  • The purpose of this study is to suggest information system focused on the delivery system for national internet shopping mall. It is specifically summarized as follows. First, I showed the necessary required contents for constructing information system focused on the delivery system. Next, I suggested the theoretical model of the necessary information system for practicing information system, which is based on the above contents. The result of this study is to support for constructing information delivery system required for information system of internet shopping mall. And is to do a role of guide for practicing it, which is regarded as constructing a practical business guideline.

  • The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the present conditions and problems of the Electronic Commerce, specially by the fashion companies that utilize the Internet and to propose using plans of Internet Electronic Commerce as a strategic method of fashion companies that have a information-oriented mind to adapt itself to modern century. On the basis of my analysis, I propose some using plans of Internet Electronic Commerce by the fashion companies as follows. As a means of construction method, it is need for the pertinent companies to have an information-oriented mind and then to construct the low-expense but high-speed communication Infrastructure. As an operation and management method, positive web site advertisements plans, such as promotion, using various mass media, subscribing to the Internet search engines and dissemination of products information, etc., are need for companies to attract the consumers to connect to the web site. Second, to offer more satisfactory experiences, it is need for companies to frame the integrated shopping mall as a strategic alliance in the management of shopping mall. To frame the integrated shopping mall is also effective in solving financial problems of shopping mall management and introducing of security system As a means of technology supplement, security management systems, such as SSL or SET, should be introduced for consumers to pay the price and furnish their personal informations. Second, new technology developments, such as the newest simulation programs using Virtual Reality to solve the problem of products' actual feeling, should be need for consumers to feel as they really put clothes on. If these technological developments are realized, fashionable products will be dealt in the Internet shopping mall as well and the marketability of Internet shopping mall will be expanded.

A Study on the Construction of an Ideal Internet Fashion Cyber Mall Focused on Web Design, Merchandising and Management

  • The purpose of this study is to pinpoint currently arising issues concerning cyber fashion mall by analysing present status and contents of its web design, management and planning within the limits o business to customer (B2C) commerce, and to suggest a direction for building an ideal fashion mall on the internet. As for the study method, conceptual definitions were given based on previous studies. And a positive study was implemented, in which the cases of 23 chosen cyber fashion malls among 60 or so domestic and foreign malls selling fashion products were found by internet search engines and analysed. Results of the case analysis of cyber fashion malls are as follows : 1) cybermall must provide customers with an integrated service as well as e-commerce. 2) various products assortment and price differentiation must be developed, 3) the techniques of graphics, coloring and texturing, and layout design must be adopted to process and express product information, 4) the legislative system is needed to deal with the security, and 5) design and management of customer oriented interface are needed to process and express product information matter of electronic payment and customer protection. Considering the issues in internet fashion cybermalls, are suggested the important factors that are necessary or web design, planning and management to build an ideal cyber fashion mall. These results will contribute to the development of fashion e-commerce.

오프라인 쇼핑몰에서 고객 행위에 기반을 둔 맞춤형 브랜드 추천에 관한 연구 (A Study on Customized Brand Recommendation based on Customer Behavior for Off-line Shopping Malls)

  • Recently, development of indoor positioning system and IoT such as beacon makes it possible to collect and analyze each customer's shopping behavior in off-line shopping malls. In this study, we propose a realtime brand recommendation scheme based on each customer's brand visiting history for off-line shopping mall with indoor positioning system. The proposed scheme, which apply collaborative filtering to off-line shopping mall, is composed of training and apply process. The training process is designed to make the base brand network (BBN) using historical transaction data. Then, the scheme yields recommended brands for shopping customers based on their behaviors and BBN in the apply process. In order to verify the performance of the proposed scheme, simulation was conducted using purchase history data from a department store in Korea. Then, the results was compared to the previous scheme. Experimental results showd that the proposed scheme performs brand recommendation effectively in off-line shopping mall.

효과적 정보전달을 위한 대형쇼핑몰 유도사인 시스템 조형요소에 관한 연구 (Formative Elements of the Directional Sign System for the Effective Information Transmission of the Shopping Mall Complex)

  • 현대사회는 도시팽창 문제와 이로 인해 발생되는 문제해결을 위해 복합기능을 가진 대형건물이 늘어나는 추세이며 내부공간의 기능과 용도가 다양해지고 있다. 특히 쇼핑몰 내에서의 길찾기(wayfinding) 문제는 고객이 수월하게 해결 할 수 있다면 결과적으로 쇼핑몰이나 일반 상점에게 더 많은 이익이 보장될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 이용자들의 다양한 연령층과 성별, 지식정도 등에 구애됨 없이 원하는 목적지를 찾아가는데 신속ㆍ정확하고 직접적인 정보를 제공해주는 유도사인(directional sign)에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 첫째, 기존의 문헌 분석을 통해 시각적 관점에서 유도사인의 조형요소에 대하여 고찰하여, \circled1문자, \circled2픽토그램, \circled3색채, \circled4레이아웃, \circled5형태, \circled6위치의 항목으로 분류하여 특징을 알아보았다. 둘째, 지하공간이 생겨난 배경과 특성에 대하여 조사하고, 국내 3곳의 지하쇼핑몰 유도사인사례를 분석하였다. 셋째, 설문조사를 통해 이용자들의 유도사인에 대한 객관적인 평가를 비교ㆍ종합하여 길찾기에 도움을 줄 수 있는 디자인 방안을 장소별로 제안하였다. 본 연구는 쇼핑몰이라는 특정 장소의 조사와 장소별 제안으로 그 장소에만 적용되는 한계가 있지만, 향후 이용자들의 인지심리와 장소의 환경적 특징에 대한 지속적인 연구를 통해 쇼핑몰뿐만 아니라 다른 건축물에서도 적용될 수 있는 유도사인 디자인 전반의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 온라인 쇼핑몰에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 다양한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 대부분의 연구들은 인터넷의 특성을 고려하지 않은 채 오프라인 시장의 서비스품질 측정 도구를 그대로 적용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 상거래에서처럼 환경적인 요소도 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 고려하여 시스템품질로 규정하고, 서비스품질과 더불어 고객만족과의 관계를 파악하는 것이 중요하다고 보았다. 즉, 시스템품질과 서비스품질 중 어느 품질 요인이 고객만족에 더 많은 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고, 시스템품질 요인과 서비스품질 요인과 고객만족 요인인 타인에게 적극적으로 쇼핑몰을 추천하는 애호도와 전환성과 어떤 관계가 있는지를 살펴본 후 이에 따라 고령친화용품을 중심으로 다양한 고객의 욕구를 충족시키는데 필요한 품질전략을 제시하고자 하였다.

개인별 상품추천시스템, WebCF-PT: 웹마이닝과 상품계층도를 이용한 협업필터링 (A Personalized Recommender System, WebCF-PT: A Collaborative Filtering using Web Mining and Product Taxonomy)

  • Recommender systems are a personalized information filtering technology to help customers find the products they would like to purchase. Collaborative filtering is known to be the most successful recommendation technology, but its widespread use has exposed some problems such as sparsity and scalability in the e-business environment. In this paper, we propose a recommendation system, WebCF-PT based on Web usage mining and product taxonomy to enhance the recommendation quality and the system performance of traditional CF-based recommender systems. Web usage mining populates the rating database by tracking customers' shopping behaviors on the Web, so leading to better quality recommendations. The product taxonomy is used to improve the performance of searching for nearest neighbors through dimensionality reduction of the rating database. A prototype recommendation system, WebCF-PT is developed and Internet shopping mall, EBIB(e-Business & Intelligence Business) is constructed to test the WebCF-PT system.

XML기반 전자 쇼핑몰을 위한 템플릿 마크업 언어 스크립트 처리기의 설계 및 구현 (The Design and Implementation of Template Markup Language Script Processor for Electronic Shopping Mall based on XML)

  • 다음은 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래가 점차 발전함에 따라 쇼핑몰간의 상호 운용성과B2B 전자 상거래를 위한 확장성의 필요성이 증대되었다. 또한 지능형 사용자 인터페이스의 필요성이 제기되었다. 이들 문제들에 대한 해결책으로 XML$^{[1]}$ 의 웹기반 응용의 장점을 살려 쇼핑몰을 구축할 때 XML 기반의 스크립트 처리기를 적용하면, 상호운용성과 더불어 같은 XML문서라도 고객의 취향에 따라 다른 스타일시트$^{[2]}$ 를 적용함으로써 다른 모습, 즉 고객 지향적 디스플레이가 가능해진다. 본 논문에서는 XML 자동생성 스크립트로서 TML(Template Markup Language)$^{[3]}$ 를 XML로서 정의하였고 스크립트를 처리할 수 있는 프로세서를 구현하여 웹상의 전자 쇼핑몰에서 사용할 수 있음을 보였다.

온라인쇼핑몰에서 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 가치창조요소 중심으로 (Effect on Purchase Intention in Online Shopping Malls: Focusing on Value Creation Factors)

  • Many studies have suggested that e-commerce value creation potential depends on four interdependent factors Lock-In, Complementarity, Efficiency, and Novelty. In order to survive in the recent fierce competition, companies have also secured e-Trust that strengthens long-term business relationships by reducing consumer uncertainty. This study, while analyzing the value creation factors (Lock-in, Complementarity, Efficiency, Novelty, e-Trust) of recent e-commerce (online shopping mall) companies from the point of view of purchase intention, customer value (Functional value, Emotional value, Social value) We present an academic proposition that can also examine the mediating effect of value). First, through previous studies on value-based strategy and value creation in e-commerce, various discussions on the theoretical background necessary for effective value-based strategy establishment and strategy execution of e-commerce (online shopping mall) companies were reviewed. Second, it provides academic discussion and practical implications by presenting academic propositions on the value creation factors of e-commerce (online shopping mall) companies, purchase intentions, and customer value, and confirming the basis through empirical analysis.
