본 연구는 1990년부터 2018년까지 기간 동안의 항만배후지에 대한 연구동향을 사회네트워크 방법론을 이용하여 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구에 사용된 자료는 전 세계 116개 관련 학술논문 자료에서 추출하였다. 10년 단위로 분석된 연구결과를 살펴보면, 먼저 1990-1999년 사이에는 컨테이너화, 수송 기반시설 및 선진물류 국가에 관련된 이탈리아, 독일, 캐나다 등이 분석지표상 상위에 위치하였다. 2000-2009년 사이에는 지역화, 경쟁력, 아시아국가 화물유치 및 물류기술 등이 중심적인 위치를 점하였다. 마지막으로 2010-2018년 사이에는 복합운송, 내륙거점, 컨테이너 및 관련 키워드, 해운 및 연관 키워드가 중요하게 연구되었다. 항만배후지 연구동향은 시대가 변화함에 따라 체계화되고 통합적으로 진행되었음을 확인할 수 있으며. 본 연구결과는 항만배후지와 관련된 학계와 산업계의 산업발전에 대한 이해도 및 연구 집중도에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the method of calculating the usage fee, rent, and lease rights of public goods necessary for the operation and management of the underground shopping mall, and to suggest systematic improvement points for the operation of the underground shopping mall. Data and Methodology: First, ordinances and regulations related to common property were investigated. Second, previous studies were analyzed. A survey was conducted with five questions that conflict with the interests of underground shopping mall merchants among the ordinances and operating systems related to the current underground shopping malls' common property. Results: Underpass merchants wanted monthly payment for the use of common property, and merchant organizations wanted to limit the increase rate with the right to use. They asked for the property value due to donation to be excluded from the loan fee, they wanted to revise the Common Property Act on the transfer of lease rights, and they wanted to revise the loan contract renewal period. Conclusion: There is a need to improve the laws and systems for underground shopping malls, and it will have to be negotiated according to the opinions of the merchants gathered among them, and it will have to be implemented in stages in the long term.

The property of the mobile phone is taking important role to choose it. In the present situation, exploring, comparing and analyzing the important properties of regular mobile phone(feature phone) and smart phone are very meaningful study. Therefore, the survey was carried out to get the properties of feature phone and smart phone and analyze the difference of those phones. And proposed the important variables for customer satisfaction which must be given priority. The result showed that 'design' and 'Quality' are important to both mobile phone user groups. The problems with mobile phones currently in use were 'poor performance' to feature phone users and 'expensive charge' and 'poor A/S' to smart phone users. Two groups also showed significant difference with the customer satisfactions, and smart phone user group showed higher satisfaction. For smart phone user group, four factors are induced from the properties but 'Hardware Quality' (representing 'call Quality', 'A/S', 'Convenience to use', 'Battery life') and 'Design & Function'(representing 'Internet', 'Convergence Functions', 'Design, 'Color') have significant and positive effects on Customer Satisfaction.

Marine pilot occupational accidents during transfer to/from the ship are at the top of the agenda after several safety campaigns by IMPA and individual attemptsThere is multiple transfer method for the marine pilot, but a most common way is to use the pilot cutter. This paper aims to predict marine pilot occupational accidents before it occurs by using historical data. Since the problem depends on several variables, this paper develops a model by using the random forest method to predict marine pilot accidents before happening with the random forest method by using RStudio software

In this paper, an algorithm for approximating zeros of sum of three monotone operators is introduced and its convergence properties are studied in the setting of 2-uniformly convex and uniformly smooth Banach spaces. Unlike the existing algorithms whose step-sizes usually depend on the knowledge of the operator norm or Lipschitz constant, a nice feature of the proposed algorithm is the fact that it requires only a diminishing and non-summable step-size to obtain strong convergence of the iterates to a solution of the problem. Finally, the proposed algorithm is implemented in the setting of a classical Banach space to support the theory established.

본 연구는 국내 자동차 기업의 완성차 물류현황을 살펴보고, 최종 고객까지 도달하는 완성차 물류서비스 품질향상을 위한 요인을 도출하고 평가하는 것을 연구 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 선행연구 및 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 요인을 선정하고, 고객, 물류 담당직원 및 판매직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법으로 중요도-성취도 분석(IPA; Importance-Performance Analysis)을 활용하여 완성차 물류서비스 품질평가를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 고객의 중요도는 높지만 직원의 중요도가 낮은 요인은 "배송 담당 직원의 친절도"로 나타났다. 한편 고객의 만족도는 높지만 직원의 만족도가 낮은 요인으로는 "불만사항에 대한 신속한 처리", "수취의 운송정확성", "인도 담당 직원의 친절도", "차량 매뉴얼 안내 및 내부 기능설명" 요인이다. 본 연구의 학문적 산업적 시사점은 완성차 물류서비스 품질을 평가하기 위하여 중요요인을 도출하였으며, 실제 산업현장에서 근무하는 전문가 및 고객을 대상으로 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하였다는 점이다. 향후 연구에서는 본 연구에서 반영하지 못한 출고센터의 반품 및 불만사항 최소화 방안이 필요하다.

공급자와 소비자간의 정보공유는 기능 중심에서 프로세스 중심이 되면서, 유연성과 고객 서비스를 극대화하기 위한 새로운 물류 개념을 요구하게 되었다. 다시 말하면 원부자재의 조달에서부터 생산을 거쳐 고객에게 판매되기까지의 전 과정에 걸친 개체간의 수요와 공급의 사슬관계를 의미하는 공급망 내에서 정보, 자금 그리고 물의 흐름을 관리 통제하는 공급사슬경영(SCM)이 사업의 핵심역량으로 인식되고 있다. 또한 국내 기업들의 수 배송 업무의 합리화는 국내 기업 물류관리의 가장 중요한 과제중의 하나로 부각되고 있다. 물류센터로부터 각 거래처로 물품을 배달하는 배송업무의 경우에는 기업의 물류정보시스템이 상류 중심의 데이터 체계로 구축되어왔기 때문에 물류관리 업무의 합리화에 활용할 수 있는 기초 데이터 부재와 현실적인 제약조건들을 고려한 효율적인 자동배차 알고리듬을 적용하지 못했기 때문에 배차담당자들의 수작업 조정시간이 장시간 소요되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현실적인 다양한 제약조건을 만족하고, 수작업 조정시간이 대폭 줄이면서, 우편중심 좌표를 이용한 차량별 근거리 그룹핑으로 자동배차 지원시스템의 휴리스틱 알고리듬을 설계하도록 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 VLCC(Very Large Crude Oil Carrier) 운임에 영향을 미치는 주요 결정요인의 장기적 탄성치를 추정하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 영국 해운 전문 기업인 클락슨이 공표하는 연간 VLCC 운임을 종속변수로, 원유(Crude oil) 물동량, VLCC 선복량, 벙커유 가격, Libor 금리를 설명변수로 사용하였다. 본 연구는 벡터오차수정모형(Vector Error Correction Model; VECM)을 사용하여 운임 결정 장기균형함수를 추정하였으며, 추정결과 물동량 1.0% 증가 시 운임 6.4% 증가, 선복량 1.0% 증가 시 운임 1.9% 감소, 벙커유 가격 1.0% 증가 시 운임 0.3% 감소, 금리 1.0% 증가 시 운임은 0.18% 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 벙커유 가격의 경우 일반적인 직관과 반대되는 마이너스(-) 부호로 계수가 추정되었는데, 이는 설명변수 중 벙커유 가격이나 금리 등의 2차 변수가 운임에 미치는 영향력은 적은 반면 직접적인 수급 변수가 운임을 결정하는 주요 요인이기 때문인 것으로 이해된다. 후속연구에서 컨테이너선, 건화물선 등 다른 선종들을 대상으로 연구를 수행하고 다양한 선종별 운임의 결정요인을 비교 분석하는 것이 필요하다.

코로나19 발생으로 건강한 삶에 대한 소비자들의 생활패턴이 향상되면서 유통과정에서 신선식품의 품질관리에 대한 요구가 갈수록 높아지고 있다. 따라서 분 연구의 목적은 신선식품의 E-서비스품질이 고객만족과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하여 E-서비스제공하는 기업에게 경영전략 의사결정에 연구자료를 제시한다. 연구방법은 E-서비스로 신선식품을 구매한 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사하는 방법을 사용하였고, 실증분석을 위한 통계처리 방법은 소프트웨어 SPSS 23.0을 활용하였다. 연구 결과는 E-서비스 품질이 좋을수록 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는것을 보이고 있고, E-서비스 품질과 재구매의도의 영향 관계에서 고객만족도는 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 신선식품에 대한 E-서비스가 제공 하는 고객 만족도와 재구매의도를 높이기 위해서는 신선식품의 신선도에 중점을 두고 안정한 물류서비스를 제공하며 간편하고 편리한 사이트를 이용할 수 있는 전반적인 시스템을 구축해야한다는 시사점을 제시한다.

In Korea, the major of international trade and business introduced in the 1960s to supply trade expert to trading companies, and the heyday of the trade major was in the 1980s. However the trade major fell into decay from the middle of 1990s. The purpose of trade education in university is to supply high qualified employees to societies and companies. The problem is that companies have difficuties for recruiting of trade expert, on the other hand university graduates have few job oppertunies. It has some discrepancies between education and field. The object of this paper is to propose a direction of modification of the trade and international business curriculum for global trade expert. We research international trade and business departments' curriculums of GTEP universities. GTEP stands for global trade expert incubating program started from 2006 which have charge of MOCIE and KITA. First, in the title of department, a lot of former researchers have taken up the position to return "Trade" or "International Trade". We think more important fact is not the title of department but the curriculum, so we insist on a harmony between the department title and curriculums. The focus of modification of curriculum is to educate global trade expert, so we need to know about global business environment and companies' needs also. Second, We propose the directions for modification of curriculum are "convergence" and "specialty". Trade major is a mixed study in nature and trade major try to treat lots of subjects such as trade, business adminstration, economics, international law, international commerce, logistics and marketing etc to catch up changing global business circumstanses and companies' needs. So convergence of adjacent field is very important in study and training. Specialty means selection and concentration strategy for global trade expert. It is difficult to learn every knowledge and skills for employer's needs in 4 years and 140 credits. A students who has studied basic subject in trade, management, economics can choose 1 or 2 specailty subject such as trade and e-commerce, global marketing, logistics and transportation, commerce and policy, servive trade, foreign language and cross culture etc. In concusion, the concept of convergence and specialty is not separation but harmony each other, so we propose to promote two concept together for modification of the trade and international business curriculum for training of global trade expert.
