설계변경 분석을 통한 설계품질 평가모델 (Evaluation Model for Design Quality using Change Order Analysis)

  • 건설프로젝트에서 설계품질은 전반적인 프로젝트 목표를 달성하기 위하여 고려하여야 할 중요한 요소이다. 건설프로젝트의 품질확보를 위해서는 설계단계에서부터 관리기준에 따른 지속적인 품질관리활동이 필요하며 이는 장기적 관점에서 볼 때, PDCA 싸이클에 따라 피드백 되어야 한다. 본 연구는 설계품질을 객관적인 기준에 의하여 정량적으로 평가할 수 있고, 품질정보의 효율적인 피드백이 가능한 설계품질 평가모델을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 설계품질과 설계변경의 연관성에 착안하여 설계의 결과물인 설계도면과 시방서 변경사항을 시공단계에서의 하자와 같은 개념으로 파악하고, 객관적인 설계변경정보를 이용하여 품질을 정량적으로 평가할 수 는 설계품질지수 산정방법을 제안하였다. 또한 설계품질관리 항목에 있어서 국제 품질규격인 ISO 시리즈를 적용함으로써 해외 수주 의존도가 높은 국내의 현실을 반영하였다.

서울지역 일부 학교 영양교사의 직무에 대한 인식과 개선 요구도 (Job Perception and the Need for Job Improvement among School Nutrition Teachers in Seoul)

  • Objectives: The objectives of the study were to investigate the school nutrition teachers' perception on their job and to find out recommendations needed for its improvement in order to provide a quality foodservice and nutrition education at schools. Methods: A total of 219 school nutrition teachers in Seoul were surveyed using selfadministered questionnaires. Results: The perceived importance of the 16 job duties was rated 3.8 based on a 5-point scale (1: very unimportant - 5: very important). The importance of six duties including nutrition management, production management, nutrition education, and food safety management were rated over 4 point but that of record-keeping for documents, official reporting, and service management was rated the lowest. Importance-Performance Analysis showed that nutrition management, receiving/storage management, production management, menu management, food safety management, and equipment/facilities management should be emphasized to maintain the current performance of duties. The performance of the nutrition education and counseling needed to be improved since the importance scores were greater than average but the performance scores were lower than the average. Official reporting and miscellaneous jobs were rated the highest for simplification need. More than half of the respondents agreed that equipment/facilities management, miscellaneous jobs, service staff supervision, and service line supervision could be allocated to other school departments. Conclusions: School nutrition teachers should invest more time and resources on their core job duties such as nutrition management, production management, food safety management, and nutrition education for providing quality foodservice and nutrition education. To reflect the environmental changes of school foodservice, a reasonable staffing index of school nutrition teachers needs to be developed. In addition, hiring an assistant or implementing school nutrition teacher internship programs can be useful to reduce workloads of the nutrition teachers.

중학교 가정교과서의 국제비교 연구 (An International Comparative Study on Home Economics Text Books of Middle School)

  • This study was conducted to compare the outward aspects, objectives, and the contents of Home Economics text books of middle schools of Korea, Japan, U.S.A. and England. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The outward aspects of tex books: The Korean text books were small in size and the quality of paper was inferior to those of foreign countries. The Japanese text books were written by many authors, contained many lab works and data. Text books of U.S.A. were big in size made with good quality paper and contained many colour pictures. Text books England contained many problems and lab works. 2. Objectives of the Home Economics and Unit objectives: The objective of the subjects of Home Economics was written only in Korean text books. The unit objectives were described most concretely and detailedly in Korean text books comparing with other countries. 3. Contents: Korean text books covered all six areas of foods, clothings, housing, home management, family and occupation and theoretical explanations prevailed. Japanese text books contained numerous lab works, lacked two areas of home management and occupation, thecontents included a few practical lab works two areas of home management and occupation, the contents included a few practical lab works. In the text books of U.S.A. contained all six areas of Home Economics were covered and special emphasis was placed on self discovory and self development, and vocational guidance was also stressed. The text book of England contained only three areas of Home Economics, clothing, foods and housing; the number of area was limited but the basic theories of covered area was intended to lead to self comprehension through questions and lab works.

병원의 성과급제 운영실태 및 활성화 전략 (Investigation on the Management Status of Incentive Pay System in Hospital and Strategy to Invigorate)

  • The objectives of this study were first to inspect the background information of an incentive pay system in hospitals, which provide specialized services for the public, the current status of hospitals with the system, as well as effects produced by introducing it, and then to come up with measures to invigorate the system. According to the findings of a survey, a total of 123 out of 150 hospitals responded that they applied the system to their HR management, some fully or some partially, which accounts for 82.0 percent. This study suggested that the following strategies to invigorate the incentive pay system: having a clear objective when adopting the system; concerted performance targets; practical yet worth challenging business objectives; transparent information disclosure; and establishing a confidence-building system between labor and management. Mutual trust between labor and capital should be a key factor for the successful implementation of the incentive pay system.

  • Objective of Urban regeneration project is a recovery of urban utilities through a physical, environmental, cultural, industrial and economic regeneration. The current paradigm of urban regeneration is not a simple redevelopment as physical redevelopment or improvement. Urban regeneration project is an overall development including a central commercial capacity and business capacity for administration and management, cultural facilities, sightseeing, a residential area. So Urban regeneration project include a various project. Project management of Urban Regeneration project is widely different with general project management. For that purpose, this research would offer to contribute the success factors of urban regeneration project for successful project. For offering these, this research analyzed the properties of urban regeneration project and success factors of construction project by reviewing a literature. The principal characteristics are variety objectives of each district of urban regeneration project, a diversity of stakeholder's objectives and complex structure of stakeholders, an unstructured decision-making system, a lack of plan for business cooperation. We abstracted factors for urban regeneration from brainstorming and verification by experienced experts. We suggest 2 factors related to achieving a goal effectively and 10 factors related to progress of urban regeneration project efficiently.

  • This study was designed to identify the concept of institutional households in the context of its human-needs-satisfying function. The specific objectives of this study were to refine the research boundary of institutional households and to develop the management principals which is appropriate to the characteristics and orientations of institutional households. This study concludes as follows : 1. it is important to find various types and forms of institutional households for the more advanced study. 2. the professionals in family resource management area should have the future-oriented-perspectives in improving the concept of institutional households.

  • The risk management case is an organization's formal arrangement to ensure the safety of its work activity within risk management system. It allows an organization to demonstrate its capability in achieving its safety objectives and in meeting regulatory requirements. This paper presents how the safety assessments are described, prepared and maintained to meet the criteria specified by the upcoming safety regulations. We propose the elements of risk management system that include arrangements for the ongoing identification of hazards, assessment of risks and the implementation of necessary control measures.

예산관리제도의 도입과 실제적 운용에 관한 사례연구 -표준적인 작업의 성과측정을 중심으로- (The Case Study on The Introduction and Practical Application of the Budget Management System -On the Performance Measurement of Standard Work Unit-)

  • In introducing and applying the budget management system, the question of how to establish management structure(skelton) representing budget management responsible unit is significantly related to the degree of accuracy and analysis on the performance measurement of standard work unit. We have the following rational process of establishing performance measurement of budget management System ; 1) Standardization of work method 2) Establishment of management structure 3) Institution of budget management system. Especially, this system is based on a premise of efficiency of objectives management, it is assumed that performance measurement in the standard work unit must be enforced according to the basis and categories of performance evaluation based on the evaluating work unit. Therefore, most of all, the following three detail questions(subjects) are to be determined in order to rationalize these above principles to a maximum possible extent of performance measurement system. First, we established respective performance standard unit with respect to such detailed work unit, performance standard unit of which were accurately applicable directly from using the budget ana objectives account data and their supplementary data of the work measurement techniques. Second, by using the above mentioned question, over all evaluation and suggestion are made based on the study of the recording for each work unit development, budget management and production nit (volume of production) Third, the measurement of performance of budget management system is based on the principle of standard work unit, compared with the standard basis and actual work unit by period and activities unit and calculated percentage effectiveness according to the above procedure. and so evaluated the efficiency of performance measurement on the budget management system.

Tabu Search 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 이용한 산림경영 의사결정지원시스템 구현 (Development of a decision supporting system for forest management based on the Tabu Search heuristic algorithm)

  • 최근 산림경영의 목표가 다양해지고 환경적인 기능을 고려한 공간적인 요소들이 고려되는 등 경영계획을 수립하는 것이 점차 복잡해지고 있다. 따라서 다양한 목표와 조건을 만족시킬 수 있는 최적화 경영기법의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 복잡한 경영목표를 다루거나 공간적인 인자들을 다루는데 효과적인 Tabu Search(TS) 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 이용하여, 최적화된 경영계획을 수립할 수 있도록 산림경영 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 TS 알고리즘의 논리적 흐름을 분석하여 여러 세부 프로세스를 설계하였다. 또한 시스템의 효율성을 높이기 위해서, 각 세부 프로세스의 운영시간 및 작업부하를 최소화하고 시스템 자원의 활용을 극대화하기 위한 방안들을 검토하였다. 이를 토대로 본 연구에서는 TS 알고리즘의논리적 흐름을 일부 변형한모델과 원형 알고리즘에 기반한 모델을 적용하여 최적화 모델링을 수행하고 그 결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과 본 연구를 통해 개발된 의사결정시스템은 주어진 경영목표 및 제한조건을 만족시키는 해를 제공하는 것이 가능하였으며, 특히 변형된 TS 알고리즘을 적용하는 경우 보다 안정적인 최적화 모델링이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 우리나라 산림의 최적화된 경영계획을 수립하는데 본 연구에서 개발된 의사결정시스템의 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
