신지역정책의 작동요인에 관한 연구 (What Makes Korea's New Regional Policy Workable?)

  • 한국의 경제발전은 세계적으로 잘 알려져 있고, 또한 많은 이론화의 대상이 되어 왔다. 이에 견주어 한국발전의 공간적 차원에 대해선 그렇지 못해 왔다. 사실, 한국의 지역(산업)정책은 한국의 발전레짐을 공간적으로 업그레이드시키는 데 주효한 역할을 했다. 이 논문은 한국의 지역산업정책을 산업경제를 바탕으로 했던 구지역정책과 신지식경제를 바탕으로 하는 신지역정책으로 구분하되, 특히 후자의 성공적 작동 요인을 분석하는 데 초점을 두고 있다. 한국경제의 선진화와 더불어 직면하게 되는 새로운 지역정책의 도전을 살펴보면서 지역정책의 향후 보완과제도 함께 검토한다.

대학생의 낭만적 신념이 결혼 동기에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Romantic Beliefs on Motivation of Marriage Among College Students)

  • This experiment was conducted in order to examine what consists of romantic beliefs of college students, the overall tendency of the beliefs and motivation of marriage, the differences in the belief and motivation of marriage, and the influence of the beliefs toward it. A survey method was used and 394 students participated in this study. The major results of this study were as follows: First of all, there are four components in students' romantic beliefs, which are almighty love, destined love, hopes for romantic love, and only one & true love. Second of all, the students somewhat showed high level of romantic beliefs. This resulted due to the high level of romantic love but low level of only one & true love. Moreover, their motivations toward marriage which consists of intimacy and economic needs, were seen as the most important values in determining marriage. However, marriage due to social impact and the needs for personal growth were found to be placed in the lowest. Thirdly, male students in particular, showed higher beliefs in almighty love and destined love. The students of religion reported higher beliefs in destined love and only one & true love. Moreover, students who have a partner also showed higher beliefs in almighty love and only one & true love. On the other hand, for motivation of marriage, students showed higher inclination to choose for the desire for large families and children as their motivations, particularly for males. Students in the lower age group also showed higher inclination to choose for intimacy and economic needs as their motivations. Finally, according to the result of the hierarchical regression analysis, the higher the students' beliefs for destined love and the lower it is for hopes for romantic love, predicted higher possibility for the social impact and the needs for personal growth as their motivation of marriage. Moreover, the higher the belief for destined love and hopes for romantic love, the higher it is of their inclination to consider intimacy and economic needs for their motivation of marriage. Lastly, the higher it is for the students' belief toward almighty love, the higher it is for one to marry with a consideration and desire for large families with children.

국제항만 운영의 지속가능성을 확보하기 위한 지속가능활동 (Sustainability Practices to Achieve Sustainability in International Port Operations)

  • 지속가능성은 경제적, 사회적 그리고 환경적 이슈를 아우르는 광의의 개념으로 해석된다. 이 논문은 2013년 초 부산항에서 수행한 인터뷰를 기반으로 항만운영의 지속가능 활동을 개념화함으로써 국제항만 운영의 지속가능성 확보를 위한 전략적 의사결정을 돕고 또한 향후 관련 연구에 초석을 마련하고자 한다. 빈도 및 패턴 분석을 이용하여, 지속가능 활동은 환경친화적 기술, 지속적인 관리와 향상, 내적 성장, 대화와 협력 등을 포함하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 분석결과, 항만 및 항만관계자의 현재와 미래 요구사항을 수용할 수 있는 전략적/운영적 활동으로서의 지속가능 활동의 역할이 확인되었다. 지속가능 활동을 실천하는데 있어서 나타나는 장벽과 도전과제를 보여줌으로써, 연구결과는 항만이 지속가능 활동을 도입하고 실천하도록 하는 전략적 과제에 대한 유용한 정보을 제공한다.

대형할인점 PB제품 속성이 소비자의 태도와 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of the PB Products attribute of the Large-sized Discount Stores on the Consumer Attitude and the Purchase Behavior)

  • 최근 대형할인점을 중심으로 PB제품의 매출액이 꾸준하게 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 가격이 저렴하다는 이유로 소비자들이 선호하는 것으로 인식되었으나 요즈음은 고가의 프리미엄 PB제품이 등장하면서 유통업체의 매출액이 급성장하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 PB제품의 어떤 속성이 PB제품의 구매행동에 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 첫째, PB제품의 속성요인으로 점포이미지, 지식 및 정보, 품질지각, 경제적 가치 등이 PB제품 경험 후의 소비자태도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 둘째, PB제품의 경험 후 태도가 구매행동에는 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 소비자는 PB제품의 다양한 속성 중에서 점포이미지, 정보 및 지식, 경제적 가치 등이 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 또한 PB제품 경험 후의 태도는 구매행동에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

Study on Influencing Factors of Port Logistics Development Based on Configuration Analysis QCA

  • Purpose - In the context of economic globalization and the continuous development of international trade, as countries around the sea peninsula, port construction is particularly important. Based on the research on the influencing factors of port logistics development based on the allocation analysis, QCA (Qualitative Comparative Analysis) provides the basis for the planning and policy of port logistics development and has important theoretical value and practical significance for improving the level of port logistics management, reducing logistics operating costs and increasing economic benefits. In the tide of global integration for the development of port logistics, promote the growth of foreign trade economy of the city. It is also of great significance to the development and progress of commerce and trade. Design/methodology - Based on the relevant data samples of various ports in South Korea, this paper uses fsQCA (fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis) to integrate and analyze the influence mechanism of port logistics development and extracts five influencing factors of port logistics development, including the port's scale and infrastructure in the hard environment, port-neighboring enterprises in the soft environment, hinterland economy and government support. Findings - The five factors are unable to separately constitute the necessary and sufficient conditions of port logistics development, only a combined model can influence lake port logistics development. The scale and infrastructure of the port itself and port-neighboring ring enterprises are the main core conditions, which work together on the port, affect the throughput capacity of the port, and promote the development of port logistics. When the port-neighboring enterprises are not complete and the scale is low, the growth of port throughput will be restrained and the development of port logistics will be affected, whether the hinterland economic benefits are general, the development of port-neighboring enterprises is insufficient, or the government supports are limited. Originality/value - Through the research on the development of port logistics in South Korea from the perspective of configuration, this paper finds the configuration influence of hard environment and soft environment on the development of port logistics, which has important theoretical and practical significance for better promoting the development of port logistics in South Korea.

소규모 매립가스 자원화를 위한 마이크로터빈 열병합발전 및 유리온실 $CO_2$ 농도 증가 시스템의 타당성 연구 (Feasibility Study of Microturbine CHP and Greenhouse $CO_2$ Enrichment System as Small Scale LFG Energy Project)

  • As new small scale LFG (landfill gas) energy project model which can improve economic feasibility limited due to the economy of scale, LFG-Microturbine combined heat and power system with $CO_2$ fertilization into greenhouses was proposed and investigated including basic design process prior to the system installation at Gwang-ju metro sanitary landfill. The system features $CH_4$ enrichment for stable microturbine operation, reduction of compressor power consumption and low CO emission, and $CO_2$ supplement into greenhouse for enhancement plant growth. From many other researches, high $CO_2$ concentration was found to enhance $CO_2$ assimilation (also known as photosynthesis reaction) which converts $CO_2$ and $H_2O$ to sugar using light energy. For small scale landfills which produce LFG under $3\;m^3$/min, among currently available prime movers, microturbine is the most suitable power generation system and its low electric efficiency can be improved with heat recovery. Besides, since its exhaust gas contains very low level of harmful contaminants to plant growth such as NOx, CO and SOx, microturbine exhaust gas is a suitable and economically advantageous $CO_2$ source for $CO_2$ fertilization in greenhouse. The LFG-Microturbine combined heat and power generation system with $CO_2$ fertilization into greenhouse gas to enhance plant growth is technologically and economically feasible and improves economical feasibility compared to other small scale LFG energy project model.

Effects of Phytase Supplementation on the Performance of Broiler Chickens Fed Maize and Wheat Based Diets with Different Levels of Non-phytate Phosphorus

  • An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of phytase supplementation on the growth performance, nutrients utilization and bone mineralization in broiler chickens. Day-old broiler chicks (n=480) were equally devided into eight treatment groups and fed maize or wheat based isocaloric, isonitrogenous and isocalcium diets having two non phytate phosphorus (NPP) concentrations (0.50% and 0.30%) and two phytase levels (0 and 500 phytase units/kg diet) in a 42 days growth trial. Maize based dietary treatments were MC (NPP 0.50%, MN (NPP 0.30%), MNP (MN+500 units of phytase) and MCP (MC+500 units of phytase), whereas wheat based experimental diets were WC (NPP 0.50%), WN (NPP 0.30%), WNP (WN+500 units of phytase) and WCP (WC+500 units of phytase). The NPP levels were maintained by dicalcium phosphate. Reduction in dietary NPP depressed live weight gain and feed intake and increased feed conversion ratio (FCR). Phytase supplementation to low NPP (0.30%) diets significantly (p<0.05) improved the growth performances of broilers. The supplementation to low NPP diets allowed complete, safe and economic replacement of dietary inorganic P (dicalcium phosphate) to reduce feed cost per kg live weight gain of broilers. Reduction in dietary NPP did not affect retention of nutrients except phosphorus (P) but had a significant (p<0.05) depression in tibia ash and minerals (Ca, P) concentration in serum and tibia ash. Phytase supplementation at low NPP level was effective (p<0.05) in improving the retention of dry matter, Ca and P and Ca and P concentration in serum and tibia ash. However, the supplementation was not effective at high level of NPP (0.50%). There were no significant (p>0.05) differences in carcass quality among dietary treatments. The response of phytase was greater in low NPP and maize based diets as compared with high NPP and wheat based diets, respectively. The results show that phytase supplementation to low NPP (0.30%) diets improved the growth performance, relative retention of nutrients (N, Ca and P) and minerals (Ca, P) status of blood and bone in broiler chickens, with a better efficacy in maize based diets.

Association of Endocrine Factors (Insulin-Like Growth Factor-II and Binding Protein-3) with Litter Size in Pigs

  • Litter size has been one of the important economic traits in porcine reproduction. The insulin-like growth factor (IGF) system has been shown to mediate actions of the steroid hormone or to synergize with other endocrine factors so that it consequently plays roles in reproductive processes, including ovulation, implantation, maintenance of pregnancy, and fetal development. However, the effect of the serum IGF system on porcine litter size has not been deeply studied. Therefore, this study was conducted to relate serum IFG-II concentration and IGF binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) expression with porcine litter size. Moreover, the possible association of those with estrogen receptor (ER) as a candidate gene for litter size was investigated. Swine were separated into two groups showing high and low litter sizes, and sera were collected from sows in the estrous cycle to postnatal growth of their female progeny. Serum IFG-II concentration was measured by radioimmunoassay and IGFBP-3 expression was detected by Western ligand blotting. During the estrous cycle, IGFBP-3 expression in both groups decreased moderately from metestrus to estrus, but IFG-II concentration showed a reverse pattern. Also, IFG-II concentration and IGFBP-3 expression decreased gradually as pregnancy proceeded. Unlike IGFBP-3, IFG-II decreased moderately as newborn pigs grew. Significant differences in serum IFG-II amount between the two groups were detected at 60 (p<0.01), 75, 90, and 105 d (p<0.05) of pregnancy and at 60 (p<0.01), 45, and 105 d (p<0.05) of postnatal growth. Furthermore, based on ER genotypes, a high litter size group with genotypes AB and BB showed lower IFG-II concentration than a low litter size group with a genotype AA during pregnancy. Taken together, the results indicate that the serum IFG-II and IGFBP-3 are correlated with the litter size in pigs.

In fact the WTO since the conclusion of all non-tariff trade barriers were abolished. However, recently, New Round of the delay based on reciprocity and fair trade in the framework of environmental protection to justify the movement to protect the domestic industry has been captured. These trends are not friendly, never in Korea. The rationale is that these regulations are enforced, many of our countries and countries with significant trade transactions and the enforcement points. And South Korea's automotive, semiconductors, ships, etc. The main products are much discussed in the international regulations are being referred to as the target point is due. Korean government to actively participate in the international situation and efforts to explore new markets, said yesterday, and 'Low Carbon, Green Growth' was declared. And the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change(IPCC) recommendations of the best 30% reduction target was present. This is nothing different about this objection is true. A more fundamental solution to faithfully perform the reduction targets, while the development of environmentally friendly products and the incidence of international standards through the development and expansion of new growth engines, Indeed we are expected to be a fundamental methodology.

물질균형접근에 기초한 생산단위의 지속가능성 계측 (Measurement of Sustainability on Production Units based on Material Flow Approach)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 물질균형접근에 기초하여 화석연료와 경제, 그리고 화석연료와 환경의 연계를 통하여 국가의 지속가능성을 측정하고자 함이다. 연구의 초점은 국가별로 경제와 환경 중 어디에 더 치중하고 있는지 확인해 보는 것이다. 대부분의 국가는 경제와 환경의 조화로운 성장을 외치고 있으나 거의 모든 국가가 환경보다는 경제성장에 치중한 것으로 나타났다. 그 중에서 지속가능성은 OECD그룹이 가장 낮고 저소득그룹이 가장 높다. 최근 온실가스로 인한 지구온난화의 주범이 개도국과 후진국으로 알려져 있으나 오히려 선진국의 인당 온실가스 배출량이 높고 그로인한 지속가능성은 훨씬 더 낮다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 따라서 온실가스 배출은 선진국이 보다 많은 책임이 있기에 배출저감도 선진국이 많이 부담하는 것이 필요할 것이다.
