This study aims to suggest some problems, which occur when environmental lighting zone is set by use-zone only, by comparing and analyzing the artificial illumination luminance. In addition, this study aims to review the control standards of light pollution and to suggest a practical environmental lighting zone-setting method. I checked out the standards of average surface luminance and luminance contrast as for light pollution management. In addition, I did some research on evaluation of light pollution on surroundings based on investigation of use-environment as for lighting environment setting method.

The picking process in distribution center is one of the most difficult and time-consuming process. The improvement of picking productivity is a core element which decides efficiency of the distribution center. The time to shipping on vehicles from receiving depends on the arrangement of items or picking methods. The Pick to Light system typically is used to improve the efficiency of order picking. In some cases the layout design of Pick to Light system has been performed rather than scientific analysis by a common experience. Therefore, this study analyzed the impact of picking performance by the zone arrangement method in order picking process of Pick to Light system.

Economic Development Zone(EDZ) in the province is one of the foreign policy for economic development of North Korea. North Korea has promulgated 27 Economic Development Zones(5 EDZs as central level and 22 EDZs as provincial level) to promote economic growth through the expansion of external opening policy. EDZs of the provinces play an important role in North Korea's national and regional economic growth. The purpose of this study is to select analytical criteria that can be quantified when considering the location conditions of North Korean economic development zones when domestic companies advance into North Korea according to the progress of inter-Korean economic cooperation, and derive the relative importance between the criteria. After that, based on this, we intend to quantify the evaluation of the location priority of the economic development zone. In this study, through AHP analysis results, when domestic companies enter North Korea, we derive the importance and preference of location selection factors when considering the location conditions of North Korean economic development zones. Taking into account the reality of North Korea when the Korean company entered the North economic development zone following location for evaluation. That is, logistics and transportation, industrial infrastructure, competitiveness, and management incentives. And 14 sub-factors were selected and AHP analysis was performed.

In this paper, we propose a safety management system which prevents the occurrence of crime and accident from rising in school neighborhood. This system offers a monitoring method for safety of children which make intelligent space from environment and location sensing data through wireless communication between sensors attached to children and fixed sensor network in school neighborhood. Also, We propose a strategic safety management plan using opportunistic network when node is out of school zone network. Many students can easily receive the service of low cost from WSN-based School zone network than existing service from GPS individually by using our scheme.

The smoke and toxic gases generated from the building fires are proved to cause human death. Therefore, the necessity and significance of smoke control have been emphasized, and lots of studies for developing improved smoke management system have been carried out. In this study, the experiments were conducted to evaluated a function and performance in newly developed smoke management system using mechanical pressurization. As a result of this experiment, the differential pressure was 40Pa${\sim}$60Pa and the air velocity through the door was 0.7m/s between safety zone and fire zone. The functional pressure control equipment which could make proper pressure and maintain differential pressure between safety zone and fire zone was developed. And it will give a lot of helps to evacuation activity for peoples in building and fire fighting.

Access-control of hazard zone in a steel manufacturing industry is studied in terms of safety management. Based on the results of risk evaluation for hazard zone, three risk zones with low, middle and high level are categorized. These zones have different color door and locking shape depending on their risk levels. At the high level, red door and key-based locking system are employed to accessed-controled path. Furthermore, tagout, lockout, interlock system for emergency stop, warning and flashing are also introduced. New standardized procedure of access-control for various hazard zones, which could help to greatly contribute to the prevention of accidents in advance, is proposed considering the risk level and the condition of given hazard zones. The standardized procedure of access-management suggested in this study will take an effective role as one of safety guide lines for hazardous workshop of manufacturing industries.

Discovering zones which a1re sets of geographically adjacent regions are essential in sophisticated urban developments and people's movement improvements. While there are some studies that separately focus on movements between particular regions and zone discovery, they show limitations to understand people's movements from a wider viewpoint. Therefore, in this research, we propose a clustering based analysis method that aims at discovering movement patterns, which involves zones and their relations, based on a big data of smart card transaction systems. Moreover, the effectiveness of discovered movement patterns is quantitatively evaluated by using the proposed metrics. By using a real-world dataset obtained in Seoul metropolitan subway networks, we investigate and visualize hidden movement patterns in Seoul.

The damage caused by information spill, forgery, falsification, and deletion by cyber infringement in educational institutions and universities is very large. In this study, we analyzed the types, causes, and problems of cyber infringement in educational administrative institutions and universities. As a result, administrative, physical and technical information protection activities were weak. In this paper, we propose a security enhancement method for each domain by dividing them into Internet zone, network-neutral zone (DMZ: Demilitarized Zone), general server zone, internal server zone (Server Farm), and user zone so that these vulnerabilities can be easily identified, supplemented or security enhanced. In addition, we have proposed a method to apply security information system architecture and information protection technology correctly for educational administration institutions and universities. This study is meaningful not to provide conceptual guidance but to suggest specific action and procedure oriented security management plan.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the free economic zone policy from the viewpoint of Policy Science. because of insufficiency on policy science of the previous researches for the free economic zone. So Trying on free economic zone policy from the viewpoint of policy science, the paper is shown the new proposal for free economic zone policy. For this trying, this paper used to the viewpoint of policy science; (1) the system of policy(policy process, policy content(pattern)), (2) the policy implementation(local government-central intergovernmental management). In the end, beyond the previous research on the free economic zone policy, shown on not only new viewpoints on the free economic zone, but also, the solutions of practical implementation for free economic zone on the free economic zone.

This paper is an analysis of the Category Individual Residence urban spatial structure along the National Route BO (Koushu-Kaido), one of the major roads in Japan, and the degree of differences between locations and its changes between the points of time. The analysis was based on the GIS technique. Whilst, previous studies were based on municipal boundaries or mesh units as sources of data, GIS allowed the use of variable geographical units, Roadside zone, Inner zone, North zone, South zone, Blocks. As an example to apply the technology of GIS, 1986's and 1991's building polygon data of the Urban Planning Bureau of Tokyo Metropolitan Government are used. The layers referred to the analyses is the building polygons with the amount of stories, building area, floor area and the material of the building. Two statistical analysis are executed; one is the test of the regional equality about the number of story of building, building area, floor area and fireproof building ratio.
