  • In this study of made Autmation system is moving linear transfer system for mainly forming of small electronic unit and other at press line. This system for loading and unloading a workpiece has been installed in a press in order to load and unload a workpiece from a press die. Main Control method be used PLC. It took data of input from each sensor and send signal of output to actuator by sequence program also, we try to Characteristics test of this system has good condition when operating with raser measurmant.

  • 본 논문에서는 Windows Embedded CE의 스트림 인터페이스 드라이버(Stream Interlace Driver)를 개발하는 새로운 방법을 제안하고자 한다. Windows Embedded CE 디바이스가 부팅되면서 스트림 인터페이스 드라이버는 디바이스 매니저에 의해 메모리로 로프(Load)되고 디바이스가 꺼질 때 메모리로부터 언로드(Unload)된다. 디바인스 드라이버를 변경하여 다시 적용한 후 결과를 확인하고자 할 때 OS 바이너리 이미지를 새로 생성한 후 이미지를 다시 다운로드 하거나 드라이버를 플랫폼 빌더에서 등록한 후 해당 디바이스를 재 부팅하고 Kernel Interlace Layer(KITL)를 사용하여 그 결과를 확인할 수 있다. OS 바이너리를 새로 만드는 경우 이미지 생성과 다운로드 시간이 많이 소요되고, KITL를 사용하는 경우 매번 부팅 하는 과정을 반복해야 하기 때문에 시간이 더 소요된다. 본 논문에서는 데스크탑에서 Remote API를 이용하고 Stream Device Driver를 디바이스에 전달한 후 그것을 Remote API를 사용하여 로드하고 언로드하는 구조를 제안한다.

  • Recently, load/unload(L/UL) process is applied to a computer information storage device due to its advantages such as lower power consumption, larger data zone, simpler fabrication of disk for no bumped parking zone, and rarer contact between the slider and media. An analysis of the transient motion for the slider is very important to design an air bearing surface (ABS) of the slider to secure the stable performance of the system. During the L/UL process, however, there are several issues occurred such as contact or collision between slider and media. Sometimes this will cause the system failure. In this study, the dynamics of the slider during the loading process are investigated through a numerical simulation using FEM analysis and experiment.

  • In this research, we have developed a load/unload device capable of correcting the position automatically. Characteristic technologies such as compensation, control, guidance and communication have been modified and implemented on an existing electromagnetic guided AGV, helping to realize open system and distributed cooperation. We have applied the developed AGV with remote control and heterogeneous load/unload mechanisms in a machining system composed of various equipment such as machining centers, CMN and AS/RS and found that the AGV provided position error within $\pm$2mm.

  • Vertical L/UL (Load/Unload) velocity is very important parameter to determine the L/UL performance, and the vertical velocity is determined by the actuator velocity and the ramp profile. However, it is not easy to precisely control the actuator rotating velocity during the L/UL process. Especially in emergency parking, servo system doesn't operate, it is impossible to control an actuator velocity. Then, the vertical unloading velocity depends on only ramp profile. The ramp height and the sliding length for L/UL process in SFF (Small Form Factor) HDD are restricted due to slimness and small media. For these reasons, it is very difficult to design the ramp profile in SFF HDD. Therefore, this study analyzes the unloading dynamic characteristics for various ramp profiles and makes the thesis for ramp profile design.

  • There are many benefits such as increased areal density, reduced power consumption, applied smaller size and improved shock resistance in Load/Unload(L/UL) mechanism. It has been the key technology of developing small form factor hard disk drive used in portable digital devices. The main objectives of L/UL are no slider-disk contact and faster L/UL process. For realizing those, we must consider many design parameters in L/UL systems. In this paper, we focus on the effects of ramp profile. We can investigate dynamic characteristics of suspension tap and slider on ramp during unloading process experimentally. In special, we examine the effects of vortical velocities, ramp slopes and disk vibrations. As the result of these experiments, we propose design criteria of advanced ramp profile for good unloading performance.

  • The HDD(hard disk drive) using Load/unload(L/UL) technology includes the benefits which are increased areal density, reduced power consumption and improved shock resistance than those of contact-start-stop(CSS). It has been widely used in portable hard disk drive and will become the key technology for developing the small form factor hard disk drive. The main objects of L/UL are no slider-disk contact or no media damage. For realizing those, we must consider many design parameters in L/UL system. In this paper, we focus on lift-off force. The 'lift-off' force, defined as the minimum air bearing force, is another very important indicator of unloading performance. A large amplitude of lift-off force increases the ramp force, the unloading time, the slider oscillation and contact-possibility. To minimize 'lift-off' force we optimizes the slider and suspension using the integrated optimization frame, which automatically integrates the analysis with the optimization and effectively implements the repetitive works between them. In particular, this study is carried out the optimal design considering the process of modes tracking through the entire optimization processes. As a result, we yield the equation which can easily find a lift-off force and structural optimization for suspension.

The Measurement Errors of Elastic Modulus and Hardness due to the Different Indentation Speed (압입속도의 변화에 따른 탄성계수와 경도의 오차 연구)

  • Most research groups used two analysis methods (spectroscopy and nanotribology) to measure the mechanical properties of nano-materials: NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance), IR (Infrared Spectroscopy), Raman Spectroscopy as the spectroscopy method and AFM (Atomic Force MicroScope), EFM (Electrostatic Force Microscope), KFM (Kelvin Force Microscope), Nanoindenter as the nanotribological one. Among these, the nano-indentation technique particularly has been recognized as a powerful method to measure the elastic modulus and the hardness. However, this technique are prone to considerable measurement errors with pressure conditions during measurement. In this paper, we measured the change of elastic modulus and hardness of an Al single crystal with the change of load, hold, and unload time, respectively. We found that elastic modulus and hardness significantly depend on load, hold, and unload time, etc. As the indent time was shortened, the elastic modulus value decreased while the hardness value increased. In addition, we found that elastic modulus value was more sensitive to indent load, hold, and unload time than the hardness value. We speculate that measurement errors of the elastic modulus and the hardness originate from the residual stress during indenting test. From our results, the elastic modulus was more susceptible to the residual stress than the hardness. Thus, we find that the residual stress should be controlled for the minimum measurement errors during the indenting test.

Implementation of Internet Telephone of Phone-to-PC Type (Phone-to-PC 방식의 인터넷 전화 구현)

  • 본 논문에서는 인터넷텔레포니 인터페이스(Internet Telphone Interface)를 제작하고 자체 개발된 PC-to-PC 방식의 인터넷 전화 소프트웨어인 Realphone을 이용하여 Phone-to-PC 방식의 인터넷 전화를 구현하였다. 실험을 위하여 인터넷텔레포니 인터페이스를 제작하였으며, 펜티엄 PC 2대와 일반 상용화 되어있는 전화기를 사용하였다. 통화는 목원대학교 학내전화와 목원대학교내 LAN으로 연결된 PC사이에 로컬(Local)상황과 국내 교육망으로 연결된 목원대학교와 서울대학교 사이에 트래픽이 서로 다른 새벽(Unload), 오전(Mid-load), 오후(Load)에 이루어졌다. 실험을 통하여 대형 게이트웨이의 도움없이 간단한 인터페이스만으로 Phone-to-PC 방식 인터넷전화의 통화가 가능함을 확인하였다.
