Proxy mobile IPv6 (PMIPv6) protocol is a network-based mobility management protocol to support mobility for IPv6 nodes without host involvement. In PMIPv6, the Mobile Access Gateway (MAG) incurs a high signaling cost to update the location of a mobile node to the remote Local Mobility Anchor (LMA) if it moves frequently. This increases network overhead on the LMA, wastes network resources, and lengthens the delay time. Therefore, we propose a new mobility management scheme for minimizing signaling cost using the pointer forwarding. Our proposal can reduce signaling costs by registration with the neighbor MAG instead of the remote LMA using the pointer forwarding. The cost analysis using imbedded Markov chain presented in this paper shows that our proposal can achieve performance superior that of PMIPv6 scheme.

In wireless networks, efficient mobility management to support of mobile users is very important. Several mobility management schemeshave been proposed with the aim of reducing the signaling traffic of MN(Mobile Node). Among them, PMIPv6 (Proxy Mobile IPv6) is similar with host-based mobility management protocols but MN does not require any process for mobility. By introducing new mobile agent like MAG (Mobile Access Gateway) and LMA (Local Mobility Anchor), it provides IP mobility to MN. In this paper, we propose the analytical model to evaluate the mean signalingdelay and the mean bandwidth according to the type of MN mobility. As a result of mathematical analysis, MF-PMIP (Multicasting-based FastPMIP) outperforms compared to F-PMIP and PMIP in terms of parameters for the performance evaluation.

In shipyard site, a ship is constructed by integrating lots of modules that are made in several sites with different capabilities and specifications. Recently, it needs to make a shipyard to be smart communicating various multimedia information with wired and wireless broadband networks between hierarchical shipyards. In this paper, we propose an additional function of an LTE femtocell local gateway at a remote shipyard, an information exchange method between hierarchical shipyards, and an offload method to separate the general traffic. To reduce traffic of duplicated requests in shipyard, we apply a D2D communication scheme for supporting communication between shipyard equipments without IP service network. Hence, it is expected to increase the productivity of shipyard industry with mobile communications, D2D and broadband Internet technologies.

In this paper, we propose a novel tunnel-free scheme in a proxy mobile IPv6 (PMIPv6)-based nested network mobility environment; several mobile nodes (MNs) and mobile routers (MRs) compose a hierarchical wireless network topology. Because tunnels created by several MRs overlap and data packets travel along several local mobility anchors (LMAs), the utilization of the wireless section is reduced and the packet forwarding path of the wire-line section is not optimal. In our tunnel-free scheme, the mobile access gateway (MAG) plays an important role in both the wireless and wire-line sections. Using a local binding update, this tunnel-free scheme forwards data packets with a host-based routing table without any tunnel. Establishing a direct tunnel between the MAG and the last LMA, this scheme removes nested tunnels between intermediate LMAs and MRs, and optimizes the forwarding path to the MN in the wire-line section.

We implemented an application system which is able to verify visitor identification for remote bundle control based on OSGi and web camera control using embedded linux system. This system are designed open Oscar framework by porting java on the embedded linux system and implemented web camera system in local area networks. Also This system can verify information of visitor from receiving the data of RFID reader and designed the wireless internet system in home. Basically, in this paper we expect that home network system development and the period of application service development are reduced with integrated service provision based on OSGi.

Integration of mobile networks and Internet has started with 2.5 generation of mobile cellular networks. Internet traffic is today dominant traffic type worldwide. The hanger for higher data rates needed for data traffic and new IP based services is essential in the development of future wireless networks. In such situation, even 3G with up to 2 Mbit/s has not provided data rates that are used by Internet users with fixed broadband dial-up or through wired local area networks. The solution to provide higher bit rates in wireless access network has been found in wireless LAN although initially it has been developed to extend wired LAN into wireless domain. In this paper, we propose and describe a solution created for interoperability between mobile cellular network and WLAN. The integration between two networks, cellular and WLAN, is performed on the authentication, authorization, and accounting, i.e., AAA side. For that purpose we developed WLAN access controller and WLAN AAA gateway, which provide gateway-type access control as well as charging and billing functionalities for the WLAN service. In the development process of these elements, we have considered current development stadium of all needed network entities and protocols. The provided solution provides cost-effective and easy-to-deploy PLMN-WLAN Internetworking scenario.

The BcN is applying from public networks to local networks and each terminal step by step until 2007. By IPv6 network introduction, IP address lack problem can be solved. However, the threats that network attacks of another method can be caused with new problem of network security in IPv6 networks. In this paper, we suggest the traffic analysis tool which analyze IPv6 traffic efficiently to detect/response network attack in IPv6 environment. The implemented IPv6 traffic analysis tool uses IPv6 header to analyze traffic and detect network attacks. Also, we also propose detection algorithm to detect network attacks in IPv6 networks.

This service uses beacon with BLE technology, and USER APP has priority with Anchor IPS which secures location and device. Since then, it has been linked with character beacons that can be used in various places. The character beacon which is recognized as a service is able to confirm the user's location through API key of the LBS CMS server, and receives various contents services of the UESR CMS server. The service network consists of character beacon, Anchor IPS, USER APP, LBS CMS server, and USER CMS server. The purpose of the service is to promote local tourism and local culture to tourists through local unique characters.

The essential identity of public library is a local knowledge and information center that guarantees access and use of present generation and descendant. However recently the public library is being called with core space for lifelong learning, hub of cultural activities, information gateway, community center, local public goods, information commons, democracy cradle, the second living room, etc. The spectrum for the identity of the public library in Korea is not only very wide, but also is confused. The researcher who paid attention to such a reality analyzed laws and regulations, local administrative organizations, national and official statistics related public library, and suggested evidences of the identity confusion. Based on this result, researcher proposed the principles and plans to get over the identity confusion of the public library.

The public library is the local centre and gateway of knowledge and information. Therefore, the library should be funded and operated by local government and the governing body will be responsible for matters of policy of the library. However, recently public libraries in Korea have faced enormous policy challenges such as the damage of its identity, outsourcing or contracting-out of management, and the general chaos of its administrative system. This paper aims to analyze the current level of infrastructure and policies of public libraries and to review the wrong path and the right path of library policies focused on establishing a library foundation and outsourcing library management in Seoul and Incheon.
