  • The performance and practicality of cryptosystem for encryption, decryption, and primality test is primarily determined by the implementation efficiency of the modular exponentiation of $a^b$(mod n). To compute $a^b$(mod n), the standard binary squaring still seems to be the best choice. But, the d-ary, (d=2,3,4,5,6) method is more efficient in large b bits. This paper suggests m-numeral system modular exponentiation. This method can be apply to$b{\equiv}0$(mod m), $2{\leq}m{\leq}16$. And, also suggests the another method that is exit the algorithm in the case of the result is 1 or a.

  • 금속유기물 용액 증착법(MOD)법은 금속유기물 용액을 스핀 코팅하여 고온 열처리를 통해 대면적의 고온 초전도 박막을 만들 수 있으며, 고가의 진공 시스템이 필요하지 않기 때문에 매우 경제적인 박막 증착 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 MOD법을 이용해서 고온초전도체 마이크로파 필터나 터널접합 소자와 같은 전자 소자 응용 연구를 위해 요구되는 높은 임계전류 특성을 갖도록 박막 성장 조건을 변화시켜서 제작된 고온 초전도체 Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+d (BSCCO2212) 박막을 제작하였다. 박막 특성은 x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM)으로 표면적, 구조적 특성을 관찰하고 저항-온도 (R-T) 변화 및 전류-전압 (I-V) 특성 측정을 통해 전기적 특성을 연구하여 임계전류를 향상 시킬 수 있는 박막제작 조건에 관해 논의하였다.

The Primality Test (소수 판별법)

  • Generally, Miller-Rabin method has been the most popular primality test. This method arbitrary selects m at k-times from m=[2, n-1] range and (m,n)=1. Miller-Rabin method performs $k{\times}r$ times and reports prime as $m^d\;{\equiv}\;1(mod\;n)$ or $m^{2^rd}\;{\equiv}\;-1(mod n)$ such that n-1=$2^sd$, $0\;{\leq}\;r\;{\leq}\;s-1$. This paper suggests more simple primality test than Miller-Rabin method. This test method computes c=$p^{\frac{n-1}{2}}(mod\;n)$ for k times and reports prime as c=-1. The proposed primality test method reduces $k{\times}r$ times of Miller-Rabin method to k times.

Effects of organic additives on YBCO coated conductor prepared by MOD-TFA method (유기첨가제가 MOD-TFA법으로 제조된 YBCO에 미치는 영향)

  • Effects of organic additives on YBCO coated conductor prepared by MOD-TFA method were investigated. YBCO thin films were deposited on (100)-oriented single crystalline LaAlO$_3$substrates by conventional MOD-TFA process. The microstructures of YBCO thin films show labyrinth-like patterns. The origin of this microstructure was delineated by compositional inhomogeneity during the pyrolysis process of MOD process and it was shown that organic additives changes the microstructure and texture development of grown YBCO films

  • MOD법을 마이크로회로용 티탄산 바륨 콘덴서 박막형성에 적용하였다. Barium decanoate barium 2-ethylhexanoate titanium dimethoxy didecanoate 및 titanium dimethoxy di-2-ethylhexanoate와 같은 여러 가지 금속유기화합물들을 합성하고 동정한 다 음 공통용매에 대한 용해도를 시험하였다. 이금속유기화학물들 가운데 barium 2-ethylhexanoate와 titanium dimethoxy di-2-ethylhexanoate가 xylene-pyridine 혼합용매에 잘녹고 MOD법에 의한 BaTiO3 박막형성에 매우 안정한 조성을 이룸을 확인하였다. 이 조 성을 스핀코팅에 의하여 백금박과 실리콘 웨이퍼상에 금속유기화학물 막을 형성하고 최고 온도와 유지시간에 따라 소성하여 형성된 유전체 박막들의 전기전 특성을 측정하고 고찰하 였다.

  • In this study, an assessment method on creep-fatigue crack initiation and crack growth for a Mod.9Cr-1Mo steel (ASME Grade 91) structure has been developed with an extension of the French RCC-MR A16 procedure. The current A16 guide provides defect assessment procedure for a creep-fatigue crack initiation and crack growth for an austenitic stainless steel, but no guideline is available yet for a Mod.9Cr-1Mo steel which is now widely being adopted for structural materials of future nuclear reactor system as well as ultra super critical (USC) thermal plant. In the present study an assessment method on creep-fatigue crack initiation and crack growth is provided for the FMS (Ferritic-Martensitic Steel) and assessment on the creep-fatigue crack behavior for a structure has been carried out. The assessment results were compared with the observed images from a structural test.

Comparison of Multi-element Extraction Methods to Determine Available Phosphate and Exchangeable Cations of Korean Soils (토양의 유효태 인산과 치환성 양이온의 다성분동시추출 분석방법 비교)

  • Soil testing is one of the best management practices for sustainable agriculture. Recently, as increasing soil testing needs, simplification of soil analytical procedure has been required. To determine recommendable multi-element extractant, the soil testing results of available phosphate and exchangeable cations between the conventional methods (Lancaster and 1M $NH_4OAc) and multi-element extraction methods such as Mehlich III, Modified Morgan and Kelowna methods were compared. There were highly significant correlation between the conventional methods and multi-element extraction methods (Mehlich III, Modified Morgan and Kelowna) for available phosphate and exchangeable K, Ca, Mg and Na. The coefficients of determination ($R^2) between available phosphate extracted by Lancaster method and multielement extraction methods were in the order of Mehlich III ($0.979^{***}$) > Kelowna ($0.977^{***}$) > Modified(Mod.). Morgan ($0.553^{***}$). For exchangeable cations, there were highly significant correlations between 1M $NH_4OAc method and Mehlich III, Mod. Morgan and Kelowna. However, exchangeable K, Ca and Mg by Mehlich III method were more highly correlated with conventional method than other methods. Therefore, Mehlich III extraction method could be recommended as a single extractant for simultaneous measurement using ICP in the analysis of avaliable phosphate and exchangeable cations.

A Study on BST Thin Films by MOD Process (MOD법에 의한 BST 박막의 특성에 대한 연구)

  • MOD법에 의해 BST박막을 제조하고 전기적 특성을 측정함으로써 마이크로 회로에 적용가능성을 타진하였다. MOD 공정의 선구물질로서 barium neodecanoate, strontium 2-ethylhexanoate 및 titanium dimethoxy 야-2-ethylheanoate를 합성하였다, 합성된 선구물 질들을 Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3가 되도록 화학양론적으로 혼합하여 공통용매인 p-xylene에 녹인다음 기판위에 spin coating 방법으로 박막을 형성하여 건조하고 소성하였다. 사용된 기판은 ITO/glass, Pt/SiO2/Si, Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si 및 Pt foil을 사용하였다. 소성 속도를 빨리했을 경우 소성속도를 느리게 했을때에 비하여 훨씬 균일하고 치밀한 박막을 얻을수 있었다, 여러 가 지 제조조건의 변화에 따른 유전상수 I-V 특성 및 C-V 측성 등의 전기적 특성을 측정하고 고찰하였다.

Fast Factorization Methods based on Elliptic Curves over Finite Fields (유한체위에서의 타원곡선을 이용한 고속 소인수분해법에 관한 연구)

  • Since the security of RSA cryptosystem depends on the difficulty of factoring integers, it is the most important problem to factor large integers in RSA cryptosystem. The Lenstra elliptic curve factorization method(ECM) is considered a special purpose factoring algorithm as it is still the best algorithm for divisors not greatly exceeding 20 to 25 digits(64 to 83 bits or so). ECM, however, wastes most time to calculate $M{\cdot}P$ mod N and so Montgomery and Koyama both give fast methods for implementing $M{\cdot}P$ mod N. We, in this paper, further analyze Montgomery and Koyama's methods and propose an efficient algorithm which choose the optimal parameters and reduces the number of multiplications of Montgomery and Koyama's methods. Consequently, the run time of our algorithm is reduced by 20% or so than that of Montgomery and Koyama's methods.
