  • McT는 MOS-게이트형 사이리스터로써 MOS-게이트형 턴-온 및 턴-오프 특성과 낮은 도통 전압을 나타내는 소자이다. 그러나 SOA(Safe Operation Area)가 상대적으로 작기 때문에 스너버 회로를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 간단한 MCT PSPICE 모델을 사용하여 스위칭 특성과 RCD 스너버의 특성을 분석하였고 스너버 회로 설계방식을 제안하였다.

A Design of 2-D Zero-Phase IIR Digital Filter with Narrow Transition Band (협대역 변이영역을 갖는 2차원 영위상 IIR 디지털 필터의 설계)

  • In this paper, we are proposed a 2-D zero-phase IIR second-order filter which have separable denominators. The filter combines the advantages of the separable denominator and the simplicity of the McClellan transform. Generally, the McClellan transformation is not suitable for IIR filter because the 1-D to 2-D substibution can not be achieved easily in most of denominators. So we have designed the second order denominator using a separable condition via a first order McClellan transformation. The implementation of a higher order filter can be achieved by cascading such second order parts with different coefficients in denominator. As a result, we have suppressed the ripples in stopband and obtained the narrow transition band.

  • In this Paper, we discuss reducing the number of orthogonal code in Multi-Code CDMA (MC-CDMA) system. MC-CDMA system is highlighted for multi-media communication services, but conventional MC-CDMA(CMC-CDMA) system are needed many more orthogonal codes compared to traditional direct sequence CDMA(DS-CDMA) systems. in this paper, we propose the system which can reduce the number of orthogonal codes using sub-orthogonal code(SOC) technique. We certificate that the performance of the proposed system shows the almost same result under gaussian noise environment as compared to CMC-CDMA system through Monte-Curio computer simulation method.

  • New formulas for McClellan transform parameters for the design of 2-D Zero-phase FIR fan filters are optimally derived under the integral squared error(ISE) criterion. By imposing the constraint that F(0,0)=coswc, where F($.$) is the McClellan transform and w is the cutoff frequency of the 1-D prototype filter, the ISE is directly minimized without modifying it and, as a consequence, closed-form formulas for the McClellan transform parameters are obtained. It is shows that these formulas lead to a very efficient design for 2-D zero-phase FIR fan filters.

  • 유비쿼터스 사회가 도래함에 따라 유비쿼터스 기술을 도시에 적용한 u-City가 개발되고 있다. u-City는 다양한 정보화 기기들이 존재하며 정보화 기기 사이를 연결하는 다양한 네트워크 기술이 상존한다. u-City의 핵심 요소인 uMC(ubiquitous Management Center)는 u-City 내의 모든 서비스를 처리하도록 설계되었으며 도시를 통제하는 중요한 기능을 수행한다. 따라서 사용자의 인증 및 보안을 처리하기 위한 기술이 요구되며 이러한 기술은 uMC에 필수적으로 구현되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 인증 기술에 대해 설명하고, u-City 네트워크 환경에 적합한 인증 방법과 절차를 제안한다. 제안된 u-City 통합 인증 시스템은 u-City에 존재하는 정보화 단말기와 사용자를 인증하여 정당한 사용자에게만 IP를 할당하고, 할당된 사용자에 대해 정책에 따라 차별화된 권한을 부여 할 수 있으며, 따라서 uMC의 보안에 중요한 역할을 한다.

  • A voice type Moving Coil Linear Oscillatory Actuator(MC-LOA) has unbalanced magnetic circuit structure. Its asymmetric magnetic flux distribution along the mover directions causes shifting of displacement center to one side. Therefore, this paper analyzes both thrust and displacement characteristics and settles the unbalanced flux problem by performing shape optimization. The propriety of the improved design model has been verified by dynamic analysis based on the coupling of kinetic and electric equations.

  • In FIR (Finite Impulse Response) filter applications, Nth-band FIR digital filters are known to be important due to their reduced computational requirements. The conventional methods for designing FIR filters use iterative approaches such as the well-known Parks-Mcclellan algorithm. the Parks-Mcclellan algorithm is also used to design Nth-band FIR digital filters. But a disadvantage of the Parks-McClellan algorithm Is that it needs a good amount of design time. This paper describes a direct design method for third-band FIR Filters using Chebyshev polynomial, which provide a reduction in design time over indirect methods such as the Parks-McClellan algorithm. The response of the resulting filter is equi-ripple in passband. The proposed method of design produces a passband response that is equi-ripple to within a minuscule error, compare to that of the Parks-McClellan algorithm.

  • Radar receiving echo signal provides target information - range, velocity and position by signal magnitude and Doppler shift, which are determined by target reflection characteristics and target maneuver. Target angle error is extracted from the magnitude ratio of difference channel to sum channel. In this paper, we introduce a radar Return Signal Simulation Equipment(RSSE) which is implemented for the purpose of performance analysis and evaluation of phased array multi-function radar(MFR). It generates multi-target environment with jamming signals using MC-DDS (Multi-Channel Direct Digital Synthesis), and has scalability by using the efficient hardware configuration. The performance of the developed RSSE has been evaluated under various test environments. Especially, we proved that required target detection performance is achieved by RSP(Radar Signal Processor) interfaced RSSE configuration.

Analysis For Effective Moment For Iinertia For Corrugated Steel-Concrete Composite Deck with I-beam Welded (교량용 I형강 접합 절곡강합성 바닥판의 휨강성 분석)

  • Corrugated steel-concrete composite deck with I-beam welded is lighter and has higher load carrying capacity than RC slabs due to an I-beam embedded in the corrugated deck. The methods suggested from ACI and design standard of roadway bridge are used to evaluate effective moment inertia of RC structures. This paper presents evaluation and application of effective moment inertia for corrugated steel-concrete composite deck with I-beam welded by using the methods suggested from design standard of roadway bridge, ACI and CEB-FIP MC-90. In order to evaluate effective moment inertia, a series of flexural experiments were carried out. Five beams were built and the parameters considered in the experiments were studs, shape of the sections and connections of the beams. By using the aforementioned methods, effective moments of inertia was calculated and they were compared with the experimental results. As a result, The method suggested from CEB-FIP MC-90 yielded more satisfactory agreement than that from ACI. It was found that the beam has studs showed high load-carrying capacity and high effective moment of inertia.

  • Teachers must design instruction to meet effective teaching and learning before teaching implementation. The traditional models of instructional design such as Dick and Carey, ADDIE and ASSURE have been widely applied. However, the traditional models of instructional design have limitation in that students fail in deep understanding of subject content because of break down essential goal of the unit small pieces of contents. To solve this problem, Wiggins and McTighe have suggested backward design. Backward design is a method of designing instruction by setting evaluation before choosing activities or content to teach. Therefore, this study explores the effective teaching and learning by analyzing structure of backward design and appling backward design to 'Library and Information Life' subject for information literacy education. Backward design for 'Library and Information Life' subject applies the template which Wiggins and McTighe devised for instructional design.
