3차원 수치해석을 통한 복합하중이 작용하는 농업용저수지의 거동 분석 (Analysis of Behavior of Agricultural Reservoir with Combined Load by 3-D Numerical Analysis)

  • The object of this paper was to analyze combined load acting on agricultural reservoir. This study was carried out to 3-D numerical modeling for displacement characteristic and seismic acceleration characteristic. The results of study were analyzed and summarized as follow. It was found that the displacement caused by combined load acting on railway and agricultural reservoir did not reflect the effect of load and the seismic wave consistently. The ground accelerations that occur in railway and dam were amplified because 3-D numerical analysis program interprets ground as an elastic body. Actual ground shows characteristics of elasticity and plasticity, so measured values will show different tendency. As a result of analyzing displacement characteristics, it is considered to be related to stiffness. The Ofunato seismic wave, the displacement (77.1 mm) of the body satisfied the allowable displacement (220 mm), but The Hachinohe seismic wave (282.8 mm) did not. It is considered that displacement caused by combined load is affected not only by acceleration but also by characteristics of materials.

  • This thesis proposed a speed control system for induction motors robust to variations in torque and parameters by feedforward compensating the current portion of load torque, adding a load torque observer to the conventional PI controller in the indirect vector controlled induction motor system. In conclusion, this thesis demonstrate the improved transient characteristic to variations in reference speed and load torque, compared to the conventional PI control method, by means of the feedworward control of the estimated load torque.

  • Polishing is one of the important methods in manufacturing of Si wafers and in thinning of completed device wafers. This study will report the characteristic of wafer according to processing time, machining speed and pressure which have major influence on the abrasion of Si wafer polishing. It is possible to evaluation of wafer abrasion by load cell and infrared temperature sensor. The characteristic of wafer surface according to processing condition is selected to use a result data that measure a pressure, machining speed, and the processing time. This result is appeared by the characteristic of wafer surface in machining condition. Through that, the study cans evaluation a wafer characteristic in variable machining condition. It is important to obtain optimal condition. Thus the optimum condition selection of ultra precision Si wafer polishing using load cell and infrared temperature sensor. To evaluate each machining factor, use a data through each sensor. That evaluation of abrasion according to variety condition is selected to use a result data that measure a pressure, machining speed, and the processing time. And optimum condition is selected by this result.

특성함수와 피로해석을 이용한 로워컨트롤암의 형상최적설계 (Shape Optimization of the Lower Control Arm using the Characteristic Function and the Fatigue Analysis)

  • The current automotive is seeking the improvement of performance, the prevention of environmental pollution and the saving of energy resources according to miniaturization and lightweight of the components. And the variance analysis on the basis of structure analysis and DOE is applied to the lower control am. We have proposed a statistical design model to evaluate the effect of structural modification by performing the practical multi-objective optimization considering weight, stress and fatigue lift. The lower control arm is performed the fatigue analysis using the load history of real road test. The design model is determined using the optimization of acquired load history with the fatigue characteristic. The characteristic function is made use of the optimization according to fatigue characteristics to consider constrained function in the optimization of DOE. The structure optimization of a lower control arm according to fatigue characteristics is performed. And the optimized design variable is D=47 m, T=36mm, W=12 mm. In the real engineering problem of considering many objective functions, the multi-objective optimization process using the mathematical programming and the characteristic function is derived an useful design solution.

  • 본 논문은, HVDC 시스템의 인버터 제어기 및 고조파 필터의 설계를 위하여 동특성 및 정상상태 특성을 해석하는 방법을 제시한다. EMTP 시뮬레이션을 이용하면, 동특성 분석이 가능하며, 정상상태 특성의 분석은필터와 부하를 고려한 조류해석을 수행함으로써 가능하다. 또한 본 논문은 HVOC 시스템의 정적 및 동적 특성 분석이 가능한 단상 등가회로를 제안한다. 이 단상 등가회로에서 인버터는 스위치의 소호에 따른 전류원으로 취급된다. 또한 필터설계에 사용되고 있는 각종 목적함수를 단상 등가회로룹 이용하여 구할 수 있다, 본 논문은 전압의 고조파 성분 및 필터의 전력손실을 고려한 목적함수를 이용하여 펄터를 최적화하는 과정이 제시되어 있다.

  • SP test has been confirmed the availability, however the application of SP test is hampered because the relation of stress-strain and load-displacement is not determined definitely. This study suggested an evaluation technique of plastic flow characteristic for X20CrMoV121 steel weldment through inverse analysis using SP test and finite element analysis(FEA). From the result, good agreement was found in load-displacement curves obtained from SP test and FEA. Also, The behavior of load-displacement curve from FEA show a rule that load is increase with increasing K(strength coefficient) and displacement is increase with increasing n(work hardening index). From the inverse analysis, true stress-strain curve could be obtained for each local structure of weldment. And the CGHAZ and WM, which showed lower load- displacement behavior, have smaller work hardening index, while FGHAZ have the largest index.

  • In this paper, hysteresis voltage control method is proposed to an unidirectional inverter control for piezoelectric load. Piezoelectric load has electrically RC characteristic, and is driven by the inverter to control the output voltage waveform. When controling the output waveform by PI control, appropriate gains need to be selected. However, hysteresis control may minimize the output distortion because it has maximum proportional gain. In addition, Hysteresis control algorithm has simple structure to realize and the response is fast. Although the switching frequency of the inverter by hysteresis control varies, the switching frequency for the piezoelectric load is lower than that by PI control for equivalent performance. In particular, on implementing the algorithm using FPGA, the algorithm can be implemented in fewer pabrics and the processing time can be reduced. The superiority of the proposed hysteresis voltage control was proved for piezoelectric load through simulation and experiment.

로타리 경운날의 개량 연구 -경운날 3종의 경운부하특성 분석 - (Study on the Improvement of Rotary Blade - Tilling Load Characteristic Analysis of the Three Kinds of Rotary Blade -)

  • Using the soil bin systems, this study was carried out to investigate the tilling load characteristic for the three kinds of Japanese rotary blade and the possibility of common use for power tiller and tractor rotary. The results obtained from the study are summarized as follows : 1. At all tested soils. the average and maximum tilling torque of all tested blades increased as the tillage pitch did. 2. The torque requirements of newly designed and produced blade was less than that of blade which has been used on power tiller and tractor rotary. 3. The maximum tilling torque of new ONE were decreased 7%, 10~11%, 27% in comparing with another blades at clay loam, loam and sandy loam, respectively. 4. According to observation of the extent of soil adhesion on blade and the contact aspect of blade, new ONE is the most excellent of all tested rotary blades and till smoothly not to compress the untilled soil. From the results of this study. the newly developed blade(new ONE) proved to be good tilling load performance and had a conclusion that it is possible to use it on power tiller and tractor rotary in common.

  • Soil deformation on the off-load ground is significantly affected by soil conditions, such as soil type, water content, and etc. Thus, the soil characteristics should be estimated for predicting vehicle movements on the off-load conditions. The plate-sinkage test, a widely-used experimental test for predicting the wheel-soil interaction, provides the soil characteristic parameters from the relationship between soil stress and plate sinkage. In this study, soil stress under the plate-sinkage situation is calculated by the DEM (Discrete Element Method) model. We developed a virtual soil bin with DEM to obtain the vertical reaction forces under the plate pressing the soil surface. Also parametric studies to investigate effects of DEM model parameters, such as, particle density, Young's modulus, dynamic friction, rolling friction, and adhesion, on the characteristic soil parameters were performed.

  • This paper deals with modeling and dynamic characteristic analysis of a large-powered LNG electric ship propulsion system. Basically, we perform to verify the adequacy of system modeling on the sea going mode and LNG unloading mode based on load flow analysis. And then, we observe the dynamic characteristic of system to perform motor starting analysis and transient stability analysis. Particularly, this paper examine analysis results in comparison with the IEEE standard 141 and the class rule. Hence, this paper has evaluated stability of the electric ship propulsion system at static and dynamic conditions.
