This study was performed to analysis the social worker's duty in korea and suggest for typology duties of 1st grade social worker, 2nd or 3th grade social worker's qualification. 911 social workers responded to questioner. This objectives was accomplished by the measuring to frequency of duties, and the qualifying cognition of each grade social worker's duties. As a result, social worker spent more time carried out maintenance of facility, direct services, intake, management of file and official document duties than personal management, planning and financial program, evaluation and termination duties. Type of social worker's duties fined out composed of 4 type. Type I(The 1st grade social worker's duties) was belonged to 53 task elements, type IV(The 2nd or 3rd grade social worker's duties) was subjected to 11 task elements. 21 task elements performed to either 1st grade social worker or 2nd, 3rd grade social worker by type or uniqueness of social work practices. To allocation of duties by each grade social worker, fitting out of qualification system, the task elements for each grade of social worker must be prescribed by the rules. This allocation of duties by each grade social worker would be utilized to support qualified social work services, and to strengthening of their professional.

The number of domestic foreigner worker increased rapidly In the 90s, and Domestic foreigner worker occupied important position in the various manufacturing industries or 3D types of business. Newly adopted policy called employment licence system has great significance in that it has fundamentally and drastically changed current foreign immigrant policy from the root. With foreigner worker and information of employment licence system introduction through question investigation. This research removes side effect in construction industry hereafter through drawn spot administrators` awareness and may present direction that need in foreigner worker`s practical use.

This paper discusses the modeling and implementation of a worker location system at a shipbuilding site. The importance of worker location in an industrial environment is highlighted as a critical element in the prevention of industrial accidents. The paper presents a worker tracking system that integrates power line and beacon communication to accurately track worker position. Through experiments, the paper demonstrates how to monitor the changes in worker location based on different scenarios and how to access the status of worker location using the manager's web service. The paper can be used for the design of a system that will provide real-time location information to safety managers for the improvement of worker safety management.

The purpose of this study is to derive implications for effective management of the public social worker by investigating the relationship between social support, job attitude and self-esteem of the public social worker. In order to accomplish this research purpose, social support of the public social worker as independent variables, job attitude as a dependent variable, and self-esteem as a parameter were analyzed and the relationship between these variables was analyzed. As a result, emotional, evaluative, material, and informational support, which constitute the social support of the public social worker, have a significant effect on job attitude, and self-esteem has a mediating effect on the relationship between these variables. Based on the results of this analysis, the importance of social support of the public social worker was suggested.

In nuclear power plant, it has been the important object to reduce the occupational radiation exposure (ORE). Recently, the optimization concept of management science has been studied to reduce the ORE in nuclear power plant. In optimization of the worker allocation, the collective dose, working time, individual dose, an total number of worker must be considered and their priority orders must be thought because the main constraint is necessary for determining the constraints variable of the radiological worker allocation problem. The ultimate object of this study s to look into the change of the optimal allocation of the radiological worker as priority order changes. In this study, the priority order is the characteristic of goal programming that is a kind of multi-objective linear programming. From a result of study using goal programming, the total number of worker and collective dose of worker have changed as the priority order has changed and the collective dose limit have played an important role in reducing the ORE.

Recently many accidents have been occurred on track workers, these accidents have strong relationship with increase of train speed, electrification and multiple track portion. As a first step for the safety management, domestic and abroad track worker accidents data are analysed for the risk estimation of track worker. Analysis results shows that contact between track worker and train is the dormant reason. In order to reduce dormant reason fault trees are constructed in this study.

The purpose of this study is to grasp foreign worker's industrial safety and health state, which find out the improvement to secure the basic safety net for foreign workers. We have investigated 2,050 workers through direct interviews during the period from April 12, 2010 to May 31, 2010. And the result of analysis, foreign worker's daily average working time is 10.6 hours(40.8% workers in total work 10~12 hours), the extent of exposure to harmful and dangerous working environment is 'the position which cause pain in neck, waist, hands, shoulders, legs'(69.3%), 'repetitive hands and arms movement'(66.1%). It showed 'experience of accident damage or disease related work'(27.3%), 'never apply for industrial accident compensation' is revealed high at 73%. As a result of completing a safety health education for a year, it showed 'never educated'(40.2%), 'the institute that foreign workers have used for help and advice is the foreign worker's support center'(61.9%) Thus, hiring foreign workers in the company are small in site, the environment is too harmful and dangerous. In addition, no safety and health managers, legally blind spot located in the health and safety, because it is an urgent meet for these measures to improve.

Voice interface can not only make daily life more convenient through artificial intelligence speakers but also improve the working environment of the factory. This paper presents a voice-assisted work management system that supports both speech and speaker recognition. This system is able to provide machine control and authorized worker authentication by voice at the same time. We applied two speech recognition methods, Google's Speech application programming interface (API) service, and DeepSpeech speech-to-text engine. For worker identification, the SincNet architecture for speaker recognition was adopted. We implemented a prototype of the work management system that provides voice control with 26 commands and identifies 100 workers by voice. Worker identification using our model was almost perfect, and the command recognition accuracy was 97.0% in Google API after post- processing and 92.0% in our DeepSpeech model.

Korea's elevator industry is one of the world's eighth-largest industrial sectors and the third largest in the world by new installations. This year, the number of elevators has exceeded 700,000, and the number of new installations is 30,000-40,000 every year. However, the news of elevator-related accidents is reported continuously through the media and the accident rate is not decreasing. In particular, among the recent accidents related to elevators, accidents related to elevator workers are increasing, causing social problems. This year, the National Assembly's Environmental Labor Relations Commission's National Auditors lost five lives a year and 12 elevator workers were killed in fall and stenosis accidents during the installation, maintenance and replacement of the elevators for about two years since 2018. It took place to adopt the representatives of four domestic elevator companies as witnesses. An elevator worker is a collective term for workers involved in the design, manufacturing, installation, replacement, maintenance, inspection, management, and supervision related to the elevator industry, and the related accidents are called elevator worker accidents. Analysis of elevator-related accidents in the past has shown that the fault of the user accounted for 70% of the total, and the fault of the worker accounted for about 2.5%, and the accident occurred to the user or the user due to carelessness of the worker during the lift-related work. Currently, elevator-related accidents are reported by the Korea Elevator Safety Agency under Article 48 of the Elevator Safety Management Act under the Ministry of Interior and Safety. If deemed necessary for the prevention and prevention of recurrence of an elevator accident, the cause and condition of the elevator accident may be investigated. However, the current draft law is limited only to elevators after installation inspection, and is separated from the Ministry of Employment and Labor's data on accidents occurring in the manufacturing and installation stages related to the elevator industry. This study analyzes the recent safety accidents of elevator workers and prepares safety measures to prevent them through the risk analysis, and also draws out the problems and improvements of the current elevator worker accident investigation to find the elevator worker accident rate that is on the increase trend.

The problem addressed in this paper is to minimize the deviations of workloads assigned to worker and to maximize the total utilizations(degree of skill) between workers and machines simultaneously. Each worker can handle the set of machines with the different degree of skill and each machine has the workloads needed to be processed. Also, each worker has to be assigned to at least one machine with the minimum workload deviation. This problem can be formulated as a preemptive goal programming with generalized assignment constraints. The proposed algorithm consists of two phases. First, a capacitated circulation network is constructed to assign the workers to machines with the maximum total utilizations while considering workloads balance. Then, a refinement process is applied to the split machines to satisfy the feasibility condition. The real industrial application in a plastic extrusion manufacturer is included along with several computational experiments.
