In this paper we introduce stronger form of the notion of cover so-called p-cover which is more appropriate. According to this cover we introduce and study another type of compactness in L-fuzzy topology so-called $C^*$-compact and study some of its properties with some interrelation.

Tilting train has been developed to increase the operational speed of the trains on conventional lines which have many curves. The train are tilted at curves to compensate for unbalanced carbody centrifugal acceleration to a greater extent than compensation produced by the track cant, so that passengers do not feel centrifugal acceleration and thus trains can run at higher speed at curves. This paper developed PDM(product data management) to make a system engineering of TTX(Tilting Train eXpress) with maximum operation speed of 180 km/h.

The interval approach to the linguistic expression coding nears us to the human idea. Thus, what seems "weak" for a person can appear very weak for another person or for the same person in others circumstances. However, the utilization of intervals is not restrained to the cases of linguistic expression coding. Indeed, the interval can facilitate the solution of several problems.

본 논문에서는 다중객체 인식 시스템과 같은 저용량 데이터전송의 저전력 무선센서네트워크 분야에 적용 가능한 새로운 펄스 방식의 저 속도 무선 비동기식 UWB(Wireless Asynchronous Ultra-Wide band) 시스템을 제안하고 이를 설계 및 구현한다. 특히, 펄스방식의 저전력 UWB시스템을 구현하기 위해서 전형적인 통신시스템의 수신기 구조인 RF단의 믹서, 상관기와 A/D 변환기를 없애고 최대한 단순화된 구조의 무선 비동기 방식의 UWB 송수신기를 설계하였다. 또한, 설계된 무선 비동기식 UWB 시스템의 테스트베드를 구현하였고, 구현된 무선 비동기식 UWB 시스템의 응용 시스템 예로 홈 내 또는 강의실과 같은 곳에서 하나의 송신 무선 비동기식 UWB 송신기 측에서 10 m 거리 범위 내에 있는 다수의 수신 무선 비동기식 UWB 측으로 동시에 그림이나 글을 전송할 수 있는 1:N HD(Half Duplex) 방식의 저전력 무선 캔버스(CANVAS) 시스템을 실제 구현하였다. 이를 통해, 제안된 무선 비동기식 UWB 시스템은 LOS(Line of Sight) 채널상태의 전송거리 10m에서 안정적으로 최대 115kbps 급의 전송속도가 지원 가능함을 확인하였다.

A generalized net is used to construct a model which describes the process of evaluation of the problems solved by students. The model utilizes the theory of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The model can be used to simulate some processes, related to estimation of students' background.

In order to care about preserving the environment for future generations, each country has been required to make the laws of the environment. So manufacturers must design, manufacture and sell goods that meet customer's need and must do this while meeting the needs of the environment. In this research we have developed product structure and configuration management system that treats electronic catalogs for recycling of train parts. This research focused on two system. One is JAVA-based electronic catalog that give the information about recycling of train parts. The other is product structure and configuration management system based on electronic catalog and Bill of Materials(B.O.M).

본 연구에서는 대기환경시료 및 현장조건에서 채취한 현장시료들 중, 악취성분 및 주요 VOC 성분들 중에서 여러 유형의 관리대상으로 지정 중인 benzene, toluene, p-xylene, styrene, methyl ethyl ketone의 농도분석 방식들을 비교하였다. 이때, GC/FID와 튜브를 연계한 F-T 분석방식과 GC/MS와 백(bag)을 연계한 M-B방식으로 같은 시료를 각각 분석하고 이들 결과 값을 비교하였다. 상관분석결과, toluene과 pxylene에서 F-T와 M-B방법간의 결과에서 큰 상관성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다(P < 1.4E-08). 양 기기간의 오차를 percent difference (PD)와 같이 산술적으로 구하여 평가한 결과, benzene과 toluene의 농도는 상대적으로 비슷한 경향을 보였다. 그러나 분석대상 성분들 간에 양 방식의 차이는 평균적으로 35%가 넘으면서 F-T와 M-B간의 오차가 일정 수준이상으로 존재하였다. 그리고 F-T/M-B ratio가 대부분 1 이하로 나타나면서, M-B의 결과 값이 F-T에 비해 상대적으로 크게 나타나는 경향을 보였다. 양 분석기기로부터 산출한 결과 값을 통계적으로 판단하기 위해, t-test를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 95% 신뢰수준에서 toluene, pxylene, styrene, methyl ethyl ketone 성분에서는 두 시스템간의 결과 값에 차이가 유의한 것으로 나타났다(P < 0.043). 그러나 전반적으로 양 분석기법의 차이에 따른 오차는 상당 부분 선택한 표준시료의 성상 및 백내부의 시료손실 등과 같은 요인에 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

E3 ligase로 알려진 Parkin은 protein quality control에서 중요한 역할을 할 뿐만 아니라, 이런 quality control system의 이상으로 나타나는 퇴행성 뇌질환에도 밀접한 연관성이었다. 이와 같이 생체의 필수적인 업무를 담당하는 Parkin의 기능을 생화학적 측면에서 연구하기 위해서는 고 순도의 단백질을 다량 정제할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하나, 아직까지 Parkin의 발현 양상과 정제법에 관한 연구가 미흡한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 pCEX system을 이용하여 Parkin을 대장균에서 overexpression시켜 단일 스텝으로 정제할 수 있는 방법을 정립하였다. 저온의 배양조건에서 0.01 mM의 IPTC로 발현을 유도한 결과 $90\%$ 이상의 순도를 가지는 완전한 크기의 Parkin을 정제할 수 있었다. 또한, 여러 tag을 갖는 Parkin plasmid를 제작하였을 뿐만 아니라, 이들을 HEK293 세포에 transfection하여 Parkin의 발현 양상을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 Parkin의 N-말단에 pretense에 민감한 절단 부위가 존재한다는 사실을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 정립한 Parkin 정제법과 포유류 세포에서 Parkin의 발현 양상에 대한 결과는 Parkin의 기질을 탐색하고,그들이 Parkin의 효소 활성 및 기능에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위한 다양한 연구에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

If two inspectors classify items in a lot into m classes, it is possible that each of them makes wrong classification in some cases, thus causing bias. Expressions have been obtained for the limits of this bias in estimating the proportion of the different classes. From the results of the classification they obtained limit for the estimates of Proportions have been worked out, based on assumption regarding the magnitudes of probabilities of misclassification. Now we suppose that $P_{ti}{\;}(t=1.2)$ is the probability that t the inspector classifies correctly an item in class $A_i$ and $q_{tji}$ is the probability that he misclassifies in $A_j$ an item actually belonging to $A_i$, therefor, $P_{ti}+ \sum\limits_{j{\neq}i}q_{tji}=1$ An estimate for the proportion $P_k$ of the class $A_k$ in the lot would be $\hat{P}_k=r_{kk}+(\frac{1}{2})\sum\limits_{j{\neq}k}r_{kj}+r_{jk}$ The % Bias in proportion $\hat{P}_k$ is $\frac{E(\hat{P}_k)-P_k}{P_k}{\times}100$
