Paperless 해운 물류를 위한 UNeDocs 적용 방안 연구 (The study on a plan for applying UNeDocs to Maritime Logistics to achieve its paperless logistics)

  • Mosts of export/import cargo has been moving using maritime transport means. Korea had been driven the system automation project using EDI document since the mid-1990s. However, this automation system comes upon about 40-50% against overall maritime business process, manual or paper document processing work is existing as ever. International e-business environment also has changing into electronic form document transaction from paper document-based transaction. International standardization organization, UN/CEFACT proposed UNeDocs for paperless jtransaction. UNeDocs is a specification to define XML data model as well as electronic form. With UNeDocs, it is not necessary to generate the duplexed data, and it can support user convenient and guarantee the flexibility. This paper defines the UNeDocs data model for EDI and Off-Line processing at the current maritime business. Then, it have to check XML syntax and structure for the defined data model through quality of document check system. Also, it explains the applying plan about the defined UNeDocs data model. It is possible to support paperless transaction as defining UNeDocs-based standard data model and converting into paper document, XML and EDI document using UNeDocs data model.

The Communication Method at the Auto-Startup System using TCP/IP and VXI and Expert System(G2)

  • This paper describes the communication method of an auto-startup system. The Auto-Startup system is designed to operate a nuclear power plant automatically during the startup operation . In general , the operations during startup in existing plant have only been manually controlled by the operator. The manual operation caused to the operator mistake. The Auto-Startup system consists of the Distributed Control System(DCS) and G2 (Expert System). Also, Functional Test Facility(FTF) provides the plant's real-data for an Auto-Startup system. So, it is necessary to develop the communication method between these systems. We developed two methods ; one is a network and the other is a hardwire line. To communicate between these systems (DCS-G2 and DCS-FTF) , we developed the communication program. In case of DCS-FTF, we used the TCP/IP and VXI. BUt, in case of DCS-G2 , we , what it called , developed the bridge program using the GSI(G2 Standard Interface). We test to check the function of the important parameter, in time, for analysis of the developed communication method. The results are a good performance when we check the communication time of important parameter. We conclude that Auto-startup system could save heat-up time about at least 5 hours and reduced the change of the reactor operation and trip.

센서를 이용한 선로전환기 전환력 측정의 현장 적용성 연구 (A Study on the Field Application of Switching Power Measurement by using Sensor in Electrical Point Machine)

  • Most equipments which are used to measure the switching power of the turnout depend on imports. As the data is limited to the measurements of the switching power, it is said that the equipment is insufficient to check the errors of the turnout and the electrical point machine, and set up the data for operating and maintenance. We studied not only measurements of the switching power of all turnout being used in domestic but also the development of the turnout performance total analysis equipment which can measure switching time, voltage, and current etc. at the same time. Considering that switching power of the turnout is the most basic element to check the irregularities of the turnout, in this paper, we analyzed the irregularities of the turnout through correlation between switching power of the turnout, voltage, and current of the electrical point machine. Also we performed test in commercial railway line where the turnout of MJ81 type and NS type was installed. And it is said that the test results can be used as basic technologies for ICT based real-time diagnosis and monitoring of the turnout.

LED TV 통합검사유닛의 설계 (Design of LED TV Multi Test Unit)

  • LED TV 통합검사유닛은 LED BLU의 구동과 동시에 이상 유무 체크, AGING 작업 등 LED BLU를 테스트하기 위한 검사 장비이다. 기존 검사 유닛은 LCD의 종류와 크기에 따라 생산라인에서 검사 유닛을 교체해야 하는 불편한 점이 있어 본 연구에서는 한 가지 LED TV BLU 모델이 아닌 32 ~ 52인치의 다양한 LED TV BLU 모델을 수용할 수 있는 멀티형(통합형) 검사유닛으로 개발한다. 멀티형으로 개발하기 위해서 멀티 LED TV 통합검사유닛의 출력 전류를 80mA ~ 215mA의 범위로 다양한 출력이 되도록 만들고, LED BLU의 상태를 확인 하는 기능, 디밍(밝기 조절)기능 및 장시간 사용 시 열 발생 완화 기능 등을 구현한다. 또한 펌웨어 프로그램을 개발하고 업그레이드 할 수 있도록 하여 새로운 패널에 대해서도 지원할 수 있도록 개발한다.

  • This study deals with the procedure of safety improvement, productivity increase ,and tact-time reduction through setting up the system about preventive maintenance. Actually, it is hard to establish and carry out preventive maintenance, even though we recognize the importance of the system concerning time, cost, labor, and so forth. In this study in the viewpoint of cost we are for achieving maximum efficiency by change and reduction of planning process adapted to the special work group. At first we briefly will mention the kind ,the necessity ,and the concept of preventive maintenance ,and then divide the equipment used in the assembly line into the two whether it is necessary or not by way of estimating the breakdown loss ,comparing with general establishment of preventive maintenance and modifying it to the case. At the second step we will establish the operation system of plan management related to production and quality in the special case. Check period and category will be set by dividing the assembly equipment into LCL and Focus in the third step. The forth step will contain the operation procedure in detail. And then we must make check and repair record periodically. Finally, on the basis of the record the selection of checking of significance will be conducted. This results in safety improvement, tact time reduction, and productivity improvement.

방풍 신품종 "식방풍 1호" 의 생육특성 및 수량성 (Agronomic Characteristics of "Sikbangpoong 1" a New High Variety of Peucedanum japonicum Thunberg)

  • 식방풍 1호는 1990년에서 1995년까지 6개년간 전국에서 수집한 11개 식방풍재래종 중 영덕종 등 4계통을 순계분리한 후 생산력 검정시험에 공시한 다음 그 중 생육특성이 우수한 영덕종과 봉화종에 대해 지역적응시험 및 농가실증시험을 실시한 결과 영덕종이 다수성 순계임이 확인되어 1995년도에 농촌진흥청 우량종자선정 심의회에서 우량품종으로 결정되어 식방풍 1호로 명명되었기에 육성 과정에서 나타난 주유특성과 수량성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 식방풍 1호는 봉화식방풍과 초장은 비슷하고 주근장은 짧았으나 엽수가 많고 경자과 근두직경은 굵었고 종실량도 증수되었다. 2. 식방풍 1호는 근피색이 황갈색이고 근 형태는 식립원추형으로서 양질의 생약 재 생산에 유리한 품종이었다. 3. 식방풍 1호는 근중 엑스함량과 회분 및 산불용성 회분 함량으로 보아 대한 약전 규격집에 규정된 함량치에 적합하여 생약으로 이용시 유효성을 갖추었다. 4. 식방풍 1호는 토양선층에 비교적 강한 편이었고 내병성, 내습성, 내서성 및 내도복성도 강한 특성을 나타내었다. 5. 식방풍 1호의 건근수량은 생산력 검정시험, 지역적응시험 및 농가실증시험 결과 모두 봉화 식방풍보다 ha당 $10\sim28%$ 증수되었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse the successful modernization strategy, and the difference between original Burberry and Burberry Prosum design. This will help in providing the fundamental information to Korean luxury fashion brands. Burberry, in particular, is rated as the most popular luxury brand in Korean fashion market. This brand has also rated 5th in sale worldwide and 1st in Korea in 2002, and was continuously been rated in 10th for the last 5 years. Related articles, fashion magazines, fashion web-site were used in this analysis, and the method was theoretical and case study. The results are divided into two categories of internal and external factors and two design patterns of check pattern and trench coat were observed. First of all, internal factor in Burberry is that they have scouted a new CEO and quickly changed their image with famous British models for the purpose of marketing strategies. They have also moved their main shop in London to Bond street, and opened shops in every country's capital cities. They were successful in achieving this by using celebrity marketing strategies with many famous celebrities. Secondly, external factor was that they have hired a designer named Christoper Bailey and this highlighted and enhanced the check pattern and trench coat. As a results, more generalized and diverse design items were presented and accessory line was enhanced, creating a much more younger image. This in turn attracted more younger customers. To sum up, original Burberry focused on classic designs, however Burberry Prosum focused on transforming traditional Burberry design into avant-garde and young. In other words, the reason for the success of this brand is highly dependent on its marketing strategies in which its uniqueness of schizophrenic cloche has appropriately represented and used in design.

유색미에 관한 연구 -III. 유색미 유망계통에 대한 주요 생육 특성 (Study on Colored Rice -III. Major Growth Characteristics for the Promising Lines of Colored Rice Developed from Genetic Resources)

  • 국내외 유색미 수집종을 돌연변이원에 의해 유기된 우수 계통과 수집종간 상호교배에 의해 선발된 CNU 20계통을 파종하여 얻어진 주요 작물학적 특성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 1. 간장은 유색 메벼인 CNU126 계통이 대조품종인 동진벼와 같이 가장 컸고 메성인 CNU128 계통에서 가장 작았다. 2. 주당 분얼수는 CNU3, CNU50, CNU56, CNU112 계통에서 가장 많았고 대조품종과 CNU 128 계통에서 10개 미만으로 가장 적게 나타났다. 3. 수장은 육성 계통 중 CNU88 계통에서 가장 길었으나 대조구보다 짧고, 육성계통 중에서는 CNU 126 계통이 가장 짧았다. 4. 주당 영화수는 대조구인 동진벼보다 CNU50 계통에서 2배 이상 많았고, CNU158 계통에서 가장 적게 나타났다. 5. 천립중은 CNU113 계통에서 30g이상으로 대조구와 같이 가장 무거웠고, CNU128 계통에서 20g으로 가장 적었다. 6. 주당 수량은 대조구의 26.6g에 비해 CNU50, CNU112 계통에서 두배정도 높았고, CNU128, CNU158, CNU200 계통에서 가장 낮게 나타났다.

의성지역 백악기 암석에 대한 고자기 연구 (Palaeomagnetism of Cretaceous Rocks in the Ǔisǒng Area, Kyǒngsang Basin, Korea)

  • The Cretaceous Kyongsang Basin is known to be composed of several tectonic blocks (or subbasins) with each distinct stratigraphic succession. The study area represents a major part of one of these blocks, i. e. the $\check{U}is\check{o}ng$ block. The area is charaterized by a suite of WNW-trending sinistral strike-slip faults as well as a number of ring faults. A total of 292 independently oriented core samples were drilled from 23 sites, covering virtually all the formations of the Cretaceous $Ky\check{o}ngsang$ Supergroup. Alternating field and thermal demagnetization experiments were conducted to reveal the primary magnetization. Due to the homoclinal nature of the strata in the area, it was not possible to make use of the conventional fold test It is, however, believed that the primary remanent components have been obtained from the majority of the formations, considering the similarity of the palaeomagnetic pole positions with those of contemporary strata of other blocks and the existence of antiparallel reversed remanence. It was found neither any significant difference in magnetic declination on each side of the strike-slip faults nor systematic change of magnetic declination with distance from the fault-line. This does not support such a block rotation hypothesis associated with the strike-slip faulting in the area as alleged by some authors. The samples from the outcrops on or near the fault-lines were severely overprinted by the recent magnetic fields regardless of age and lithology. Epithermal Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn mineralizations are known along some fault lines in the area. It is interpreted that these two facts are closely related with fluid circulations along the fracture zones caused by fault activities. In regard to the age of the strata as deduced from the magnetostratigraphic consideration, the $Ch\check{o}mgok$ formation and the lower strata should be older than Barremian or 124 Ma. The age of volcanics of the $Yuch^{\prime}\check{o}n$ Group sampled in this study should be younger than Campanian or 83 Ma.
