Visualization Based Building Anatomy Model for Construction Safety Education

  • Safety education at the tertiary level prepares students to enter construction industry with adequate safety knowledge; then accidents can be prevented proactively. However, safety subject has not been paid adequate attention in universities and most institutional safety programs consider safety matters in isolation. Meanwhile, anatomical theory in the medicine field has been successfully adopted and proved potential advantageous in various scientific disciplines. With this regard, this study proposes a visualization based Building Anatomy Model (BAM) for construction safety education, which utilizes the anatomical theory in order to improve student's safety knowledge and practical skill. This BAM consists of two modules: 1) Knowledge Acquisition Module (KAM) aims to deliver safety knowledge to students through building anatomy models; 2) Practical Experience Module (PEM) where students safely perform construction activities by using the system to improve safety skill. The system trial is validated with virtual scenarios derived from real accidents cases. This study emphasizes the visualization based building anatomy model would be a powerful pedagogical method to provide effectively safety knowledge and practical skill for students, as a result, safety competence of students would be enhanced.

Also, technology transferㆍintroduction section is plan technique, form with technical cooperative form, amount of money 50,000,000 won under, appeared above 1 years in disturbance duration. In hereafter, technology transferㆍintroduction plan it appeared with the fact that the plan technique is many most.

  • The purpose of this study is to develope Premarital Relationship Enrichment Program (PREP). This Program was based on survey (416 data used) for the need of PREP. The results was as followings : 1. The object wanted that the curriclumn were included marital values, love and intimacy, communication skill, understanding of personality, good relationship of both parents, adaptation of both families, healthy self-image, sex knowlege, constructive conflict-solving, financial management skill, reasonable decision-making, family planning, marital roles, concrete marriage readiness. 2. The Effects of Job Characteristics on Leadership Awareness and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Focused on the Role of Motivating Potential Score

  • Purpose - This study aimed to check the influence of job characteristics of members of small and medium businesses on authentic leadership awareness of superiors and organizational citizenship behavior, and if the MPS between awareness of authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior mediated. This study aimed to find the influence of job characteristics of SMEs members on leadership awareness and organizational citizenship behavior, and the role of motivating Potential Score. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Total of 150 valid questionnaires were collected. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, simple & multiple regression analysis, and 3-step mediated regression analysis were conducted. Results - The sub-factors of job characteristics all had positive influence on authentic leadership except skill variety and positive awareness on authentic leadership enhances organizational citizenship behavior of members. Also, MPS partially mediates awareness of authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion - Providing skill variety such as expanding jobs to members of SMEs does not have influence of positive leadership awareness of leaders and partial mediation of MPS means that job characteristics along with positive leadership awareness on superiors enhance organizational citizenship behavior and contributes in developing the organization.

대학생 핵심역량(K-CESA)이 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향과 코칭역량의 매개효과 (Analysis of relationship between K-CESA and creativity confluence competency and coaching skill of undergraduate students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생 핵심역량과 창의융합역량 및 코칭역량 간의 관계를 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. G지역 사립대학에 재학 중인 대학생 344명을 대상으로 실시하였고, 대학생 핵심역량, 코칭역량, 창의융합역량에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기초통계를 통해 일반적 경향을 살펴보았고, 관련성과 매개효과를 분석하기 위해 Pearson의 상관관계분석과 회귀분석 및 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 자료 분석 결과 첫째, 대학생 핵심역량, 코칭역량, 창의융합역량은 정규성 가정을 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생 핵심역량과 창의융합역량은 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 이는 핵심역량의 점수가 높을수록 창의융합역량이 높아진다고 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 코칭역량과 창의융합역량은 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 이는 코칭역량의 점수가 높을수록 창의융합역량이 높아진다고 볼 수 있다. 넷째, 핵심역량은 창의융합역량을 의미 있게 예측하는 변인으로 나타났으며, 코칭역량이 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 창의융합역량을 강화하는 데 핵심역량과 코칭역량을 중요하게 고려해야 함을 알 수 있었고, 역량강화를 위한 비교과 프로그램 운영의 중요성을 제시하였다.

간호대학생의 감성지능, 회복탄력성, 외상 후 성장이 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, and Post-traumatic Growth on Communication Skills of Nursing Students)

  • 간호대학생의 감성지능, 회복탄력성, 외상 후 성장과 의사소통능력 간의 관계를 알아보고 간호대학생의 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악함으로써 의사소통능력을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 강구하는 기초자료로 이용하고자 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2017년 4월부터 5월까지이며 연구대상자는 D시에 소재한 대학의 간호대학생 296명이다. 연구결과는 간호대학생의 감성지능, 회복탄력성, 외상 후 성장, 의사소통능력 네 변수 간에는 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 감성지능, 회복탄력성, 외상 후 성장 정도가 증가할수록 의사소통능력이 높아졌고 회귀모형의 설명력은 51.9%였다. 결론적으로, 간호사로서 환자와의 치료적 관계를 수립하기 위해 간호대학생의 의사소통능력을 향상시키는 전략으로 감성지능, 회복탄력성 및 외상 후 성장 정도를 향상하기 위한 노력이 필요하다.

시계열 자료를 이용한 병원 간호 인력의 변화 추이 및 병원 간호사 확보를 위한 정책의 효과 평가 (Trend analysis of the number of nurses and evaluation of nursing staffs expansion policy in Korean hospitals)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of the number of nursing staffs and skill mix and to assess the effectiveness of hospital nurse expansion policies in Korea. Methods : The trend of the number of nursing staffs and skill mix were analyzed using time series data, which composed of yearly series data from 1975 to 2009. The impact of hospital nurse expansion policies was estimated by autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA) intervention model. Results : The number of general hospital and hospital nurses per 100 beds was decreased in late 1980s and late 1990s due to rapid growth of beds. As a result of the number of nurse aids per 100 beds decreased, skill mix became high in general hospital but nurse ratio among hospital nursing staffs was about 50%. Expansion of new nurse and revised differentiated inpatient fee were only effective in expansion of hospital nursing staffs. But they had no effect in general hospitals. Conclusion : In Korea, a few policies related to expansion of hospital nurses have an effect on increasing the number of hospital nurse. Nevertheless, level of hospital nursing staffs is inferior to that of general hospital.

환경분야 국가직무체계 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of National Skill System in Environmental Field)

  • 이 연구는 국가직무능력표준 개발에서 기초적으로 검토가 되어야 하는 직무체계 중 환경분야 직무체계 개발에 목적이 있다. 세부적인 연구목적은 환경분야의 직무분류와 직무수준을 개발하고자 하는데 있다. 이 연구는 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무분류를 수행하였으며, 각각의 직무는 배타적으로 설계하였습니다. 직무분류시 전문가 집중토의를 통하여 세부직무를 분류하였습니다. 이러한 분류결과를 살펴보면 환경 분야의 직무군은 크게 대분류 3개, 중분류는 12개, 이들 중분류를 다시 분류하면 총 41개의 직무가 환경분야에서 요구되는 직무로서 도출되었다. 환경분야 직무수준은 해당 직무군 및 직무분야에서 전문 인력의 가치를 창출하기 위해 필요한 전문성 정도를 고려하였다. 이에 따라 환경분야의 전문분야별 직무수준을 반영하여 6단계로 구분하였다. 또한 환경 분야의 고유한 특성을 고려하여 크게 '환경계획 및 평가'와 '환경 측정 분석', '환경관리', '환경설계 시공', '환경보건관리', '환경자원관리', '환경경영 및 컨설팅', '환경교육'으로 구분하여 직무수준을 설정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 하여 환경 분야 현장전문가 및 학계 전문가 등으로 구성된 전문가 협의회를 통하여 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다.

Distribution of Skill and Encouraging Motivation to Enhance Resilience: Evidence from Accounting Personnel During COVID-19 Crisis

  • Purpose: This study aims to identify the distribution of skill evolution for accounting personnel during the health crisis and investigate the impact of accounting skills in developing resilience among accounting personnel. Research design, data, and methodology: A total of 131 respondents of accounting personnel participated in a self-administered survey questionnaire. This data is analysed using the partial least square structural equation modeling. Results: The results show that accounting skills, digital skills, and writing skills have a significant impact on developing accounting personnel's motivation, subsequently leading to resilience. Conclusions: This study adds to the literature on the new requirements and future profiles of Malaysian organisation and the accounting profession. This will be a good reference for the practitioners to identify the relevant skills required for accountants after the pandemic. Furthermore, this study includes encouraging motivation and skills to improve resilience in the Malaysian context further to understand the push factors on skills evolution among the accountants. Higher education institutions with accounting courses would consider the potential future skills of accountants to meet market demands on time when updating the institutions' curricula program. Hence, the relevant skills required can be developed and practiced at the education level, especially secondary and tertiary levels.
