Development and Working Efficiency of Supporting Program for the Parametric Electrical Outfit Production Design of Offshore Plant Based on PML (PML 기반 파라메트릭 해양플랜트 전장생산설계 지원 프로그램 개발 및 업무 효율성 연구)

  • Recently, because of the global recession of the offshore plant industry and low-cost orders, there has been increasing interest in strengthening the competitiveness of domestic companies for the design and production technologies of offshore plants. However, in the offshore plant design field, the Plant Design Management System (PDMS), which is a 3D CAD program for plant layout developed by AVEVA Marine, is already commonly used as offshore plant design software and widely used in large domestic shipyards and cooperative design companies. Under this background, we have been thinking about ways to design better with the existing software. In this study, we developed a parametric design program to maximize the efficiency and reduce the working time for offshore plant electrical outfit production design based on the Programmable Macro Language (PML) of PDMS. We also examined its performance. By applying the developed program to the offshore plant module selected as an application example, it was confirmed that a 50% improvement in the work efficiency of cable tray design could be obtained compared with the existing method, with work efficiency improvements of 80% or more in other field design work.

  • Interactive measuring Part Program Generating Tools (IMPPGT) realized on the FANUC 15MA using touch trigger probes and interactive macro functions of the CNC were developed for intelligent measuring and inspection systems on the machine tools. Machine tools. Menu driven measuring and inspection functions of the IMPPGT were studied and implemented on the CNC through the macro executor and ROM writer. In order to automate measurement and inspection procedures in machine shops, measuring G Code system was also proposed. Using the developed measuring G Code system on the machine tool, untended measurement and inspection operation was able to be realized in FMS lines.

  • Recently the needs for education on Statistics is growing bigger, but a mathematics-oriented education makes college students loose interest in Statistics. On the hypothesis that motivating interest is the key factor for learning, we need to develop an education tool for Statistics that makes learners to study independently but throughly. By using Excel Macro, we develop and introduce add-in program, called PETS, which supplies not only results but also process to get them.

Effect of macro and micro fiber volume on the flexural performance of hybrid fiber reinforced SCC

  • The aim of this study is to investigate the flexural performance of hybrid fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete (HFRSCC) having different ratio of micro and macro steel fiber. A total of five mixtures are prepared. In all mixtures, the sum of the steel fiber content is 1% and also water/binder ratio is kept constant. The amount of high range water reducer admixture (HRWRA) is arranged to satisfy the workability criteria of self-compacting concrete. Four-point bending test is carried out to analyze the flexural performance of the mixtures at 28 and 56 curing days. From the obtained load-deflection curves, the load carrying capacity, deflection and toughness values are investigated according to ASTM C1609, ASTM C1018 and JSCE standards. The mixtures containing higher ratio of macro steel fiber exhibit numerous micro-cracks and, thus, deflection-hardening response is observed. The mixture containing 1% micro steel fiber shows worst performance in the view of all flexural parameters. An improvement is observed in the aspect of toughness and load carrying capacity as the macro steel fiber content increases. The test results based on the standards are also compared taking account of abovementioned standards.

  • In this study, we develop the statistical analysis program for genetic analysis of diallel crosses data by SAS/MACRO, SAS/IML. Genetic analysis is to estimate of genetics parameters and heredity with reciprocal cross and without reciprocal cross. Statistical analysis program solve the problem of the difficulties on the data analysis in field denetics and breeding Therefore the user whoever want to analysis of data on genetics and breeding easily conduct the work saving time and suffering.

This paper introduces the developed program about estimation and hypothesis testing by using Excel Macro.   • CRT용 Glass 산업의 경우, 금형 및 유리의 온도는 매우 중요한 변수이다. 이 온도는 상온에서 출발한 금형이 반복되는 Heat Cycle을 거치면서 안정화 상태로 이르게 되는 과정을 거치면서 결정된다. 이때 안정화되는 금형의 온도분포에 의해 제품의 품질이 결정됨에 따라, 불량이 발생할 경우, 안정화 시간 및 금형수정 Cost 증가 등 매우 큰 손실이 야기된다. 이에 본 연구는 CAE를 통하여 상기 Heat Cycle의 해석과정 중에서, I-DEAS의 MACRO인 "Program file"을 이용하여 Modeling 및 Meshing을 수행하여 단시간 내 정확한 Preprocessing을 통해 유동 및 열 해석에 적용하는 자동화 프로그램을 개발하였다.

  • For testing machine tools, we used test the work by measure of 3-D object that it was made by the machine tool. By reason of these, we have spent to the cost of measure and have delayed supply to user. In this study, we made a macro-program and a application program in order to test automatic the machine tool. So, if you constitute a ring core and a touch prove in machine tool, you should test the property of machine tool.
