대도시 단독가구 여자노인의 생활의 질 향상을 위한 연구 - 가족.소비.주거생활을 중심으로- (Quality of Life of Elderly Women Living alone or with the Spouse -With a focus on the family consumer and hosing life-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors which influenced the quality of life of elderly women living alone or with the spouse. A survey using interview was administered to 221 elderly women living in Seoul and Pusan The major findings were as follows: 1) The family life satisfaction of elderly women was determined by the quality of relationship with her eldest son's wife shared activities financial strain and location. The determinants of consumer life satisfaction were financial strain materialism tenure and the number of income sources, Housing life satisfaction was influenced by the convenience of neighborhood facilities tenure and housing structure type. 2) The quality of relationship with her eldest son's wife social activities financial strain tenure and the reason for independent household formation explained the variance of the life satisfaction about 29% by using a stepwise multiple regression method.

중소기업의 경쟁력, ESG 경영 활동 및 조직공정성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 연구 : 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Effects of SMEs Competition, ESG Management Activities and Organizational Justice on Job Satisfaction : Focusing on Mediating Effects of Self-efficacy)

  • 최근 중소기업은 지속 가능한 경영을 통한 실질적인 경쟁력 제고가 필수 요건화되어 가고 있는 경영환경에 직면해 있다. 이러한 중소기업의 근로자들이 자신들의 직무에 얼마나 만족하고 있는지, 어떠한 원인이 근로자들의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보는 것은 매우 의미 있는 연구라고 할 수 있다. ESG 경영 중 환경(E) 활동, 사회(S) 활동, 지배구조(G) 활동이라는 변수를 도입하여 근로자들이 달라진 업무환경에 직면하게 되었을 때, 자기효능감을 매개로 하여 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 문헌 연구와 실증 분석을 수행했다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 중소기업의 근로자를 대상으로 300부의 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS 통계 프로그램(Ver. 25.0)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 기업의 경쟁력 중 제품 또는 서비스품질과 직원역량이 직무만족에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ESG 경영 활동 중 사회(S) 활동과 지배구조(G) 활동이 직무만족에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직공정성 중 분배공정성과 절차공정성이 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 제품 또는 서비스품질, 직원역량, ESG 경영 활동 중 사회(S) 활동 및 지배구조(G) 활동, 조직공정성 중 절차공정성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통한 학문적 가치는 중소기업의 경영에 있어 ESG 경영 활동이 근로자의 직무에 미치는 요인들에 대하여 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 그 결과 ESG 경영 활동 중 사회(S) 활동과 지배구조(G) 활동에 대해 근로자도 적극적으로 기업경영에 참여함으로써 직무에 만족하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 외부 환경변화에 민감한 근로자들에게 중소기업이 적극적으로 기업의 경쟁력을 높이고 ESG 경영 활동 실행과 공정한 조직문화를 제공할 때 근로자는 자기효능감을 통해 직무에 만족한다는 실무적인 시사점도 밝혔다. 이로 인해 중소기업 근로자들의 이직률을 낮추고 중소기업의 경쟁력도 선순환 구조를 통해 개선될 가능성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Why Do Employees Behave Entrepreneurially? A Case of Thailand

  • The objective of this study is twofold: first, to investigate how organizations encourage factors that have an impact on employees' entrepreneurial behavior from employee's perspectives and experiences; and second, to discover how and why employees behave entrepreneurially within the organization. A case study method is considered as an appropriate approach to scrutinize intrapreneurial behavior because it principally concentrates on an investigation into a contemporary organizational phenomenon and context concerning entrepreneurial activities in-depth within its real situation. In data collection, an Asian multinational retail company was selected. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with 24 executive-level employees who had been working in various departments for more than 5 years. Each in-depth interview lasts for a duration of 40 to 60 minutes. The results reveal several understandings into the combination of individual-level and organizational-level factors that promote the intrapreneurial behavior and activities of the established firm in the context of Thailand. In this regard, six factors have been found as the key determinants that make an impact on innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking behaviour of the employees. Those factors are personal preference, organizational stability, management support, compensation, reward system, teamwork, quality of relationship with colleagues, work autonomy and the quality of relationship with the superiors.

지역사회 여성 독거노인을 위한 '스스로 관절관리' 프로그램의 적용 효과 (Effect of the Arthritis Self-management Program on Elderly Women Living Alone in the Community)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of an arthritis self-management program on elderly women living alone in the community. Methods: This study recruited 36 individuals, who participated in the program once a week for six weeks at two community centers. The program consisted of muscle strengthening and flexibility exercises, health education on muscles and joints, and joint dance for aerobic exercise. The data collected were analyzed using the paired t-test and Wilcoxon rank test. Results: After six weeks, participants showed significant improvements in pain (t=3.03, p=.005), difficulties in activities of daily living (t=2.77, p=.010), health-related quality of life (t=-2.63, p=.014), flexibility of right shoulder (z=-2.42, p=.015), and balance (right leg, t=-2.63, p=.036; left leg, z=-2.36, p=.018). Conclusion: The results showed that the arthritis self-management program effectively improved outcomes for elderly women living alone. Thus, this program could be incorporated into various programs for elderly people living alone.

공기업의 지식관리 영향요인과 성과 간의 구조적 관계: 한국철도공사를 중심으로 (A Study on the Structural Relationships between the Antecedents of Knowledge Management and Performance in Public Enterprise: Focus on the KORAIL)

  • 본 연구에서는 공기업의 지식관리 영향요인, 지식관리 활동과 그 성과 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 정부기관 중 지식관리를 최초로 도입한 기관이자 공공부문 지식관리의 선도기관으로 평가받고 있는 한국철도공사 직원들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 실증분석을 시도하였다. 가설검증 결과, 지식관리 영향요인으로는 학습지향문화와 지식품질, KMS 품질 등이 지식창출 및 공유 활동 모두에 유의미한 영향요인으로 검증되었으며, 개인태도는 지식창출 활동에만 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식창출은 지식공유 활동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지식창출과 지식공유 모두 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 지식창출 및 공유 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

  • Industrial structure is more developed, the economical value of human resources and the cases which risks worker's Health & Safety is expended. The Safety & Health issues are focused on elements of control for management activity simultaneously with work environment as well as the risk elements which risks worker's life and body. The activity for combination of basic management System and Safety & Health management is progressing with active discussion in ILO, BS 8800 is specified the guidance of Occupational Safety & Health Management System in UK. 1996. This research refers to BS 8800:1996, specification as a basic model, and introduce of the result of certification development result in Occupational Safety & Health management System with in ISO 14001 Environmental System Standards & ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standards and Systemic Factors. Through this applicability and efficiency evaluation, we make an effort to support and to improve the specification. Also applicability evaluation of Occupational Safety & Health management System and the specification developed for the purpose of the third party certification is applied with expending in industry, and the method is presented through the case which is required to support for method review and activities.

성인 발달장애인 대상 수단적 일상생활활동 작업치료 프로그램이 일상생활활동 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Impact of an Instrumental Daily Living Activities Occupational Therapy Program for Adults With Developmental Disabilities on Their Daily Living Activities and Quality of Life)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 성인 발달장애인을 대상으로 수단적 일상생활활동 프로그램을 제공하였을 때 일상생활활동 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 단일집단 사전-사후 실험설계로, E 장애인복지관의 성인 발달장애인 17명을 대상으로 시행하였다. 프로그램은 사전-사후 평가를 포함하여 총 10회기로 이루어졌으며, 장보기, 식사준비 및 정리, 가정관리, 안전 및 응급관리와 관련된 훈련 및 교육을 제공하였다. 평가도구는 삶의 질 설문지(Quality of Life: QOL), 한국어판 생활공간 평가(Korean version of the Life Space Assessment: K-LSA), 한국어판 수단적 일상생활활동(Korean version of the Instrumental Activities of Daily Living: K-IADL)을 사용하였다. 결과 : 수단적 일상생활활동 작업치료 프로그램 전과 후의 QOL과 K-IADL 점수에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, K-LSA 점수는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론 : 본 연구는 성인 발달장애인 대상으로 수단적 일상생활활동 프로그램을 시행함으로써 수단적 일상생활활동 수행도와 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 성인 발달장애인의 일상생활 및 사회참여를 영위하기 위해 일상생활활동 훈련을 포함한 작업참여의 중재가 확대되어야 한다.

공간성, 호소유형 및 형태복잡도 지수를 이용한 토지이용과 호소수질의 관계 연구 (Investigation on the Relationship between Land Use and Water Quality with Spatial Dimension, Reservoir Type and Shape Complexity)

  • Land use types within a watershed closely are related with the water quality characteristics of receiving water bodies. Despite of a numerous studies suggesting a strong relationship between water quality and land use, there have been increasing concerns about the geographical variation and a lack of spatial integration in that relationship, which are essential to implementing these findings into land use planning and management. In the meantime, edges mediate the material flux between adjacent systems. This mediating effect of edges is strongly related to the complexity of their shapes. Land use activities within a watershed have a direct impact on the water quality of adjacent aquatic systems, and hydrological processes carry residuals from watershed into adjacent aquatic ecosystems through the edges. Therefore, the geometry of reservoirs theoretically affects the relationship between land uses in the watershed and the quality of receiving bodies of water. In this light, this study integrates the geo-spatial dimensions of land uses in the watershed using GIS and landscape indices in order to explore the relationship between land uses and water quality. Water quality characteristics, land uses and geometry of 133 randomly sampled reservoirs were correlated, based on buffer zones and types of reservoirs. The findings showed that land uses, particularly urban land uses, significantly affect water quality characteristics including BOD, COD, TN and TP, and geometry of reservoirs reduces the concentration of pollutant and nutrients in reservoirs. One of results indicates that the relationship between land use and water quality and effects of spatial dimension may vary with types of reservoirs and pollutants. These results suggest that lakeshore areas are important, particularly for TN reduction and call for a caution to land use activities nearby shoreline areas for sustaining better water quality.

국내 의료기관의 질 향상 활동 현황 (A Study on Quality Improvement Activities in Korean Hospitals)

  • Background : This study was carried out to assess the quality improvement(QI)activities in Korean hospitals. Methods : A mailed questionnaire survey was conducted between September 15 and October 30, 2000. The staffs being charge of QI each of the hospitals with 400 beds or more responded to the questionnaire. Of the 108 hospitals eligible for inclusion in our study, 69 participated, yielding a response rate of 63.9%. Results : Based on these survey, 87.3 percent of the responding hospitals were performing QI projects and 54 percent of the hospitals had a separate department for QI activity. About 62 percent of hospitals performing QI activity (QI hospitals) had a QI manager and 58 percent had a separate budget for QI activities. Among the QI hospitals, 85 percent had cross-functional or cross-departmental teams as the major mechanisms for doing QI projects, 94 percent had one or more educational programs on QI. The level of physician's participation level for QI projects was lower than other staff(CEO, nurses and other administrators). Conclusion : The majority of the hospitals have undertaken activities in QI. For the successful implemented QI, the involvement of and education for employees(including physicians and other health professionals)are needed as well as management strategy and leadership. Understanding of other hospitals experience would be helpful for health care managers to plan and initiate QI activities.
