In Article 311 of the Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health Standards requires the use of Korean Industrial Standards Act in accordance with the Industrial Standardization Act. However, the classification, inspection, maintenance, design, selection, and installation of explosion hazard locations for explosion and explosion prevention and internalization of 'safety' in the performance maintenance phase of electrical machinery and equipment There is no technical and institutional management plan for remodeling and alteration. Analysis of actual conditions and problems related to the installation, use, and maintenance of explosion-proof equipment, comparative analysis of domestic and international technical standards and systems, technical, institutional and administrative systems and systems related to installation, use, and maintenance of explosion-proof equipment, technical personnel and qualifications, etc. It is to propose legislation, system improvement, and technical standard establishment related to the maintenance of explosion-proof facility performance through improvement of the necessity and feasibility study for establishment of the legal status of the management site and management plan. As technical measures, KS standard revision (draft), KOSHA guide (draft) and explosion-proof facility performance maintenance manual were presented. In addition, the institutional management plan proposed the revised rule on occupational safety and health standards, the revised rule on the restriction of employment of hazardous work, and the manpower training program related to the maintenance of explosion-proof facilities and the qualification plan. Enhance safety at the installation, use, and maintenance stage of explosion-proof structured electrical machinery. It is expected to be used to classify explosion hazards, select related equipment, and to update and standardize standards related to installation, use and maintenance.
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to develop and train caregivers in tracheostomy tube care using a self-management program to assist patients with an 'at home' tracheostomy procedure. Caregivers' self-efficacy and knowledge of tracheostomy management before and after the training was also identified. Methods: Research participants were the main caregivers for patients with tracheostomies who were affiliated with a 'Home Healthcare Center'. Training and observation were done at 'A Hospital' and 'G Hospital' both affiliated with 'K University' in Seoul. Data were collected from May 3, 2010 to January 25, 2011 and analyzed using Wilcoxon signed rank test with SPSS program version 12.0. Results: Significant differences were found for the pre and post evaluation of the 'self-management program' for the implementation of tracheostomy care. The development and implementation of the 'self-management program' improved the main caregivers' knowledge of tracheostomy tube management (Z=-3.599, p<.001). Conclusion: Results show that this program has identified an effective nursing intervention for promoting the caregivers' knowledge of tracheostomy care and self-efficacy. We recommend that further research should be done to test primary caregivers' maintenance of knowledge and self-efficacy in tracheostomy tube management and identify factors affecting knowledge and self-efficacy in the care of these patients.

The purpose of the present study was to examine whether Interpersonal Cognitive Problem Solving(ICPS) skill training would enhance interpersonal solving skills and behavioral adjustment of mildly mentally retarded adolescents in the junior and high school. The program used in the present study was shortened and adapted for mildly retarded adolescents from Shure and Spivack(1982) program which was developed to improve the adjustment of children in the intermediate grades 5-6. The subjects were 22 mildly retarded adolescents, and they were assigned to either the experimental(11) or the control group(11). The experimental group were given ICPS training 4 times a week over a period of 8 weeks with a total of 32 sessions in all. The results showed a significant improvement of alternative thinking and consequential thinking in the experimental group compared with the control group. With regard to behavioral ratings by the parents and teachers, there were no significant differences between the groups. The results indicated that the training was effective in increasing the ability to generate alternative solutions and to predict consequences, but the significant improvement of interpersonal cognitive problem solving skills did not lead to noticeable improvement in behavioral adjustment. It was suggested that a longer training period for over-learning, concomitant parent education program, and more behaviorally oriented social skill training combined with the cognitive approach would yield significant training effects, maintenance and transfer.
The effect of satisfaction through job performance competency on management performance is enormous, for private security industry depends upon human resources generally till quite recently and often makes contact with clients. Although high-quality personnel who were taught professional education are held in high repute in private security industry, the studies of job satisfaction and recruit education for private security guards are insufficient. Consequently, this investigation analyzes the effect of recruit education program on job satisfaction searchingly for incumbent facility guards. The effect of recruit education program for facility personnel on job satisfaction is as follows. First of all, the differences of personal characteristics, training characteristics, work environment, job satisfaction are inspected in accordance with sociodemographic characteristics. After then, there is a remarkable contrast. Secondly, the former from among of learning expectation and self efficacy as personal characteristics has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Thirdly, educational facility and contents as training characteristics have a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Finally, work environment including supervisor's support and maintenance has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the simulation-based training for advanced cardiovascular life support on the knowledge and competence of nursing students. Method: The subjects were 22 nursing students, who ungraduated D university. Data were analyzed with SPSS/Win 18.0 program. Results: There was a significant improvement in knowledge and competence after receiving than before training. Conclusion: Simulation-based training for advanced cardiovascular life support is effective strategy for increasing the knowledge and competence of nursing students and will can provide basic data in development of standardized emergency nursing education programs. Further research is needed in the comparative analysis about various learning of advanced cardiac life support education and a longitudinal study of maintenance the knowledge and competence.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate demonstration health promotion programs offered by 18 health centers in a structural aspect of the health centers. Methods: The Evaluation Committee was organized with professors from collaboration universities and researchers of this study. Using structure evaluation frame. reports from 18 health centers were reviewed by the committee. Evaluation categories included organizational change, manpower construction, budget, and manpower training and education. Results: Only 5 health centers out of 18 have independent health promotion department. Nurses played a major role for health promotion programs. Other health personnel participated in the health promotion programs included dental hygienists, nutritionists, and exercise specialists. Related to program budgets. local government support rates were varied by the region. Various kind of manpower training was offered to health personnel for the health promotion programs including smoking control. exercise, alcohol, nutrition, and so forth. Conclusion: The study results indicated that establishment of independent health promotion department, maintenance of same manpower construction, provision of diversity manpower training were the factors that foster effective health promotion programs.

The purpose of this paper is to uncover whether and how contextual factors (information exchange, participation, trust in management, and training), relate to resistance to change. It also explores the mediating effect of perceived impact of change on the relations between contextual factors and resistance to change. This study is conducted in several manufacturing plants in food processing industry in Vietnam, which is implementing a top-down large-scale change - Lean transformation, adopting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, to be specific. The findings suggest that all four contextual factors are negatively associated with resistance to change, in which training had the strongest impact. Also, the perceived change impact partially mediates the relationships between the four contextual factors and resistance to change. The practical implications of this paper are that employees who receive adequate, timely and useful information relating to change are less likely to show opposing behaviors towards change. Fostering trust in management among employees, and employee involvement in decision-making, also have a significant influence when addressing employee resistance to change. Employees who are well-trained, well-equipped with tools and knowledge about the change, are less likely to resist as they view the benefits of changes more significant than the risks.

The purpose of this study was to explore strategies for promoting distance education program and for providing total information for teachers about curriculum of distance educational training institute. In 2007, there were 65 institutes of distance education training, but we don't have enough information about curriculum of the institutes. To analyze curriculums of the institutes, it had been selected 33 institutes of 65, and 567 of performance training programs, 317 of optional programs, and 23 of free training programs. The following results were obtained : (1) It calls for easy accessibility to distance educational training institutes (2) It has to overcome biased status that private institutes have more courses than government institutes'. (3) It will be needed to make diverse courses for teacher's capabilities. (4) It calls for course development of several subject matters (5) It will be needed to maintenance for running course continuously. (6) It has to make supporting plan for excellent courses by government.

Objective : This study intends to suggest an effective clinical intervention method for stroke patients by applying a trunk stabilization training program to a single stroke patient and investigating and analyzing the effects of the program on postural control and activities of daily living. Methods : The subject of this study was a 75 year-old female stroke patient hospitalized in C Hospital located in Gyeongju, Gyeongsangbuk-do. As for the research design, A-B-A reversal design was used with a single subject design; and the research period was a total of five weeks from April 21, 2014 to May 23, 2014. As for the research process, a total of 15 sessions were carried out including three sessions of baseline(A), nine sessions of an intervention period(B), and three sessions of maintenance(A'); and the trunk stabilization program was applied during the intervention period. To evaluate the participant's postural control and activities of living life, the Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke(PASS) and the modified Barthel Index(MBI) were used. Visual analysis was used in which collected data were plotted on a graph, using Microsoft Office Excel 2013. Results : In the postural control test, the mean scores improved from 11.7 in the baseline phase to 14.8 in the intervention phase and 15.3 in the maintenance phase. In the evaluation of activities of daily living, the score improved from 66(medium dependence) during the baseline period to 80(low dependence) after intervention and at the maintenance phase. Conclusion : It was found that the trunk stabilization training program showed effects on the stroke patient's postural control or alignment, and furthermore a beneficial improvement in the patient's performing the activities of daily living, as well.
Background: Cervical cancer has been a leading female cancer in Thailand for decades, and has been second to breast cancer after 2007. The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has provided opportunistic screening with Pap smears for more than 30 years. In 2002, the MoPH and the National Health Security Office provided countrywide systematic screening of cervical cancer to all Thai women aged 35-60 years under universal health care coverage insurance scheme at 5-year intervals. Objectives: This study characterized the cervical cancer incidence trends in Songkhla in southern Thailand using joinpoint and age period cohort (APC) analysis to observe the effect of cervical cancer screening activities in the past decades, and to project cervical cancer rates in the province, to 2030. Materials and Methods: Invasive and in situ cervical cancer cases were extracted from the Songkhla Cancer Registry from 1990 through 2010. Age standardized incidence rates were estimated. Trends in incidences were evaluated by joinpoint and APC regression models. The Norpred package was modified for R and was used to project the future trends to 2030 using the power of 5 function and cut trend method. Results: Cervical cancer incidence in Songkhla peaked around 1998-2000 and then dropped by -4.7% per year. APC analysis demonstrated that in situ tumors caused an increase in incidence in early ages, younger cohorts, and in later years of diagnosis. Conclusions: Both joinpoint and APC analysis give the same conclusion in continuation of a declining trend of cervical cancer to 2030 but with different rates and the predicted goal of ASR below 10 or even 5 per 100,000 women by 2030 would be achieved. Thus, maintenance and improvement of the screening program should be continued. Other population based cancer registries in Thailand should analyze their data to confirm the success of cervical cancer screening policy of Thailand.
