예비비와 연계한 정량적 리스크 수준 산정 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quantitative Risk Level Calculation Model in Cooperation with the Reserve Fund)

  • 최근에 대기업 위주로 편성되어 있던 공공정보화 프로젝트가 중소규모의 시스템 통합 기업으로 재편성되고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 대다수의 중소규모 기업들은 체계적인 리스크 관리에 대한 지식을 확보하지 못하고 있기에, 수익과 관련하여 많은 문제를 내포하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 현장에서 주요하게 발생하는 리스크 요소를 제시하고, 리스크 요소별 리스크 수준과 이에 따른 비용을 측정하기 위한 모델을 제안한다. 이러한 융복합을 통하여 프로젝트 수행 중 이슈화 되는 리스크를 사전에 예측하여 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 관리 체계를 제공하는 데 목적을 두고 있으며, 제안 모델을 기준으로 적정한 규모의 예비비 확보가 가능하기에 리스크 분석에 비용을 투자하지 못하는 기업들이 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 광주광역시(光州廣域市)의 대표적인 도시림(都市林)인 무등산(無等山)에 발달하고 있는 산림식생(山林植生)의 보전(保全)과 관리(管理)를 목적으로 식물사회학적(植物社會學的)인 방법에 의해 그 관리단위(管理單位)가 구분되고 그것의 공간적(空間的) 분포(分布)가 정밀(精密)하게 지도화(地圖化)되었다. 이 지역의 산림식생관리단위(山林植生管理單位)는 상위(上位) 21개(個) 단위(單位), 하위(下位) 10개(個) 단위(單位) 그리고 최종하위(最終下位) 9개(個) 단위(單位)로 구분되었으며, 총(總) 31개의 관리구성(管理區城)이 결정되었다. 정밀식생도(情密植生圖) 작성면적은 2,779.5ha이며, 그 중 자연식생(自然植生)이 78.9%인 2,192.0ha로 대부분을 차지하고 있었으며, 인공식생(人工植生)과 무립목지(無立木地)가 각각 5.7%인 159.1ha, 15.5%인 428.4ha로 나타났다. 자연림요소율(自然林要素率)은 타 지역의 도시림에 비교하여 볼 때 아주 높은 93.2%로 나타났다.

  • Work breakdown structure is a central element in project management and systems engineering. Composing a quality work breakdown structure is essential for the success of any project. In this paper, extensive use of work breakdown structure during phase one of KSLV-II launch vehicle development program is presented. The advantages and disadvantages of applying WBS-centric program and systems engineering management to the project are reviewed.

  • Purpose - This paper examines product design management, the current design focus of which has shifted to the need to produce innovation applications that can effectively respond to the market's consumption changes in a timely manner. Research design, data, methodology - This study discusses several methodologies that are widely used in experimental processes, such as fuzzy theory, multi-criteria decision-making theory, and managing decision making. The designers will better understand their customers by applying these methodologies. This study examines how the current trend in product innovation design observes customer needs, controls innovation, and stimulates design ability. Results - This paper takes innovative telephone design as an experimental case to investigate how to create a product using market-oriented and customized management concepts and creative design abilities. Conclusions - If accompanied by an innovative product value chain, a product can further the development of enterprise management, now the main element of every developed country's social and economic development.

  • Current landscape management is focused towards managing uniformly, such as setting a limit on building's height and managing by putting first priority on building. For this reason, broader impact of landscape has not been studies thoroughly, and it was considered to be an important factor of not being able to operate diverse and active landscape management. Accordingly, the objective of this particular research to establish concrete and diverse device for managing landscape by adapting Map Algebra and Spatial Statistics, as one of the means of efficient landscape management, and applying the effectiveness of each landscape element in numerical value. Furthermore, this research was done in order to make a spatial estimation possible for resources to be located in compliance with each facility or landscape condition of individual region.

  • The next generation Internet protocol(IPv6: Internet Protocol version 6) has been introduced to overcome the limitations of IPv4 and will be essential element for our industry environment. Transition to IPv6 is not simply replacing a protocol but complex work which affects the whole network. So, the accomplishment of appropriate plans and the systematic transition activities are required. In this paper, we examined the necessity of IPv6 transition and suggested the transition strategy in major parts of transition, such as networks, applications, and address management system.

  • Recently, all kind of 21C-typed electronic goods show the tendency of hightechnology and digital convergence rapidly. Also, failure mechanism which differs from original goods concept presents. Today, failure mechanism which differs from one that was happened by restricted harmful environment material before adapted the raw of environment material is changing the paradigm of reliability engineering. Thus, when applied the environment matter of original and secondary material at the electronic goods were removed, reliability assessment method and prediction stay into low level. This study suggests as solution to overcome these phenomenon. The study on the management method of environmental restriction substances which is recognized as important element in the reliability assessment about environment material of electronic goods and the study on reliability assessment method of PWB without environment material are progressed.
