This study postulates a study model to examine the effect on the local economy revitalization of a selection of local resources, the local innovation capability strengthening, the establishment of promotion system and the creation of revenues for the participant groups of the local industry promotion project. To accomplish study purposes, 169 response samples from 85 project groups which drive the local industry promotion project were verified using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0. The results showed that firstly, the selection of local resources had a significant effect on the local innovation capability strengthening. Secondly, the local innovation capability strengthening had a significant effect on the establishment of promotion system. Thirdly, the establishment of promotion system had a significant effect on the creation of revenues. Fourthly, the selection of local resources didn't have an effect on the revitalization of local economy. Fifthly, both the local innovation capability strengthening and the establishment of promotion system didn't have an effect on the revitalization of local economy. Sixthly, the creation of revenues had a significant effect on the revitalization of local economy. According to the verifications of study model, the revitalization of local economy is achieved by inducing creation of revenues through the local innovation capability strengthening and the establishment of promotion system after the selection of local resources. From these results, this study presents suggestions, limits of study and directions in the future study.

본 연구의 배경 및 연구방법과 범위, 연구내용은 다음과 같다. 최근 복합적이고 다양한 지역건설의 요구와 관심이 높아짐에 따라 건설을 인간의 삶과 연결시키려는 시도, 즉 건설에서의 기술적인 요소의 바탕에 문화적인 관점을 필수적인 상호 연계 요소로서 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 지역 자정능력의 향상을 위해서 개발논리에 따른 단편적인 지역 건설이 아닌 다양한 지역 문화와의 상생을 통해 건설 문화를 현대적인 관점으로 계승하고 활용할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 첨단 산업이 접목된 살기 좋은 지역을 건설하기 위한 전략적이고 효과적인 건설기획단계 의사결정 과정에 대해서 기술과 문화의 융합적 관점의 관련 영향요소들을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 건설기획단계의 의사결정을 수립함에 있어 지역 고유의 기술 및 문화 콘텐츠를 고려한 융합적 관점의 정책 의사결정 영향요소를 비정형 데이터 분석 방법을 활용해 분석하고자 한다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 지역 건설기획단계는 정책적 요소로서 무형(無形)과 유형(有形)의 요소들이 다양한 의미들을 내포하고 있고, 기술적인 요소들은 건설분야에서의 다양한 정성적인 요소와 정량적인 기술요소와 접목되어 있다. 건설기획단계 의사결정을 이해한다는 것은 구조, 형태, 공법 등 눈에 보이는 '기술적 요소' 뿐만 아니라, 공간이 형성되는 과정에서 투영된 삶의 방식과 시대정신, 종교와 학문 그리고 예술에 대한 지적 통찰력과 같은 눈에 보이지 않는 '문화적 요소'까지도 포함하는 총체적 접근이 필요하다.

The lacks of local workforce supply become a problematic in Malaysian construction industry. Meanwhile, HRP is important during workforce supply to help organizations in order to appoint the right people in the right job. This paper reports on the use of factors influencing HRP towards local workforce supply in the construction industry in general, and Malaysian construction in particular. Semi structured interviews were conducted to 10 interviewees from the government and non-government organizations to investigate current issues of local workforce and the practices of HRP in the construction organization. The analysis methods were based on descriptions of previous tested research. The findings reveal that the lack of local workforce is due to low wages system, safety issues, educational changes, low status and unsecured work, environment in construction industry, developments and technologies changes in Malaysia. The internal factors of HRP were practiced among construction organization are organization strategy, organizational culture, organization changes, leadership and experience, nature of work and empowerment of labor. Meanwhile, the external factors are technology changes, economic changes, legislation and demographic changes. The paper provides valuable information on the practices of factors influencing HRP for local workforce supply in Malaysian construction industry.

This study identified the impact of the service quality of local food stores on customer satisfaction and revisiting intention of the customers as the interest into local foods is increasing. The main outcomes are as follows: First, many of the respondents said that they use the local food stores based on the trust in the origin of the products and good quality. Second, reliability and validity were suitable for factor analysis and the correlation had a positive (+) directivity. Third, reliability, assurance, empathy and tangibles were analyzed to have a positive (+) impact among the 5 aspects of service quality except for responsiveness. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a positive (+) impact on the intention to revisit the local food stores, and reliability, assurance and empathy had a positive (+) impact on revisiting intention at the statistical significance level except for responsiveness and tangibles among the 5 service quality aspects. Therefore, it is thought to be required to keep having interests into service quality to gain a competitive edge as a sustainable management system since the service quality of local food stores has impacts on customer satisfaction and intention to revisit.

이 연구는 1960~70년대에 걸쳐 구서독에서 추진된 지방 행정구역 개편 배경과 과정 그리고 특성 및 평가를 고찰한 것이다. 독일의 하위 지방 행정구역에 해당하는 게마인데(Gemeinde)와 군(Kreis)과 자치시(Kreisfreie Stadt) 차원의 개편이 대대적으로 추진되었다. 구서독의 지방 행정구역의 개편은 행정개혁의 일환으로, 시대의 제반 요구를 수용하여 거점 도시망의 구성을 통한 소규모 행정구역의 통폐합으로 진행되었다. 구서독의 지방 행정구역 개편은 획일적인 구역설정, 지역 정체성의 혼란, 지방 자치권의 침해, 지역 계획적 관점의 우선 등에서 비판받고 있으나, 공공 행정의 수행 능력이 크게 향상되었으며, 특히 공공 서비스의 공급이 원활해지고 계획 역량이 제고된 것으로 평가받고 있다.

This study conducted a comparative analysis on ordinances on landscape composition by local governments, which are a part of the policy to activate landscape composition, by examining the cases of Korea and Japan. For the purpose of specialized landscape compositions according to the own characteristics of Korean local governments, this study suggests factors to consider on the enactment of ordinance on landscape composition as follows. First, in order to compose landscape with an unique figure of the local government, it is required to collect and analyze informations about the local landscape, to provide consistent programs of education and publicity related to the landscape composition and to encourage the involvement of local citizens and reward it. Second, the construction of the ordinance needs to build a plan of landscape composition for each district focused on the landscape composition, to introduce a system which enables self-designation of an ordinance, to establish a detailed guidance, to assign the duty to keep the guidance and regulate punishment in case of a violation of the guidance. It could be done by completing the common or basic elements on the construction of the ordinance on landscape composition.

This paper proposes a local path-planning algorithm that enables a mobile robot with vision sensor in a local area.The proposed method based on projective geometry and a wavefront method finds local-paths to avoid collisions using 3-D walls or obstacles map generated using projective geometry. Simulation results show the feasibility of the proposed method

A new local path planning algorithm using DPH (distance profile histogram) is suggested in this paper. The proposed method makes a grid type world map using distance values from multiple ultrasonic sensors and genrates local points through which the mobile robot can avoid obstcles safely. The DPH (distance profile historgram) represents geometrical arrangement of obstacles around the robot in the local polar coordinate system which is assumed to be atached to the robot. To control robot's navigation, a three-layered control structure is adopted. The proposed local path planning algorithm is placed on the top level. And a point-to-point translation controller takes the middle level. The bottom level consists of a velcoity servo and sonar driver modules which take charge of driving physical hardwares. The validity of the propsoed method is demonstated through several experiments.

In this paper, we propose a local path planning method based on RANGER algorithm and autonomy manager for autonomous navigation of UGV in urban environment. LPP method is designed to generate the local path in sensing area by using lane and curb of pavement and autonomy manager is designed to make a decision which transit the status of LPP component to a proper status for current navigation environment. A field test is conducted with scenarios in real urban environment in which crossroad, crosswalk and pavement are included and the performance of proposed method is validated.

This article deals with rural village development project of Namsunghyun 'Gamggot(persimmon flower)' area, based on local tourism resources. For more efficient use of local tourism resources, questionnaire surveys for local residents and visitors were conducted. On the base of the results, the vision and objectives were established. And each items of project by division were also considered by the results of such surveys. Finally, priority scores of each items of project, based on importances and weighted value, were derived for more efficient propulsion of project and to construct sustainable rural community.
