본 연구는 12주간 비만 여성을 대상으로 규칙적인 복합운동과 policosanol 섭취 병행이 염증표지인자 LDH와 CPK, Leptin에 미치는 변화를 분석함으로써 복합운동과 policosanol 섭취 병행이 생체 방어반응과 지방세포 조절 호르몬 변화에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 통제집단 12명, policosanol 섭취집단 12명, 복합운동집단 12명, 복합 처치 집단 12명으로 무선 배정하였고 주 2회는 근저항성 운동, 주2회는 걷기형태의 유산소운동을 실시하였다. 12주 후 LDH는 운동시기에서 유의한 차이를 보였고(p<.01), 운동시기와 그룹간의 상호작용 효과에서도 유의한 차이 (p<.05)를 나타냈다. 또한 leptin의 변화에서는 운동시기에 유의한 차이(p<.001)를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 복합 운동이나, policosanol 섭취는 염증표지인자와 렙틴에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 복합운동과 policosanol 섭취의 병행은 그 효과를 더욱 증대시키는 것으로 사료된다.

We face with numerous situation of decision making. In this situation, we would make decision through individual's own information, or others' decision making with ignoring private information, Also we would make decision through compromise of private information and others' information. like this, we call situation to imitate information of previous decision maker, with disregarding private own information,'information cascades' Also, anchoring effects are results of insufficient adjustment from an arbitrary value. In this paper, we examined how information cascades effects and anchoring effects would be generated in the people who use IT technique as instant poll of website. And this paper presents alternatives to decrease information cascades effects and anchoring effects. This exercise provides facts anchoring effects occur when voters can see poll result. And this paper shows that more degree of output difference is deepened, and more anchoring effects occur. Also this paper shows that when website gives positive payoff, more anchoring effects occur.

Unstable fractures of the proximal humerus continue to be difficult problems for orthopaedic surgeons. The optimum treatment of these fractures has remained a matter of controversy. We analyzed the clinical results of open reduction and plate fixation underwent for patients of unstable fractures of proximal humerus after minimum 12 months follow up. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of open reduction and rigid plate fixation. Twenty-two patients were managed with open reduction and plate fixation. Mean follow up duration was 20.6 months(range, 12 to 28 mon.). Because the age of patient as a maker of degree of osteoporosis was considered the key factor in the success of anatomic reconstruction, we divided into two groups according to age. Group A was comprised of 12 cases with younger than 50 yrs of age. Ten cases of older than 50 yrs of age were Group B. According to Neer's classification, five cases(22%) were two part fracture, 12 cases(64%) were three part fracture, and three cases(14%) were four part fracture. We used the Neer rating system for evaluating the results. In Group A, overall scores were 79.1. In Group B, overall scores were 76.8. Overall scores in two part fracture were 85, overall scores in three part fracture 78.4 and overall scores in three part fracture 68.3. We achieved excellent or good results in nine cases(75%) of Group A and seven cases(70%) of Group B. Also, we obtained excellent or good results in all cases of two part fracture, ten cases(71%) of three fracture and one case(33%) of four part fracture. The complications were three metal loosening, one avascular necrosis of humeral head, one severe stiff shoulder, one superficial wound infection and one ectopic ossification. The results were excellent or good in 16 cases(73%) out of 22 cases. In conclusion, rigid fixation and supervised early exercise would be a good option for unstable fracture of the proximal humerus.

Occlusive coronary artery disease presents a potential threat to a significant population in the United States. According to many case reports, the increasing incidence of coronary artery disease due to atherosclerosis is noted in Korean, recently. Operative vascular procedures have increased steadily in number over the past 20 years in the United States. There have been many isolated case reports about coronary artery surgery, but these had little clinical impact. Nowadays, major three coronary bypass surgery has developed principally at three cardiac centers in the United States since 1967. Among three coronary bypass operation, the aorta-coronary artery saphenous vein bypass graft was first demonstrated by Favolaro and Effler at the Cleveland Clinic in 1967. We experienced one case of coronary artery disease, which was treated successfully by aorta-coronary saphenous vein graft with mild hypothermia under extracorporeal circulation in May, 1977. Saphenous vein was removed from above the knee and was 2.5 mm in diameter. The left ventricle was not vented for the left ventricle was not overdistended. Temporary artificial pace-maker-Medtronic-was implanted for the prevention and treatment of post-operative arrhythmia and heart block in post-operative first day. He is a 57 year old male businessman who had been suffered from hypertension [200 mmHg in systolic pressure] since 4 years ago, who had intermittent conservative treatment at local clinic. He had been afflicted with severe chest pain with choking sensation for 50 days. This symptom was aggravated exposing cold weather, or cold water, but was respond to rest. Pre-operative ECG revealed no any other ischemic sign except sinus bradycardia. Significant S-T segment depression was noted at lead II, AVF after double 5 minutes exercise, indicating positive Master`s test. Serum cholesterol was slight elevated to 253 mg/dl. Final pre-operative diagnosis was made by coronary arteriogram, which showed about 1.0-cm segmental 90 % occlusive atherosclerotic lesion in the proximal part of right coronary artery above the origin of acute marginal artery. Left coronary artery revealed good patency and there was no collateral circulation between right and left coronary artery .Hospital course was not eventful. He was discharged with good result on the post-operative day. He has been free from chest pain for longer than 2 years. And also the arterial flow in the coronary bypass graft is auscultated with the pocket-sized ultrasonic velocity detector, which shows the patency of the coronary bypass graft good.

3D 프린터와 여러 작업 도구를 이용하여 빠르게 시제품을 제작할 수 있는 환경을 제공하는 테크숍은 융합디자인교육을 실현할 수 있는 공간이며, 4차 산업혁명 시대에 창의적인 아이디어를 배출해 낼 수 있는 터전이 될 것이 분명하다. 본 연구는 콘텐츠 관련 대학 및 기관이 많이 포진되어 있는 충청권 지역에서 지역 창업 활성화를 위한 테크숍 구축 방안을 제안하고 그 가능성을 타진해 보는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 테크숍의 구축 필요성을 검토해보고, 이에 부합하는 구축 방안을 제안하고 테크숍 운영에 필요한 구성 요소들에 대해 분석하였다. 제안하는 테크숍 구축이 이루어지고 효율적인 운영이 더해진다면, 좋은 아이디어를 기반으로 하는 시제품들이 빠르게 제작되어지고 상품화될 수 있기 때문에 지역 창업 활성화에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
