This paper is to give some hints to solve the problems of the Korean The third Market suffering from the extreme shortage of the liquidity. To solve that problem, this paper mainly compare the liquidity indices of the Third Market with that of the Japanese third market, that is Mothers. The main liqudity indices of the Mothers shows better than that of the Korean Third Market redardless of the small numbers of the listed Firms. The main differences in the liquidity levels between two markets is to caused by the trading system. The Korean Third Market has been adapting the one-to-one trading system which most stock markets of the world gave up that system owing to the inefficiency. This paper shows the proper trading system for the Third Market is competitve trading system partialy combined with the market maker system beacause of the small firm characterristics.

Bridge decks are one of the main structural components that are most suitable for utilizing the advantages of FRP materials due to the high strength weight ratio of FRP materials. Design codes for the design of FRP bridge decks should be established to apply FRP materials for bridge decks effectively. At present, design codes are relatively well established for the use of FRP materials as reinforcements in concrete structures. However, design codes have not yet been provided for the structures made of FRP as a main construction material. In this study, for the purpose of preparing design code provisions, reliability analyses were performed to evaluate target level of safety and serviceability on GFRP decks. Based on the results, several guidelines for the development of design codes are suggested.

This study aims to evaluate smartphone gaming controllers. Diffusion of smartphone makes its users to play smartphone games in ease and comfort and its built-in sensors deliver new gaming experience to the users. Based on the concept how the controller system is important, the current research also implies the importance of customizing service which gives users a selection to deploy a controller. To explore the interaction effect of controllers and customizing on interactivity, flow, usability, attitude, and intention, the research constructs 3(gyroscope, wheel, and button controllers) by 2(default and customizing setting) experimental design and forty college students played Gameloft's Asphalt 8: Airborne in a within subject design. The results showed that interaction effect and customizing main effect were not found, but controller main effect was statistically significant. Button controller is superior to those other two in more detail. It implies that it is still not useful to play new types of gaming controller, and a customizing service. It suggests that smartphone games should more focus on improving optimal user experience with built-in sensor controllers.

The purpose of this study is to propose a strategic approach to improve firms competitive advantages by selecting main business body and business sector at the same time. In this study the strategy of an efficient business model for joint logistics is suggested by means of searching for a joint program. The methods applied to this study were literature survey, questionnaire and internet information as well as case studies on advanced domestics and foreign logistics enterprises. The research scope of this study has focused on the joint logistics of SMEs being in the DVD(Digital Video Disk) industry sector. The results of this study are shown as follows ; first, in short terms, main business operating body has, second, in long terms, logistics operating enterprise has a direct effect on the joint logistics operation strategy of the DVD(Digital Video Disk) industry in Korea. The conclusion of this study shows that this method as a model of consequence to increase the joint logistics implementation successfully.

With the development of IT technology, various services such as artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles are being introduced, and many changes are taking place in our lives. However, if secure security is not provided, it will cause many risks, so the information security becomes more important. In this paper, we analyzed the research trends of main themes of information security over time. In order to conduct the research, 'Information Security' was searched in the Web of Science database. Using the abstracts of theses published from 1991 to 2016, we derived main research topics through topic modeling and time series regression analysis. The topic modeling results showed that the research topics were Information technology, system access, attack, threat, risk management, network type, security management, security awareness, certification level, information protection organization, security policy, access control, personal information, security investment, computing environment, investment cost, system structure, authentication method, user behavior, encryption. The time series regression results indicated that all the topics were hot topics.

This study examined the validity and reliability of the thermal safety design, in order to maintain the heat generated from integrated circuit (IC) chips in the converter, condenser, resistor, and transistor (which are considered as heat sources for thermoelectric devices with a printed circuit board) below target levels during the process of developing a control board and a main power board. The study analyzed the heat generation and dissipation characteristics of the entire printed circuit board (PCB) model to examine its thermal safety.

In this study, we developed for processing complex features using CAM software that satisfies precision for example practice and related qualification tests suiTable for CNC training purposes. In addition, functions such as location control, speed control, and processing path generation, which are the main functions of CNC machining machines, were constructed using small equipment parts, servo motors, inverters, general purpose PCs, and commercial NC software and researched with the goal of developing low-cost education equipment. In the static accuracy inspection, the degree of machine when measuring the parallelism of the X, Y and Z axes and the vibration of the main shaft did not reach the allowable value. However, we have obtained a finished product that satisfies the CNC machine book sample shape machining, detailed functions of the position control function of the CNC machine tool, linear interpolation function, circular interpolation function, and tool offset function. In the qualification test shape processing, a shape with a degree of 1/100 mm was processed to obtain position accuracy that satisfied the tolerance.

The purpose of this research is to understand features of the present condition of green tea food by analyzing the data on tea foods presented in Korean literature after the 1990's (two articles from professional journals related to tea culture, and three books related to tea food). The main conclusions are as follows: 1. It is found from separating 354 different kinds of green tea foods into three categories - main dishes, side dishes and desserts - that there are 137 kinds of side dishes, 123 kinds of desserts, and 94 kinds of main dishes from green tea foods. Upon dividing these into smaller categories, there are 40 rice dishes, 27 noodle dishes, 18 gruel dishes and 9 dumpling dishes found among the main dishes; 26 pan fried dishes, 24 potherb/cooked potherbs dishes, 17 deep-fried dishes, 15 soup/broth dishes, 14 grilled dishes, 11 smothered dishes, 10 hard -boiled/fried dishes, 6 kimchi dishes, 4 dried food dishes, 4 jelly dishes, 4 stew dishes, and 2 raw fish dishes among the side dishes; and 37 snack dishes, 36 punch/drink dishes, 26 rice cake dishes, and 24 bread dishes are found among the desserts. 2. There are 201 kinds of green tea foods using powders, 107 kinds using wet tea leaves, 61 kinds using dry tea leaves, 57 kinds using water of drawn tea, and 17 kinds using wild tea leaves, according to analysis of teas used for green tea foods. There is more use of powder for snacks, punch and drinks, rice cakes, noodles, and breads, and more use of wet tea leaves for rice, pan fried food, and potherb/cooked potherb dishes. It is also shown that there is more use of water from drawn tea for rice, punch and drinks, noodles, and gruels, more use of dry tea leaves for snack, rice, breads, and more use of wild tea leaves for deep-fried and pan fried kinds of tea foods.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status and the competitiveness improvement of game contents industry comparing to relative LQ index of the no. of character company, the no. of employee and the amount of revenue of 2011, 2012, and 2013 between including Metro area and regional blocks(kangwon, chungchung, daekung, honam, dongnam and jeju region. The results of this research are as follows. In case including metro regional analysis, no. of employee suggested Metro and Chungchung have high competitiveness in during the 3 years. And in case of no. of game company suggested honam, dongnam and jeju area have high competitiveness between 2012 and 2013. The amount of revenue of game industry indicated the only Metro area have over LQ 1.0 which relative higher competitiveness than the other culture contents industry. But in case of except of Metro, no. of game company indicated honam, jeju have relative high competitiveness over LQ 1.0 and the no. of employee indicated kangwon, chungchung, honam and jeju showed relative competitiveness during 3 years. The amount of revenue of game industry indicated kangwon, chungchung and honam suggested high competitiveness. Honam area have strong competitiveness among three category by regional longitudinal analysis. Kangwon and jeju area suggested 2nd strong regional competitiveness. The main competitiveness of game industry were well established among national industry cluster.

Fishery industry is an important part of agricultural industry in coastal countries. The purpose of this study is to use the theory of industrial competitiveness for reference, use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Delphi method to establish the evaluation index system, and analyze the fishery industry competitiveness of 11 coastal provinces in China. This study data came from China Fishery Statistical Yearbook 2020. The results show that Shandong Province is the most competitive province in fishery industry among the coastal provinces. The inter-provincial differences are great. Not only the resource endowment is the factor that affects the fishery industry competitiveness, but also the long-term profitability is too. The proportion of recreational fishery in the fishery economic output value has become one of the main indicators to measure the competitiveness of the fishery industry. The findings of this study suggest that all regions should adopt measures in accordance with local conditions, promote the integrated development of the fishery industry, enhance the added value of fishery products and enhance the competitiveness of fishery industry. The disadvantage of this study is that the fishery industry competitiveness of China's coastal provinces is only compared and analyzed. The future direction is to carry out a comparative study on the international competitiveness of fishery with other east Asian countries.
