다양한 미디어 환경으로 인한 이미지의 재매개화 과정은 디미털 미디어문화 세대에게 또 한번의 거울단계를 거치게 하고 있다고 보고, 라캉의 거울단계이론과의 연관성을 고찰하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 전통적인 매체가 인터넷으로의 재매개, 컴퓨터그래픽으로 인한 초실재적 환상의 재현으로 조성되는 가상세계와 실재세계와의 혼돈, 가상적 이민지가 선망의 대상으로 부각되며 실제적 이미지를 변화시키는 동일시 현상 등은 다양해지는 영상미디어의 상호 연계로 인한 재매개 기능으로 유발되는 것이다. 주체와 이상화된 자아만의 관계인 2자적 관계에서 발생하는 타인이 배제된 '나르시스적' 동일성은 새로운 자기표현을 찾는데 능숙한 마니아 문화를 형성한다. 능동적인 마니아문화의 '자기반영 성'(Reflexivity)은 현대 미디어 문화의 특징이 될 수 있는 것이다. 그러나 디지털 미디어문화 세대가 자기 반영에 사로잡혀 타인이 배제된 나르시스즘에서 벗어나지 못한 채 이미지 은하계에서 소모적인 재미에 빠져 길을 잃는다면, 이러한 세대는 새로운 인간형으로 성장하지 못할 수도 있다. 이에 따라 거울단계와 연관된 '영상 리터러씨'(Visual Literacy)교육에 대한 체계적 연구를 필요케 한다.

This paper proposes a system for measuring the 3D human bodies using the multiple 2D images. The system establishes the multiple image input circumstance from the digital camera for image measurement. The algorithm considering perspective projection leads us to estimate the 3D human bodies from the multiple 2D images such as frontal. side and rear views. The results of the image measurement is compared those of the direct measurement and the 3D scanner for the total 40 items (12 heights, 15 widths and 13 depths). Three persons measure the 40 items using the three measurement methods. In comparison of the results obtained among the measurement methods and the persons, the results between the image measurement and the 3D scanner are very similar. However, the errors for the direct measurement are relatively larger than those between the image measurement and the 3D scanner. For example, the maximum errors between the image measurement and the 3D scanner are 0.41cm in height, 0.39cm in width and 0.95cm in depth. The errors are acceptable in body measurement. Performance of the image measurement is superior to the direct. because the algorithm estimates the 3D positions using the perspective projection. In above comparison, the image measurement is expected as a new method for measuring the 3D body, since it has the various advantages of the direct measurement and 3D scanner in performance for measurement as well as in the devices, cost, Portability and man power.

본 연구의 목적은 남자간호사 이미지와 관련된 연구들을 통합적으로 고찰하여, 남자간호사의 자기 이미지와 영향요인을 알아보기 위함이다. 분석대상 논문은 2009년에서 2019년 사이에 발표된 논문 중 남자간호사의 자기 이미지와 관련된 12개의 논문이다. 우리는 문헌고찰을 통해 남자간호사의 자기 이미지로 1) 그냥 간호사, 2) 기회의 직업, 3) 직업 정체성 모호, 4) 제한된 역할의 4개 주제를 도출되었다. 남자간호사의 자기 이미지에 영향을 미치는 요인은 3개의 주제로 도출되었으며, 구체적으로 1) 간호역량, 2) 사회적 성 고정관념, 3) 남자간호사 롤 모델 부재이다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 남자간호사의 자기 이미지를 향상시키기 위한 전략 마련이 필요하며, 추후 남자간호사의 사회적 역할과 인식 제고를 위해 남자간호사의 대중적 이미지를 알아보는 연구가 필요하다.

본고는 그림에 제하거나 그림을 대상으로 한 제화시(題畵詩)의 특성에 비추어볼 때 묵죽(墨竹)의 형상성이나 형상 과정이 잘 묘사될 수 있다고 여겨, 송대(宋代) 제화시를 수록한 대표적 제화시집인 "성화집(聲畵集)"에 실린 '대나무' 제화시를 통해 북송대 이후 묵죽화의 발전 양상과 그것의 도상학적 의미를 살펴본다. 묵죽화 발전 양상과 그 유형을 살펴보면, 북송대에는 당시 어부(御府)에 148축의 묵죽화가 있었다고 전해질 정도로 묵죽화가 성행했다. 화면 속에 등장하는 묵죽의 모습, 즉 그림 속의 '도상'은 와룡처럼 누운 횡죽(橫竹)이나 교룡처럼 굽은 우죽(紆竹)이 많이 등장하고, 특히 많은 대나무가 겨울에 서리를 맞고 서 있는 모습으로 나타난다. 송대에 오면 '대나무' 도상에 대한 인식은 유가적 이상형인 군자라는 보편적 인식과 더불어, 대나무를 자기표현의 한 수단으로 여기고 문인 사대부 특유의 문인성을 표현할 수 있는 대상으로 보게 된다. 그 결과, 전업화가들이 단청(丹靑)과 형사(形似)에 몰두해 그린 대나무가 아니라 문인 사대부 즉 자신들이 '묵죽'을 창작하고 감상하는 것을 최고로 여겼다. 묵죽에 대한 송대 문인사대부의 애호와 관심에는, 유가적 이상형인 군자 외에 시련에도 불요불굴하는 의지의 구현자이자, 부귀와 공명이 아니라 사회를 위해 도덕적인 책임과 문화적 과제를 온전히 수행할 수 있는 진정한 '문인성'의 체현자라는 인식이 그 바탕에 깔려 있었다고 할 수 있다.

This study was designed to examine the morphological measurement and characteristics of trabecullae based on femoral radiographic image for prediction of osteoporosis. Study subjects were 34 females (average age of 62.1 years) and 6 males (average age of 60.1 years), they were categorized into normal group and osteoporosis group in accordance with the T-score value. Measurement of the bone density of femoral bone was measured with DEXA(Dual Energy X-ray absorptiometry). ROI(Region of interests) was selected on femoral neck and trochanter. Characteristics of trabecullae was analyzed by using the skeletonization analysis of trabecular image. Morphological measurement was analyzed through femoral radiographic image in order to examine the correlation with osteoporosis. The result demonstrated statistically significant correlation between neck cortical thickness, shaft width, shaft cortical thickness, periphery, mean gray level and trabeculae area with BMD average (T-score) of femoral part. The results show that morphological measurement and characteristics of trabecullae based on femoral radiographic images for osteoporosis prediction could be effective.

This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of health care on perceived value, patient satisfaction and revisit intention. Especially, it was focused on outdoor environment, admission procedure, hospital image, service quality of physicians that patients perceived. For inpatients, hospital image and service quality of medical technicians have an effect on perceived value. Service quality of physicians has an effect on the patient satisfaction. For outpatients, hospital image and service quality of physicians and medical technicians have an effect on perceived value. Outdoor environment, hospital image, service quality of physicians and medical technicians, and perceived value have an effect on patient satisfaction. Perceived value and patient satisfaction have an effect on revisit intention. They should evaluate customer satisfaction on their services and analyze various factors that affect on it to improve specialty hospitals.

Cerebellar pilocytic astrocytomas (PAs) are benign gliomas predominantly found in the pediatric population. Intracranial hemorrhages are extremely rare in initial presentations of cerebellar PAs. There are no reports in the medical literature of adult cerebellar PA cases presenting with intratumoral hemorrhage. We report 2 cases of adult cerebellar pilocytic astrocytomas with intratumoral hemorrhage. The first case is a 37-year-old woman presenting with severe headache, nausea, and vomitting. Computed tomography demonstrated an acute hemorrhage adjacent to the right cerebellar hemisphere and hydrocephalus. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed a cerebellar vermian tumor with the hemorrhage as a mixed isoin-tense area in the T2-weighted image, and as a mixed hyperintense area in the contrast-enhanced T1-weighted image. The second case is a 53-year-old man presenting with headache for 3 weeks. MRI revealed a cerebellar hemispheric tumor with the hemorrhage as a mixed hyperintense area. It had a cystic mass with a heterogeneous enhanced mural nodule in the gadolinium-enhanced T1-weighted image and a fluid-fluid level within the cyst in the T2-weighted image. Both of them underwent radical resections of their respective lesions. Histological examination of the specimens revealed typical astrocytoma, including a hemorrhagic portion. Both patients recovered postoperatively and continue to do well at present. The medical literature on hemorrhagic cerebellar PAs is also reviewed.

본 논문은 유사도를 이용한 비트플레인 기반의 스테가노그라피 방법을 제안하였다. 기존의 방법은 모든 비트플레인에 고정 임계값을 적용하므로 정보 삽입시 화질의 열화가 발생한다. 본 연구는 정보 삽입을 위해 커버 영상의 비트플레인에 블록 복잡도와 블록 유사도를 정의하고 가장 적합한 블록에 정보를 삽입하는 방법이다. 실험은 표준 이미지에 동일한 화질과 정보량을 삽입하고 이에 따른 삽입 용량과 화질을 비교하였다. 실험 결과, 제안한 방법이 기존의 방법보다 삽입 용량이 평균 6%의 정도가 증가되었고, 화질면에서는 평균 약 3.3dB이 향상되었다.

Since the Korean economic crisis in 1997, consumers are selecting goods that are more economical and more reasonably priced. Markets for wealthy people, however, have seldom been influenced by economic conditions. Consequently, 'noble marketing' is a new term that marketers should become acquainted with (Kim, 1998). The continuously expanding 'noble market' that generates high profit for marketers needs to be explored, especially the men's wear market. This study adopted a qualitative method (i.e., in-depth interview) with 16 male consumers each. These men who spent more than 3,600,000 won on apparel goods in 2000 and each man had purchased at least one item-suit, jacket, trousers, or coat-from a list of high-priced brands that were selected by the researcher. Findings imply that material or functional benefit of the high-priced apparel were not a critical determinant for choosing the brand. Rather, a socially well-established image for the brand name, especially in terms of psychological/symbolic appeal, played a more important role. This finding supported previous studies. Therefore, for high-priced men s wear, the role of promotion, including advertising or word of mouth, is critical; the image that advertisers should promote is one that characterizes the clothing, and ultimately the wearers, as dignified, legitimate, traditional, and upper class.

MPEG-7 standardization work has started with the aims of providing fundamental tools for describing multimedia contents. MPEG-7 defines the syntax and semantics of descriptors and description schemes so that they may be used as fundamental tools for multimedia content description. In this paper, we introduce a texture based image description and retrieval method, which is adopted as the homogeneous texture descriptor in the visual part of the MPEG-7 final committee draft. The current MPEG-7 homogeneous texture descriptor consists of the mean, the standard deviation value of an image, energy, and energy deviation values of Fourier transform of the image. These are extracted from partitioned frequency channels based on the human visual system (HVS). For reliable extraction of the texture descriptor, Radon transformation is employed. This is suitable for HVS behavior. We also introduce various matching methods; for example, intensity-invariant, rotation-invariant and/or scale-invariant matching. This technique retrieves relevant texture images when the user gives a querying texture image. In order to show the promising performance of the texture descriptor, we take the experimental results with the MPEG-7 test sets. Experimental results show that the MPEG-7 texture descriptor gives an efficient and effective retrieval rate. Furthermore, it gives fast feature extraction time for constructing the texture descriptor.
