건설 EC화 활성화를 위한 상품별 전략모델 및 개선분야 (Construction EC Strategy Model and Improving Fields for Global EC Transition)

  • 1980년대 후반부터 세계적으로 선진기업을 중심으로 글로벌 시장에 진출하기 위한 EC화에 주력을 하고 있지만, 사업의 형태가 생산성중심에서 수익성중심으로 바뀌고 발주자의 성향이 달라지고 있어 EC화라는 개념이 단순히 설계와 시공의 통합으로 보기에도 한계가 있다. 국내 건설기업의 EC화 추진현황을 살펴보면 EC화 추진정도가 높지는 않지만 가장 높은 공종별 EC화 추진은 일반건설업체의 건축공종으로 49%인 것으로 나타났다. 그 다음으로 일반건설업체의 토목부문(40.8%)과 전문건설업체의 토목(40%) 및 플랜트(40%) 상품으로 조사되었다. 기업이 EC화 전략을 통해 수익성과 효율성을 높이기 위해서 건설업체의 설문을 통해 각 사업별로 해당하는 프로세스의 집중투자 분야 및 가장 시급히 개선되어야 할 사항은 공통적으로는 기본설계, 실시 설계, 그리고 투자비조달 기능을 강화해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 글로벌 건설기업의 업태별 분석과 국내 건설기업의 현황을 통해 시사점을 도출하고 기업에게 도움이 될 전략방향을 제시하였다.

시장분석 및 영업관리 역량 강화를 위한 통신사의 GIS 적용 사례 (GIS-based Market Analysis and Sales Management System : The Case of a Telecommunication Company)

  • 시설물이나 토지, 도로, 방재 등 다방면에서 GIS의 효과성이 입증됨에 따라 최근 들어 상권이나 고객, 영업 관리 등에 GIS를 도입하여 시장분석 및 영업관리 역량을 강화하려는 민간 기업들이 증가하고 있다. 본 사례 연구에서는 날로 치열해지고 있는 통신시장의 경쟁환경 속에서 K사가 정교한 상권 및 고객 분석 역량을 확보하기 위해 GIS 영업정보 시스템을 구축 한 전 과정과 영업현장에서의 시스템 활용방안 등을 살펴보았다. 전사적으로 시스템을 오픈한 후 지사들로부터의 반응은 담당 관할구역에 대한 경쟁상황 파악 및 일/월 추세조회가 용이해 졌고, 왜곡되지 않은 실제 데이터를 제공받아 제한된 시간 내에 정확한 타겟 고객 선정이 가능해졌으며, 동별 시설분포와 같은 시설물 관련정보를 영업활동에 활용할 수 있어 매우 효과적이었다는 등이 주를 이루었다. 이와 같은 과정과 결과를 정리함으로써 향후 GIS 영업정보시스템 구축을 고려하고 있는 타 조직이나 기업들에게 의미 있는 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있기를 기대한다.

Performance Based Fire Engineering in Japan

  • This paper explains the Japanese present situations relevant to the fire resistance performance. Performance-based fire provisions was introduced in 1998 for the first time when the Building Standard Law was amended. However, performance-based fire resistance design had been used since long before the official introduction of performance-based provisions. A Comprehensive Technology Development Project of Ministry of Construction from 1982 to 1986 established a technical basis for performance-based fire safety engineering in Japan. A system of calculation methods for fire resistance verification was prescribed in the Ministry Notification in 2000 utilizing the results of this project as a background. This method, referred to as the Fire Resistance Verification Method (FRVM), is the standard method to verify the fire resistance performance of principal building parts such as columns, beams, and walls of steel, concrete, or wood structured buildings. For tall buildings, however, more advanced method for performance verification is often necessary because new building materials or structural systems are often used for these buildings. An example project of tall building owned by a major newspaper company is presented in this paper. Advanced thermal deformation analysis is executed to secure the fire resistance of the building.

모델 스틸하우스 방문자의 주거가치관 분석 (A Study on Housing Value Orientation of Model Steel House Visitors)

  • This study was designed to find tendencies of housing value orientation of the model steel house visitors. Questionnaires were collected in June, 1997, 1,550 in total, 508 cases from Seoul, 456 cases from Pohang, and 486 cases from Kwangyang. Data were analyzed in terms of housing value orientation, using statistical methods including frequencies, mean, percentages, chi-square test and multiple regression. The major findings are as follows; 1. The subjects were highly educated(64% of them were college graduates) with the monthly income over 2,000,000won(approximately $1,540). The average monthy income of the subjects in Seoul, about 4,000,000won($3,070), was much higher than that of other areas. Most of the subjects were condominium owners(72%), who preferred single detatched houses or town houses located in suburban areas. 2. Differences in general tendencies among the three regional groups were statistically significant. Most significantly, subjects living in Pohang regarded the reputation of the building construction company most importnat. Subjects of all three regional areas, especially in Pohang, emphasized investment value. The price of the steel house was regarded as very important by all the groups tested. The housing value orientation was analyzed in 3 aspects; (1) Facility.Plumbing.Structure(FPS), (2) Interior space formation.Design(ID) and (3) Developmental complex.Near Environment(DN). Interior environment level, stability of house structure, and finighing state of interiors were identified as the important factors in the area of FPS(p<.05). The Interior plan organization was the most important factor among ID. As for DN, rated importantly were educational facilities, green areas, convenience of commercial facilities within the developmental complex were rated importantly.

백화점 수퍼마켓의 머천다이징을 고려한 실내디자인 지침에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Interior Design Guidelines in consideration of Merchandising of Department Store Supermarket)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the details of the overall interior design of the department store supermarket retail space, interior design and development, seeks to help change. In this study, a range of research the department store supermarket located in the major department store. Since 2012, new construction or renewal has been done in a department store, was investigated by selecting a total of five locations of two places in the premium supermarket. Conclusions are as followings ; First, In-store merchandising strategies, store configuration strategy, product mix strategies, and the layout plan considering the advanced strategies. Secondly, the interior guidelines are, (1)VP should be planned as an expression of a company or brand management strategies to visualize a concept image of product planning stages of merchandising to entering the store to induce curiosity to customers. (2)PP is by planning purposes, the use of lighting, directing structure, color harmony, by utilizing such as props and small parts must be able to attract attention. (3)IP is the customer to organize display, depending on the type of the display items to facilitate fraud, and the fixture plan in association with it, the customer selects a product must induced to purchase.

Study on the Relationship and Validity of the Management Evaluation Factors in Public Firms With a Focus on the Port Authorities

  • According to the results of the management evaluation of the nation's public firms over the past seven years, the rating of the port corporation is generally insufficient. According to the results of the seven-year study 2011-2017, the average debt ratio of the port corporation was 34.5%, two to three times lower than that of the general public company, the operating profit ratio of sales was three times higher, and the value added per person was 1.6-1.9 times better. However, the aggregate score and grade were generally low, with 4.1% of the total number of employees of the general public corporation, 10% of the average total assets, and 1% of the average sales volume. The distributed analysis results and panel return analysis results show that the size significantly impacts the overall score and grade. Additionally, major business standards such as port volume, not controlled by the port corporation, appear to have a decisive influence on the low grade of the port corporation. Thus, it appears that improvement and supplementation of key business indicators of port construction are urgently needed in the management evaluation system, which can be properly controlled.

다중이상원인하의 경제적 품질비용 정책결정 (Determination of Quality Cost Policy under Multiple Assignable Causes)

  • At present, company has to produce a product that consumer like with a competitive price, a good quality, and a fitting time to supply. Process control and quality control are very important to supply with a product uniformly and inexpensively. Process control is given much weight in the quality control in manufacturing system. Statistical process controls(SPC) that are used in process generally have major impact on manufacturing, product design activities, and process development potentially. Control charts in statistical process control method can be interpreted the data from quality characteristics in production process and discriminated between chance variation and assignable variation in process. In addition, control chart can be used to monitor the process output and detect when changes in the inputs are required to bring the process back to an in-control state. The models that relate the influential inputs to process outputs help determine the nature and magnitude of the adjustments required. In this paper, the characteristic of product quality is monitored by control chart during the machining process and construction of quality control cycle is considered to divide into two types in this case that different assignable causes lead to shifts having different magnitudes. Then we are intended to find a process shift magnitude which has economical quality cost policy and are considered to quality cost functions to find a process shift magnitude. Those costs are categorized into the well-known categories of prevention, appraisal, and internal failure and external failure. This paper ends with numerical examples that demonstrate the usefulness of the model.

사업관리 관점의 FEED 업무 프로세스 구조 및 항목 평가 - 화력발전소를 중심으로 - (Assessment of FEED Structure and Functions for Project Management of Thermal Power Plant Construction)

  • 해외 플랜트 사업에서의 고부가가치를 창출하기 위해서는 기획 타당성조사, 프로젝트종합관리, FEED 및 기본설계 등 분야의 기술경쟁력 강화가 시급하다. 특히, FEED 업무는 프로젝트 전체에 대한 영향력이 절대적이고, 또한 기자재 및 패키지 산업의 경쟁력 강화에도 결정적 역할을 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고, FEED 관련 선행연구들은 설계업무 중심의 프로세스 및 성과물을 위한 연구가 대부분이며, 프로젝트 전체에 영향을 미치는 관리적 관점의 FEED 업무에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 발전플랜트 중 화력발전소를 대상으로 사업관리 관점의 FEED 업무 프로세스 구조 및 항목을 제안하였다. 도출된 FEED 관리 업무는 3개의 레벨로 나누어진 계층적 구조를 가지고 있으며, 업무 항목에 대한 전문가 검증을 실시하였다. 또한 FEED 관리 업무에 대한 평가지표별 평가를 통해 결과를 분석한 결과 설계 중심의 업무들은 역량이 높지만 중요도가 높은 관리적 관점의 FEED 업무들의 역량은 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 본 연구에서 제안한 FEED 관리업무 프로세스 구조는 FEED 역량 강화를 위한 가이드라인이 될 것이라 기대한다.

건설산업의 특성을 고려한 워크아웃기업의 가치평가 : Black·Scholes 모형을 중심으로 (Valuation of workout firms considering characteristics of the construction industry : focused on Black·Scholes Models)

  • 우리나라의 건설산업은 그 규모에 비해 국가의 핵심 산업으로 역할을 수행하고 있다. 하지만 글로벌 경제위기 이후 건설산업은 치명적인 타격을 받았으며 경제와 금융 시장의 안정성을 확보하기 위해 재무구조가 불안정한 기업을 구조조정하게 되었다. 신용등급 하락에 의한 기업의 워크아웃은 경기악화에 의한 외적인 요인과 재무제표 상으로 나타나는 내적인 요인을 바탕으로 이루어 졌다. 그러나 건설산업은 재무제표만으로는 평가할 수 없는 특성을 가지고 있으며 이를 제외한 가치평가는 합리적이지 못하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 워크아웃 기업의 특성을 고려하여 평가할 수 있는 평가모형을 제시와 시사점 도출을 목적으로 기업의 가치를 DCF와 Black Scholes 모형을 통해 비교 분석하였으며 시장가치와의 비교를 통해 기업가치의 저 고평가 여부를 확인하였다. 그 결과 사례기업인 4개 기업 중 2개의 기업의 가치가 시장가치보다 높게 나타나는 것을 확인하였다.

SWOT-AHP 분석을 통한 소규모 IT업체의 프로젝트 수행 역량 개선 (Improvement of Project Competency for Small IT Companies through SWOT-AHP Analysis)

  • In the SW industry, the diversification of global markets and technology trends are changing due to the emergence of new services, and IT companies are in need of strategic change different from the previous one. In this study, SWOT analysis was performed by extracting the internal environmental factors and external environmental factors through the previous studies to improve the project performance competence of small IT companies, and the SWOT Matrix was reconstructed through the pairwise comparison. Based on this, the purpose of this research was to propose the project performance competency improvement plans for small IT companies based on importance and priority, and the following four strategies were derived from the result of SWOT-AHP analysis. SO strategy was drawn in direction to invest R & D in new SW industry to enhance technology competitiveness of SMEs in order to develop SMEs, and in order to secure competitiveness of SW industry, WO strategy is drawn the cultivation of professional technical manpower through SW policy. ST Strategy presented technical management through SW system improvement policy to improve SW environment, and WT Strategy presented awareness training on the construction and necessity of project management system construction. Using the strategies presented in this study, it is expected that the managers of small IT firms will be presented as references to measure the performance competence factors of current organizations and company organizations.
