By using lotus notes server-client system, the database related to general information of cancer patients, radiation treatment simulation, cancer treatment information and all kinds of information of radiation oncology department need to be developed for effective information management and also user interface was developed for input and output of information. This database also could be used for clinical study, patient care research and medical education. By the development of this electronic chart of the department of radiation oncology, the clinic datum and medical information management could be connected effectively and treatment information according to treatment machine also could be acquired and contributed for improving treatment efficiency, cutting down the waiting time for clinic.

As electronic environment is changed owing to the developments of computers and telecommunication technique, the meaning of working process is changed because individual working process is shifted to overall working process of each groups while main frame is transferred to server environments. By using groupware, productivity of office work's is increased not only quality matter but also quantity matter and rapid and various services are provided. In order to realize united office automation, when educational programs are assembled at office automation related departments in junior colleges, it will help to stress importance of groupware.

This paper is a third report about the new fungal diseases of economic resource plants in Korea. It contains short descriptions on symptoms, occurrence conditions, pathogen, and some phytopathological notes for each of 10 fungal plant diseases. They are angular leaf spot of Achyranthes japonica by Cercospora achyranthis causing leaf spot and defoliation in the shade of plants, leaf spot of Armoracia lapathifolia by Cercospora armoraciae causing leaf spot to blight from the rainy season to autumn, hypophyllous mold of Dioscorea tokoro by Distocercospora pachyderma causing leaf spot and yellowing, hypophyllous mold of Artemisia spp.by Mycovellosiella ferruginea causing leaf spot and yellowing, angular leaf spot of Aralia elata by Pseudocercospora araliae causing velvety leaf spot and defoliation, hypophyllous mold of Lycium chinense by Pseudocercospora chengtuensis causing velvety leaf spot and defoliation from the rainy season to autumn, angular leaf spot of Diospyros lotus by Pseudocercospora disospyri-morrisianae causing leaf spot and defoliation from summer to autumn, brown leaf spot of Impatiens textori by Pseudocercospora nojimae causing leaf spot to blight from the rainy season, leaf spot of Cephalonoplos segetum by Ramularia cirsii causing leaf spot to blight throughout the growing season, and white mold of Leonurus sibiricus by Ramularia leonuri causing leaf spot to blight mostly in autumn.

The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of different meeting modes and task types on the outcomes of group decision making. The hypotheses postulate the potential effects of different meeting modes on appropriation process; different meeting modes on group outcomes; and the appropriation process on group outcomes. A laboratory experiment was conducted. A GSS was developed using Lotus Notes for this experiment. The results provide partial support for the hypotheses derived from the theoretical model. The interaction effects between meeting modes and tasks are not always observed in the analyses. However, groups using a face-to-face meeting mode in negotiation task reach significantly higher levels of perceived outcome quality, of satisfaction with the outcome, and of satisfaction with the process than groups using a dispersed-synchronous meeting mode. It suggests that a face-to-face meeting mode can enhance the effectiveness of groups working on a negotiation task such as stakeholder analysis. Furthermore, the manner in which groups appropriate the technology significantly influence the group performance. The results support the validity and usefulness of the IRT and the AST as a GSS research framework.
