Objectives: This experimental study was designed to show the relationship between kidney qi deficiency and hypoadrenia. A comparative study between Sa-am and local area acupuncture stimulation was conducted. The test results help to show the relationship between kidney qi deficiency and hypoadrenia as well as the recuperation of the patient with the use of VAS, ROM, Sch ber test, ODI and salivary cortisol testing. Methods: 1. Twenty-four adults with chronic low back pain were recruited. Once selected the test population was divided into two different groups. One group was treated only with the use of local area acupuncture and the other with Sa-am acupuncture. 2. At the completion of each acupuncture treatment both groups underwent a VAS, ROM, ODI, $Sch{\ddot{o}}ber$ Test and salivary cortisol test. Results: 1. Both the Sa-am acupuncture group and the local area acupuncture group had statistical significance in VAS decrease and flection ROM increase. 2. Only the Sa-am acupuncture group had statistical significance in extension ROM increase. Only the local area acupuncture group had statistical significance in both lateral flection ROM increase and ODI test. 3. There was statistical significance of correlation between morning salivary cortisol test and adrenal fatigue questionnaire. Conclusions: Both local area acupuncture as well as Sa-am acupuncture treatments were effective for treating lower back pain caused by kidney qi deficiency. In addition, each patients recuperation level can be verified with the results seen from the salivary cortisol test results. The cortisol results suggest a similarity between kidney qi deficiency and hypoadrenia.

지방자치제가 정착되면서 시군구와 같은 소지역 단위의 실업률에 대한 통계는 실업대책이나 고용지원 사업을 위한 예산 편성과 같은 지역 노동시장정책의 수립은 물론 정책 집행 후 그에 대한 사후평가를 하는데 있어서도 중요한 기준을 제공해주기 때문에 지자체 기관장들의 관심의 대상이 되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 경제적, 시간적으로 많은 제약이 따르는 기초자치단체에서 지속적으로 실업률 통계를 생산하는 데에는 자료의 신뢰성, 연속성및 시의성 면에서 많은 문제를 노정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소지역 실업률 추정치에 대한 신뢰성(변동계수 25% 이하)을 확보하면서 통계생산에 소요되는 조사비용을 최소화할 수 있는 효율적인 추정법 및 최소 표본조사구 수를 모의실험을 통하여 제시하고자 한다.

이 연구는 천안지역을 대상으로 대학이 지역발전에 미치는 영향을 다루었다. 본 연구는 문헌조사와 실증분석을 병행하였다. 설문지는 유효한 133부만을 SPSS 15.0버전으로 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 대학이 지역사회에 미치는 긍정적 효과는 지역사회에 원활한 인적자본의 공급, 지역소득의 증가, 교육기회 확대로 인한 지역 이미지 개선, 각종 대학시설의 지역사회에 제공 등이 있다. 부정적 효과는 양질의 교육을 받은 지역젊은이들이 다른 지역으로 떠나면서 생기는 지역격차의 확대, 지역고유의 문화와 새로운 문화의 충돌로 인한 갈등발생이 있다. 지역발전을 위한 대학의 역할은 보조 자문 역할, 상징적 역할, 교육적 역할 등 여러 가지가 있다. 그러나 가장 중요시 되는 역할은 대학이 지역발전을 주도적으로 이끌어나가는 선도적 역할이다. 마지막으로, 지역 사회 발전을 위한 대학의 활성화 방안은 산학간 인적자원의 이동을 활성화 시켜 고급인력과 운영방식의 교류를 이루어나가는 것이다.

In order to assess the integrity of pipes with local thinning area, the plastic strain as well as the elastic strain at the root of thinned region are required particularly when fluctuating load is applied to the pipe. For estimating elastic-plastic strain at local wall thinning area in a straight pipe under tensile load, an estimation model with idealized fully circumferential constant depth wall thinning area is proposed. Based on the compatibility and equilibrium equations a nonlinear estimation equation, from which local elastic-plastic strain can be determined as a function of pipe/defect geometry, material and the applied strain was derived. Estimation results are compared with those from detailed elastic-plastic finite element analysis, which shows good agreements. Noting that practical wall thinning in nuclear piping has not only a circular shape but also a finite circumferential length, the proposed solution for the ideal geometry is extended based on two-dimensional and three-dimensional numerical analysis of pipes with circular wall thinning.

Rural tourism is primarily a domestic tourism activity with visitors traveling to non-urban areas. The development of local and regionally denominate food is a way to distinguish agricultural production and to promote rural tourism. Therefore, this study addressed how utilizing regional agricultural products results in increasing the intention of tourists to revisit an area. The purposes of this study were 1) to identify the image and motives for visiting Yesan, 2) to determine the importance of purchasing intention and the regional menu produced from local agricultural/special products, and 3) to identify the impact of purchasing local agricultural/special products and regional menus on the intention to revisit. A total of 202 usable questionnaires were collected at Ducksan Hotsprings and Suduck Temple in Yean area, which are known tourist attractions. The major findings obtained were as follows: First, Yesan was considered a relaxing place ($3.46{\pm}1.09$), which was the highest ranked image score for a tourist attraction. Second, the highest ranked motive for visiting Yesan was to rest ($3.77{\pm}1.18$). According to these findings, Yesan is a relaxing place, as it is a rural area with no known defined attractions. Third, most tourists (78.7%) recognized the apple as a local agricultural/special product. The intentions to purchase local agricultural/special products and the need for regional dishes in the local restaurant was higher than average. Tourists showed interests ($3.88{\pm}1.16$) in eating regional dishes made with local agricultural/special products at the restaurants. Fourth, a significant impact of purchasing local agricultural/special products and the regional menu was observed on the intention to revisit (p<0.000). The results indicate that it is very important to develop proper regional menus that concur with images of the location and the regional farming products.

The structure and space construction of local houses and its form of shape were under the influence of the character of locality and times. Each area makes an distinctive culture by spreading the developed culture to an undeveloped area. Frequent interchange were formed between Samcheok and Bonghwa district for a long time ago. But the change of life zone by progressive traffic makes it to a strange area. Accordingly this study clarify the changed shape and form of local houses by selecting and put it on record an scattered along the road of old times.

This research has been conducted to find answers to the questions of how projects that support local businesses work in areas undergoing gentrification and what are the achievements and limitations of these projects, based on the case studies of Brixton Pound and Pop Brixton supporting local businesses in Brixton in the London borough of Lambeth. To this end, this study collected data through interviews with local businesses belonging to each project and analysed them based on prior research on the projects, evaluation reports, and articles in the media. It began by investigating the supporting mechanisms of projects that support local businesses in the area, and then analysed and evaluated the projects' contribution to local businesses and the impact on the local community according to these mechanisms. The two projects in the case study showed contrasts in their support mechanisms, governance, and the role of Lambeth Council, and the local businesses' evaluations of the projects' support differed depending not only on the support mechanism of each project but also on business type and perceptions of the impact of gentrification.

무선 통신망의 데이터를 보호하기 위한 암호화의 방법 및 비밀 통신을 위한 인중 메카니즘에 대한 방법을 제안하였다. 무선 통신망의 경우 기존의 유선망에 비해, 설치, 이동성 등이 우수하여 많은 기술적인 발전을 보이고 있다. 따라서 이에 대한 데이터의 보호에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 가정, 사무실, 건물과 같은 전형적인 외부 환경에 대해 정보를 보호할 수 있는 시스템의 구조를 설계하여 제안하였다.

This Study shows local characters, meaning, value and others (kind, function, material, shape, name) on Shroud through documents and fact-finding survey. In Shroud′s kind and function, Shroud of Kwangju Area is similar with one of Youngsan-river Area, while Sumjin-river Area and Coastal Area, each has its own character due to difference of Burial Culture. In Shroud′s Material, hemp cloth, white cotton cloth and calico, have been well-used in Kwangju and Youngsan-river Area, while silk has used in Sumjin-river and Coastal Area. Shroud′s color has followed Natural color. In Shroud′s shape, Male Jeoksam, Female Trousers, Um, Myokmok, Aksoo, Bib have their local characters. They are reformed in Kwangju Area and Youngsan-river Area. Jeoksam in Coastal Area, Female Trousers in Sumjin-river Area. Um in Coastal Area and Myokmok in Sumjin-river Area, have its unique character. In Shroud′s name, Shroud has widely been called "Dead Clothes", and called "Blind Clothes", "Munnyung Clothes" some areas. In Sumjin-river Area, Summer Jacket has been failed "Deungjigae", Dango called "Ddangjungwee". In Coastal Area, Myokmok and Aksoo have been called "Face Cover" and "Hands Cover", Shroud′s local characters have been caused by Next World, which has reflected local natural environment and cultural features. Next World is so abstract that it can not be expressed well, while Reality is clearly divided into dual spaces : Real World, Next World. Comprehension on Next World, helps harmonize recent values with Shroud meaning and prevents Shroud from standardization and transformation.

As a result of this study, the income generation effect of local universities on the local economy through the Daranee (1976) model was found to be 110.9 billion won (direct and indirect income 78 billion won, induced income 32.9 billion won). In the case of Korea, it has been verified through a number of previous studies that local universities play a role in preventing the outflow of local talent to the metropolitan area. Considering this, it seems that the government should make bold investments to foster local universities in terms of balanced national development. This is because the movement of local talents to the metropolitan area not only undermines the growth potential of the provinces and undermines the basis for regional existence, but also creates a vicious cycle that hinders balanced national development. To break this vicious cycle, the development of local universities is very important. It is judged that the horizon of balanced national development will be opened when local universities revitalize the local economy through the government's bold investment in local universities and are reborn as entities that provide various services based on the facilities and equipment of local universities.
