This study examined the treatment characteristics of hard-to-degrade pollutants such as TCE which are found in organic solvent and cleaning wastewater by nZVI that have excellent oxidation and reduction characteristics. In addition, this study tried to find out the degradation characteristics of TCE by Fenton-like process, in which $H_2O_2$ is dosed additionally. In this study, different ratios of nZVI and $H_2O_2$, such as 1.0 mM : 0.5 mM, 1.0 mM : 1.0 mM, and 1.0 mM : 2.0 mM were used. When 1.0 mM of nZVI was dosed with 1.0 mM of $H_2O_2$, the removal efficiency of TOC was the highest and the first order rate constant was also the highest. When 1mM of nZVI was dosed with 0.5 mM of $H_2O_2$, the first order rate constant and removal efficiency were the lowest. The size of first order rate constant and removal efficiency was in the order of nZVI 1.0 mM : $H_2O_2$ 1.0 mM > nZVI 1.0 mM : $H_2O_2$ 2.0 mM > nZVI 1.0 mM : $H_2O_2$ 0.5 mM > $H_2O_2$ 1.0 mM > nZVI 1.0 mM. It is estimated that when 1.0 mM of nZVI is dosed with 1.0 mM of $H_2O_2$, $Fe^{2+}$ ion generated by nZVI and $H_2O_2$ react in the stoichiometric molar ratio of 1:1, thus the first order rate constant and removal efficiency are the highest. And when 1.0 mM of nZVI is dosed with 2.0 mM of $H_2O_2$, excessive $H_2O_2$ work as a scavenger of OH radicals and excessive $H_2O_2$ reduce $Fe^{3+}$ into $Fe^{2+}$. As for the removal efficiency of TOC in TCE by simultaneous dose and sequential dose of nZVI and $H_2O_2$, sequential dose showed higher first order reaction rate and removal efficiency than simultaneous dose. It is estimated that when nZVI is dosed 30 minutes in advance, pre-treatment occurs and nanoscale $Fe^0$ is oxidized to $Fe^{2+}$ and TCE is pre-reduced and becomes easier to degrade. When $H_2O_2$ is dosed at this time, OH radicals are generated and degrade TCE actively.

In this paper, we propose two algorithms for classifying services with similar delay characteristics into three classes and allocating radio resources according to priority in LTE-A system where H2H and M2M services coexist. The first is to allocate resources from the higher priority class to the lower priority class, and each class gives priority to H2H over M2M, and the other is to give priority to H2H regardless of delay characteristics except for the class with the highest priority. The RA success probability was analyzed according to the access rate(${\alpha}$) of M2M devices in each class. In comparison with the conventional systems, it was improved from 0.5 to 0.52 for ${\alpha}_{2M}=0.05$ in two classes. In the three classes, the success probability was slightly increased from 0.5 to 0.57 for ${\alpha}_{2M}={\alpha}_{3M}=1$ and from 0.5 to 0.58 for ${\alpha}_{2M}=0.5$ and ${\alpha}_{3M}=0.1$. Although 6 services are considered in the proposed scheme, the RA success probability is almost similar to the previous scheme because the average arrival rate of H2H of each class is set to the same.

In this paper, we estimate the mean number of objects in the M/H2/1 model for web service when the mean object size in the M/H2/1 model is equal to that of the M/G/1/PS and M/BP/1 models. To this end, we use the mean object size obtained by assuming that the mean latency of deterministic model is equal to that of M/H2/1, M/G/1/PS, and M/BP/1 models, respectively. Computational experiments show that if the shape parameter of the M/BP/1 model is 1.1 and the system load is greater than 0.35, the mean number of objects in the M/H2/1 model when mean object size of M/H2/1 model is the same as that of M/G/1/PS model is almost equal to the mean number of objects in the M/H2/1 model when the mean object size of M/H2/1 model is the same as that of M/BP/1 model. In addition, as the upper limit of the M/BP/1 model increases, the number of objects in the M/H2/1 model converges to one, which increases latency. These results mean that it is efficient to use small-sized objects in the web service environment.
In normal Fenton's reagent, the reductive mechanism of carbon tetrachloride (CT) with superoxide radical (${O_2}^-$.) was observed and the rate of ${O_2}^-$. production was investigated as a function of $H_2O$$_2$ concentration and pH. As pH was increased, the rate of 1-hexanol degradation was rapidly decreased from 90% (at pH 3) to 5% (at pH 11). On the other hand, more degradation of carbon tetrachloride was observed at higher pH regimes indicating Fenton's reaction is an oxidant-reductant co-existing system at neutral pHs. The rate of $O_2^{-}$ . production was observed at different $H_2$$O_2$ concentrations and at different pHs. The rate increased from (45.3$\pm$7.8) x $10^{-6}$ M/s to (151.0$\pm$26.2) x $10^{-6}$ M/s ($294mM H_2$$O_2$) at pH 11: the rate 3150 increased from (22.1$\pm$3.8) x $10^{-6}$ M/s at pH 7 to (151.0$\pm$26.2) x $^10{-6}$ M/s at pH 11 with 294mM $H_2$$O_2$, These results showed that Fenton's reagent could be applied at wide pH regimes. Especially, carbon tetrachloride, which can not be easily adsorbed to soils and then can be dissolved into groundwater causing a cancer, could be efficiently treated by Fenton's reagent.reagent.
The most advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) are based on reactivity of strong and non-selective oxidants such as hydroxyl radical (${\cdot}OH$). Decomposition of typical DNAPL chlorinated compounds (TCE, PCE) using various advanced oxidation processes ($UV/Fe^{3+}$-chelating agent/$H_2O_2$ process, $UV/H_2O_2$ process) was approached to develop appropriate methods treating chlorinated compound (TCE, PCE) for further field application. $UV/H_2O_2$ oxidation system was most efficient for degrading TCE and PCE at neutral pH and the system could remove 99.92% of TCE after 150 min reaction time at pH 6($[H_2O_2]$ = 147 mM, UVdose = 17.4 kwh/L) and degrade 99.99% of PCE within 120 min ($[H_2O_2]$ = 29.4 mM, UVdose = 52.2 kwh/L). Whereas, $UV/Fe^{3+}$-chelating agent/$H_2O_2$ system removed TCE and PCE ca. > 90% (UVdose = 34.8 kwh/L, $[Fe^{3+}]$ = 0.1 mM, [Oxalate] = 0.6 mM, $[H_2O_2]$ = 147 mM) and 98% after 6hrs (UVdose = 17.4 kwh/L, $[Fe^{3+}]$ = 0.1 mM, [Oxalate] = 0.6 mM, $[H_2O_2]$ = 29.4 mM), respectively. We improved the reproduction system with addition of UV light to modified Fenton reaction by increasing reduction rate of $Fe^{3+}$ to $Fe^{2+}$. We expect that the system save the treatment time and improve the removal efficiencies. Moreover, we expect the activity of low molecular organic compounds such as acetate or oxalate be effective for maintaining pH condition as neutral. This oxidation system could be an economical, environmental friendly, and practical treatment process since the organic compounds and iron minerals exist in nature soil conditions.

In this study, we consider a group-based random access method for group connection and delivery by grouping devices when H2H devices and large-scale M2M devices coexist in a cell in NB-IoT environment. H2H devices perform individual random access, but M2M devices are grouped according to a NPRACH transmission period, and a leader of each group performs random access. The preamble is allocated using the variable preamble allocation algorithm of the Disjoint Allocation(DA) method. The proposed preamble allocation algorithm is an algorithm that preferentially allocates preambles that maximizes throughput of H2H to H2H devices and allocates the rest to M2M devices. The access distribution of H2H and M2M devices was set as Poisson distribution and Beta distribution, respectively, and throughput, collision probability and resource utilization were analyzed. As the random access transmission slot is repeated, the proposed preamble allocation algorithm decreases the collision probability from 0.93 to 0.83 and 0.79 when the number M2M device groups are 150. In addition, it was found that the amount of increase decreased to 33.7[%], 44.9[%], and 48.6[%] of resource used.
Paper electrophoretic separation of octahedrally bonded (Ruc $l_{6}$ )$^{3-}$ has been carried out by using the specially designed migration apparatus. The supporting electrolyte solutions are as follows: 0.1M-HCl $O_4$, 0.05 M-HCl+0.09M-KCl, 0.1M-HCl, 5$\times$10$^{-3}$ M-NTA, 0.01M-HCl, 0.01M-HCl $O_4$, 0.01M-citric acid, 0.01M-K $H_2$P $O_4$+0.01M-N $a_2$HP $O_4$, 0.05M-borax, 0.025M-N $a_2$C $O_3$+0.025M-NaHC $O_3$, 0.01M-N $a_3$P $O_4$, 0.01M-NaOH and 0.1 M-NaOH. The (Ruc $l_{6}$ )$^{3-}$ appears in 2 to 4 peaks and is found in several chemical species such as (RuCl ($H_2O$)$_{5}$ )$^{2+}$, cis and trans (RuC $l_2$($H_2O$)$_4$)$^{1+}$, (RuC $l_3$($H_2O$)$_3$)$^{0}$ , (RuC $l_4$($H_2O$)$_2$)$^{1-}$, (RuC $l_{5}$ ($H_2O$))$^{2-}$ and (RuC $l_{6}$ )$^{3-}$. The retention value has been found to be highest in the 0.025M-N $a_2$C $O_3$+0.025M-NaHC $O_3$ electrolyte solution.n.
Reactive of gen species (ROS) contribute to several cellular function and are involved in the regulation of signal transduction, gene expression, and proliferation. In the present study, we investigated the effect of $H_2O_2$ treatment on IgM secretion in LPS-stimulated murine B Iymphoma, CH12.LX. Cells were treated directly With $H_2O_2$ and stimulated with LPS. $H_2O_2$ treatment during 72 h time period inhibited IgM secretion in LPS-stimulated CH12.LX cells in a dose- and time-dependent manners. After treatment with 50 $\mu\textrm{M}$$H_2O_2$ during 72 h time period, the level of IgM in LPS-stimulated CH12.LX cells was markedly decreased, whereas cell viability was not significantly changed. Addition of $H_2O_2$ concomitantly with LPS, or 12 h post-LPS stimulation, produced a significant inhibition of IgM secretion, Whereas inhibitory effect of $H_2O_2$ on IgM secretion was not observed when added 24 h after LPS stimulation. These findings suggest that $H_2O_2$ can inhibit the secretion of IgM in LPS-stimulated CH15.LX cells, and may alter the events necessary for terminal B cell differentiation.
UV/H_2O_2$, $O_3$, $O_3/H_2O_2$, $UV/H_2O_2/O_3$ processes were tested for the removal of COD and color from terephthalic acid wastewater. COD removal efficiencies were 10, 48, 56, 63% in the $UV/H_2O_2$, $O_3$, $O_3/H_2O_2$, $UV/H_2O_2/O_3$ process respectively. Color removal efficiency of $UV/H_2O_2$ process was 80% and $O_3$, $O_3/H_2O_2$, $UV/H_2O_2/O_3$ processes were almost more than 99%. Terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid and benzoic acid were completely destructed in terephthalic wastewater within 120 min by $UV/H_2O_2/O_3$ process and shows high COD and color removal efficiencies. The optimum concentration of $H_2O_2$ dosage was found to be 0.5 M, 25 mM and 5 mM for $UV/H_2O_2$, $O_3/H_2O_2$ and $UV/H_2O_2/O_3$ processes respectively, Organic destruction efficiency was enhanced and also reducing the consumption of $H_2O_2$ dosage by combining UV, $H_2O_2$ and $O_3$ process.
Emergence and early growth changes of stratification condition of tea (Camellia sinensis) seeds were investigated in 7 treatments (control, pH 4, pH 10, 70% ethanol (EtOH), 10 mM H2O2, 100 mM H2O2, and physical shock (5.9 J)). Ethanol treatment was toxic and did not induce emergence. The emergence rate was 36.7% in the control, 26.7% under pH 10, 46.7% under pH 4, 48.3% under physical shock, 51.7% under 10 mM H2O2, and 65.0% under 100 mM H2O2 treatments. It was higher by approximately 178% in the H2O2 treatment as compared to the control. Plant height was 6.5 cm in the control, 6.6 cm under pH 10, 7.6 cm under pH 4, 7.8 cm under physical shock, 8.3 cm under 10 mM H2O2, and 9.1 cm under 100 mM H2O2 treatments. Leaf length and leaf width were also higher under the H2O2 treatment. Therefore, hydrogen peroxide treatment induced emergence and increased the uniformity of early growth.
