블록포장의 공용성 평가 및 품질기준개선 연구 (A Study on the Performance Evaluation and the Improvement of the Quality Stand ard of Block Pavements)

  • 본 연구에서는 단지 내 아파트 블록포장 50곳의 현장조사를 통하여 주요 파손형태를 조사하여 공용성을 평가하였다. 공용성 평가결과에 따르면, 조사대상지역에서 9년의 공용연수를 가진 블록포장의 유지관리지수는 7.9에서 8.9사이이며, 블록포장의 상태는 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건설교통부 '보도설치 및 관리지침'에 10년으로 제시된 보도의 교체주기는 검토할 필요가 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 또한 블록포장의 공용성을 객관적으로 평가하기 위해서 일본블록포장협회에서 제시한 유지관리 기준과 건설교통부 '보도설치 및 관리지침'의 유지관리기준을 조합하여 국내 현실에 적합한 유지관리기준을 제시하였다. 외국과 비고할 때 국내의 블록포장의 기준에는 내구성 관련기준과 줄눈채움재 및 모래안정층의 품질관리 기준이 명확히 제시되어 있지 않다. 따라서 블록포장의 기대수명과 유지관리비용을 줄이기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 국내외 기준을 비교하여 이러한 기준들을 국내기준에 포함시킬 것을 제안하였다.

일본공공시설의 시설운영관리평가를 통한 실태조사연구 -지방자치단체간 비교분석을 통하여- (Investigation of Current State Using the Management Condition Evaluation of Public Facilities in Japan)

  • 현재 일본에서는 시설의 유지관리 및 운영에 대한 연구가 증가하는 추세에 있으나, 주로 주택과 민간 오피스시설에 집중되어 있다. 공공시설의 경우, 국가차원에서 실시한 전체의 대략적인 스톡량 조사 및 유지보전에 관한 개념 및 수법 제시 등에 머물러 있는 실정이다. 지금까지, 국민의 세금으로 운영되어오던 공공시설은 장수명화 및 성능유지를 위한 노력이 많이 결여되어 있었다. 하지만, 저출산 고령화로 인한 세수의 감소, 에너지수급의 위기, $CO^2$발생량 저감 등 현재에 직면한 여러 가지 문제를 극복하기 위하여, 기존 보유시설의 장수명화 및 효율적인 운영관리의 구현은 필수적인 과제가 되었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 공공시설 중에서 특히, 재정상황이 좋지 않다고 하는 지방자치단체의 시설운영관리 현황을 파악하고, 지자체간 비교분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과로, 좋지 않은 재정상황 중에서도 에 너비소비효율 및 시설이용상황 등 양호한 결과를 보인 지자체를 확인하였고, 비용투입확대를 통한 유지관리실시 이외에도 기존의 활동 중에서 벤치마킹의 가능성을 확인하였다.

철도콘크리트 슬래브 궤도상의 균열과 TQI 상관성 분석 (Correlation Analysis Between Crack and TQI in RC Slab Track)

  • 최근 철도궤도 건설 전 구간에서 자갈도상이 아닌 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도가 시공되고 있다. 이는 자갈도상의 특성상 지속적인 유지보수가 필요하다 보니 늘어나는 유지관리비용을 감당하기 어려워지게 되어 결국 대안으로 선택한 것이 콘크리트 슬래브인 것이다. 그러나 콘크리트의 수화열 반응과 온도 수축균열등의 영향으로 콘크리트 슬래브 궤도상의 유지관리 문제점이 점점 증가하고 있어 이에 대한 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 궤도틀림을 평가하는 TQI값의 특성과 균열이 TQI에 미치는 현황관계를 조사하였으며 TQI값과 슬래브 궤도상의 균열진전과의 관계분석을 통해 이 값들의 상관성 정도를 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 궤도틀림만을 분석하여 유지관리 의사결정에 반영하는 현행방법의 문제점을 보완하고 균열을 고려한 평가지표의 개발 필요성을 제시하였다.

  • Machines and facilities are physically or chemically degenerated by continuous usage. The representative type of the degeneration is the wearing of tools, which results in the process mean shift. According to the increasing wear level, non-conforming products cost and quality loss cost are increasing simultaneously. Therefore, a preventive maintenance is necessary at some point. The problem of determining the maintenance period (or wear limit) which minimizes the total cost is called the 'process mean shift problem'. The total cost includes three items: maintenance cost (or adjustment cost), non-conforming cost due to the non-conforming products, and quality loss cost due to the difference between the process target value and the product characteristic value among the conforming products. In this study, we set the production volume as a decreasing function rather than a constant. Also we treat the process variance as a function to the increasing wear rather than a constant. To the quality loss function, we adopted the Cpm+, which is the left and right asymmetric process capability index based on the process target value. These can more reflect the production site. In this study, we presented a more extensive maintenance model compared to previous studies, by integrating the items mentioned above. The objective equation of this model is the total cost per unit wear. The determining variables are the wear limit and the initial process setting position that minimize the objective equation.

  • 해수담수화는 최근 전 세계적으로 대두되고 있는 물부족 현상을 해결하기 위한 최적 기술 중 하나이다. 막분리 및 투과 현상의 근본적인 이해는 차후의 막여과 기술의 발전을 위해서 뿐만 아니라, 현재 막기술 증진을 위한 통합적 디자인, 최적화 제어법, 그리고 중장기적 유지관리를 위해서도 매우 중요하다. 이에, 본 연구는 물질 전달 및 여과 현상에 대한 기존의 주요 모델들을 상세히 재검토하고, 통계물리학에 근간하여 주요 막분리 현상들을 이론적으로 분석하며, 원천적 모델에 기초한 물리적 의미와 그들이 실제 막공정에서 미치는 영향들에 대해서 함축적으로 토의하고자 한다. 이론적 재검토의 과정에서 새로이 유도된 복합적 막오염도(Combined Fouling Index (CFI))의 소개도 포함한다.

Infrastructure Component Assessment Using the Condition Index System: Literature Review and Discussion

  • Recent requirements in component management of building systems have focused on the requirement for improving methods and metric tools to support component condition assessment and appropriate decisions for infrastructure owned facilities. Although engineers and researchers have focused on developing methodologies for component assessment in recent years but there is not enough attention dedicate to facilities and components that have been constructed. This paper is a literature study of scientific papers within the topic of component condition index system (CCIS) in the period 1976 to 2009. Infrastructure component condition index had existed for some 40 years. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of CCIS to identify the suitable method for component condition assessment during its service life. This paper finds that the focus of CCIS, surveyed in several aspects during the 40 years that have been investigated, from technology to measurement and from assessment function to component maintenance as an integrated part of the infrastructure component management. This study offers help to researchers in understanding the selection of an appropriate method for component condition assessment in building and non-building systems.

청주지역의 기상요소와 일사량과의 상관관계 분석 (Analysis of Relationship Between Meteorological Parameters and Solar Radiation at Cheongju)

  • Information of local solar radiation is essential for many field, including water resources management, crop yield estimation, crop growth model, solar energy systems and irrigation and drainage design. Unfortunately, solar radiation measurements are not easily available due to the cost and maintenance and calibration requirements of the measuring equipment and station. Therefore, it is important to elaborate methods to estimate the solar radiation based on readily available meteorological data. In this study, two empirical equations are employed to estimate daily solar radiation using Cheongju Regional Meteorological Office data. Two scenarios are considered: (a) sunshine duration data are available for a given location, or (b) only daily cloudiness index records exist. Simple linear regression with daily sunshine duration and cloudiness index as the dependent variable accounted for 91% and 80%, respectively of the variation of solar radiation(H) at 2011. Daily global solar radiation is highly correlated with sunshine duration. In order to indicate the performance of the models, the statistical test methods of the mean bias error(MBE), root mean square error(RMSE) and correlation coefficient(r) are used. Sunshine duration and cloudiness index can be easily and reliably measured and data are widely available.

Suitable Health Pattern Type Mapping Techniques in Body Mass Index

  • In this paper, we propose a technique that can be mapped to the most appropriate type of health patterns, depending on the health status of health promotion measures to establish a body mass index (BMI). When used as a mapping scheme proposed in this paper it is possible to contribute to effective healthcare and health promotion. BMI is widely used as a simple way to assess obesity because body fat increases the status and relevance. Despite normal weight determined by this and because of the social atmosphere has increased prefer the skinny tend to try to excessive weight loss. Since health can affect the health maintenance and promotion of the rest of your life, depending on whether and how much weight perception and health can be considered as very important. Therefore, this paper identifies the differences in perception and in this respect for the body mass index (BMI). And physical, mental and map the appropriate type of pattern in the relationship between body mass index (BMI) in order to facilitate the social and health conditions. Proposal to give such a mapping technique provides the opportunity to increase the efficiency of health care and health promotion.

Customer Satisfaction Measurement Model Based on QFD

  • With the development of the American Customer satisfaction index (ACSI), research on customer satisfaction measurement or evaluation methods have become significant in the last decade. Most of international customer satisfaction barometers or indices are evolved based on the cause and effect relationship model of ACSI. Of critical importance to validity of customer satisfaction indices is how to construct a measurement attribute or indicator model and provide an effective implementation method effectively. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a very useful tool for translating the customer voice into product design through quality engineering. In fact, this is a methodology for measuring and analyzing evaluation indicators by their relationship matrix. In this paper, we will make an effort to integrate the framework of QFD into the measurement problem of customer satisfaction, and also develop a new multi-phase QFD model for evaluation of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). From the houses of quality in this model, the evaluation indicators impacting on customer's global satisfaction are identified by means of their relationship matrix. Then the evaluation indicator hierarchy and its measurement method for the customer satisfaction index are presented graphically. Furthermore, survey data from the Chinese automobile maintenance sector and a relevant case study are utilized to show the implementation method of the QFD model used to measure and analyze of customer satisfaction.

Study on safety early-warning model of bridge underwater pile foundations

  • The health condition of of deep water high pile foundation is vital to the safe operation of bridges. However, pier foundations are vulnerable to damage in deep water due to exposure to sea torrents and corrosive environments over an extended period. In this paper, combined with aninvestigation and analysis of the typical damage characteristics of main pier group pile foundations, we study the safety monitoring and real-time early warning technology of the deep water high pile foundations, we propose an early warning index item and early warning threshold of deep water high pile foundation by utilizing a numerical simulation analysis and referring to domestic and foreign standards and literature. First, we combine the characteristics of structures and draw on more mature evaluation theories and experience in civil engineering-related fields such as dam and bridge engineering. Then, we establish a scheme consisting of a Early Warning Index Systemand evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process and constant weight evaluation method and apply the research results to a project based on the Jiashao bridge in Zhejiang province, China. Finally, we verify the rationality and reliability of the Early Warning Index Systemof the Deep Water High Pile Foundations.
