만성질환자의 건강행위 실천을 위한 의지(volition)에 대한 개념분석 (Concept Analysis of Volition for Health Behavior Practice in Patients with Chronic Disease)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to define and clarify the concept of volition for health behavior. Methods: For this study the process of Walker & Avant's concept analysis was used. Seventeen studies from electronic data basses met criteria for selection. Results: Volition can be defined by the following attributes: 1) planning, 2) maintenance of self-efficacy, and 3) self regulation. The antecedents of volition consisted of: 1) risk awareness, 2) outcome expectation, 3) perceived self-efficacy, and 4) social support. The consequences occurring as a result of volition were: 1) prevention of disability and complications, 2) improvement of functional ability, and 3) enhencement of quailty of life. Conclusion: Definition and attributes of volition identified by this results can be applied to develop measurements and intervention programs for chronic patients health behavior.

  • When constructing buildings, planning, design, construction, using & maintenance as building life cycle. Due to industrialization in 1960s and development of new town from the late 1980s to the early 1990s, Korean housing supply rate reaches almost 100%. After construction companies confronted limit of new building construction, they recognized remodeling as a part of construction, and organized remodeling team or FM team to improve sustainable industrial area. However, since companies in Korea are lack of experience and research activities for remodeling, it makes obstacle to improvement of remodeling business. So the objective of this study is to help carry out remodeling business by suggesting the counterplan through investigation of a risk of apartment remodeling business.

  • In this paper, we propose SSS Model for Service Quality Improvement. SSS Model is composed 3 parts, First is Search which mean find service problem by any method, Second is Solving which mean solve searched problem by any method. When solved result are got ESC performance, then work next step. Third is Succeed which mean control and maintenance solved problem. Our service real fields, there are few easily service quality improve Model. We try to prove this Model are well adapted Real fields.

  • During the last decade, effort has been made f3r reducing maintenance cost for aged equipments and ensuring safety, efficiency and profitability of petrochemical and refinery plants. Hence, it was required to develop advanced methods which meet this need. RBI(Risk Based Inspection) methodology is one of the most promising technology satisfying the requirements in the field of integrity management. In this study, a quantitative assessment algorithm fir RBI based on the API 581 code was reconstructed for developing an RBI software. The user-friendly realRBI software is developed with a module for evaluating quantitative risk md financial risk using the potential consequence and the likelihood. Also, inspection planning module for inspection time and inspection method are included in it.

  • The points of this design case are the planning and excavation method of a new double-tracked railroad tunnel which is approx. 11∼22 meters apart from existing single-tracked railroad tunnel. For the optimum excavation method some needs are required in design stage, such as the reduction of noise and vibration, public resentment, damage of buildings and construction costs. Hence the estimation and application of allowable noise and vibration criterion is important. The ground coefficient (K, n) of this site is determined by field trial blasting. The excavation method is chosen to satisfy the allowable noise and vibration criterion. In addition, in order to ensure the stability of existing single-tracked railroad tunnel, the instrumentation of maintenance level is accompanied during the construction stage. As a result of this design condition, central diaphragm excavation with line drilling and pre-large hole boring blasting is applied to the area within 15 meters apart from existing tunnel. And above 15 meters apart, pre-large hole boring blasting is designed.

  • 이 논문은 모듈 프로그램 안에서 전문가 시스템 소프트웨어 유지 보수에 관한 기존 논문을 분석하고 건설 라인 공정의 문제점을 표준 시스템을 적용, 전문가 시스템으로 해결하는 과정에서 전문가 시스템 소프트웨어 프로그램의 재생성 모듈을 기술하였다. 끝으로 CES(Construction Expert System)라는 프로그램 타입 시스템을 적용 검증했고 전문가 시스템 소프트웨어 프로그램을 통해 대형 건설 과정의 유지 보수에 대한 프레임을 제시하였다.

고조파를 고려한 신경회로망 기반의 정태부하모델링 (Static Load Modeling Based on Artificial Neural Network and Harmonics)

  • Nonlinear loads with harmonics exist in an actual power system where harmonic currents make voltage distortion. The sum of reactive power measured at individual load is different from the measured reactive power at a bus in a power system with linear and non-linear loads. In this study, ANN(artificial neural network) load modeling technique with consideration of harmonics is introduced for more accurate component load modeling and an impact coefficient is proposed for aggregation of component loads. Results of this research show more accurate load modeling method. Since precise data for power system analysis can be acquired, the proposed method will be used for power system planning and maintenance.

  • Condominium management ask for planning ability and special knowledge in order to solve the troubles of a condominium. But all the HOA has not ability or knowledge of condominium management, so administration support to condominium management came to be given to HOA. In this study, we divided the administration policies on condominium management as follows; (1) instruction about an advertisement and a contract (2) instruction about management (3) instruction about maintenance (4) instruction by the local government (5) legislation about condominium management. Most of the condominium management policy has been programmed by government, such as legal amendments and advises by administrative inspection. But these condominium management policies have limitations to support HOA, so it is need to correspond to local government. In advanced local governments, administrative policies were materialized by the report of a housing related council. HOA: Home Owners Association

  • This paper describes retail cost through scenario in the ratio of CG(Centralized Generation) and DG(Decentralized Generation) that constructs new generation capacity in the future. it is not calculated for the supply, but for demand considering an advantage of DG. In the Korea Power System, retail cost that composed of construction, T&D, fuel, maintenance and environment shows macro-trend that power system planning through penetration for DG will be more significant.

자동차가 대기오염에 미치는 영향과 저감방안 (Air Pollution by Automobiles and Ways of Reduction)

  • Due to the rapid increase of automobiles and daily driving distances, air pollution by automobiles is still dominant problem of large city in spite of strict emission refutation and development of reduction technologies. Among the air pollution resources of automobile , industry. electricity generation and heating. automobile keeps 51% of total nationwide air pollution in 1998 and this proportion Is increasing in large cities from 65% to 85%. To reduce these air pollution. catalytic converter and electronic engine control, exhaust gas re-circulation and evaporative emission control system have continuously developed and applied to automobiles since 1987. Also strong emission standards and emission durability warranty have enforced and monitored annually by sampling several vehicle models. But technologies and regulations are incomplete, driver should participate in reducing air pollution for himself by planning driving, avoiding unnecessary idle and air conditioning, keeping periodic maintenance and using mass transportation.
