설문조사를 통한 물류창고의 에너지 관리현황에 관한 연구 (A study on the energy management of logistics warehouse through survey)

  • 기후변화의 심화에 따른 온실가스 배출을 줄이기 위한 산업 전 분야에서의 노력은 지속적으로 진행 중에 있으며, 물류산업도 이러한 대응방안으로 "녹색물류"를 구현하기 위하여 노력 중에 있으며, 물류산업의 한 영역을 차지하는 물류창고도 이러한 관점에서 에너지 관리 및 온실가스 관리가 필요하다. 본 연구는 물류창고의 에너지 관리 현황을 파악하고자 공공DB를 활용한 물류창고 현황조사를 진행하였고, 물류창고 관리자 인식 및 관리요소를 설문조사를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 물류창고의 에너지 관리 현황 및 에너지 관리자 인식파악을 목적으로 진행하였으며, 우선적으로 물류창고의 현황을 파악하고자 공공DB를 활용하여 물류창고 총량 및 용도별 구분 조사를 진행하였다. 조사결과를 기반으로 물류창고 300곳에 에너지관리 현황 및 에너지 관리인식 파악을 위한 설문조사를 시행하였다. 물류창고는 에너지관리에 대한 관심이 많으나, 에너지관리 기반부족, 전문성의 부족 등의 사유로 어려움이 있으며, 에너지진단의 경우에도 물류창고의 경우 예외적으로 비의무화 사항인 관계로 에너지 진단경험이 대다수 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구결과는 물류창고 에너지관리를 위한 IT시스템의 개발을 위한 에너지관리현황 및 에너지관리요소를 도출하기 위한 기본 데이터로 활용하고자 한다.

정시배송체계의 실용적 설계를 위한 방법론 (A Practical Method for Designing Vehicle Routing with Time Windows in Warehouse)

  • Logistics systems can be evaluated by how productively distribution center operates, how promptly transportation vehicle dispatches, how efficiently facility layout is, and so on. In this paper, a practical vehicle routing scheme with fixed delivery time and fixed vehicle routes is introduced. The method helps the distribution center reduce logistics cost with respect to dispatching vehicles, and satisfy the customer with pre-determined delivery time window constraints. A case study has shown that the proposed scheme not only generates a feasible schedule with time windows, but also balances material flow in warehouse.

창고에서의 이송장비 운영정책에 관한 연구 (A Study of Vehicle Operation Policy in Warehouse)

  • Controlling industrial vehicle operated by human in warehouse was not simple since the information transfer for controlling the vehicle was not easy. However, as the technology for the WMS (Warehouse Management System) has been advanced and the PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) has come into wide use in a workplace, the control of man-operated vehicle became less difficult as do to AGVS (Automated Guided Vehicle System). This study examines the ways to improve the efficiency of warehouse operation through introducing rule of task assignment for the vehicles, particularly forklift. This study, basically, refer to AGV operation policy because a great number of studies for AGV dispatching rule have been done and the mechanism for the controlling vehicles is very similar. The workers in field prefer to simple dispatching rules such as Shortest Retrieval Time First (SRTF), Shortest Travel Time First (STTF), and Longest Waiting Time First (LWTF). However, these rules have potential disadvantage. Thus, several rules made up by combining rules mentioned above are introduced and these new rules use threshold value or evaluation formula. The effectiveness of these new rules are tested by simulation and the results are compared. This study proposes favorable dispatching rules for forklift in warehouse for the efficiency of the vehicle operation and stability of service level.

  • This paper proposes an algorithm which reduces transportation cost while goods are delivered in time in a logistics system. The logistics system assumed in this paper is the system in which multiple cars moves various goods from spatially distributed warehouses to stores. For reducing transportation cost, the car assignment algorithm which allocates goods to minimal cars employs the BF method; routing of each car is modelled as the TSP and is solved by using the genetic algorithm. For evaluating the proposed algorithm, the logistics system is modelled and simulated by using the DEVS formalism. The DEVS formalism specifies discrete event systems in a hierarchical, modular manner. During simulation, each car is modelled as a message and traverses warehouse and stores. When a car arrives at a warehouse or a store, predetermined amount of goods are loaded or unloaded. The arrival time and departure time of cars are analyzed and eventually whether goods are delivered in the desired time bound is verified.

지하물류 운송용기 평가 시나리오 도출 및 검증 (Derivation and verification of scenarios for underground logistics rolltainer)

  • This study investigates the impact of standardized underground logistics conainers on lower body muscle activation during warehouse tasks, comparing conventional roll containers(A type) with newly developed ones(B type). Through a detailed experimental setup involving electromyography(EMG) and tensiomyography(TMG), muscle activities of the lower limbs were quantitatively analyzed during loading unloading and transporting tasks. Results indicated no significant difference in muscle activation patters between the two rolltainer types, suggesting that the dimensions of these containers do not critically affect the muscular strain and workload. Furthermore, the TMG analysis revealed that muscle contraction velocity(Vc) increased in certain muscles when using the B-type rolltainer, indicating a potential for more efficient muscle engagement without increasing fatigue. This research underscores the importance of ergonomic considerations in the design of logistics equipment and suggests that further studies should focus on optimizing the interaction between human operators and logistical systems to enhance safety and efficiency in warehouse operations.

AHP법을 활용한 창고형 매장의 통합 Depot 위치선정에 관한 연구 (Study on location selection of integrated depot of warehouse stores utilizing AHP method)

  • 대형마트보다 저렴하고 편의성도 높은 창고형 매장에 대한 물류 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 창고형 매장의 통합 Depot 위치선정에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구에서는 통합 Depot 위치선정을 위한 요인도출 및 가중치 산출, 대상지의 위치 우선순위 산정을 다기준 의사결정 방법인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)방법을 도입하여 계산하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 분석결과, 선정 요인별 중요도에서는 수배송 비용절감(0.198)이 가장 높게 나왔으며, 수배송 거리절감(0.168), 수배송 시간절감(0.149) 순으로 도출 되었다. 본 연구 결과는 Depot를 통합 운영 시 비용 절감과 효율성 증가를 수치화하여 실제 실무자들에게 보다 현실적인 기초자료를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 향후연구에서는 분석에 사용되는 요인의 추가작업을 통하여 분석모형을 정교화 할 필요가 있다.

물류망 설계 및 계획을 위한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이터의 개발 (Development of a Logistics Network Simulator)

  • Logistics network management has become one of the most important sources of competitive advantage regarding logistics cost and customer service in numerous business segments. Logistics network simulation is a powerful analysis method for designing and planning the logistics network optimally in an integrated way. This paper introduces a logistics network simulator, LONSIM, developed by author. LONSIM deploys a mix of simulation and optimization functions to model and analysis logistics network issues such as facility location, inventory policy, manufacturing policy, transportation mode, warehouse assignment, supplier assignment, order processing priority rule, and vehicle routes. LONSIM is built with AweSim 2.1 and Visual Basic 6.0, and executed in windows environment.

중국의 위험물 창고 보관사고 분석 및 안전관리방안에 관한 연구 (Dangerous goods warehouse storage accident and safety management: evidence from Chinese data analysis)

  • This paper aims to reduce the frequency of dangerous goods storage accidents in China. Advocating the managers of warehousing and logistics enterprises to pay attention to the operation process of dangerous goods warehousing business. Improving the safe storage and management capabilities of dangerous goods warehouses. This article first collects official data on dangerous goods storage accidents in China and conducts a general statistical analysis of the accidents. Based on the results of accident statistics and related literature research on dangerous goods storage management, establish a dangerous goods storage safety management factor system, use the analytic hierarchy process, establish a factor importance questionnaire and implement data collection. Through statistics, this paper finds that the storage accidents of dangerous goods in China in the past ten years mainly occurred in the inbound phase of dangerous goods and the storage phase of dangerous goods warehouses. Through the results of the analytic hierarchy process, it is found that the professionalism of the dangerous goods storage practitioners, the compliance of the practitioners with safety regulations, and the awareness of operational safety are the most important.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop spatial configuration and area calculation method of warehoue. This paper deals with warehouses with palletized cargo since recently pallets are widely used in many warehouses to enhance efficiency. We identify spatial configuration and characteristics of each area. To represent realistic situations, we analyze characteristics of logistics equipment as well as interview results with expert warehouse architects. Through these analysis we suggest guidelines on area calculation of warehouse.

물류부동산의 가격결정요인에 관한 연구 - 경기도 지역을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Logistics Sales Price Determinants in Gyeonggi-do)

  • 본 연구에서는 물류부동산의 가격결정에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 헤도닉 가격 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 분석을 위하여, 2006년부터 2015년까지 10년간 경기도지역에서 거래된 물류센터의 실거래 사례를 전수 조사하였다. 또한 매매가격 형성요인으로 건물특성, 경제특성, 투자특성 및 시간특성을 설정하였고, 헤도닉 가격 모형을 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 규모의 경제에 대한 선호도 경향으로 인하여 대형면적의 매매가격이 높게 형성되었고, 둘째, 간접투자의 경우에 더욱 적극적인 투자성향으로 인하여 직접투자의 경우보다 매매가격이 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, 셋째, 물류센터의 투자에 대한 다양한 노하우를 보유한 외국인투자자가 매매가격을 주도하고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구를 통하여 물류센터에 대한 투자의사 결정의 판단기준을 제시하고자 한다.
