강변에 입지한 부여칠산마을의 배치와 주택의 방위적 특성 (Characteristics of Directional Orientation in Houses and Site Design of Chilsan Village in Riverside Location, Buyeo County)

  • The location of villages differs by position, and the method to form the conditions of location varies greatly. This study has comprehensively investigated village layout in the riverside and directional relations in houses. With changes in riverside landscape and transition to an agriculture-oriented village, there have been changes in road and the size, shape and direction of houses as well. In terms of the direction of houses situated along the river, a house facing the river accounts for more than half of all houses in the village. As traditional houses are transformed into modern houses over time, houses have become bigger, and the number of the houses facing south or southeast has been on the rise. As described above, riverside landscape and preference for the house facing south have an effect on determination of the facing direction of houses. However, the direction of geographical features of the village was first followed, and other conditions have been reflected, and the characteristics for the facing direction of houses have been observed.

농촌 사회문화적 공익기능의 경제적 가치 (Valuing Sociocultural Multifunctionality of Rural Areas in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate the value of the sociocultural multifunctionality of rural areas in Korea. The sociocultural multifunctionality of rural areas consists of emotional comfort, green landscape, cultural heritage, and rural viability values. The value of the sociocultural multifunctionality was assessed by contingent valuation method incoporating preference uncertainty. The log-logit models indicated that households were willing to pay 14,027~26,757 won per month and the model with preference uncertainty gave the highest WTP. WTP was affected by respondent's sex, location, awareness of relation with multifunctionality and others. The total value of sociocultural multifunctionality of rural areas in Korea estimated to 2,691~5,134 billion won per year.

  • Power distribution system planning for maximum customer satisfaction and system efficiency requires accurate forecast of future demand in service area. Spatial load forecasting method provides a more accurate estimation of both magnitudes and location of future electrical load. This method considers the causes of load growth due to addition of customers and per capita consumption among customers by land use (residential, commercial and industrial). So the land-use study and it's preference for small area is quite important. This paper proposes land-use preference estimation method based on fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic is applied to computing preference scores for each land-use and by these scores the customer growth is allocated in service area. An simulation example is used to illustrate the proposed method.

  • 이동통신망 고도화와 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 기술 개발에 따라 상황인지 기반 신규 서비스 모델이 개발되고 있다. 이동통신사업자는 셀 기반의 위치정보를 이용한 친구찾기 서비스 GPS 위치정보를 이용한 텔레매틱스 서비스 등을 제공하고 있다. 최근에는 셀 기반의 위치정보 서비스를 이용한 114 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동통신망에서 위치정보를 이용한 상황인지 기반의 모바일 맛집 관광 서비스를 개발하였다. 상황인지 기반의 모바일 맛집 관광 서비스는 이동통신망의 LBSP(Location Based Service Platform)로부터 사용자 위치정보, 유선 웹 서버로부터 계절, 시간, 기상 등의 상황정보, 데이터베이스에 저장된 개인 선호 정보 등을 이용하여 최적의 관광 정보를 제공한다. 모바일 맛집 관광 서비스는 WIPI 플랫폼을 이용하여 개발하였다.

AHP를 활용한 북한 경제개발구의 산업 입지선정 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Location Selection of North Korean Economic Development Zone Using AHP)

  • Economic Development Zone(EDZ) in the province is one of the foreign policy for economic development of North Korea. North Korea has promulgated 27 Economic Development Zones(5 EDZs as central level and 22 EDZs as provincial level) to promote economic growth through the expansion of external opening policy. EDZs of the provinces play an important role in North Korea's national and regional economic growth. The purpose of this study is to select analytical criteria that can be quantified when considering the location conditions of North Korean economic development zones when domestic companies advance into North Korea according to the progress of inter-Korean economic cooperation, and derive the relative importance between the criteria. After that, based on this, we intend to quantify the evaluation of the location priority of the economic development zone. In this study, through AHP analysis results, when domestic companies enter North Korea, we derive the importance and preference of location selection factors when considering the location conditions of North Korean economic development zones. Taking into account the reality of North Korea when the Korean company entered the North economic development zone following location for evaluation. That is, logistics and transportation, industrial infrastructure, competitiveness, and management incentives. And 14 sub-factors were selected and AHP analysis was performed.

도시주변 행정구역통합대상 농촌지역의 쟁점과 주민의사에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Problematic Issues and Residents Preference of Administrative Boundary Integration for Rurban Development : A Case Study on the WanJu County)

  • This studys concerns with a critical issues of urban and rural integration for rurban development. Todays, many of urban-rural integrated cities are confronted with the negative effects of administrative boundary integration. The first problem is induced from the developmental gaps and different residential demands between the core-city and peripheral-county. The second problem is social-economic and administrative unification costs neglected. The third problem is the environmental pollutions and degradations in peripheral-county by rapid urbanization. The forth problem is the inequality of the public services and regional investments in the urban-rural Integrated cities. The fifth problem is the administrative relation and financial distribution between core-city and residual province when the urban-rural integrated core-city becomes large urban city. The results of the questionnaire analysis as follows. The first point, the preference of administrative boundary integration is different in intra-areas of urban-rural integrated county by it's location. The second point, the diversity of preference of residents depends on theirs job, age, resdential period, education and income level. So, administrative boundary integration must consider the many important factors which affect the socio-economic situations between the core-city and peripheral-county. In conclusion, residents' preference for the admistrative boundary integration depends on their situation without rational approach for macro regional development. In this contexts, comprehensive approach for the urban-rural administrative boundary integration is needed in consistent with rapid change of local government's functions.

노후 공동주택 리모델링 계획안 거주민 선호도 연구 (A Study on the Residents' Preference on Apartment Remodeling Proposals)

  • This study analyzes the residents' preference of apartment unit remodeling proposals for the 3-bay old apartments built in the 1st phase New Town. The remodeling unit plans were previously developed for a 3-bay large-sized unit plan (over 85m2) and a 3-bay medium-sized unit plan (60~85m2). Surveys and interview were conducted with the residnets of the two apartment complexes in Bundang. The contents of the questionnaire consisted of the preferred plan, the reason for the preference, the improvement factors, etc. A total of 88 questionnaires were received. It was found that two-thirds of respondents favored the general 3LDK format, where living rooms and kitchens were located in the middle of the front and rear bay. The one-third of the respondents favored a plan combining the living room and the kitchen in the front. It was also found that the limitation of the remodeling unit plan caused by the location of existing bearing walls should be carefully considered, and that many residents asked additional storage space.

대도시권 지역의 미래 주택입지 선호도, 대구광역시권을 사례로 (Preference on the locations of Future House in Metropolitan Area, In Case of Taegu-si and Its Neighboring Areas)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들이 대도시권 지역에서 자신들의 미래 주택지를 어떻게 선택하는지에 대한 의사결정 과정을 분석하였다. 직관적 평가에 의한 일반적 기준의 중요도는 교통, 시설, 교육 사회, 자연환경 그리고 경계 순위로 나타나지만 개인들이 판단한 중요도 순위간의 일치도는 매우 낮다. 교통과 교육 사회에 대한 중요도 순위는 평균에 집중되어 있는 반면에 자연환경과 경계의 순위는 넓게 분산되어 있다. 주택입지 대안에 대한 선호도는 대구 중심과 교외의 중간입지, 대구교외 입지 그리고 대구중심 입지 순위로 선호되고 있다. 세부적 기준의 관점에서 입지 대안들의 선호도는 일반기준에 비해 다양성을 보이고 있다. 민감도 분석에 따르면 시설과 교통의 중요도가 증가하면 중심입지의 선호도가 증가하는 반면에 교외입지 선호도는 감소하고 있다. 이와 대조적으로 자연환경의 중요도가 증가하면 교외입지의 선로도가 증가하고 중심입지의 선호도는 감소한다. 경제의 중요도가 증가하면 종간과 교외의 입지에 대한 선호가 증가하는 반면에 중심입지의 선호는 감소하는 경향을 보이고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to survey differences of visual effects for location the york line. According to three types of body shapes(average, small & thin small & fat)for location of the york line We investigated the visual effects and optical illusion by slider and the results of data which analized by anova and duncan's multiple rannge are as follows. 1. In the A.V (average) body shapes design D1 was showed D1 was showed to be most remarkable in terms of optical illusion and design D2 was showed to be prefer in terms of visual sight. 2. In the S.T(small& thin) body shapes design D1 was showed to be most remarkable in terms of optical illusion but from the side view of looking thinness design D4 was showed to be nogative and from preference of visual sight design D4 was showed to be most negative. 3. In the S.F(small& fot) body shapes design D1 was showed to be most remarkable in terms of optical illusion and design D3 gained the bettle of superiority from the side view of looking tallness and design D3 was showed to be most negative in terms of the preference of visual sight.

이태리 식당, 뷔페 식당과 전통음식점 이용 고객의 입지 요인 선호 경향 분석 (An Analysis on the Preference Tendency of Customer of Italian Restaurants, Buffet Restaurants and Traditional Restaurants for Locational Factors)

  • This examination was conducted as follows; 189 copies were coated in total, and demonstratively analyzed by SPSS WIN 15.0 program. The methods used in data for this analysis are as follows; Sensitivity, Reliability, Frequency, Internal consistency, One way ANOVA(Scheffe's examination) Analysis, T-test, etc. The findings of this study are as follows; firstly, it was revealed that respondents who were regular customers of Italian restaurants regarded convenient transportation, property of space, property of pastoral, visibility, and accessibility as importance. This means that Italian restaurant marketers should consider some of factors of location for business with a good view, good parking lot, location at main street, smooth flow of traffic, luxury, atmosphere of freedom, clean area around restaurants, elegant interior of the building, comfortable, luxurious, and deluxe atmosphere, and so on. Secondly, it was revealed that respondents who were regular customers of buffet restaurant either considered the same factors as the Italian restaurants above or regarded those factors less important. This suggests that restaurants should be located on main streets, on trunk roads, and in large-scale residential districts of apartment complex. Thirdly, it was revealed that respondents who were regular customers of traditional restaurants did not consider the locational factors above. This shows that traditional restaurants should be located in nearby customers' houses or their working places, and that marketers should consider focusing on their restaurants' homelike atmosphere, cleanliness, food flavors, and so on.
