The purpose of this study is to determine optimal transportation routes through the comparison of Korean - European transportation routes of automotive parts and to suggest information that can be utilized in Korea - Europe trade activities or trade route selection by establishing multipath. This study analyzed the direct transportation cost, inventory cost, and warehouse inventory cost of the sea and TSR / TCR railroad transport based on characteristics of automotive parts logistics and multimodal transportation. Also, this study identifies the most effective transportation route from the viewpoint of total logistics cost. In addition to the economic factors, we conducted an in-depth analysis through interviews with corporate executives to identify the importance of the factors with the behavioral factors, and the reliability was further secured through interviews. Through this study, it is possible to understand various aspects of international logistics by analyzing the factors of transportation choice in terms of economic and behavioral perspectives concurrently by differentiating from existing research.

Despite various economic crises, the domestic parcel delivery market handled 3.37 billion parcels in 2020 while maintaining annual growth due to the activation of e-commerce. In particular, in the case of the metropolitan area, which accounts for about 70% of the nation's parcel throughput, the increase in parcel delivery volume is directly related to the increase in freight vehicles in central area of Seoul,. And it leads to an increase of unnecessary social and environmental costs such as traffic congestion, road damage, and environmental pollution in the city. Therefore, in this paper we proposed the underground urban logistics system utilizing the existing urban rail infrastructure, and establish a conceptual design by operational scenario. In order to establish conceptual design of underground urban logistics system, we use order picking system process, which is use in warehouse, produce result combined ISO/IEC 26702. The results of this study can be usefully used before the underground urban logistics system is introduced.

Currently, Korea is actually increasing and increasing demand for leisure such as parts for A/S of automobile parts of the car, as well as trends in borrowing and finished parts are also required a steady increase in automobile traffic daetsu. There is one car and want to be driving a car A/S parts supplier smoothly for many years and that it is often the case if it is not supplied in a timely fashion, it is a reality that many eonseong hear from customers. 본 연구의 목적은 부산 신항 배후 물류단지의 경쟁력을 강화하고, 부산 신항 물류창고의 발전 전략을 모색하는 것이다. 본 고는 SWOT/AHP 분석기법을 활용하여 부산 신항 물류창고 종사자들에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 부산 신항 물류창고의 경쟁력을 위한 SWOT 그룹별 속성요인을 추출하고 세부 평가속성 요인별 상대적 중요도를 실증 분석하여 도출하였다. 부산 신항 물류창고의 경쟁력 강화 전략으로 S/O 전략, S/T 전략, W/O 전략, W/T 전략을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 부산 신항 물류창고의 경쟁력 확보에 대한 전략제시와 해당 지역 및 물류산업의 경제적 이익 창출 효과를 기대하는 바이다.

According to Korea Standard Association (KSA-0013) storage facilities are so broadly defined that one cannot easily understand the area and contents of storage facilities. Generally speaking warehouse represents storage facilities which links two nodes in various logistics activities, and storage facilities should contain other facilities like mechanization equipment, automation equipment, information equipment, etc. This study is to show the direction of the evaluation method on the effectiveness of standardized storage facilities. The storage facilities treated in this research are not only storage facilities like warehouse but also storage supporting facilities like mechanization equipment, automation equipment, information equipment, etc. The method for evaluating the effectiveness of standardized storage facilities is to developing some measure of effectiveness (MOE) which represents the entire standardized effectiveness of storage related facilities. This study has originality in that the method for evaluation of standardized storage facilities has not been developed up to now.

물류표준화는 표준화에 따른 비용절감 및 효율성 제고 등으로 인해 산업 부문뿐만 아니라 국민경제에 미치는 영향이 지대할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 세계 각국은 물류부문의 글로벌 표준화를 선도하기 위하여 국가별로 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있으나 우리나라에서는 아직까지 물류 분야의 표준화가 본격적으로 추진되고 있지 않은 실정이다. 또한 물류표준화의 효과를 측정하는 연구가 미흡한 실정이며, 특히 물류표준화의 근간이 되는 파렛트 표준화의 효과평가 및 평가척도 개발에 대한 연구는 현재까지 전무한 실정이다. 물류표준화가 시행되기 위해서는 우선 표준화의 필요성 및 그에 따른 효과를 명확히 제시해야 할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 물류표준화의 효과 측정 및 효과 평가방법을 명확히하여 물류표준화의 효과를 정량적으로 제시하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 일관수송 중심의 물류표준화의 근간이 되는 일관수송용 파렛트 표준화의 효과평가방안에 대해 살펴보고, 표준화에 따른 효과를 평가하기 위해 효과평가척도(MOE)를 선정하였다. 효과평가척도 선정을 위해 우선 예비효과평가척도를 선정하였는데, 그 결과 차량적재율 수 배송 비용 창고보관효율 창고 자동화율 상 하역 소요인력 등 12개의 척도가 선정되었다. 이와 같이 선정된 예비효과평가척도를 이용하여 전문가 평가와 업체 대상 응답가능성 조사 결과를 바탕으로 최종 효과평가척도를 선정한 결과 차량/트럭 적재율 창고보관 효율 상 하역 시간, 포장비용 비중, 일관수송 비율이 파렛트 표준화에 따른 효과평가를 위한 척도로 선정되었다.

물류기업은 가장 저렴한 원가구조를 갖는 지역에 생산, 물류거점 기지를 운영하며 세계시장을 대상으로 제품을 매매하는 경영방식을 선택하고 있다. 물류네트워크 상에서 물류창고는 적절한 위치에서 적절한 시기에 효과적으로 운영하므로 부가가치를 창출하여 효율성 제고를 통한 경쟁력 강화방안이 FTA에 대한 대응방안이 되고 있다. 물류기업은 물류창고의 역량을 강화하기 위하여 구조적 경쟁력 방안을 강화하므로 국내의 물류창고의 운영 효율성과 생산성 취약하므로 효율성과 생산성 분석은 의미가 있다. 본 연구에서는 2005년-2009년까지 지역별 물류창고 효율성 분석을 하였으며 동태적 안정성검증에서는 서울특별시, 부산광역시, 대구광역시, 전라북도가 안정적이며 생산성 변화를 측정한 결과는 광주광역시와 제주도의 경우 4기간 평균 생산성지수는 각각 2.553과와 2.602로 생산성이 약 255%와 260% 증가하였다. Catch-up 분석 해석 결과는 대전광역시, 전라북도, 경상남도 경영상 효율성의 악화가 이루어졌으며 Frontier 분석 해석결과는 서울특별시가 가장 낮고 광주광역시가 높은 기술진보가 이루어졌음을 알 수 있다.

물류센터의 유형별 산업재해 발생형태를 분류하여 대책을 수립함으로써 동종 및 유사 재해를 사전에 재해를 예방코자 한다. 국내물류센터에서 발생된 6년간의 유형별 발생형태를 세부적으로 분석하여 개선책을 수립하여 물류센터에서 발생한 산업재해 분석을 통해서 재해감소 방안을 모색할 수 있었다. 물류센터의 산업재해 분석을 통해서 재해감소 방안을 제시하므로써 물류센터의 재해율 감소에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

2020년도에 물류창고에서 큰 화재 2건이 발생하였다. 4월 29일에 발생한 이천 물류창고 화재에서는 38명이라는 귀중한 생명을 잃었고 4월 21일에 발생한 군포 물류창고 화재에서는 약 220억 원이라는 재산피해가 있었다. 계속해서 되풀이 되고 있는 물류창고 화재에 대한 위험성과 물류창고라는 특성을 분석하여 이에 대한 대책을 국내법과 NFPA를 비교 분석하여 passive system, active system 및 유지관리 관점으로 제시하고자 한다.

국제물류 EPCglobal Network 프레임워크에서 대용량 운송 데이터베이스의 누적과 경영 전략의 의사결정에 필요한 지식 탐사를 위해 데이터 웨어하우스 시스템 도입이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국제물류 통합 플랫폼을 지원하는 데이터 웨어하우스를 설계하기 위해 현재 데이터베이스 시스템을 분석하고 다차원 데이터 모델인 사실 별자리 스키마 구조를 이용한다. 또한 설계된 데이터웨어하우스를 통해 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 지식탐사를 위한 질의들의 예를 보여준다.
