사회가 빠르게 변화함에 따라 이에 따른 교양교육의 역할과 위상도 많은 변화를 일으키고 있으며 이에 따라 학교 주위의 다양한 사회 및 문화 환경과 밀접한 관계를 형성하고 있다. 특히, 글로컬 시대가 도래하면서 지역과 대학 간의 산업, 문화, 봉사, 교육 등 다양한 분야에서 그 연대성이 더욱 강화되고 있는 시점에서 그에 따른 교양교육이 나아가야될 방향과 적합한 지역 연계 교양교육 모형개발도 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 우리는 본 연구에서 대학이 지역사회 봉사와 연계성을 가지고 지역봉사에 보다 밀접하게 다가가기 위한 지역사회 봉사활동과 연게한 교양 교과목 (Community Service Activities based Learning, CSAL)을 개발하고, 교육 사례 분석과 함께 실제 지역사회봉사단체와 연계하여 적용함으로써 향후의 대학-지역 협력 모형개발 및 이의 적용과 관련된 유의미한 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 또한, 우리는 지역사회 봉사와의 연계을 위해서 본 지역자치제가 운영하는 지역봉사단체와 면밀히 협업하였으며 이를 통해서 수업 커리큘럼을 위해 지방의 한 대학과 그 지역의 봉사단체와 실제 협력 수업을 검토하고, 이에 대학-지역 교육생태계 활성화 모형을 개발하였다.

It is true that the social welfare center influences on the community service. The recent change of social environment has influence on the configuration of space for the community social welfare center. The social welfare center fills the role of family welfare, domiciliary care, community welfare, education culture etc. Education culture magnified, and it is acting role as the community education culture center by various program including cultural desire according to the modern request to the whole local resident. In such sense, this study explore the conditions of spatial configuration for the education culture unit of social welfare center in small city. For this study, it was investigated the space role and service funtion, the service program, the usage characteristics, the service importance. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and colligated by case study. Case study and analysis contents about education culture unit of social welfare center present the basic design data for the space plan of suitable social welfare center in small city.

본 연구의 목적은 커뮤니티케어를 기반으로 장애인 탈시설 자립지원 방안을 모색하는 것으로 첫째, 새로운 장애인복지 패러다임으로서의 탈시설화 정책의 주요내용을 살펴보며 둘째, 커뮤니티케어의 개념과 이에 따른 탈시설·탈가족 돌봄의 함의를 고찰하였다. 셋째, 커뮤니티케어를 실시해 오고 있는 외국의 사례와 시범사업으로서 서울시 장애인전환서비스 지원 사업 사례를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로, 이상의 내용을 바탕으로 중앙정부와 지방정부 차원에서 커뮤니티케어 기반의 장애인의 탈시설 자립지원 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 지역사회와 대학의 연계를 통한 필요성을 제시하고, 지역사회와 대학의 연계를 통한 스포츠사회화 모형의 실질적인 프로그램을 제시하여 지역사회와 대학 간 연계를 통해 지역주민들에게 환원하는 여가 문화의 조성, 지역사회와 대학의 상생발전과 질적 향상 등의 발전방향을 모색해 보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내, 외에서 발간된 각종 스포츠환경, 지역사회, 스포츠사회화와 관련된 문헌(review)과 보고서(report)자료를 참고하는 문헌조사분석(data research analysis)과 내용분석(content analysis)을 활용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출 하였다. 순환적 관계 유형과 상호 호혜적 관계 유형을 스포츠사회화 프로그램(유소년스포츠 교실, 치매 예방 운동프로그램)에 대입시켜 지역사회와 대학의 상호관계를 스포츠사회화 모형으로 나타내면 지역사회와 대학의 연계를 통한 스포츠 개입(유소년스포츠 교실, 치매 예방 운동프로그램)은 스포츠로의 사회화를 거쳐 스포츠를 통한 사회화로 발전하여 스포츠의 탈사회화로 이루어져 이탈한 비참가자가 일정 계기로 다시 참여하여 스포츠 재사회화를 이루어 스포츠로의 사회화 과정을 다시 밟게 된다는 것으로 사회현상으로 전이 또는 일반화되는 과정을 구체적으로 제시하였다.

경제적 수준의 향상과 급속한 사회적 변화에 따라 국민들의 복지욕구가 다양화되면서 문화, 의료, 정신과 정보 차원으로 확대된 국민들의 종합적인 서비스에 대한 욕구가 변화하고 있다. 따라서 미래에는 작은 단위의 지역사회를 중심으로 주민의 행정, 복지, 여가, 문화, 정보화 요구를 수용하는 공간인 통합적 공동체복합지원시설의 구축이 필요하다. 공동체 복합지원시설은 지역주민들이 가장 손쉽게 접할 수 있는 만남의 장으로서 정보 교환을 비롯한 다양한 기초적인 서비스를 제공, 궁극적으로 주민들의 공동체 생활의 활성화에 기여하여 기존 도심의 재생과 활성화를 이루는데 이바지하여야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 공동체복합지원시설의 일반적 현황과 물리적 복합 형태를 파악하고 복합유형을 도출, 공간특성을 분석하였다. 현재 공급되고 있는 시설들은 이용자들 모두가 참여 할 수 있는 프로그램과 복합기능을 수용 수 있는 시설이 대체적으로 부족하다. 앞으로 계획되어질 공동체복합지원시설은 프로그램과 복합기능을 모두 수용 할 수 있는 시설을 우선하여 공공행정시설이나 장애자 시설, 노인시설을 같이 배치하여 혐오시설로 느껴지지 않도록 배려하여, 서로 교류하는 공동체 삶을 추구하도록 시설의 설계단계부터 방법 또한 필요하다고 보여 진다. 창의적인 복합개념이 도입되어 이동에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 이용자들에게 돌려줌으로써 여러 가지 기회를 부가적으로 제공받음과 동시에 다양한 삶이 확보 되어야 할 것이다. 지역의 고유한 특성이 반영이 되고, 이용자의 다양성을 고려하고, 사회적 변화에 순응과 변화를 동시에 기능할 수 있는 복합화가 되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 한계로는 조사 분석만으로 도출된 결과로 보편성에서 다소 미흡하다 할 수 있지만 공동체복합지원시설이 지역주민의 생활여건이나 현실적인 요구에 대응할 수 있는 공동체복합지원시설 복합화 계획을 위한 기초연구자료로서 활용 될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

The Community Social Service Investment project started as a state subsidy project in 2007 and has grown very rapidly in quantitative terms in a short period of time. It is a bottom-up project that discovers the welfare needs of people and plans and provides services suitable for them. The purpose of this study is to analyze using big data to determine the social response to local community service investment projects. For this, data was collected and analyzed by crawling with a specific keyword of community service investment project on Google and Naver sites. As for the analysis contents, monthly search volume, related keywords, monthly search volume, search rate by age, and gender search rate were conducted. As a result, 10 items were found as related keywords in Google, and 3 items were found in Naver. The overall results of Google and Naver sites were slightly different, but they increased and decreased at almost the same time. Therefore, it can be seen that the community service investment project continues to attract users' interest.

This study is an analytical study of changes in the perception of Covid-19 communities and surveyed residents aged 20 or older living in 00-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, to identify community awareness (anxiety, stability, economic problems, and director's intention) after COVID-19. As a result of analyzing community perception (anxiety about COVID-19, stability, economic problems, and intention to move) according to gender, age, and family specificity, the survey subjects showed the highest anxiety about COVID-19 among community perception with 4.94, followed by stability 3.92, director's intention 3.51, and economic problem 3.21. primarily aims to find ways to contribute so that residents can restore trust in the local community, rebuild healthy families, and settle down in their daily lives.

This study analyzes and assesses the effect of good governance consisting of accountability, transparency, and participation on the financial performance of Pare-Pare City local government moderated by the basic values of Siri culture in the form of Lempu (honesty), Amaccangeng (intelligence), and Awaraningeng (courage). The population of this research is 200 local government employees (respondents). The results of data analysis showed that accountability and participation variables had no significant effect on the financial performance of the Pare-Pare City local government. However, the transparency variable has an influence on local government financial performance. It is hoped that all these 3 variables (accountability, transparency, and participation) will have a significant effect on local government financial performance. To achieve this, it is necessary to apply cultural values that exist in society so that cultural values can provide greater guidance in the management of regional finances. The results provide a better understanding of the importance of Siri's cultural value in the implementation of public services to the community. With Siri's cultural values in the form of Lempu, Amaccangeng, and Awaraningeng embedded in their behavior, government employees can improve performance and avoid deviant behavior or corruption. The novelty of this research is a form of analysis by using local cultural values (the basic values of Siri culture) as the moderating variable.

본 연구는 수도권 소재 문화예술회관의 지역별 운영주체별 효율성을 분석한 것이다. 최근 문화산업의 중요성은 커지고 있다. 또한 지역문화산업의 근간으로 문화예술회관의 중요성이 부각되었다. 따라서 문화 산업의 활성화를 위해 문화예술회관의 운영상에 효율성을 재고하여야 한다. 문화예술회관을 객관적으로 분석하기 위해 공공기관 효율성 분석도구인 DEA를 이용하였으며, 이는 운영효율성에 초점을 맞춘 것이다. 분석 결과에 따라 서울, 인천, 경기도의 효율성을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 직접운영기관, 공단운영기관, 재단법인기관, 민간위탁기관의 효율성이 나타내는 특징을 확인 할 수 있었다. 지역별로 살펴보면 서울과 경기도 소재의 기관이 효율적으로 운영되는 것을 알 수 있다. 반면, 인천 소재의 문화예술회관은 효율적이지 않았다. 운영주체별로 살펴보면, 직접운영기관과 공단운영기관은 효율적으로 운영되었다. 반면에, 재단법인기관과 민간위탁기관은 상대적으로 비효율적으로 운영되었다.
