  • 하이드라진 추력기에 적용되는 분해촉매의 국산화 개발과정에 필수적으로 요구되는 사항이 추력기를 통한 성능평가 과정이며 특히, 추력기의 임무수명 요구조건을 평가하는 장기성능 연소시험을 통해 촉매에 대한 최종적인 성능검증이 이루어지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이에 대한 사항으로 촉매에 대한 성능평가 및 장기성능시험에 대한 시험과정, 시험 시퀀스 및 결과분석에 대해 기술하였다.

  • 최근 가변성능에 관하여 공간, 재료, 구조, 공법 등 건설 산업 전반에 걸쳐 많은 연구가 진행 중이다. 시대적인 주거환경 변화, 미래지향적인 건설 트랜드 변모 그리고 수요중심적인 인식을 만족하기 위해서 주택의 모습과 공간, 형식이 진화되어가고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 가변성을 지니고 있는 건축의 성능요소들을 비교 분석하여 대안을 제시하고자 하며, 적용 가능한 다양한 분류예시를 통하여 실제적인 차세대 장수명화를 실현시키기 위한 방향과 지침을 제시하고자한다.

베이지언 추론에 기반한 확률론적 피로수명 평가 (Stochastic Fatigue Life Assesment based on Bayesian-inference)

  • In general, fatigue analysis is performed by using deterministic model to estimate the optimal parameters. However, the deterministic model is difficult to clearly describe the physical phenomena of fatigue failure that contains many uncertainty factors. With regard to this, efforts have been made in this research to compare with the deterministic model and the stochastic models. Firstly, One deterministic S-N curve was derived from ordinary least squares technique and two P-S-N curves were estimated through Bayesian-linear regression model and Markov-Chain Monte Carlo simulation. Secondly, the distribution of Long-term fatigue damage and fatigue life were predicted by using the parameters obtained from the three methodologies and the long-term stress distribution.

  • 정수압 상태의 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 튜빙의 파손 메커니즘과 파손 모폴로지를 연구하였다. 비디오현미경과 주사전자현미경을 이용한 관찰 결과, 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 튜빙의 파손모드는 내면에서 외면으로 진전되는 크랙을 수반하는 취성파괴임을 확인하였다. 또한 산화유발시간과 적외선분광분석을 통하여, 파손된 선형저밀도 플리에틸렌 튜빙의 단면상에 열화에 의한 발열 피크와 카르보닐 피크의 증가를 관찰하였다. 열 가속에 의한 음력과 수명특성 사이의 관계를 고려한 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 튜빙의 가속수명시험법 및 시험장치를 개발하였다. 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 튜빙의 장기 정수압 상태의 수명을 예측하기 위해 아레니우스 모델과 와이블 분포를 적용한 통계학적 기법을 도입하였다. 그 결과, 사용온도 $25^{\circ}C$에서의 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 튜빙의 장기수명을 평가/분석하였다.

  • 최근에 생명보험 산업은 보험계약의 장기 연장에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들에 관심을 두고 있다. 예를 들어 모집 설계사의 장기간 고객관리의 필요성, 상품상담, 투자측면의 개선 등이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 생명보험사의 장기계약을 유지하는 중요한 요인들을 조사하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 모 생명보험사의 2011년 1월 1일부터 2016년 12월 31일까지의 계약건의 내용에 대한 데이터를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 데이터를 사용하여 벌점화 콕스 비례위험모형 접근법을 통해 계약유지기간에 중요한 영향을 미치는 변수를 선택하는 방법을 제시한다. 분석결과 설계사의 변경 유무, 연금 상품군, 그리고 안정적 투자성향과 같은 세 가지 변수가 계약건 유지에 주요한 요인으로 선택되었다.

  • The high temperature creep behavior of heat machine systems such as aircraft engines, boilers and turbines in power plants and nuclear reactor components have been considered as an important and needful fact. There are considerable research results available for the design of high temperature tube materials in power plants. However, few studies on the Initial Strain Method (ISM) capable of securing repair, maintenance, cost loss and life loss have been made. In this method, 3 long time prediction Of high temperature creep characteristics can be dramatically induced through a short time experiment. The purpose of present study is to investigate the high temperature creep lift of Udimet 720, SCM 440-STD61 and 1Cr-0.5Mo steel using the ISM. The creep test was performed at 40$0^{\circ}C$ to $700^{\circ}C$ under a pure loading. In the prediction of creep life for each materials, the equation of ISM was superior of Larson-Miller Parameter(LMP). Especially, the long time prediction of creep life was identified to improve the reliability.

도로자산관리를 위한 포장종합평가지수의 속성과 변화과정의 모델링 (Internal Property and Stochastic Deterioration Modeling of Total Pavement Condition Index for Transportation Asset Management)

  • PURPOSES : This study is aimed at development of a stochastic pavement deterioration forecasting model using National Highway Pavement Condition Index (NHPCI) to support infrastructure asset management. Using this model, the deterioration process regarding life expectancy, deterioration speed change, and reliability were estimated. METHODS : Eight years of Long-Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) data fused with traffic loads (Equivalent Single Axle Loads; ESAL) and structural capacity (Structural Number of Pavement; SNP) were used for the deterioration modeling. As an ideal stochastic model for asset management, Bayesian Markov multi-state exponential hazard model was introduced. RESULTS:The interval of NHPCI was empirically distributed from 8 to 2, and the estimation functions of individual condition indices (crack, rutting, and IRI) in conjunction with the NHPCI index were suggested. The derived deterioration curve shows that life expectancies for the preventive maintenance level was 8.34 years. The general life expectancy was 12.77 years and located in the statistical interval of 11.10-15.58 years at a 95.5% reliability level. CONCLUSIONS : This study originates and contributes to suggesting a simple way to develop a pavement deterioration model using the total condition index that considers road user satisfaction. A definition for level of service system and the corresponding life expectancies are useful for building long-term maintenance plan, especially in Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) work.

ISM에 의한 압력용기용 고온재료의 크리프 수명예측 (Creep Life Prediction of Elevated Temperature Materials for Pressure Vessel by ISM)

  • In this paper, friction welding optimization for 1Cr0.5Mo-STS304 (${\phi}14\;mm$), AE applications for the weld quality evaluation and the applications of various life prediction methods such as LMP (Larson-Miller Parameter) and ISM (initial strain method) were investigated : The creep behaviors of those steels and the friction welded joints under static load were examined by ISM combined with LMP at 400, 500, 550 and $600^{\circ}C$, and the relationship between these two kinds of phenomena was studied. The real-time predicting equations of elevated-temperature creep life (rupture time) under any creep stress at any elevated-temperature could be developed by LMP and LMP-ISM. It was confirmed that the life prediction equations by LMP and LMP-ISM are effective only up to 102 h and can not be used for long times of 103-106 h, but by ISM it can be used for long times creep prediction of more than 104 h with most reliability.

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the fundamental data for the gradual apartment management plan. Through the questionnaire survey, residential satisfactions and maintenance consciousness were investigated. As the result of statistic analysis, the residents' needs for improvement according to the life span of apartment communities were found out. And we can also compare the differences about maintenance consciousness to the life span of apartment. The major research findings are as follows. First, the satisfaction averages according to the life span of apartment communities were classified two groups, less than 10 years' and over than 10 years'. By the requirement for improvement according as the life span apartment communities, habitability factors was demanded in less tham 10 years' group and safety factors was required in over than 10 years' group, Second, dwellers have high preference about remodeling to reconstruction. Especially we have to pay attention to the result that positive consciousness of remodeling and long term reparative marked highly in the group which has the short elapsed years. These results represent the possibility gradual step-by-step remodeling. In other words, the object of remodeling is not only odeteriorated apartments but also new apartments to have short elapsed years.
