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed at examining the relationships of transformational and transactional leaderships that nurse managers demonstrate to creative activity that nurses excercise at caring for patients. Method: Using 11 items of the Creative Nursing Practice Index and 18 items of Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire Form, a descriptive study was conducted with a sample of 425 nurses working more than six months at nursingcare units in a university hospital of Korea. Data were analyzed, using independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis methods. Result: Creative activity had positive relationships to transformational leadership and transactional leadership(p<.01). The factor influencing on creative activity was not transactional leadership(p>.05), but transformational leadership(10.7%, p<.001). Intellectual stimulation accounted for 9.7% of information building-activity and 1.1% of idea creating & communicating idea. About 5.8% of the variance in idea validating-activity was explained by inspirational motivation, and 1.2% by contingent reward. Conclusion: For support for nurses' creative activity at work, leadership training programs would be needed to build up nurse manager's transformational leadership.

  • To be Low Carbon and Green Growth, it is necessary that Long-Life Housing based on Green Technology is supplied. The main concern at the moment is developing Sustainable Housing relative to Life-Cycle or Life-Style of the residents, and the resident of Remodeling or Redevelopment. This study is aim to be Development of Maintenance Process in order to make steady dwelling when supplying Long-Life Housing that separates Support(Skeleton) and Infill different from the existing Short-Life Housing, and has durability, alterability, available remodeling, easy maintenance. Long-Life Housing should consider the maintenance about movement and variableness. In contrast, the maintenance of the existing Housing is regular maintenance, change and repair by damage. As well as Long-Life Housing should be demanded proper Development of Maintenance Process because of difference of Housing in concept, design and Construction. Therefore, this study looks into problems when applying Development of Maintenance Process in Long-Life Housing, and shows Development of Maintenance Process about the efficient Long-Life Housing for the manager.

IS 조직혁신의 영향요인과 성과에 관한 연구 - IS 개발방법론을 혁신 대상으로 - (A Study on the Affecting Factors and Performance of IS Organizational Innovation - Use of the IS Development Methodology as an Object of Innovation -)

  • This research focuses on the IS development methodology as an object of innovation in an IS organization. It has two main research objectives. It was intended to understand the critical affecting factors which have an effect on the processing of each level in the dynamic and evolving innovation process. There are two levels of innovation process: initiation and implementation. It was also intended to understand the performance of IS organizational innovation. We found three main results by the LISREL analysis. First, main factors affecting initiation level of innovation are innovative tendency of IS members, communication level of IS organization, existence of champion manager, IS performance gap, executive supporting to IS, and relative advantage of IS development methodology. At the implementation level, it was understood that the existence of champion manager, executive support, and relative advantage of IS development methodology were the main factors promoting to use the innovation, and the complexity of innovation was a negative factor adopting the usage of innovation. Second, the quality of the previous level in the gradual innovation activities gives very notable affection to the continuous next level. Finally, it was found that the qualitative performance like the documentation, collaborative team approach, IS developer's awareness and ability corresponding to their task and so on was improved due to the IS organizational innovation. This research provides the standard framework for the IS organizational innovation in a structural way. In the practical aspect, it may be used as the principle for introducing and using the IS development methodology.

글로벌 시대의 물류전문인력 육성 과제 (Korea's Logistics Education and Certification System to Support Globalization)

  • Recent trends in globalization and informatization underscore the importance of logistics. As a result, there is a need for skilled and specialized logisticians. Third Party Logistics (TPL) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) require logisticians with a broad base of knowledge in areas such as multimodal transport, international trade, information technology computers, finance, operations management, etc. This study conducted a survey to find out the opinions of demanders and suppliers. The results of the surrey show that there are more skilled logisticians in the field of management, computer works in manager level and system management. The survey also found that the certificate exam, which the Ministry of Construction and Transportation started in 1997 as the "Certified Logistics Manager" exam, should have more questions in areas such as foreign languages, computers, logistics information, management skills, etc. To produce better logisticians in Korea, the government will have to invest more into their education, especially near the major ports and metropolitan areas. In addition, it is important that universities and companies work together to provide students with internship and other field-experience teaming opportunities. Logistics education centers should be built at the national level. In addition, the existing certification should be divided into two separate certifications: one for ordinary logistics, and one for international logistics. To further improve the certification system, short-answer or essay questions should be added to the second exam, and an additional certification for the highest level logisticians, a so-called "professional logisticians certificate," needs to be introduced.ntroduced.

  • 다양한 모바일 기기들이나 무선 네트워크들에 의한 무분별한 자원 접근은 시스템에 문제를 일으킬 수 있으므로 접근 권한 관리는 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 프로그래머가 각 응용 프로그램에 맞는 접근 권한 규칙을 정책 파일로 작성하고 이를 실행시키는 접근 제어 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 구현된 접근 제어 시스템인 CACM(Context-awareness Access Control Manager)은 상황 인식 기반의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 위한 프레임워크인 JCAF을 바탕으로 구현하였다. CACM은 프로그래머가 작성한 정책 파일을 바탕으로 접근을 제어한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 정책 파일을 정적 분석하여 잘못된 정책 파일 규칙 알려주는 지원 시스템을 제공하며 본 시스템을 사용하여 개발된 유비쿼터스 응용 프로그램의 실행을 시뮬레이션 할 수 있는 시뮬레이터와 시뮬레이션 결과를 제공한다.

유.무선 인터넷 환경에 연동한 원격 감시시스템 개발 (Development of remote monitoring system based on wire and wireless internet Environment)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 유선 인터넷 환경에 모바일을 이용한 무선 인터넷 환경을 접목하여 작업자가 언제 어디서든지 자신의 모바일 기기를 이용하여 자신이 관리하는 장비에 대한 이상 유ㆍ무를 파악하고 고장 발생시 개인의 모바일을 이용하여 응급조처를 취할 수 있는 기능을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 각 단위공장의 설비로부터 출력되는 고장신호를 RF 무선전송 방식을 이용해 각 단위공장에 설치된 로컬서버의 시리얼 포트를 통해 전송한다. 또한 각각의 로컬서버에 수집된 고장정보는 TCP/IP 통신 프로토콜을 이용해 메인 호스트 서버로 전송되게 했다. 또한 현장에 설치된 네트웍 카메라를 통해서 현장 장비에 대한 영상을 메인서버의 웹 화면상으로 전송되도록 하여 원격 모니터링이 가능하게 했다. 메인서버는 모바일 기기를 이용해 외부와 인터페이스가 가능하다.

Application of MCDM methods to Qualified Personnel Selection in Distribution Science: Case of Logistics Companies

  • Purpose: This study aims to propose an integrated MCDM model to support the qualified personnel selection in the distribution science. Research design, data, and methodology: The integrated approach of AHP and TOPSIS was employed to address the personnel selection problem. The AHP method was used to define the weights of the selection criteria, whereas the TOPSIS was applied to rank alternatives. The proposed model was then applied into a leading logistics company to select the best alternatives to be the sales deputy manager. Results: The results showed that Candidate 3 is the most qualified personnel for the sales deputy manager position as he is ranked first in the order of preference for recruitment. Conclusions: The proposed model provides the decision makers with more effective and time-saving methods than conventional ones. Therefore, the model can be applied to personnel selection around the world. In terms of theoretical contribution, this study proposes a personnel selection model for choosing the most appropriate candidates. In addition, the study adds to the theory of human resources management and logistics management the full set of personnel selection criteria including education, experience, skills, health, personality traits and foreign language.

  • 창업보육센터(BI: Business Incubator)와 관련된 국내외 주요 연구들은 창업보육센터의 실태 조사를 통한 활성화 및 발전 방안과 BI의 성공요인으로서 BI매니저의 역량을 다루고 있다. BI매니저의 역할과 자질에 대한 탐색적/학술적 논의가 이루어지고 있으나, BI매니저의 보유 역량과 필요 역량을 비교 분석한 연구는 제한적이다. 본 연구는 BI매니저의 보유 역량과 입주기업이 요구하는 필요 역량을 비교 분석하여, BI매니저의 부족한 역량을 집중적으로 강화하기 위한 운영 정책과 교육 프로그램의 주제를 제시한다. 역량 강화가 주로 필요한 영역은 자금조달 지원과 마케팅 지원이었다.
