In this study, developed economical and scientific Pavement Management System(PMS) that can produce suitable maintenance method through judgement and analysis of pavement condition exactly, to overcome past unscientific pavement management limitations. First, on the basis of data of the inside and outside of the country on PMS, composed logical algorithm such as pavement condition investigation and analysis, detailed naked eye investigation, whole system estimation etc., and it verified that this algorithm is suitable system through the inside and outside of the country PMS research examples and results of detailed naked eye investigation. Also, developed easily usable PMS program and PMS_GIS program with such logical algorithm.

The purpose of this study was to propose the basic models of the housewives' educational program for the healthy families support center. For this purpose the role & function of the healthy families support center and the cases about the housewives' educational program of related institutions were analysed. Based on of this materials this study proposed 2 types of program model : 1. the balance of individual-family-society parts oriented model, and 2. the healthy families CEO oriented model. And the strategies for the more effective management of each model were suggested.

A prototype high-speed train system, Hanvit-350, has been developed in Korea since 1996. The train has reached the maximum speed of 352.4km/h during a test run on December 2004. It is presently undergoing various tests to stabilize its performance and to secure reliability. Until now, around 420 runs have been conducted and accumulates 190,000km trial run. The test database management program is developed using existing analysis program, LabVIEW and database program, Microsoft-SQL. The test database management program is used to analysis of test results and will be used to find out the correlation characteristics between parameters.

To carry out systematic groundwater assessment, exploration and management and to use these for protection of optimal groundwater yield, a data analysis and management system is required. Thus, the object of this research was to develop and apply software that integrates GIS and groundwater modeling: GISGAM (GIS for groundwater analysis and management system). The GIS program ArcView and the groundwater-modeling program MODFLOW were used for the GISGAM. The program components consist of a pre-processor, a processor, and a post-processor for groundwater modeling. In addition, GIS functions such as input, manipulation, analysis and output of data were embedded into the program. In applying the program to pilot area, topography, geology, soil, land use and well databases, and a groundwater flow model were constructed for the study area. This case study revealed the advantage and convenience of groundwater modeling using GIS capabilities. By integrating GIS and the groundwater model, the impact of changing values of hydrogeological constants on model results could be more easily evaluated.

Due to technological advancements, the data industry is growing, leading to a demand for data professionals in the market. Job seekers interested in data-related positions include not only those with relevant majors but also non-majors. Therefore, this study aims to identify effective educational methods for non-majors lacking data knowledge and skills to develop both data and business competencies. This research focuses on 28 trainees who participated in the "Data Youth Campus" program conducted by K-institution. The program spanned 10 weeks and was structured into three phases: fundamentals, practical training, and projects, systematically enhancing trainees' capabilities. The effectiveness of the curriculum and trainee management was verified by measuring and analyzing improvement of competencies and satisfaction with the program. This study offers valuable insights for the design and implementation of data education programs tailored to non-majors.

The WeChat mini program is an application embedded in WeChat that users can use without downloading and installing. After it was officially released in 2017, many travel enterprises have launched their own mini programs on the WeChat platform. This study applies affordance theory to investigate the WeChat mini program's role in tourism activities through social network analysis using the R programming language. The authors searched the topic of "how do you perceive the travel-related WeChat mini program" and then crawled the 200 comments found; 180 comments were analyzed after data cleansing. The results show that travel-related WeChat mini programs play a very important role in Chinese social network tourism activities. This paper found that WeChat played a more active role in various tourism-related interactions with Chinese social networks. Moreover, the results show how affordance theory is applied to the use of WeChat mini programs.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the Stress Management Education Program (SMEP) on the nurses stress and stress management ability, and to identify the main factors affecting them. The subjects were 72 nurses who participated in the In-Service education program of the Jin-Ju District, Kyeong-Nam Branch of the Korean Nurses Association during the period from Oct. 1 to Nov. 30, 1985. The book of“The stress management education program”was developed by the investigators. With this book, we executed the 1st education through the lecture & showing an example, After 15 days from the 1st education, we mailed a reminding booklet to the individuals. (2nd education). Then, we mailed a questionnaire on 15th day from the 2nd education. Before and after the SMEP We measured the stress management ability & stress, and identified the affecting factors. Findings of this study are as follows ; 1. The 1st hypothesis that“the SMP will increase the. knowledge about the nurses' stress management”was supported (t= -6.60, p <.001) 2. The 2nd hypothesis that“the SMEP will increase the nurses' practice about the stress management”was rejected. 3. The 3rd hypothesis that“the SEMP will decrease the nurses' stress”was rejected. 4. The 4th hypothesis that“the higher the know-ledge about the stress management, the lower the nurses' stress”was rejected. 5. The 5th hypothesis that“the higher the degree of the practice about the stress management, the lower the nurses' stress”was supported. (r= - .2859, p<.05). 6. There were significant correlations between the knowledge about stress management and age (r= -.3717, p<.01), between the knowledge about stress management and the period of her work. (r= -.2897, p<0.5). There was significant difference in the knowledge about stress management between those who had married and those who had not. (t=2.82, p<.01) 7. There was significant difference in the practice about the stress management between those who had religion and those who had not. (t=2.7, p< .01) 8. There was significant difference in the stress according to the type or work. (t=6. 127, P <.05) There was significant correlation between the stress and supportive system. (r=-.2647, p<.05).

As part of the free semester program, the 'Gardener for a day' program in the Korea National Arboretum was newly developed in 2018. The program was developed as a free semester program reflecting the works of a 'gardener' who performs the planning, preparation, maintenance and management of exhibition gardens. This 'Gardener for a day' program was applied to a total of 106 middle school students in October 2018. Educational elements were extracted from Korea National Arboretum exhibition gardens and career exploration of gardeners. The program was designed to provide education on theory and practices, including watching the gardener video, visiting the gardener booth, meeting with actual gardeners at Korea National Arboretum, visiting two exhibition gardens, and participating in three types of practical training as a gardener. A survey about program satisfaction and education was conducted after the program to analyze the students' satisfaction with the program (contents, management, instructor), free semester program (career planning, occupational attitude, independence), and education (awareness of forest biospecies, preservation will). The analysis showed that the following results: satisfaction with the program (score 4.0), free semester program (score 3.8), and education (score 4.0). Comparative analysis of the pretest-posttest questionnaires showed that there were significant educational effects in career planning, occupational attitude, and awareness of forest biospecies.

본 교차로에 각 방향별 이동류의 상충해소를 위한 목적으로 도입된 교통신호제어는 차량증가에 따라 여러 교차로를 연계하여 정지와 지체시간을 최소화하는 간선도로 제어 목적으로 바뀌었고 이를 위해 교통신호운영 효율화를 위한 다양한 방법이 제시되고 있다. 본 연구는 도심 가로축 연동체계를 교통운영체계 선진화 방안에서 제시하고 있는 비보호좌회전확대로 운영되는 선직진 후좌회전 체계와 기존 실시간 대응제어 신호운영체계를 비교 분석하였으며, 비교 분석을 위해 4개시 5개 지역을 선정 평균 교차로 간격, 연동 가로축 거리 등을 구분하였다. 그 결과 교통운영체계 선진화 방안 신호운영체계의 교통처리용량은 실시간 대응제어 신호운영체계의 교통처리용량 보다 주기 160초 때 차로 당 286대, 140초 경우 308대, 120초 경우 264대가 증가하여 1차로 도로확장을 한 만큼의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가로축 연동에 대해서도 가로축 길이 2.0~3.0km, 2.0km미만에서 분석 주기(160초, 140초, 120초) 모두에서 연동밴드 폭이나 정지횟수에서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

현재 도시재생사업의 복잡한 이해관계자 구조 특성상 이해관계자 간 갈등으로 인해 사업추진의 어려움을 겪게 되는 사례들을 접할 수 있다. 실제로도 이해관계자들에 관한 많은 부분을 가정으로 추진해 나가고 있으며 이해관계자 간 갈등을 민원차원으로만 여겨 체계적인 관리방안을 마련하여 협력과 조정으로 해결하려는 노력을 보이지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도시재생사업 정의와 도시재생사업의 특성분석을 통해 종합사업관리 (Program Management)의 일환으로 이해관계자를 파악, 분석하여 유형 분류를 통해 그들의 관계와 각 이해관계자들에 적합한 커뮤니케이션을 관리하는 Stakeholder Management의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.
