For $r{\geq}2$, let ${\mathcal{H}}$ be an r-uniform hypergraph with n vertices and m hyperedges. Let R be a random vertex set obtained by choosing each vertex of ${\mathcal{H}}$ independently with probability p. Let ${\mathcal{H}}[R]$ be the subhypergraph of ${\mathcal{H}}$ induced on R. We obtain an upper bound on the matching number ${\nu}({\mathcal{H}}[R])$ and a lower bound on the independence number ${\alpha}({\mathcal{H}}[R])$ of ${\mathcal{H}}[R]$. First, we show that if $mp^r{\geq}{\log}\;n$, then ${\nu}(H[R]){\leq}2e^{\ell}mp^r$ with probability at least $1-1/n^{\ell}$ for each positive integer ${\ell}$. It is best possible up to a constant factor depending only on ${\ell}$ if $m{\leq}n/r$. Next, we show that if $mp^r{\geq}{\log}\;n$, then ${\alpha}({\mathcal{H}}[R]){\geq}np-{\sqrt{3{\ell}np\;{\log}\;n}-2re^{\ell}mp^r$ with probability at least $1-3/n^{\ell}$.

The KFDA (Korea Food & Drug Administration) has performed a collaborative toxicogenomics project since 2003. Its aim is to construct a toxicology database of 12 compounds administered to mice at initial phase. We chose 6-MP (6-mercaptopurine) which has been used in the treatment of childhood leukemia. It was administered at low (0.224 mg/kg) and at high (2.24 mg/kg) dose (5 mice per group) intraperitonealy to the postnatal 6 weeks mice, then the serum and liver were collected at the indicated time (6, 24 and 72 h) after scarification. Serum biochemical markers for liver toxicity were measured and histopathologic studies also were carried out. The gene expression profiling was carried out by using Applied Biosystems 1700 Full Genome Expression Mouse. By self-organization maps (SOM), we identified groups with unique gene expression patterns, some of them are supposed to be related to 6-MP induced toxicity, including lipid metabolism abnormality, inflammatory response, oxidative stress, ATP depletion and cell death. The potential toxic effects appearing as gene expression changes are dependent of the time of 6-MP but independent of the dosage of it. This study would contribute to establishment of international database as well as national one about hepatotoxicity.

The aim of this study was to model and optimize the calcium alginate (CA) and microbial transglutaminase (TG) systems to form a cold-set myofibrillar protein (MP) gel containing 0.1 M or 0.3 M NaCl using a response surface methodology. The gel strengths of cold-set and heat-induced MP gels, and cooking yields were measured. All measured parameters showed determination coefficients ($R^2$) above 0.7 without a lack-of-fit. The CA system had the best results with component ratios of 1.0:0.3:1.0 corresponding to sodium alginate, calcium carbonate and glucono-$\delta$-lactone, respectively, and was favourable at 0.1 M NaCl. In contrast, the TG system only had an effect on cold-set MP gelation at 0.3 M salt, and the optimal ratio of TG to sodium caseinate was 0.6:0.5. By combining the two systems at 0.3 M NaCl, an acceptable cold-set MP gel with an improved texture and high cooking yield could be formed. Therefore, these results indicated that the functionality of the cold-set MP gel could be enhanced by combining these two optimized gelling system.

Veronicastrum sibiricum (L.) Pennell (Scrophulariaceae) is a perennial herb growing in moist land. It has been used as a korean folk medicine in treating common cold, leucorrhea, cystitis and liver damage and as cholagogue. The present study dealt with the elucidation of the chemical components. From the roots of the plant, five iridoids were isolated and identified as minecoside $(mp\;142{\sim}3^{\circ})$, 6-O-veratryl catalpol ester $(mp\;216{\sim}8^{\circ})$, catalpol $(mp\;204{\sim}6^{\circ})$, aucubin $(mp\;180{\sim}2^{\circ})$ and 6-desoxy-8-isoferuloyl harpagide $(mp\;139{\sim}41^{\circ})$. Furthermore, ${\beta}-sitosteryl-3-O-D-glucoside$, campesteryl 3-O-D-glucoside, ${\beta}-sitosterol$, campesterol, stigmasterol and mannitol were also isolated.

DASH(Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP)는 MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group)에서 표준화 중인 HTTP를 이용한 적응형 비디오 스트리밍 기술이다. 일반적으로 HTTP를 이용한 적응형 비디오 스트리밍에서 클라이언트가 사용할 수 있는 기능은 파일 전체 또는 그 일부를 다운로드하는 것이다. 따라서 전체 콘텐트를 작은 파일 조각 즉, 세그먼트(segment)로 분할하여 세그먼트들을 순차적으로 다운로드함으로써 마치 스트리밍이 달성되는 것과 같은 효과를 낼 수 있다. 네트워크의 상태에 따라 전송률을 조절하기 위해서는 서버에 서로 다른 비트율로 부호화된 세그먼트들을 함께 보관해 두어 클라이언트로 하여금 선택할 수 있게 한다. DASH에서는 MPEG-2 TS 또는 MPEG-4 파일 포맷(MP4)를 기반으로 하는 두 가지 형태의 서버 콘텐트를 제공할 수 있다. MP4 기반 DASH의 경우, 클라이언트가 수신한 세그먼트들을 순차적으로 이어 붙여 저장한다 하더라도 특별한 조건을 만족하는 경우를 제외하고는 MP4 파일을 재생할 수 있는 기존 미디어 플레이어가 이를 재생하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 특별한 조건을 제시하고 이를 검증하였다. 이 조건은 서버에서 제공하는 세그먼트들에 대한 조건이다.

In order to know the variation of the associated craniofacial skeletal angle and linear distance according to the change of gonial angle, the roentgenographic cephalo metric study was undertaken in Korean normal cephalometric analysis and eletric computer. The fallowing results were optained. 1) The size of gonial angle is mainly depend on the lower gonial angle. The mean of upper gonial gngle is almost same in normal occlusion group$^*$ and malocclusion group. 2) It was resulted on normal group and malocclusion group by F test that the number of parameters that were significant at 5% level of confidence were 14 parameters in normal occlusion group and 22 parameters in malocclusion group. 3) Ramus height and mandibular body length increased and facial ratio is decreased as gonial angle decreased. 4) MP-T, overbite depth and Y-axis angle is not related to gonial angle in normal occlusion group, but in moloclusion group, as gonial angle decreased, MP-T and overbite depth is increased and Y-axis angle is decreased. 5) SN-MP, OP-MP, PP-MP is increased as gonial anglel increased, it was mainly depend on the lower gonial angle.

수중에서 그물의 형상변화는 다양한 벡터에 의해 영향을 받게 된다. 그러나 그물의 각 입자마다 모든 벡터의 영향을 계산하는 것은 정확성과 사실성은 증대하지만, 방대한 계산량으로 처리 시간이 많이 소요된다. 기존의 시뮬레이션 방법들은 물리적 사실성을 희생하고 시각적인 사실성을 유지하는 범위에서 수중 가상현실을 시뮬레이션으로 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 입자들의 병렬처리를 통하여 물리적, 시각적 사실성을 모두 만족하는 시뮬레이션을 제안한다. 병렬처리를 위해서는 OpenMP를 이용하였고, 사실적 그래픽 표현은 OpenGL을 사용하여 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시뮬레이션은 게임 및 해양수산 분야에서 모델분석이나 전문가 시스템구축을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 멀티콥터의 효율적 영상 전송을 위해 필요한 압축센싱 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 구조는 압축센싱에 기반한 데이터 용량을 줄이는 것에 중점을 둔다. 우선 Spectrum sensing의 기본원리를 설명하고 AMP(Approximate Message Passing)와 CoSaMP(Compressive Sampling Matched Pursuit)을 수학적 분석과 모의실험 결과를 통해서 비교한다. 또한 두 알고리즘을 계산시간과 복잡도 관점에서 평가하고 멀티콥터 동작에 적합한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문의 실험결과는 AMP 알고리즘이 CoSaMP 알고리즘보다 계산시간이 적고 이미지 에러 확률도 낮다는 것을 보여준다.

본 논문에서는 MPEG-2 시스템 층의 하나인 방송 및 전송을 위한 Transport Stream (TS)상에 MPEG-4 데이터를 구조화하여 MPEG-4 Over MPEG-2 TS 비트스트림을 만드는 방법과 이를 저장 매체 포맷중 하나인 MP4 파일로 변환 설계에 관한 연구이다. MPEG-4는 객체 단위의 부호화 비트스트림으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 이들 객체의 속성을 표현하는 객체기술자, 객체들간의 시공간 관계를 표현하는 장면기술자가 필요하며 또한 모든 객체들간의 복호와 정보와 객체간의 동기화를 위해 여러 가지 기술자들이 필요한데 바로 이런 다양한 MPEG-4 비트스트림을 어떻게 MPEG-TS 규격에 맞게 전송하는가에 초점을 두었다.

We have studied the structures and stabilities of Au6 to explore the origin of the large discrepancy between relative energies obtained from the density functional theory (DFT) and ab initio correlated levels of theory. The MP2 methods significantly overestimate the stability of the non-planar isomer when the double-$\zeta$ polarization quality of basis sets, such as LANL2DZ+1f and CEP31G+1f, are used. However, we show that such preference for the non-planar structure at the MP2 level mainly originates from the large basis set superposition error.
