Based on the analysis of the functions of ship management company, this paper aims to explore how to build the platform to transmit anti process the information about ships by means of modern information management so as to solve a series of problems caused by blockages in information transmitting in present ship’s management. The paper also talks about the necessity of establishing various resource bases and using different information communicating methods to realize the resource sharing and intellectualization of ship’s business.

Large-scale construction projects require various license and technologies for the manufacturing and handling processes. Also, the whole life cycle business process management determines the success of the project. Then, the efficiency of the business conducted by stakeholders and their possessed technology should be enhanced in order to strengthen their competitive power. For this reason, many experts pointed out to focus on the improvement of the life cycle process and efficient management. Since it is very important to keep up-to-date data and utilize it for work during the long-term project to reflect changes in the large-scale project, the most important part of the project management in project is information change management. Therefore, the objective of this study is applying configuration management(CM) technique in order to managing change data generated for planning in early phase. The result of this research will certainly assist the large-scale project managers in the development of information change management system.

The Post-Construction Evaluation and Management System has been operated over the past 20 years not only to analyze the performance of large-scale construction projects, and but also to provide useful reference data for future similar projects. Although the Post-Construction Evaluation and Management Center has been legally designated and operated since 2020, various problems have been occurring in the operation of the system. Accordingly, this study proposes strategies for facilitating Post-Construction Evaluation and Management System in terms of the following three aspects: (1) improving the implementation rate of post-construction evaluation; (2) improving the information management system related to post-construction evaluation; (3) improving the utilization of post-construction evaluation outcomes. Based on the results of this study, a specific action plan will be prepared, which is expected to contribute to the efficiency of construction project performance management in the future.

As the importance of R&D has increased, there have been various efforts to apply the quality management principles and tools to R&D activities in order to manage them effectively. The R&D sector differs from other value chains, so it may be difficult to apply quality management without proper considerations of R&D characteristics. This study describes the characteristics of R&D as high uncertainty and risk, diversity of R&D types, project-based activities, importance of strategic goals and business models, and importance of intangible assets. Three well accepted R&D quality management models are reviewed and implications for quality management and R&D characteristics are summarized. Based on these findings, the management targets of R&D quality management are classified into management level (organization, project) and management focus (process, output), and the contexts of R&D quality management are classified into R&D type (research, development) and market/customer requirement clarity (fluid, specific), and appropriate R&D quality management activities in each situations have been suggested.

The purpose of this study is to propose improved apartment management rules so that the inhabitants of apartment houses can manage their apartment in efficient and transparent manners. This study points out several problems of current management system and propose improved apartment management rules by analyzing misconducts of management office, related laws and regulations, standard apartment management rules, these and judicial decisions. Therefore, the inhabitants may refer to this study in establishment or amendment of their apartment management rules.
