  • The CRM(Customer Relationship Management) is the business strategy model for higher profits and competitive power of the enterprise in a new business environment. The large-scale customer response service technique uses internet, e-mail, SMS (Short Message Service), Telephony service, DM(Direct Mail) by customer channel point. Recently, business model diversify for new contract and retaining existing customer to the effort for a profitable model of business. This paper is based on Avaya PDS(Predictive Dialing System) model for CRM bond center. If the number of "available" agents are less than the number of inbound channels, then there may be real-time response problems in PDS system implemented. The Organization cannot afford to have many agents in available mode because of the high cost of manpower. This paper provides two contributions to the study. First, we present Call Object Management Mechanism of Customer Channel integration for reduce outbound consulting and reduce CallBack data in the PDS. Second, we design and implement the proposed system. Our simulation results show analysis of old model and proposed model. The proposed model can be efficiently used in Large-scale CRM.

  • Objectives: Recent studies have shown that tailored messages for cancer screening to the beliefs and stage of cancer screening behavior of individual women increases the take-up probability. Many studies on cancer screening have used the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) to identify variables associated with cancer screening behavior. This study was carried out to identify the cognitive-behavioral factors associated with stomach cancer screening among women aged 40 years and over, and to develop and evaluate a tailored educational program for stomach cancer screening by stages of change. Methods: Building on the TTM constructs, we conducted a quasi-experimental study(N=283) to test the effectiveness of a tailored educational program for endoscopic stomach cancer screening. We carried out pre and post tests in the experimental group(N=162) and the control group(N=121), and the experimental group was subdivided into an on-line group(N=81) and an off-line group(N=81) by educational methodology using e-mail and the postal service. We used the chi-square test, trend test, and paired t-test to test the effectiveness of the program for stomach cancer using a tailored stage-matched messages. Results: To examine the effectiveness of the program for stomach cancer screening by the tailored stage-matched messages, the stage-matched materials were offered to the experimental group(N=162) four times for 4 weeks. The stage-matched materials consisted of the four types for stomach cancer. The tailored message was effective in changing the cognitive-behavioral factors, such as experience process, behavior process, con opinion for stomach cancer, self-efficacy, and the behavioral stages for stomach cancer screening. The stomach cancer screening adherence was higher for the stage-matched materials using postal mail than for those using e-mail. Conclusion: To improve the stomach cancer screening rate, the use of tailored messages for stomach cancer screening will be generated using an expert system. Therefore the implementation of tailored educational program will be supported a partnership between public and private health organizations and increasing awareness of the necessity of community-based interventions.

  • Demands have been growing in safety-critical application fields for producing networked real-time embedded computing (NREC) systems together with acceptable assurances of tight service time bounds (STBs). Here a service time can be defined as the amount of time that the NREC system could take in accepting a request, executing an appropriate service method, and returning a valid result. Enabling systematic composition of large-scale NREC systems with STB certifications has been recognized as a highly desirable goal by the research community for many years. An appealing approach for pursuing such a goal is to establish a hard-real-time (HRT) component model that contains its own STB as an integral part. The TMO (Time-Triggered Message-Triggered Object) programming scheme is one HRT distributed computing (DC) component model established by the first co-author and his collaborators over the past 15 years. The TMO programming scheme has been intended to be an advanced high-level RT DC programming scheme that enables development of NREC systems and validation of tight STBs of such systems with efforts far smaller than those required when any existing lower-level RT DC programming scheme is used. An additional goal is to enable maximum exploitation of concurrency without damaging any major structuring and execution approaches adopted for meeting the first two goals. A number of previously untried program structuring approaches and execution rules were adopted from the early development stage of the TMO scheme. This paper presents new concrete justifications for those approaches and rules, and also discusses new extensions of the TMO scheme intended to enable further exploitation of concurrency in NREC system design and programming.

  • In this paper, we propose a scalable content-based routing scheme for the tactical mobile ad-hoc networks where the nodes usually move together forming a group. Our scheme is classified as a content-based routing scheme based on publish and subscribe model. The nodes compose a cluster according to their position and interest. Our scheme allows multi-level cluster nesting. As a publish/subscribe model does, each node announces its interest to the cluster head who aggregates and announces the interests from cluster members to its neighbor cluster head. Actual data messages are delivered to the end node via cluster header in the reverse direction of the interest announcement. Using Qualnet simulator, we evaluated the performance of our scheme in comparison with two well-known content-based routing schemes. Simulation results show that our scheme maintains higher message delivery ratio as number of nodes increases whereas the two schemes show much lower delivery ratio. In addition, as the group mobility gets faster our scheme incurs less or similar control message overhead compared with the two schemes.

  • This paper presents a game-theoretic model of information transmission for variable message sign(VMS) operations. There are one VMS operator and many drivers as players. Operator wants to minimize the total travel time while the drivers want to minimize their own travel time. The operator who knows the actual traffic situation offers information strategically. The drivers evaluate the information from operator, and then choose the route. We model this situation as a cheap-talk game which is a simplest form of Bayesian game. We show that there is a possibility that the operator can improve the traffic efficiency by manipulating the electric signs at times. Indeed, it is an equilibrium of the game. This suggests that the operator must consider the strategic use of VMS system seriously.

  • In recently years, distributed real-time software has performed important roles in various areas. Real-time applications should be performed with satisfying strict constraints on response time. Usually real-time applications are developed on the real-time supporting middleware such as TMO(Time-triggered, Message-triggered Object), CORBA/RT, and RTAI. However, it is not easy to develop applications using them since these real-time middleware are unfamiliar to programmers. In this paper, we propose an automatic code generator for real-time application based on TMO in order to reduce development costs. For increasing or reflecting the characteristics of TMO into the design model, SpM and SvM methods are added into the class diagram, which have time constraints as their properties. And behaviors of them are represented as separated regions on state machine diagram in different abstract level. These diagrams are inputted into TMO-based code automatic generator, which generates details of the TMO class. Our approach has advantages for decreasing effort and time for making real time software by automatically generating TMO codes without detailed knowledge of TMO.

Abstract Message Sequence Chart (MSC) standardized by International Telecommunication Union is a graphical and textual language for describing the specification of concurrent systems. It is frequently used both formally and informally for specifying the behavior of real-time systems, in particular telecommunication switching systems. To ensure that a communication system operates properly, the verification process showing the correctness of system's behavior formally is necessary. One of the verification methods is a finite-state method. In the finite-state method, the global state transition graph (GSTG) is constructed and then safety and liveness properties of systems are verified through a well-known method such as model checking. In this paper, we forcus on the construction of GSTG from the specifications of telecommunication software written in MSC. We suggest Action Dependency Graph (ADG) which can present the semantics of MSC intuitively and also provide a GSTG construction method from ADG. MSC specifications are translated to ADGs and, in turns, the GSTGs are constructed by using these ADGs.

  • Manufacturing Message Specification (MMS) is designed as a communication standard protocol, ISO/IEC 9506, on factory automation for messaging between heterogeneous programmable unit controller, PLC, NC, Robot, of different vendors on the networks. MMS is also a standard protocol of OSI reference model application layer, In this paper, we show an implementation of MMS over TCP/IP using ANSI-C programming language on the unix environment, and make java classification using java native interface (NJI) with MMS library. The use of java classification provides a basic environment ot overcome a difficult programming with different MMS application programming interface (MMS-I) which requires a siklled programming technique of graphic user interface (GUI). In this paper, we implement a MMS application program of the automated assembly model for printed circuit board based on WWW which shows the operation, control and monitoring of real manufacturing device (RMD) with web browser providing users for consistent user interface.

  • In the past, to stimulate customers' rationality were used as a marketing methods but the storytelling marketing is appealing to consumers by showing product or brand value. Storytelling marketing attracts clients favorable attitude. In this research, I tried to figure out how emotional storytelling and humor advertising affects to brand attitude a quality of products according to advertising types, brand image, trust, interest, message, advertising model, intension of purchase and recommendation requisite to impact on brand attitude. As a result emotional storytelling was more effective than the humor advertising method when forming the brand attitude and brand image. Also, among the types of advertisement, emotional storytelling tended to bring a significant difference between men and women. Emotional storytelling advertisement are increasing and being competitive. Therefore, we need notable advertisement. It is a significant research to understand how advertising type affects to consumers.

  • Today's enterprises take processes beyond their own organizational boundaries in order to electronically trade goods and services with partners under the concept of B2B e-commerce. In this environment, inter-organizational business processes are required and should be well defined not only in public processes between partners but in private processes within individual partners. For this purpose, we propose the method to represent inter-organizational business processes. First of all, a feasible modeling method for the inter-organizational workflow for B2B e-commerce is developed. This method is proposed based on BPSS in ebXML so that the binary and multiparty collaborations share a common process. In this method, message flows and control flows are separated in order to facilitate the design procedure of the inter-organizational workflow process. Second, a well-structured process modeling algorithm to design a well-structured inter-organizational workflow process is proposed. In the algorithm, a process is transformed to a Petri-net-based process model. This algorithm employs well-behaved modeling blocks, well-behaved control structures, and business transactions to develop well-structured process models by a top-down design.
