생산성 향상을 위한 세선 인발공정설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fine Wire Drawing Process Design to Improve the Productivity)

  • The control of wire temperature is very important in the fine wire drawing process. The wire speed should be increased, and the wire temperature should be dropped as much as possible. Up to now, the process design of wire drawing process depends on the experiences of experts. In this study, a wire drawing process design method was proposed to increase the productivity. The proposed method of this study includes the pass schedule and the design of a multi pass wire drawing machine. A pass schedule was performed based on the calculation of the wire temperature. Also, a new multi pass wire drawing machine was manufactured to apply the designed pass schedule. Through the wire drawing experiment, the effectiveness of the proposed process design method was evaluated. The final drawing speed was increased from 1,100m/min to 2,000m/min without deterioration of final drawn wire.

M-IPA 기법을 이용한 하이패스 만족도 제고 방안 (Improvement of Hi-Pass Users' Satisfaction Using Modified Importance Performance Analysis)

  • 2007년 전국적으로 개통된 하이패스(Hi-pass)의 이용률은 70%에 육박하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 하이패스 이용률이 약 70%에 이르고 있는 상황에서 기존 하이패스 이용자들의 편의성과 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 찾고자 수정 중요도-만족도 분석(Modified Importance-Performance Analysis, M-IPA)을 수행하였다. 서비스 분석에서 주로 사용되었던 M-IPA 기법의 경우 지역, 계층, 성별 등 다양한 유형별 특성 파악 및 각 유형별 개선 전략 수립이 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. M-IPA 수행 결과 '무정차 납부'와 '통행요금 연계 할인'항목의 경우 중점 개선 항목으로 도출되었다. '무정차 납부'항목의 개선을 위하여 하이패스 이용수요에 맞는 하이패스 톨 부스의 운영 및 영업소 전후 진출입로를 고려한 하이패스 부스의 위치 선정 등의 개선이 필요한 것으로 도출되었다. 또한,'통행요금 연계 할인'의 항목의 경우 현재 하이패스 이용 시 통행요금 할인이 이루어지고 있으나, 이에 대한 인식이 부족하여 홍보가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 하이패스 이용자들의 만족도를 개선시켜 하이패스 이용률을 제고시킬 수 있는 방안 도출을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

뇌졸중 환자의 체간조절 능력과 동적균형 및 보행과의 상관관계 (The Relationships among Trunk Control Ability, Dynamic Balance and Gait in Stroke Patients)

  • Objectives: This study investigated the correlation among Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke (PASS), Timed "Up and Go" Test (TUG) and gait (velocity, cadence, step-length, stride-length and single-limb support). Methods: The 70 subjects were assessed on trunk control measured with the use of the PASS, dynamic balance (TUG) and gait function (by GAITRite). The data were analyzed using Pearson product correlation. Results: The PASS total scores were significantly correlated with PASS-M, PASS-C, and PASS-T (r =.80 ~ .88 p<.01). All items of the PASS were significantly correlated with TUG (r = -.63 ~ -.81 p<.01), velocity (r = .44~.58 p<.01), cadence (r =.38 ~.51. p<.01), affected side step length (r = .44 ~.56 p<.01) and affected side stride length (r = .45 ~.59 p<.01). But affected side single-limb support was lowly correlated with PASS-M, PASS-C, PASS-T and PASS-total (r = .25~.36 p<.05). Conclusions: Measures of trunk control were significantly related with values of dynamic balance and gait. Based on these results, trunk control is an essential core component of balance and gait. Trunk control training programs after stroke should be developed and emphasized.

습식 신선공정의 단선율 저감을 위한 패스 재설계 (Pass Redesign for Reduction of Wire Breakage in the Wet Wire Drawing Process)

  • The Production of fine wire through wet wire drawing process with appropriate pass schedule would be impossible without understanding of relationship among many process parameters. Therefore, this paper investigates the relationship among process parameters of wet wire drawing process. In this study, it is possible to obtain the important basic data that can be used in the pass schedule of multi-pass wet wire drawing process. In order to verify the effectiveness of the analysis, pass redesign was performed based on the result of analysis to reduce the wire breakage. The wire breakage between the conventional pass schedule and the redesigned pass schedule was compared by the FE analysis and the wet win drawing experiment.

  • Generally, fine high carbon steel wire is produced using a multi-pass drawing process with speeds over 1000 m/min. The productivity of the wire drawing mainly depends on achieving the highest drawing speed without breaking the wire. In the multi-pass drawing, as the final drawing speed increases, the temperature rises several hundred Celsius. High temperature of wire increases the brittleness and leads to breaks. The objective of this study is to design pass schedule and wire drawing machine for superhigh speed. In the drawing experiment, it was possible to increase the productivity through the increase in final speed from 1100 m/min to 2000 m/min.

  • The production of fine wire through multi-pass wet wire drawing process would be impossible with no backtension at inlet of dies. Backtension is affected by many process parameters, such as dies reduction, coiling number of wire at capstan, machine constant, slip between wire and capstan, characteristic of lubricant and so on. Up to date, dies design and dies pass schedule of multi-pass wet wire drawing process have performed by trial and error of expert in the Industrial field without consideration of quantitative relation among process variables. Thus study investigates the multi-pass wet wire drawing process considering the relation among process variables, such as dies reduction, coiling number of wire at capstan, machine constant, slip between wire and capstan, etc. And analysis program which can analyze many important process values(drawing force, backtension force, slip rate, slip velocity rate, etc) for die design and dies pass schedule of multi-pass wet wire drawing process was developed.

인발응력을 고려한 다단 형상인발 공정설계 (Process Design of Multi-pass Shape Drawing Considering the Drawing Stress)

  • In this study, a process design method for the multi-pass shape drawing is proposed with consideration of the drawing stress. First, the shape drawing load was calculated to evaluate the shape drawing stress, and the intermediate die shape was determined by using an electric field analysis and the average reduction ratio. In order to evaluate whether material yielding occurs at the die exit, the drawing stress was determined by using the calculated shape drawing load. Finally, FE-analysis and shape drawing experiments were conducted to validate the design of the multi-pass shape drawing process. From the results of the FE-analysis and shape drawing experiments, it was possible to produce a sound shape drawn product with the designed process. The dimensional tolerances of the product were within the allowable tolerances.

DEM 정밀도 향상을 위한 2-pass DInSAR 방법의 적용 (Application of 2-pass DInSAR to Improve DEM Precision)

  • 2-pass Differential Interferometry(DInSAR)에서는 digital elevation model(DEM)을 이용하여 interferogram에서 지형의 위상을 제거함으로써 지형과 변위에 대한 두 가지의 위상 효과를 분리한다. 이 방법은 phase unwrapping 단계가 필요 없다는 장점이 있는 반면에 사용되는 DEM의 정밀도가 높아야 한다는 제약이 있다. 2-pass DInSAR를 이용하여 미세한 지각 변위의 인지가 가능하나, 두 SAR 자료의 관측기간 중 변위가 없는 경우에는 잔여 위상은 사용된 DEM의 오차를 반영한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 DEM의 정밀도를 향상시키기 위해 낮은 정밀도의 DEM을 사용하는 방법에 대한 기초 연구로써 아산만 지역에 2-pass DInSAR 방법을 시험 적용하였다. ERS 1/2 tandem SAR 자료와 DInSAR 계산을 위해 DTED level 0을 사용하였으며, 얻어진 결과의 정밀도 분석을 1:25,000 수치지도와 비교하였다. 생성된 DEM의 절대 고도 오차 평균 9.7m이며, 이는 일반적인 InSAR 방법에 의해 얻어진 DEM의 절대 고도 오차 평균 15.8m와 DTED level 0의 절대 고도 오차 평균 18.1m보다 향상된 결과를 보였다. 이 방법은 사면의 경사도가 높은 경우 InSAR에서 나타나는 layover 영향을 효과적으로 줄일 수 있다. 즉, DInSAR 방법은 지각의 변위 관측뿐만 아니라 지형 고도 자료가 부족한 지역에서 정밀도를 향상시키는데 활용될 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

Steel Cord 생산을 위한 초고속 습식 신선 패스 설계 (Pass Design of Wet-Drawing with Ultra High Speed for Steel Cord)

  • Improving the productivity of steel cord is required due to the increase in demand for it, even though steel cord being used as a reinforcement of a tire has been produced at multi-pass wet wire drawing process over 1000m/min. To improve the productivity, if just increase drawing speed, it causes temperature rise, fracture arisen by embrittlement during drawing process. To increase drawing speed affecting productivity, the variation of wire temperature during multi-pass wet wire drawing process is investigated in this study. In result, the multi-pass wet wire drawing process is redesigned. The redesigned wet drawing process with 27 passes efficiently controls wire temperature during drawing process. It, therefore, enables drawing process to be possible at ultra high speed with 2000m/min. It becomes possible to improve the productivity of steel cord in this paper because the increase in drawing speed could be achieved.
