(주)지노믹트리는 DNA 마이크로어레이 기술을 기반으로 하는 분자진단회사로서, 다음의 세가지 사업에 전력하고 있다. 첫째는 독창적이며 특화된 바이오마커 발굴기술 (MAGIC system)을 바탕으로 각종 암진단을 위한 바이오마커 개발연구 두 번째는 당사의 원천 기술인 다중동시검출 시스템을 이용한 질병 진단 시스템 및 증폭시스템 세 번째는 마이크로어레이 기술을 이용한 유전자 발현 분석, Array CGH, DNA 메틸레이션 분석 그리고 miRNA 검출 등의 지노믹스시대의 연구를 위한 토탈솔루션을 제공하고 있다. 지난 5년간의 마이크로어레이 기반기술을 이용한 자체연구 활동을 수행하면서 축적된 마이크로어레이 관련기술 노-하우들을 국내 마이크로어레이 연구자들에게 공급하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 특히 당사의 지노믹서비스 부문은 유전자 발현 분석 솔루션 제공을 위해서 자체적으로 제작하여 공급하고 있는 human cDNA(17K/25K) 및 rat cDNA (5.0K) 마이크로어레이, Human (22K) 및 mouse (10K) 올리고뉴클레오타이드 마이크로 어레이 그리고 미생물 연구를 위한 대장균 (6K) 및 폐렴균 (2.2K) 올리고뉴클레오타이드 마이크로어레이 제공 및 이를 이용한 유전자 발현 분석 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 체적으로 제작되는 마이크로어레이 서비스는 2001년 도입한 ISO9001 품질인증시스템의 기반하에서 제작부터 생산까지의 엄격한 품질관리 과정을 거쳐서 고품질의 마이크로어레이를 이용한 분석서비스를 제공 하고 있다. 또한 고객요구형 서비스를 위하여 국외 유수의 마이크로어레이 회사 (Agilent, Microarray Inc, TIGR, Eurogentec 등)의 whole genome 기반의 마이크로어레이 제품을 이용한 분석서비스를 제공하고 있으며 마이크로어레이 실험을 위해서 필수적으로 이용되고 있는 시약 (labeling kit), 마이크로어레이 hybridization을 위한 hardware (hybridization chamber, hnay centrifuge)등을 자체적으로 개발하여 공급하고 있다. DNA copy number 측정을 위한 Array CGH 분석을 위해서는 자체적으로 제작공구하고 있는 human cDNA 마이크로어레이 (17K/25K) 그기고 rat (5.0K) 마이크로어레이를 이용한 분석서비스 및 whole genome 기반의 Agilent 올리고뉴클레오타이드 CGH 어레이 (44K, 35Kb resolution)를 이용한 분석서비스를 제공하고 있다. Epigenetic study를 하는 연구자들을 위한 메틸레이션 마이크로어레이 분석 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 기존분석법인 Bisulfite 처리기반의 분석이 아닌 enzyme digestion후 PCR 증폭방법을 이용한 분석방법을 이용함으로써, bisulfite 처리에 의한 DNA 손실문제를 최소화 하였다. 현재 50개의 문헌을 통해 잘 보고된 메틸레이션 유전자들에 대한 분석서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 지속적으로 표적컨텐츠의 숫자를 증가시킬 예정이다. 최근 많은 연구자들의 관심을 끌고 있는 micro RNA 검출을 위한 DNA 마이크로어레이 서비스를 제공할 예정이다 (2006년 3월 출시). 현재 까지 알려진 약 320개의 모든 miRNA를 탑재하고 있는 소형 DNA 마이크로어레이를 이용한 분석서비스로서 1장의 마이크로어레이 실험을 통하여 알려진 모든 miRNA의 비교분석이 가능하다. 마이크로어레이 실험 뿐만 아니라 data 분석을 위한 software도 상당히 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있다 이를 위하여 (주)지노믹트리는 Agilent에서 개발한 GeneSpring GX (유전자 발현 분석), Signet (마이크로어레이 database) 및 GeneSpring GT (SNP 분석)를 공급하고 있다. 통계적인 기반 지식의 없은 일반 user들을 위한 간편하면서도 종합적인 기능을 포함하고 있는 우수한 프로그램으로 이미 국제적으로 많은 인정을 받고 있다. (주)지노믹트리는 국내외 많은 연구자들의 경제적, 시간적 연구여건을 고려한 마이크로어레이 토탈솔루션을 제공하고 있으며, 실험 분석에서 data 마이닝 그리고 마이크로어레이 실험 디자인에 이르는 토탈솔루션을 제공하고 있다.

This study was undertaken to investigate the effect of Cassia tora ethanol extract on the lipid levels in serum and liver of rats fed high cholesterol diet. Experimental rats were divided into the following 4 groups: normal diet group, high cholesterol diet group, high choleslerol-0.25% C. tora ethanol extract group and high cholesterol-0.5% C. tora ethanol extract group. After 4 weeks, rats were sacrificed and analyzed the serum lipid profiles, activities of serum alanine aminotransferase (AST), aspartate aminotransferase (ALT), hepatic glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) and malic enzyme (ME). It was also determined the contents of total cholesterol, triglyceride and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) in liver. There was no difference in weight gains between experimental groups. The concentrations of serum total cholesterol, free cholesterol, triglyceride and free fatty acid were tended to be decreased in C. tora groups compared with control group. HDL-cholesterol concentration was significantly decreased in high cholesterol diet group and slightly increased by C. tora ethanol extract feeding. The contents of liver cholesterol and triglyceride were higher in high cholesterol diet group than normal group, but significantly decreased by feeding of C. tora ethanol extract. Supplementation of 0.5% C. tora extract decreased significantly the activities of hepatic G6PDH and ME. Activities of serum AST, ALT and contents of liver TBARS were tended to be increased with high cholesterol diet and reduced by C. tora ethanol extract supplementation but had not significance. These results suggest that C. tora ethanol extract may exert a lipid lowering effect in serum and liver of rats.

The purpose is to inspect the personal medicines in Cheju island that are used traditionally and to get their characteristics. The subjectives are 39 Cheju people, men 10, women 29, who were horned, grown up in Cheju and agreed with this study. The ranges of age are 10 persons(m : 1, w: 9) over 40 less 50 years old, 14(m : 7, w : 7) over 50 less 60, 5(m : 1, w : 4) over 60 less 70, 6(m : 0, w : 6) over 70 less 80, and 4(m : 1, w : 3) over 80. The average age is 64.5 years old. The method to collect the data is 20 structured opening questionaires that are based on references. The duration to collect datas is 11days from 4th, Aprill 1997 to 14th, Aprill 1997. The workers who are trainned the interview methods went their villages and got answers after explaining the purpose and contents to them. Somtimes they used to record the answers. The analysis was identified the subjectives to four regions of Cheju, arranged answers with items, rearranged the same answers, counted with number and percentage. And classified the materials and characteristics. The results of this study are followed: The things that is used as personal medicines are the effects through experiences ans misteries that have hand down by word of mouth, even though they are not scientific. People used the materials arround their circumference. It is an accumulation of experiences. The ways used in eating, doing acupuncture or sting, exposing to smoke, wheedling, fixing after pounding. Almost materials are plants. Mugwort is effective in fever, gastritis, hemorrhoid, diarrhea, edematous hands or feet and dermatitis. Citron and Arrowroot in fever, gastritis. Seeds of Pumpkin in indigestive, hemorrhoid, edematous hands or feet. Gallic in fever, diarrhea, frostbite, dermatitis, and toothache. Motherwort in diarrhea, gastritis. Radish juice in indigestive, jaundice. Bean paste in burn, wound. Acupuncture in fever, gastritis, indigestive, back pain, edematous hands or feet. Sting as similar with it in fever, indigestive, edematous hands or feet. Cigarrette in hemorrhoid, wound, toothache. Cowstools in edematous hands or feet, wound. Sault is usded a lot in fever, gastritis, indigestive, hemorrhoid, uneffective voiding, edematous hands or feet, dermatitis, having a boil around the mouth, toothache, and eye disease. Japanese Parsley in fever, gastritis. Egg Apple in diarrhea, edematous hands or feet, frostbite. And Wild Chrysanthemum is effective in jaundice. In the conclusion, people used the things arround. A things is effective in several symptoms. If these are not effective, they would used the magic as god's anger. As locally, they used the grasses and fruits in the middle of Mt. Halla and seafood on the sea village.

Until now and in the studying of fantastic literature, there has been likely to regard the character as secondary element, compared to their actions. However, it has to be recognized that the characters is a barometer to divide the boundary among the marvellous literature, or fantasy, magic realism, etc., in particular it is an important narrative element to understand an epistemological vision of fantastic literature. This thesis analyzes the characters, focusing on two dimensions divided such as between protagonist/antagonist and protagonist narrator/editor narrator. The characters in fantastic literature are usually set-up as people like ourselves, because it is necessary for the readers to consider the supernatural phenomenon as real world situation. The reason why many characters in fantastic literature usually meet a tragic end is that the structure of fantastic literature embedded unresolved supernatural confusion into ordinary order in the end, while antagonists are viewed as holders of extraordinariness and they are far from vero-similarity. Together with usual characters who represent the world of logic and reason, antagonists who seek to understand more about the universe totally and thus regarded as symbols of intuition and imagination and ultimately are the elements of fantastic literature. On the other hand, the "first person narrator" is divided between "protagonist narrator" who narrates the supernatural things through his/her own experience to readers and "editor narrator" who narrates the other's experiences. Particularly in the case of "editor narrator", he/she may narrates the stories with different explication and angle, which lead to hesitation and confusion for readers to identify between reality and unreality or natural logic and supernatural one. Even though there are various categories in fantastic literature, this thesis exclude 'neo fantastic', 'metaphysical fantastic' ones, characterized as a possibility of convergence with the secondary interpretation and symbolic implication. Beyond these materials, the literatures which involved with this thesis and analysis are normally related with traditional fantastic literary works which supernatural events intervene in real world and bring out collision between real and unreal, or natural and supernatural logics. Based on this criteria, this thesis chooses literary works such as "De los Reyes Futuros", "El Perjurio de la Nieve" written by Adolfo Bioy Casares who is a representative author in Latin American fantastic literature.

The objective of the study was to find out whether the Super Bowl adverts with high Ad Meter scores had more advertising appeals related to U.S. culture in Hofstede's dimensions. The significance of the study lies in the analysis on U.S. consumer preferences on adverts in terms of culture under one of the most representative American sport event: Super Bowl. The study was based on a content analysis of top and bottom 10 Super Bowl adverts during a period of consecutive seven years 2005 through 2011. The top and bottom ten were grouped based on the Ad Meter scores by the USA Today. The number of adverts interpreted by two coders along with the author was 139. The coding results implies that adverts in the top 10 group carried more appeals connected to US culture in Hofstede dimensions, such as youth, untamed, and magic in uncertainty avoidance dimension. Meanwhile, such appeals as ornamental, vain, and status in high power distance dimension were mainly found in the bottom 10 adverts group. Grounded on the findings from the content analysis, links between the score levels and the presence of certain appeals may offer marketers a hint on what appeals they emphasize when producing adverts in a certain cultural bound, let alone Super Bowl adverts targeting TV viewers in the U. S. A.

This study is a new proposal for the methods of actor training and role creation in the contemporary theater and an approach to the practical utilization of the performer, regarding the actor's 'presence' as the essence of living arts, a peculiarity of theater. As the method for this, this study sorts out Vakhangov and Mikhail Chekhov's elements of acting techniques and at the same time, allows an easier approach to the theoretical concept based on the performance records found in the developmental process. The magic realism and the technique of acting discussed in priority in this study emphasize the importance of the exploration and realization of artistic inspiration in everyday life, the actor's imagination and image, and unconsciousness as a method for creating new actors and diversifying their roles. When their common views are summed up, the goals to achieve include a study of a creative method in which outer form and inner truth are combined and the implementation of a new system for creating the individual actor's originality. This study would classify the similarities and differences found through this, reveal the limit of practical efficacy and propose it as a universal method for creating the roles, asking for the actor's voluntary training and active attitudes.

This paper proposes a new JPEG format, All-in-JPEG, which can include not only multiple photos but also various media such as audio and text by extending the JPEG format. All-in-JPEG add images, audio, and text at the existing JPEG file, and stores meta information by utilizing the APP3 segment of JPEG. With All-in-JPEG, smartphone users can save many pictures taken in burst shots in one file, and it is also very convenient to share them with others. In addition, you can create a live photo, such as saving a short audio at the time of taking a photo or moving a part of the photo. In addition, it can be used for various applications such as a photo diary app that stores images, voices, and diary text in a single All-in-JPEG file. In this paper, we developed an app that creates and edits All-in-JPEG, a photo diary app, and a magic photo function, and verified feasibility of the All-in-JPEG through them.

This thesis is an interpretation of "Golden bird" of Grimm's fairy tale and similar other tales from the perspective of analytical psychology. Golden bird story start loss of golden apple in king's garden. King and three sons are one-sided structure live without female members in family. They need feminine aspect. Adventure and journey of stupid youngest son can be seen as a individuation process in analytic psychology. Ego meets several painful experience during journey. New Kingdom has a new specific collective consciousness. When ego fixed dominated specific collective consciousness he can only be liberated after completing the difficult task of the next phase in crisis of death. This process is initiation, which is a supplement to feminity after recovery of increased consciousness, marriage with the princess, which is possible to unify the sexes (coniunctio oppositorum). The ego who got the apple, bird, horse, and princess which is shown to be a supplement to feminity, does not attain a complete success. Although the youngest comes out after brothers' failure, yet separation and abandonment of persona are difficult challenges and after all he achives a higher consciousness and then he primarily marries the princess, his Anima, after he executed his brothers for his repeated hardships, when the intellectual capacity is sacrificed as offering. Also, the fox restores himself from magic after the youngest son kills him and cut his head and feet, as the fox's wish. To be transformed into a human being. It experiences another consciousness. Finally, unifying the coniunctio oppositerum is fulfilled and a divine bond achieves the wholeness and it is accomplished individuation. In clinical practice, fox is compared to a therapist as a guide of individuation process who lead clients.

Surrealism with the excavation of unconsciousness, seeking for the infinity etc. has established views on aesthetics that conflict traditional western rationalism. The main concern of surrealism is problem of identity and difference. They attempted their own mysterious concept such as 'the marvelous', 'convulsive beauty', 'object chance' etc. These unique views on aesthetics was expressed as various style of art. It is the d$\acute{e}$paysemant that exists one of the typical style in surrealism. D$\acute{e}$paysemant means that objects are taken from be originally place. Therefore, The real world's objects is to leave and change environment from real space as use, ability, meaning of origin. or it is the technique to create surreal illusion that combined to a strange place where relates to extraneous attribute of objects. Namely, objects are newly arranged in expression space. Reconstitutive objects by positioning object over the time and space have given us the marvelous and psychological shock and get unfamiliar meaning and feeling over. This paper is tried to look at the way to use the d$\acute{e}$paysemant which applicated in the media, Especially, focusing on animation. Unlike the other media, animation has its unique artistic characters. First, One of the media characteristics of the animation is creativity images of the hand drawn animation by shooting of frame by frame. The animation image which is created through arrangement obtain life force by unique motility. Works of Norman McLaren and Harry Smith are very interesting that the structural characteristics of the d$\acute{e}$paysemant. It consists with abstract forms and various moving images to let audience the feel characteristics of film. We can experience from these cases, numerous illusion fantasy like change over from creature to inanimate object, space and time, creation and extinction, repetition and metamorphosis etc. One of the main apparat is the emphasis of d$\acute{e}$paysemant in space of frame. In conclusion, d$\acute{e}$paysemant is one of the most characteristic expression technique of surrealism while having inevitable linkage with animation.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the antimicrobial activities of 9 kinds of medicinal plants against crown gall in grapevine. The medicinal plants extracted with several solvent systems were screened for in vitro antibacterial activity by the disc diffusion method. The ethanol and ethyl acetate extracts from magic lily flowers, tachys roots, asian plantain flowers and seeds, sweet wormwood leaves, stems and flowers, immature bitter melon fruits, cockscomb flowers, and peach tree resin showed in vitro antimicrobial activities against Rhizobium vitis with growth inhibition zones ranging from 10 to 27 mm in diameter. The minimum inhibitory concentration values of extracts against R.vitis ranged from 10,000 in Asian plantain flower and 50,000 fold diluted extracts in sweet wormwood flowers, stems, leaves, cockscomb leaves and immature bitter melon fruits. The active fractions of ethyl acetate and ethanol extracts from the medicinal plants were partially separated through silica gel column chromatography and thin layer chromatography (TLC). The active fractions were separated at Rf 0.36, 0.69, 0.75, 0.84, and 0.94 in sweet wormwood extracts, Rf 0.96 and 0.99 in cockscomb flower extracts, Rf 0.92 and 0.97 in cockscomb leaf extracts, and Rf 0.85 in immature bitter melon fruit extracts in TLC analysis developed with hexane:ethyl acetate (20:80, v/v) and methanol:chloroform (20:80, v/v). Among extracts from plants with in vitro antimicrobial activities, sweet wormwood, cockscomb leaves, and immature bitter melon fruits showed in vivo antimicrobial activities with inhibition activity of 100, 67, and 83.3%, respectively, in 'Kyoho' grapevine inoculated with R. vitis compared with the untreated control. These findings indicate that extracts of medicinal plants could be used as sustainable candidates to control crown gall disease caused by R. vitis in grapevines.
