전자정보의 기밀성과 무결성을 유지하는 가장 안전한 보안방법 중의 하나가 공인전자서명이다. 이를 의료분야에 적용하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 전자서명법과 의료법에 기반을 둔 전자의무기록에 대한 공인 전자서명의 구체적인 적용 지침을 개발하였다. 개발된 지침은 공인전자서명의 주체 및 시점, 공인인증서의 유효성 확인, 공인전자서명의 관리 책임, 전자의무기록의 보관 및 관리에 관한 적용 지침과 관련 해설을 그 내용으로 하고 있다. 향후에는 이 지침을 토대로 의료기관과 관련 업체에서 전자의무기록 시스템 구축 시 실제 활용할 수 있는 예시들을 개발하고자 한다. 이는 전자의무기록의 도입을 용이하게 하고, 그 보급을 촉진할 뿐 아니라 의료기관과 관련 업체들이 겪고 있는 애로사항을 해소하는데 크게 기여하게 될 것이다.

For successful food safety education in kindergartens, enjoyable play is essential. However, Korea lacks food safety education materials that help teachers create play activity plans suited to specific situations. This study aimed to develop food safety education guideline based on the Ministry of Education's guidelines and the 2019 Revised Nuri Kindergarten Curriculum. We reviewed current guideline and conducted focus group interviews to create content aligned with these guidelines. In our research, we structured educational content on elements of 'food safety management practices', including 'hand washing habits', 'food poisoning management', and 'food labeling information'. Nutrition and early childhood education professionals designed objectives and activities suitable for 3-, 4-, and 5-year-old children. The resulting guidebook provides a comprehensive resource for planning annual, monthly, and weekly food safety education. Educational topics, content, examples of children's experiences, and related Nuri curriculum were summarized in the food safety education guidebook. Guidebooks were provided to kindergartens to facilitate the application of these activities. The guideline developed in our study will enable kindergartens to make structured plans for food safety education, ultimately contributing to children's health and the formation of safe eating habits.

This research shows the improved methodology which can be applied for universities which want to set up their GHG inventories. In other words, we tried to make guideline in problems due to the unique characteristics of universities. This guideline will help university to deal with the problems they are facing: For example university has less enforcement in operational control compared to the business sector. And it also has various usage of facilities, although these facilities are not maintained by same principal agent. The difference between owner and manager is an another reason for difficulty in setting group organization. The improved and adaptable methods responding to these problems were suggested from this research. The results of this research says the new definition of function for various actors in university for quality control and quality assurance. Because the suggestions made in this research which concerns with criteria for building of universities' GHG inventories were all read by current legislation, there is an anticipation that this can be an official guideline that can be applied to the universities right away.

본 연구는 수술환자에게 적용할 수 있는 수술 후 통증, 수술 후 오심 구토, 체온관리에 대한 웹 근거중심 실무 가이드라인 시스템을 개발하여 이를 적용하고 수술 환자의 수술 후 통증, 오심/구토, 체온관리에 대한 의료인의 지식정도와 환자의 만족도를 평가하기 위한 것이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, t-test, Repeated ANOVA로 분석하였다. 웹으로 구축한 근거중심 실무 가이드라인 적용 전과 후의 수술 후 통증, 수술 후 오심/구토, 수술환자 체온관리에 대한 지식정도와 환자 만족도에 유의미한 차이가 있었다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to update the previous evidence-based nursing clinical practice guidelines for pressure injury. Methods: The guideline was revised in 22 steps based on the international standards. Results: The updated nursing practice guideline for pressure injury consisted of four domains and 494 recommendations. The numbers of recommendations in each domain was: 31 hospital policy, 64 assessment, 386 prevention and management, and 13 education. The recommended grade was 10.3% for A, 13.8% for B, and 75.9% for C. Of these, the major revision was done in 40 recommendations (8.1%). A total of 55 recommendations (11.0%) were newly added. 25 recommendations had minor revisions such as changes or additions for some words, and only one recommendation was deleted. Conclusion: The revised nursing practice guidelines for pressure injury are expected to serve as an evidence-based practice guideline for pressure injury in Korea. This guideline will provide healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers with information to help prevent and manage pressure injuries, leading to improving patient outcomes.

The purpose of this study is to develop a guideline of process capability evaluation and to apply this guideline improving the quality of products, especially in the small and medium enterprises. In this study we deal in the concept of process capability evaluation, the calculation of process capability index, and the application of a case study. Man must compare the state of process with the standards in evaluating of the process capability. Control chart can be used as a yardstick for judgement for the long term period and the distribution shape of histogram for the short term period. Man should regard to the significant figure by the calculation of process capability index.

The purpose of this study is to propose the policies for preservation, formation and management of Korean rural landscape. For this, the current rural landscape policies are examined and recent legislative changes are also surveyed. The Landscape Law and the Comprehensive Countermeasures for Rural Landscape Improvement are the most significant changes. The proposed issues are as follows: 1. the establishment of rural landscape planning system, 2. the arrangement of the criteria and guideline for rural landscape planning and design, 3. the re-arrangement of the rural landscape index and landscape map, 4. the survey and management of the rural landscape amenity, 5. the revitalization of the landscape projects for rural area, 6. the pragmatic connection with other law and system(especially the Landscape Law), 7. the education and cultivation of the rural landscape expert groups.

This review paper presents guidelines which stakeholders use in addressing on-farm tree planting configuration, establishment, tending, silvi- cultural management, management of pests and diseases, challenges and opportunities as practiced in the medium to high potential areas of Kenya. The tree planting configurations discussed includes blocks planting (woodlot), boundary, compound planting, home/fruit gardens, trees intercropped or mixed with pasture, trees on riverbanks and roadside. Participatory monitoring and evaluation techniques have been highlighted. The main challenges facing tree planting activities include culture and attitude of local people, land and tree tenure, inadequate technical support, lack of recognition and integration of technical information and indigenous knowledge, capital and labour shortages, lack of appropriate incentives measures, damage by domestic and wild animals, conflict over trees on the boundary and policy and legal issues. This guideline targets forest managers, extension agents, students and other practitioners in policy and day to day decision making processes in Kenya.

As internet is wide spread, the number of internet service provider is increased. Internet service providers gather the personnel information with inhabitants registration identification number for the user management and the adult authentication. The personnel information is spreaded thorough the Internet by the system hacking, mismanagement and malicious resale. And the personnel information is used for spam email, phishing scams, etc. by malicious others. So the Ministry of Information and Communication Republic of Korea developments I-PIN system of the personnel identification. But, I-PIN has some problem the guideline for it and the method of 5 I-PIN services. In this paper, we analyze the problem about the guideline for I-PIN and the method of 5 I-PIN services. And we propose the countermeasure about the problem.

The case of laboratory-acquired SARS Corona virus infection in Taiwan has revealed a number of weaknesses in management, construction, and oversight of laboratories. Also, with the increased demands for bio-safety laboratory, there is an urgent need to develop a uniform and comprehensive guidance for architects and construction engineers in the preparation of design and construction. This research investigates the key elements for designers, engineers, and potential owners in biosafety laboratory design and construction. It defines key elements and determines major relationships and standards that should be adhered to when developing site layout. In addition to layout planning and design guidance of biosafety laboratory, this research also interviews the perspective of architects and survey the state-of-the-art technology in Taiwan. It represents the portraits by site investigation. The purpose of the research is to provide guideline of design and avoid potential future conflict to ensure the critical continuity of functions.
